Hotel NEO+ Kuta Legian by ASTON

The restaurant serves delicious food

The hotel is unhygienic

The amenities

Quite alot of flies at the potted plants area right beside the restaurant. And the toilet floor quite dirty

Location, breakfast and the shops around for convenience

Room was small, no further amenities to put clothes away so we lived out of our suitcases, bar fridge was also small and you can hear live music from the nearest clubs so it’s hard to sleep at night

Lage einigermaßen ruhig. Pool sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich.

Paddel Ball Halle direkt neben dem Hotel. Auf unserer Seite dadurch sehr laut. Pool Liegen nur im Schatten.

Everything!

Nice and easy to check in , gives us a taste of what Bali is like . Helpful and really kind staff

Value for money. Friendly staffs and location is easy for us Muslims to find Halal food nearby. Laundry place is just across the road. Even Guardian Pharmacy is nearby.

There are one incident whereby your one floor down neighbor was so busy having a good chat and laugh without considering other hotel guests from late night until early morning.

Nice central spot

I stayed in one of the suites on the ground floor. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The staff were very attentive.

Location, service and no dramas

Nothing really except food taste which can be better

The service personal is really friendly and cheerful and polite. The room was very clean.

Cleanness of the pool could be better. Rats can be seen in pool area!!! Absolutely not nice to see. Pool towels are provided very difficult. 150 guest rooms and only 2 persons at pool area and there are no available pool towels? How is that? Coordination by breakfast need to be improved. Not understanding how could lack of eggs in the middle of the breakfast time. Rooms are poorly soundproofed, everything and from everywhere could be heard. Beside it there are mouses marching in the ceiling whole night :(

The room is very clean and all the staff are well mannered

I have travelled to Bali in excess of 50 trips over the years and stayed in many hotels and villas. I have previously stayed multiple times in another hotel 50 metres away and have walked past Neo+ many times. My decision to stay there for my first time was a great choice. Checking in,I was greeted by smiling, enthusiastic front office staff, this attitude continued throughout my stay within all departments,F&B,Housekeeping and Security. I reconnect with many Indonesian friends during my holiday time that come and visit whichever hotel I may be located in. I have to say that all of my friends that visited Neo+ were treated with respect by all staff. During my observations of staff in each department it was obvious to me that training is a high priority here and due to the attentiveness,I didn’t need to want for anything. My room was clean along with the hotel common areas and there was always someone sweeping up leaves or rubbish in the parking area, remember this is the first impression the customer sees prior to check in. Food and coffee were of a high standard and presentation was also nice and good value for money. I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 nights here and will return again, also to reconnect with staff who became somewhat like family. I suggestion for improvement, please replace the old, dirty illuminated Hotel Neo+ sign at the entrance as this does not reflect on the quality of the hotel. Hoping to see you all again soon. Richard

The staff are .lovely, friendly, and very helpful, nothing is to much trouble..close to poppies 2, and for me walking distance to everything. Very clean, good food.it is my go to hotel in legion.

Nothing everything excellent

The front office team was especially attentive and handled requests quickly

Overall, this hotel offers great value for money in a strategic location.

Just about one of the center activities in Bali's touristic area. Not bad as an option to stay in Bali though especially if you into leisure life after hour ..

Good location, walking distance to shops, markets, places to eat. Lovely pool and wonderful staff. They were all lovely.

Would have liked a better selection of Western food for breakfast and the milk for cereal wasn't chilled.

I really regret my stay here. The check-in process took 30 minutes even though I arrived at 2:30PM. The room was very dirty, the door lock broken and difficult to open, the floor with dark dirty and old, the towels were worn out, and the mattress and bedsheets were dirty with blood stains. The room also felt cramped and stuffy. Honestly, there’s nothing good about this hotel. They even took a photo of my passport using a phone, which made me feel very uncomfortable and worried. The location is also far from everything. I won’t come back again, there are many better hotels in Bali to stay at. (Refer to my pictures)

Plenty of options

Small options for vegetarians

Loved the staff , so helpful and always happy

Didn’t love the breakfast

Clean and comfortable

N

Staff great

Location

The service was nice

The cleanliness. The towel smell really bad, like a smoke smell. I asked for fresh new one and they still had that smell. The bathroom shower wasn't very clean

Infrastructure and location.

