Très bon emplacement, juste à côté d’un supermarché, très confortable, le linge est changé tous les jours, le personnel est vraiment très gentil et aimable, on peut même se faire masser en plein milieu du jardin

Great location, and value for money.

The bum gun leaked constantly, and even more after it was ‘fixed’.

Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful . Location is perfect with everything provided in-house and in surrounding areas.

The pool and dining area are equal parts fun and relaxing to hang around in.

The double bed wasn't that comfortable, and after the 1st night I ended up sleeping in one of the single beds in another room for the remainder of the stay.

The garden

The pool was murky they have 8 hours a day karaoke bands that disturb your peace breakfast can't even be cooked as you ask they bother you to buy drinks while you are swimming the toaster only toasts 1 side Everyone at the pool and breakfast all say how they hate the noise but complaints are not listened to

Breakfast was simple but delicious. Staff were amazing. A safe deposit box was kept at reception rather than an in-room safe which felt more secure

Unfortunately our shower had an issue where water was flowing into the rest of the bathroom - perhaps due to a poorly placed shower curtain that billowed too much. A screen would fix the issue. Staff were very accommodating though with extra towels and cleaning.

Definitely the Cleanliness of the Property Grounds and Room's. Lot's of space ,not so clustered. Massage station set up on the grounds so you don't need to go far.

*Water supply had to be cut off for cleaning without warning ⚠️ hence shower, toilet and basin had dirty water 💧 running. *Breakfast was Bland n Menu was Plain. Compared to other Hotel that charge the same price there was more to offer. *Housekeeping don't Knock on the door on DND sign they walk right in. But knock first, when you're Partner is outside to say Knock incase sleeping/toilet. Twice it happened. *Noise levels are High right from early Morning to Night from Kids running around n Band playing ▶️ Sleeping is terrible. *Pool was over crowded at times Kids jumping n doesn't look clean. Noisy all round. *This hotel is more Family Oriented than Couples looking for Quiteness n Restraunt to have a Good meals . They have a policy No food from outside recommended.

I was on level 3 and there was no lift for a friend who struggled with the stairs. No safe in the room.

The pool was murky and the bands every single day there was no peace the hotel has changed for the worse I pity anyone trying to put children to sleep

The location and the grounds. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The older kids were disappointed that there was really nothing that entertained them, they were hoping for a pool table. The breakfast didn't have a huge variety and was things they didn't like.

The grounds were lovely and the room was on the bottom floor. The Hotel was in a good location.

The beds were too high, the bar area had lots of Bees, which isn't good for those of us that are allergic. The bathroom floor was slippery.

Very central to the main strip but located just far enough to not be so loud at night. Staff are so friendly and welcoming, very helpful with recommendations for first time travellers.

Hot water system is selective, ended up changing rooms due to loss of hot water.

Hotel is very clean and staff couldn't do any more for you the grounds are kept spotless with staff picking up every flower and leaf that drops for a 3 star hotel you will be pleasantly surprised and value for money you can't beat $50 per night with breakfast for a couple is amazing value you won't be disappointed

Pool is great with plenty of loungers. Plenty of staff who are always willing to help. Massage on site and reasonably priced too.

The entertainment is great but it means it is pretty noisy for large parts of the day. Not so good if you're trying to have some quiet time

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, dust in cupboards, dirty cups were never replaced, sewage backed up and leaking onto floor, problem was fixed but I came back to the room it smelt horrible and the toilet wasn’t cleaned so there was forces in the toilet bowl and on the floor which leaked onto shower mat. I had to request it to be cleaned. Constantly asking for a second towel and at times our rubbish bin wasn’t emptied and bedside tables and desk was never cleaned. Unfortunately I won’t stay there again

Security guards are awesome, thanks for keeping us safe.

Breakfast is very average, food is either cold, dry or run out. Boys making pancakes and eggs have absolutely no idea how to cook “eggs over easy” I even witnessed a housekeeper member making a customers’ pancake order ….. seriously?? Housekeeping don’t clean the rooms properly, it took the guy 9 minutes 27 seconds to clean my room. No linen change, no towels, no toiletries, no taking any trash out. Not once was there a bath mat.

It’s very dated the room was average size the bed was very hard and uncomfortable very hard! The breakfast was terrible not much choice and not great quality either. The staff played favourites with returning guests. The drinks are well overpriced and the happy hour is ridiculous they gave us one price one day then upped it the next day! You can go down the main road and get way better deals! The tax is 21% as well a bit steep! The food was average too had cold pizza! Also got charged for ice from the bar! Honestly would never stay there again.

I liked the location and the room we stayed in

The clientele that stayed there. Thw sales tax at the restaurant. A limited very average breakfast. Aircon didn't work well and we had to have staff come up most days to fix the aircon due to loud rattling and vibrating.

You couldn’t book any thing up to the room as soon as you had finished and going back to room they would run after you to pay bill and sometimes it was like only$3 wish was annoying

Even though I had my sheets changed nearly every day I got bitten by bed bugs on my legs. Didn’t know this until I got home and went to the dr as my friends said it was heat rash. My friends never got bitten so maybe only certain rooms.

The room was nice, good views but not for all the rooms

Being told on arrival that there is not enough beah towels so you may have to take your bathroom towel to use at the beach and then use it again in your room to shower. The location is not in Amed as advertised it is out it Amed. No shops or amenities near by. You feel stranded, nothing in. Walking distance, 100,000idr mimimum to go to Amed shops, warnings or restaurants one way. That is if you can get a driiverOn the beach cliff , to go up to road or down to beach is over 109 to 150 steep steps. So may uneven areas just to go to pool, restaurant, beach and street

Le personnel était très professionnel et aimable. La piscine est très agréable. Les chambres sont confortables et bien aménagées. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet était bien. Au calme bien qu'au centre de la zone animée.

Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel mais personnellement je n'aime pas cette zone, à la frontière de Kuta. Je voulais plus être sur Legian. Pour les gens qui aiment l'animation, c'est très bien. Certaines chambres peuvent donner du côté de la route (ils ont accepté de me changer de chambre pour me mettre dans une très calme; j'ai beaucoup apprécié leur geste)!

The gardens were lovely, massage huts were convenient, decent room service.

How loud it is, if you have people above you, you can hear them walking around their room. I requested a double bed, received a single, I complained but they didn’t fulfill my needs (they weren’t booked out)- I am almost 6 ft so my feet hung out the end of the bed. The buffet was very average for breakfast.

Staff were all very friendly, kitchen team n staff were amazing and very accommodating.

We were booked in for a family of 4 but everyday only got 3 towels had to go down n get another towel other then that pretty good
