Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The view is amazing, located right on the edge of Lake Garda .... great location just outside the main part and port of Desenzano,..... we loved Desenzano......better option than staying in the more busy Sirmione. Reception and bar staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. Contact by email with the hotel between booking and date of arrival was excellent, very helpful and prompt replies. Room size was really good ( we did get a free upgrade to a lake view room). Tea and coffee-making facilities, and the fridge, were very welcome (don't always get those in Italy). If (when) visiting again we would request/want to book a room on a higher floor with a balcony to fully appreciate the view and location.
Nothing we didn't like - a really comfortable stay (2 nights)

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast had enough choice. Great little restaurant/bar. The food was fresh, tasty and hot 😋

My wife and I are 60, so getting in and out of the shower/bathtub was challenging and risky. Pretty big step getting in and out!

Personale educato e gentile, le signore addette al rifacimento e pulizia delle stanze, molto professionali e attente. Ottima posizione perché vicinissima al centro e ancor più vicina al Lago, dalla mia stanza sentivo le onde del lago infrangersi sulla riva.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Das Restaurant ist auch ganz ok. Das Personal war auch recht freundlich. Wir durften unseren auch unseren Hund überall mit hin nehmen.
Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es wurde auch nicht mal was repariert, z.B. abgeblättertes Mauerwerk, in unserem Badezimmer statt ein Fenstergriff wurde da einfach ein Farbroller Bügel befestigt. Auf dem Balkon lag ein uralter Kunstrasen. Wenn es windig war hörte man Pfeifgeräusche an den Türen. Das Treppenhaus konnte man auch nicht wirklich benutzen, diente als Ablagestelle. Die Sauberkeit war „ ok“ wir waren 9 Tage dort… es wurde nicht einmal gefragt ob alles ok ist, außer bei der Abreise. ( Konnten se sich auch sparen) Wir haben uns nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt.

Even for Italy this is a mid range 3 star at best, uncomfortable beds, tired bathrooms, old fashioned decor and mediocre breakfast. Value for money was pretty poor the best thing is the location.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel Estée um die Generalprobe der Flugshow zu sehen. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach genial. Direkt an der Seepromenade und wir konnten vom Hotelpool die Show bestens sehen. Das Exekutive Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sehr sauber ( obwohl ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen). Es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant war top mit schönem Seeblick. Auch der Pool war einwandfrei. Wir können das Hotel Estée nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Śniadania OK. Lokalizacja znakomita, kilka kroków do centrum miasta, spokojne miejsce, ale uwaga, trzeba wybrać pokój z balkonem lub tarasem z widokiem na jezioro. My zmienialiśmy pokój za niewielką dopłatą bo pierwotnie byliśmy z widokiem na ruchliwą ulicę.
Stan świetności ma już chyba za sobą (nie jest nowy), ale na następny pobyt też go chętnie wybiorę.

Da rivedere l'arredamento, il nostro tavolino era traballante e non i linea con letto e comodini. Vetrata splendida ma molto sporca all'esterno ( e non per la pioggia dei giorni i precedenti) Nel frigo bar nonostante il listino prezzi erano presenti solo 2 bottigliette di acqua ( co.prese nel prezzo) colazione nella norma. Nulla di che. Più un 3 stelle che un 4.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The staff was so friendly here, and the location is superb. You are walking distance to so many places but just far enough away to be out of the chaos of the center. The room was very tidy and the beds were comfortable. The value is pretty good for this area.
The pool area is small and could be done up a little nicer. The room was also a little small, but OK. It was odd that the balcony was attached to the bathroom.

Breakfast was mainly the same each day but was lovely. Restaurants were a short stroll away so the location was ideal.
Nothing. The whole experience was great! Only issue was a blue colour kept coming off onto your skin if you leant against the pool.

I would have loved to have had a balcony with the lakeview, but they do not have one for 3 people. Nothing else to complain about, everything was great.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026A small hotel right on the shore of Lake Garda. Beautiful location within in easy walking distance of the main part of Desenzano. The staff were super helpful and accomodating. The view of the lake from our lake view room was spectacular.
Our room was on the ground floor very close to the restaurant and the kitchen. We were woken early due to the set up of breakfast on a couple of mornings.

До пляжа далековато. У меня был день рождения и мы попросили бокалы и штопор в номер. Бокалы дали, а штопор нет, что странно, будто мы собирались его присвоить. Открыть бутылку можно только на ресепшен, правда потом сменилась администратор, и без проблем дала нам его))). Еще удивило, что с днем рождения никак не поздравили, даже словами, хотя знали об этом. В ресторане при отеле скидку также не сделали...

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Tutto perfetto ! Grazie a tutto lo staff gentilissimo e premuroso. L'hotel è situato in una zona strategica per poter passeggiare al centro, dove c'è la zona pedonale. La camera bella grande e spaziosa, molto luminosa, vista eccezionale sul lago, i materassi sono comodissimi. Tutto molto curato e pulito. Anche il cameriere nel giardino, è stato molto cordiale e ci ha fatto sentire accolti e benvenuti. La colazione internazionale è stata molto apprezzata, c'è di tutto! Peccato siamo rimasti poco, ma ci torneremo sicuramente.

The hotel location was great - on the lake (what a view for breakfast 😍) and only a few minutes walk from restaurants and the ferry. Hôtel resté dans son jus depuis des années, mobilier hors d’âge, moquette du couloir tachée, fenêtre de salle de bains fermée avec un support de rouleau à peinture!!!!, mobilier de la terrasse rouillé, aucune intimité entre les terrasses c’est comme si on la partageait avec le voisin… ne vous fiez pas aux photos de leur site, prisent clairement à leur avantage…ils profitent de leur situation sur le lac pour se permettre ce genre de choses, bref très mauvais rapport qualité prix…

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Tolles Hotel in super Lage. Der Zugang zum Schwimmen im Gardasee ist unmittelbar vor dem Hotel und den Liegen am Pool. Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal und das Restaurant empfehlenswert. Zentrum ist zu Fuß in 10min erreichbar. Parkplätze beim Hotel ausreichend vorhanden.

Reviewed May 23, 2026Localização excelente, funcionários muito simpáticos, o restaurante do hotel é excelente, e a vista do café da manhã é maravilhosa (além de ser muito bom!) Estacionamento gratuito.
O ar condicionado não estava ligado, é geral, mas nos forneceram um ventilador que resolveu o problema. Voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel.