Small room

Staff were friendly and that is about it. The reviews of this place are misleading.

1. Rooms are not that clean, there were many ants in the room and we also found 2 cockroaches. While I don’t expect much for the price, I do expect cleanliness. 2. Soundproofing - be prepared to be disturbed. There as a karaoke bar across the street that goes until 3am and is very loud. You can hear people moving above you and next to you whilst in your room. Lastly the hotel blasts music from 7am-11pm everyday in the hallway. 3. Hotel breakfast didn’t always seem the most fresh and we preferred to spend money outside at a nice restaurant instead.

Location, friendly staff, clean

Hard bed, cold breakfast, didn’t have many options for drinks at the bar

Nothing to like about this property sorry

Not clean , room not very clean at all . Kid in nappy in the kid part of pool with its nappy and pj’s on . Realised she soiled herself decided to investigate with her hands and then washed hands in pool water . Wouldn’t eat or swim there not once . One week waisted .

Room are nice and newish

Breakfast a bit boring

Great location, down a quiet side street but still close enough to everything you need. Circle K right opposite it. Breakfast had a good selection, and the pool was so big. We had a pool access room which was great and convenient. Staff were all so lovely.

To be expected of course right by the pool but sometimes it could be a little noisy early in the morning (the pool did have open hours, but some other guests went in a little earlier, no more than an hour and only for a short while) - nothing major.

Location..

The lady stuffed up and took the wrong amount of money 90 dollars more.. I had to approach the lady and ask why she took so much money. then she refunded me the amount 10 min later told me it will take 14 days for the refund.. I had to pay another 200 dollar for me room.. no offer of upgrade or anything she didn't know what to do.. I was leaving in 2 days so I only had 200 aus left for shopping but because I had to pay for my again I was left with absolutely no money for 2 days.. talked to the manager she was nice but still couldn't do anything so its really stuffed me up.. neo+ was always my first stop everytime I go to bali.. but i will never return Rooms are run down broken stuff everywhere fell between the 2 single beds pushed together

Location behind sky garden.. Can be cheap Some staff members are nice..

Place is getting run down air conditioning is not ice cold on 16 in a few rooms lamps broken shower head all over the place no smart tv in most rooms staff members just stand around talking then serving me to pay for breakfast so I walked out after 10 minutes of waiting

The breakfast at this hotel was excellent. There were plenty of options—from hot dishes to fresh pastries, fruit, cereals, and made-to-order items. Everything was delicious and constantly replenished. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had!

No laundry on site

The rooms were clean, fresh and well maintained every day. We stayed 6 nights and its was amazing The set up they organised with my partners birthday was awesome. The staff were great everyday and we got to know a few of them very well

Not a complaint maybe a suggestion - some face towels or hand towels in the bathroom. Loved everything!

The swimming pool is great for the children. The air conditioning worked well and wasn't too noisy. The staff were as helpful as they are allowed to be.

The staff could be a little understanding and empathetic to guests needs. Especially the breakfast crew.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Walking distance to everything. There are 2 x 24 hour convenience stores across the road and a great massage salon. The girls are very good at what they do and are very friendly. There is an honest money exchange about 200m away (just walk to the memorial and turn right and it's just up on the right. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming and happy to help you with anything you need. The staff were a highlight of our stay. April and G (I can't remember her full name sorry) were exceptional and so attentive to our needs and so friendly every time we saw them. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. The pool is a good size and quite refreshing at the start and end of the day (a bit warm in the middle of the day). Plenty of poolside beds which are nice and comfortable. Towels are fine. (I have read so many comments about the towels). Nothing wrong with them. They are clean, dry and dry you well. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Bali.

The breakfast is not ideal for a celiac. I could only eat the boiled eggs or omelette and a small fruit salad bowl. It would have been nice to have some other options available considering all the options available to guests. The pool could have been cleaner. I felt the cleanliness of the pool lacked as there seemed to be lots of stuff floating around in it. The staff could have been more attentive to this area in cleaning up dirty dishes and glasses as some days they sat there for hours. The frosted glass between bathroom and bedroom is not ideal if sharing with say friends. I was sharing with my nephew. While you can't see through the glass the light shines through quite strong making the room like daylight in the middle of the night. If booking a poolside room, just note that groups of people tend to sit outside your room on the steps making it a little awkward when trying to get in and out of your room on the poolside. And at night some people get quite comfortable on the poolside beds and stay late talking loudly right outside your room. Staff don't seem to move people on late at night.

