Relativ dunkle Gänge, in denen es zum Teil stark nach Putzmittel roch, am Balkon unseres Zimmers der wenig romantische Blick auf völlig verschmutzte Fliegengitter am Nachbargebäude, Zimmerausstattung eher unterdurchschnittlich, Einrichtung insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen.

La struttura si trova in ottima posizione, a vista lago e vista città. Non c’era bisogna dell’ uso della macchina.

Da migliorare la colazione.

Soggiorno molto piacevole! Camera spaziosa, pulita e curata. Spa carina (acqua della piscina un po' freddina). Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l'aria condizionata, risolto con grande disponibilità dallo staff, davvero cortese e professionale. Colazione varia, di buona qualità e con splendida vista lago. Permetteteci solo due piccoli suggerimenti che ci scusiamo di non aver riferito prima sul posto: in bagno tornerebbe comodo qualche gancio extra per separare i teli così da farli asciugare e poterli riutilizzare, e in camera un appendiabiti / qualche attaccapanni in più, non sapevamo bene dove lasciare le giacche. Nel complesso esperienza ottima..

Erste Zimmer hat die Klimmer nicht funktioniert und wir haben geschlafen einen Nacht mit die Hitze!!

Zweiten Tag haben andere Zimmer bekommen aber haben wir inn der Nacht einen kleine Eidechse im Zimmer gefunden !! Wo ist die Sauberkeit !!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very good. I would definitely recommend booking a room with a balcony, especially if you are staying for more than two days, as the view is really nice. The location is also a big advantage. You have the lakeside walk right in front of you, plenty of opportunities for photos, and the boat booking points are very close, which makes exploring Lake Garda very convenient. The food was good overall. For a 4-star hotel I was expecting a little more variety at breakfast, but it was still enjoyable. I also spoke to a few other guests who mentioned they would have liked to see Greek yogurt as an option. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The main downside for me was the parking, which is around 800 metres away from the hotel. A member of staff will drive you to and from the parking area, which is helpful, but it can still be a little inconvenient. Make sure you don’t forget anything in the car, as going back to get it is not as simple as having the car parked directly at the hotel. Considering the price I paid for two nights, I also felt the stay was a little expensive. I would happily visit again during a quieter period of the year if the price was lower.

The Hotel was a treasure to stay in. We had an excellent room with a balcony. The staff were very friendly. The range of food for breakfast was great. There was even a free taxi ride back up to the train station.

Ahimè la mia camera non era un granché… l aria condizionata non funzionava gia dalla prima notte, essendoci accorti fortunatamente poco dopo il check-in ho segnalato il problema di persona, il ragazzo ha fatto una verifica in camera e mi aveva detto che sarebbe ripartito…. Al rientro della serata, intorno alle 00:00 la camera era ancora a 30 gradi, così ho segnalato per la seconda volta il guasto, il signore che stava facendo il turno di notte molto cordiale, ci ha dato un ventilatore e segnalato fortunatamente il problema la mattina seguente, nel pomeriggio è arrivato il tecnico. Ci ha lasciato in camera la sua attrezzatura e al nostro rientro era ancora li…

Готель залишив дуже приємні враження! 💙 Розташування просто чудове — прямо навпроти озера, а з вікон і терас відкривається неймовірний краєвид на озеро та центр міста. Окремо хочеться відзначити шикарні сніданки — великий вибір і все дуже смачно. У готелі також є SPA, яке можна відвідати за окрему плату, причому ціна цілком доступна. Усюди чисто, персонал привітний та уважний. Дуже сподобався стиль готелю — цікавий, сучасний і зі своїм характером. Чудове місце для відпочинку з прекрасною атмосферою та краєвидами. Із задоволенням повернулася б сюди ще раз! ✨

Єдине, чого трохи не вистачило для повного комфорту, — басейну. Було б чудово, якби в готелі облаштували відкритий або закритий басейн, який входив би у вартість проживання. Це зробило б відпочинок ще більш комфортним і дозволило б гостям повністю насолодитися перебуванням у готелі. 🏊‍♀️✨

Direkte Lage am See, Parking in unmittelbarer Nähe. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war ok, Speisesaal hell und freundlich.

Zimmer hatten einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch nach altem Wischmop. Klimagerät tropft direkt ins Zimmer so dass am Morgen eine riesen Wasserlache anzutreffen war einmal quer durchs Zimmer, Holztüre bereits aufgequollen. Aussicht aus dem 1. Stock Zimmer links schrecklich, alles verdreckt und stinkig, unmöglich diese Terrasse zu benutzen. Badezimmer mit üblem Eigengeschmack, Lüftung funktionierte wahrscheinlich auch nicht.

The hotel has a fantastic location right in the city center and facing the sea. The rooms are clean, and the check-in and check-out processes are quick. Breakfast is good, and the service is excellent—especially from Ms. Alla and Ms. Michelle, who provide professional and friendly service.

