לא היו מים חמים במקלחת, כשקראתי לקבלה הם שמו את הזרם על זרזיף מים ואמרו לי רק ככה יש מים חמים אם את רוצה חזק מזה אין מים חמים. יחסית למחיר ששילמתי מרגיש לי שיכלתי לקבל תמורה טובה יותר

Some things needed to be fixed in the room (bathtub and the sink) and they couldnt really do it when I asked them to, so i didnt get the enjoy the room as i wished.. but it was comfortable at the end. No supermarkets nearby, you have to walk a lot.

Jammer dat ze geen bedjes aan het strand hebben, hierdoor gaan veel mensen bij de buren liggen overdag waardoor ze veel omzet mislopen

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Locatie is echt top je loopt zo het strand op. Personeel is vriendelijk. Ook bij de strandtent grenzend aan het hotel is prima vertoeven en heb je mooie uitkijk op de zee/strand.
Het hotel/appartementen zijn erg gedateerd. Je verwacht iets meer luxe maar voldeed verder prima.

. Schon das einchecken war furchtbar. Beim auschecken wollten sie uns tatsächlich 2 handtücher in Rechnung stellen. Ganz furchtbares hotel. Verstehe die positiven Bewertungen nicht.

Das Frühstück wird erst ab 8:30Uhr serviert, dann gibt es nur Set A/B/C zur Auswahl, wenig flexibel, es wird nur jeden zweiten Tag „geputzt“, Zahnpastareste hingen von Tag 1 am Spiegel, frische Handtücher mit Flecken, viele Ameisen im Bad, leider auch Kakerlaken in den Häusern, Kissen und Matratzen viel zu hart

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026La piscina era grande y tenía acceso directo a la playa y a un restaurante. Bueno, caro en relación a los restaurantes de la zona y lo que es Tailandia eso sí, pero con buenas vistas.
La limpieza era deficitaria, el lavabo estaba sucio, hubo un día que el agua corriente y del lavabo salía absolutamente negra, no merece esas estrellas por la limpieza que existe. El colchón lamentable.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026De opzet van de kamers rondom h3t zwembad met het strand en de 7-11 om de hoek maakt het een fijne basis om het eiland te verkennen en comfortabel thuis te komen. Het personeel is zichtbaar aanwezig en willen je graag helpen.
De strandbar is prachtig, jammer dat het wat minder goed loopt met de bestellingen. Elders beter bediend en ontvangen.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026De ligging en de houten bungalows zijn erg mooi. De bedden liggen heerlijk. Airco werkt prima. Het was niet brandschoon, maar schoon genoeg. Prima ontbijt met keuze menu (geen buffet). Mooi langgerekt zwembad. De houten huisjes hebben een hangmat.
Het is door de gesloten setting wel een soort kookpot. Het is al warm in Thailand, maar door de opbouw komt er weinig wind en is het zwembad in de middag zo’n 39 graden en erg warm.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Das Gebäude war zwar nicht so schick, aber die Zimmer sind gut, werden alle 2 Tage geputzt mit komplettem Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Das Bad ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bar ist ausgesprochen hübsch angelegt und stylisch. Alle Horrorbewertungen sind also in kleinster Weise nachvollziehbar.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026La piscina è molto bella, anche il bar sulla spiaggia della struttura, dotato di reti quasi sempre all’ombra. Staff abbastanza cordiale, parlano inglese. Gli standard di pulizia sono i tipici thailandesi ne di più ne di meno. Ho trovato la struttura dotata di ogni comfort necessario (si potrebbe fare una vacanza senza mai uscire dal resort). Dietro si trova un seven eleven e un noleggio motorini. La spiaggia è bellissima e poco affollata. I tramonti meravigliosi. Molto comodo anche il servizio taxi che offrono dal pier costa 200B a persona.
Nulla in realtà, forse qualche animaletto di troppo ma si trova in un aerea di verde meravigliosa quindi non ci si può fare niente

The hotel accused me of stealing a towel that was missing in the room and charged me for it. I never took a towel out of the room, and housekeeping had free access to my room (BTW, they even entered when the “Do Not Disturb” sign was on). On my way from the ferry to the hotel, I shared a taxi with two tourists, one French and one German. When one of them found out I was staying at this hotel, she said, “I wanted to book there too, but I was told they cause problems with the deposit.” In addition, my favorite swimsuit disappeared, as well as a pillowcase that I had brought from home. And somehow, in the end, I was the one who got charged for theft… 😕 I’d also like to point out that the two women at the reception desk were extremely rude to me. They laughed at me in front of my face while talking to each other and treated me with a great deal of disrespect. This is not the kind of experience I received from anywhere else or from any other service provider on the amazing island of Koh Phangan. I was genuinely surprised by their behavior. Very disappointing.