Wonderful staff nothing to much trouble and we have a lovely suite

Nothing we loved it

Staff were lovely. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool and grounds kept neat and tidy.

A perfect stay in this hotel Very friendly staff, very helpful Breakfast is good, but remember you're in a Asian country, not always a good European style breakfast Close to the bars and restaurants

The hotel has a good location.. Near to almost everything, the personal was really friendly and helpfully, the room was clean

Clean room and good location

The music in the hallway that doesn’t stop until midnight.

Staff were so friendly and helpful

Amazing staff the head receptionist was so lovely I will be coming back because of how nice her and her partner was

Staff were amazing. Was small and not over run with people.

There were no closet space. Breakfast was mostly Asian foods

Food options were great

It's was nice!

Great location, staff very friendly

Unfortunately we had 2x rooms with problems with hot water for showers. We mentioned this to staff and they were quick to ensure someone was looking at it but still no hot water for the whole week we were there.

This is a cute hotel with various music presentations during breakfast and dinner. Staffs are wonderful, and they are dedicated to their job. I admire how willingly and respectfully they help their guests. They can also communicate in English. Breakfast buffet is enough to keep you going for the day. Spa services are worth the price; they’re budget friendly. Room is big; it needs work especially in the bathroom and the shower area. Overall, this is recommended to all guests!

Best service

"The large windows in the living room let in a lot of natural light, which I love I really like the layout and how it flows from room to room." 3

I like everything about the property

Actually this is one of the best hotel, the service is pretty good for a hotel like this, when i stay in here, this hotel give me a beautifull moment, like the view from the hotel, there's so many of plants that make this hotel very cool and i like the menu of the restaurant is delicious, and for the staff is very kind to me. Thankyou so much for you all:D

Stayed here recently and really enjoyed it. The staff were super friendly always smiling and helpful whenever I needed anything. One of the team at the front desk, Gek Mas, even gave me a cute frangipani hair clip. It was such a simple but sweet gesture that made my day. The hotel is also in a great location easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and everything else. Super convenient and felt safe the whole time. Overall, a really nice stay. I’d recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable, friendly, and easy to get around from. Big thanks to everyone, especially Gek Mas!

Very clean and right downtown!

I loved the overall vibe of this hotel relaxed and comfortable. The rooms were clean, stylish, and well maintained. Although the breakfast didn’t really suit my personal taste, everything else made up for it. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone planning to visit Kuta.

Hotel is centrally locted to busiest part of the Kuta Legian area. Bali Bomb Memorial is 100m from this location. 24hr MMart convineit store locted right front of the hotel. Easy access to eateries, restaurants and Kuta beach. Few famous night clubs are also with few minutes walking distance. Ample parking available front of the hotel. 24hrs operational front desk. We had an issue with rooms allocation which we requested room with balcony however allocted rooms without balconies. Staff tried to sort out, unfortunately couldn't attend due to high demand which we understood. Please ensure to double check your requirement is being attended before reaching to hotel. Upper floor rooms with balcony should be nice, but they are small balconies. Average rooms small in size, basic amenties were provided. Towels required to be replaced - they are old and worn out. High pressure water at the bathroom. Hotel lobbay is well maintained, restaurant area is also fine. Pool and the view is plus point which detach you from the busy street vibe of Kuta. Breakfast is good, with options given this hotel rated 3 starts. Staff is friendly, restaurant is busy in the morning with high occupacy of the hotel in morning. Outdoor seating adjoining the pool is very nice. Hotel providing food , drinks around till later on ala carte basis after the breakfast. Recommended if you travel in Bali and just coming to hotel to spend the night.

The hotel is so comfy and have a nice view and the room is cold and nice spot photo and i think you should improve the fried rice hehe

Spa service was worth it. I had to do a late check-out and the cost per hour of extension was reasonable.

Location

The hotel didn’t have hot water, warm not hot and when complained it wasn’t fix Water was just warm Pool was in constant shade

Breakfast was okay, a few selections to choose from but not many. Eggs on request were great.

Choices were not great