The lobby area is very hot; I suggest installing air conditioning, as the temperature is extremely high and it is uncomfortable to wait there.

La ubicación inmejorable. Con vistas al lago, super céntrico, frente a los ferries y parada de bus.

El hotel está bastante obsoleto. Para la ubicación fantástica que tiene y los servicios que oferta, considero que deberían darle un lavado de imagen y modernizarlo un poco. Cogimos la habitación premium, de la cual halagaban bastante los trabajadores, y nos tocó en una en la que frente a la terraza había un árbol y todo hojas secas (de ahí lo mencionado anteriormente del cuidado de imagen, ya que es un hotel que podría tener mucho potencial). El colchón y la almohada incómodas y el desayuno bastante justito.

I loved this hotel in the center of Desenzano. Cute little town on lake garda. The breakfast was delicious and staff super friendly. Had a checkin at 2 pm but arrived super early and they accomodate me to take the room at 10 am which was fantastic.

I thought the bikes in photos were free but you have to pay for them. I also thought the swimming pool was free but it was part of the spa package so have to pay for that

Loved the location and the room was a great size. We had great service with the car and anything we needed from reception.

I didn’t like the limited breakfast selection. We have stayed in numerous properties which offer breakfast as part of the payment for the room. There is more that can be offered. I had to return rotten/bruised fruit to the staff from the open fruit bowl on two occasions. The air in the reception area had a sewage/stale smell about it.

The breakfast staff were excellent and the room was huge and well decorated. The position was good.

The exterior was tired and reception staff although pleasant, not as welcoming as you expect. The partner bar was adequate. We were thoroughly annoyed that the bar had been turned over entirely to World Cup football 'every game', every day' and basically if you didn't like it there was something wrong with you. A big storm damaged the power supply on the first night - not their fault - but it didn't seem to affect all the hotel so as we were unable to wash until 4.00p.m. why weren't we offered temporary access to a different facility? We had a lake view balcony which went some way to mitigate the bar, however the lake view was spoilt by being next to a run down building and directly over a car park area. If just having a Spa is the reason for it's 4 star rating then it is wrong. The breakfast staff were the high point. The breakfast provision, mediocre. Very over rated and over priced.

The hotel is highly overpriced and the bedrooms are definitely not 4 star. While the hotel is in a prime location there are far better deals elsewhere.

They could at the very least at 248 euro per night allow the use of the pool and other facilities. To charge customers further is a complete rip off.

We had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. The airport pickup was seamless and a great start to our holiday. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. The hotel was spotless, our room was cleaned to a high standard every day, and everything was very well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from each morning. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for their wonderful hospitality—we highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again!

The location is excellent, right by the piazza and water. Breakfast was excellent! The room was fine, it meet our needs for our one night stay, but the bathroom was a little dated.

Excellent location just on the sea front. Woke up Tuesday morning to the street lined with markets.

The air con wasn't working properly. We asked for someone to look at it and he fixed it which was fab.

We stayed in June 2026 This hotel is all about the location. It’s right on the water front and overlooks the harbour. We spent many happy hours watching the world go by either from our balcony or sat having a drink downstairs. The view over the lake is just stunning. Waiting staff are super helpful and very friendly. Ron was impeccably clean and a really good size (we had a triple room even though there were only two of us). Breakfast is a well stocked buffet. The bistro serves until 3pm, but there are plenty of restaurants within a 3 minute walk. There isn’t an outdoor pool, so if it’s a bit of sun worshipping you’re after, you’ll be disappointed!

The indoor pool mentioned in the description is part of the spa facilities and chargeable. The balcony is just big enough for two small chairs and a table.

Es fehlte Obstsalat beim Frühstück! Allerdings hat es sich in den letzten Jahren durchaus schon verbessert!

Świetne położenie, uprzejma i kompetentna obsługa. Hotel jest bardzo dobrze zarządzany. Wszystko działa bezszelestnie. Widać, że właściciele mają wieloletnie doświadczenie w hotelarstwie. Ale jest jeszcze coś, co wyróżnia ten hotel. To miejsce z duszą. Stare zdjęcia, drzewo genealogiczne rodu Mayer przy wejściu przypomina klimat dawnych lat. Doskonałe miejsce na pobyt nad Gardą

This hotel boasts a pool, be advised this is not included in the room price! The staff are welcoming, the room we had was small with a decent bathroom & the tiniest balcony I’ve ever had! More like a ledge! The bar isn’t open on the evenings but they have a lovely snack bar out front that is open till around 10:30pm it’s very convenient for the ferry & it’s a great place to base yourself for Lake Garda!