- staff were fine, but were not overly friendly & did not go the extra mile. -the plug sockets by bed which was annoying :( - they needed a very large cash deposit - so ended up keeping my passport (as I didn’t have that much cash) which I found a bit excessive.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026ממש נקי פה מעוצב בצורה מודרנית מיטה נדירה מיקום פחד רקקקקקק עם אופנועעע!!!!!!!! אם אתם בלי כלי רכב אני לא יודעת אם אני ממליצה להגיע לאזור, אני ממש סבלתי פה במיקום רק בגלל שאני בלי רכב או אופנוע, יש מוניות זה יקר ממש. אבל חוף מושלם אם אתם לא מתכננים לזוז הרבה מהאזור זה באמת אחד החופים היפים שקט ברמות וטעים ממש❤️

Reviewed May 31, 2026Wir hatten einen Bungalow, renoviert. Sauber, gutes Bett, Bad war gut ( etwas in die Jahre gekommen ) aber völlig okay. 220€ für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind ( 4 Nächte mit Frühstück ) richtig gut 👍🏼
Frühstück war um 8:30 ( mit Kind könnte es eine Stunde früher sein ). Ansonsten keine Beanstandungen.

Reviewed May 5, 2026L’hôtel est bien situé, près de commerces, cafés et restaurants. La chambre est plutôt grande, avec du rangement, un petit balcon avec vue sur la piscine. La piscine est tout en longueur ce qui est bien pour nager. Le bar restaurant de l’hôtel en bord de mer est très agréable, le café de qualité et le petit déjeuner est par « menus » qui sont assez copieux. Le personnel est discret et efficace.
Le matelas du lit a un peu vécu mais il est propre.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, die Mitarbeiter wirken generell etwas desinteressiert und gelangweilt. Im Allgemeinen geht es dort eher anonym zu. Die Zimmer sind von der Größe in Ordnung, der "Industry-Look" ist teilweise leider etwas misslungen, wen der Gefängnis-Style insbesondere im Bad nicht stört, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Man kann ein paar Nächte hier schlafen, mehr als 40 Euro die Nacht würde ich hier aber nicht bezahlen.
Es wird nur alle zwei Tage geputzt und die Zimmer sind recht einsichtig. Einen Poolzugang würde ich nicht nehmen, da ständig Leute vorm Zimmer vorbei laufen / schwimmen. Die Vaggabar gehört nicht wirklich zum Hotel, man muss etwas konsumieren, um dort am Strand liegen zu können. Der Balkon ist quasi nicht nutzbar, da die Stühle viel zu unbequem sind, ein Liegestuhl dort wäre angebracht.

See Through Resort Haad Yao is conveniently located on the northwest side of the island, and with a scooter, you can easily explore the entire island and its beautiful beaches. The bar and restaurant are a highlight, offering a great spot to enjoy the sunset. The staff were friendly and always happy to help.
A fresh coat of paint would make the resort much more appealing.

Ik mag nergens over klagen. De schoonmaak is erg goed. Aardig personeel. Onderhoud van de kamer kan misschien iets beter maar voor prijs kwaliteit kun je hier niks over zeggen.

בתכלס כלום לא היה טוב זה התחיל בצוות והמשיך לזה שהמלון לא נראה כמו בתמונות .. הוא נראה כאילו עצרו אותו באמצע בנייה , בתמונות זה נראה בכוונה אז קחו בחשבון מפחיד להיכנס לשם בלילה הבריכה הכי מסריחה שראיתי אין בה נקיון בכלל השירותים נראים על הפנים בחדר ובעיניי זה הורס את החוויה לא יודעת זה גם לא כזה זול תשלמו עשרים שלושים שקל יותר ותלכו למלון טוב אפילו המיקום לא טוב הרבה עליות וירידות שקשה לעשות אם האופנוע

Communication with the hotel was impossible, they ignored my messages for months and only replied 2 days before check-in. It all got sorted in the end, but it was a bit frustrating dealing with it all, as they were not very open to help with my request.