Ich weiß nicht, was man hier positives schreiben soll. Das Hotel stellt sich weitaus bessern dar, als es tatsächlich ist. Der Eingangsbereich ist noch renoviert, wohl für den Ersten guten Eindruck. Nach dem Chick in hört das aber schnell auf. Der alte Aufzug zu den Zimmern lässt schon aufhorchen. Wenn man dann aber aussteigt und sich im Zimmergang befindet, werden die Ersten Befürchtungen geweckt. Der alte vergilbte Vorhang der schon seit 6 Jahren mal gereinigt gehört gibt den Ersten Eindruck... Wie soll man den Rest beschreiben? Das Hotel hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Man hat wohl den Spa Bereich renoviert um mit den Preisen für das Spa schön abzocken zu können und um mit den Bildern Werbung machen zu können. Der Rest benötigt mehr als dringend eine Generalsanierung.

Das Hotel benötigt eine Generalsanierung. Alt und abgewohnt. Wer diesem Hotel 4 Sterne vergibt, hat den Schuss nicht gehört. Maximal 3 Sterne - aber dafür 5 Sterne Preise aufrufen. Ich würde fast schon so weit gehen und für das was geboten wird, das Hotel als Abzockbude zu bezeichnen. Das Frühstück hat auch nur die Qualität eines mittelmäßigen 3 Sterne Hotels .. Keine Ahnung wie man dieses Hotel gut finden kann.

Super Lage. Frühstück halt italienisch, man erwartet sich auch nicht mehr. Aber es gab Prosecco. Auch nicht schlecht.

Fällt uns dazu nichts ein. War alles ok.

Perfect location. We were holidaying as 3 generations to celebrate my Mum's 85th birthday. The staff were amazing when my Mum had a bit of a 'Dementia Episode' one morning - they were helpful and understanding and created a solution for us that was excellent.

Asked if possible for double bed-where I had to pay extra 165€but then got given disabled room,where layout was awful. And there was some sensor lights what was flashing really bright at night. No restaurant or bar in hotel. So kind of disappointing.

The hotel is in the very heart of the town, located across the road from the ferries and the local bus stops. Our junior suite was very spacious and comfortable in a classical Italian style, in keeping with the historic nature of the hotel. Our room qualified us for free entry to the onsite spa facilities which were excellent. The staff were all very helpful although we didn’t all speak the same language, we always managed. Of course, there was one member of the team who spoke fluent English and ensured our stay was as good as the hotel hopes for all their guests.

All of the rooms had shutters on the windows which the housekeeping staff always closed, for good reason of course, the heat is kept away during the day and the street noise at night. However, opening them does take a little getting used to and you do need three hands at times, but the staff will help if you ask. Although the bathroom is very modern and always kept very clean the shower is rather small, if, like me you are very tall and large, but we managed.

This is a classic Italian hotel which has plenty to offer including a modern spa, well furnished and spacious rooms with modern bathrooms, all living alongside an amazing history. The service is excellent from the staff and the rooms are comfortable and well furnished. For me, the shower was a little small, due my height but the bathroom is very modern and has a good range of amenities. Located on the water front of Desenzano del Garda, the hotel could not be better positioned for access to the town and the ferries that head out to the rest of Lake Garda. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the railway station for guests as well. The hotel does not have a restaurant, and doesn’t need one with the range available locally, but they do have excellent breakfast facilities and a bar that opens over the weekends, and in good weather. The spa at the hotel is wonderfully relaxing and a selection of massage therapies and treatments complement the spa very well indeed.

* Расположение — действительно сильная сторона отеля. Удобное, красивое, логистически комфортное. * Персонал — дружелюбный, отзывчивый, стараются помочь, создают приятное общее впечатление. * Чистота — в отеле и номере поддерживается хороший уровень чистоты. * Завтрак — стандартный, без неприятных сюрпризов, но и без каких-то особенностей.

* Фасад здания — в плохом состоянии. Видно, что давно не было ремонта: отходит краска и штукатурка. Для такого расположения это выглядит особенно неуместно и сильно портит первое впечатление. * Балконы — визуально запущенные, с черными пятнами, полностью отсутствует эстетика. * Несоответствие номера фотографиям — это ключевой минус: * номер оказался другой формы и визуально меньше, * отсутствуют элементы декора (в частности шторы), * в итоге атмосфера скорее «стерильная», чем уютная — ближе к больничной, чем к итальянскому стилю, который ожидаешь. * Эстетика номера — слабая. Нет ощущения «итальянского духа», который был заявлен на фото. * Кровать — скрипит при движении, что влияет на комфорт. Отдельно стоит отметить, что стоимость более 500 евро за 2 ночи в текущем состоянии — это явно завышено и не соответствует уровню номера и общему качеству размещения.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und ging flexibel auf Wünsche ein. Die Lage ist hervorragend: zentral mit Seeblick. Das Gebäude hat eine ansprechende historische Außenarchitektur.
