Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Posizione eccezionale, davanti al Colosseo. Oltre alle camere c'è il ristorante sulla terrazza al piano primo e al piano terra con una vista incantevole e prezzi buoni. Letto in memory comodo, stanza pulita e molto accogliente. Bagno bello, con tutto il necessario. Nonostante siamo in pieno centro e con locali sotto, i doppi vetri alla finestra hanno insonorizzato abbastanza bene la stanza. La proprietaria è stata molto accogliente e gentile.
Il cuscino in memoria non era comodo per i nostri gusti. Suggerisco di mettere qualche cuscino di dimensioni diverse.

no funcionó el wifi en todo el fin de semana. No pudimos conectar la tele y no nos lo arreglaron ni se preocuparon. Quisimos dejar las maletas el último dia para poder dar una vuelta hasta la salida del avión y las dejaban en una recepción donde no había nadie y cualquier persona que pasara se podía llevar las maletas así que tuvimos que pagar otro lugar fuera del hotel para tener un poco de seguridad. no vale la pena pagar tanto solamente por las vistas. Si podeis buscad otra opción

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026The couch needs to be replaced. The toilet didn't flush properly and had a slite smell to it The next day. The room was ok but looks a bit dated. The location was perfect 👌 the restaurant staff was very nice especially the male manager he was very kind. The lady that checked us in was a little rude. She complained about me not reading about them not having a elevator. True I didn't see that when I booked the hotel. Iv never stayed in tome or Europe for that matter do im not use to Hotels not having a elevator. She complained at the front desk and I heard her continuing to complaine when she showed us upstairs. She did ask a staff member to help my husband with that luggage because it was 2 heavy suitcases weighing over 60 pounds each. We did appreciate the help. Other than that the stay was nice. The noise from outside and in the restaurant did filter into the room so sleep was hard but not impossible.

1. The hosts are friendly only until a problem arises. Upon check-in, the management deliberately hid that a major street festival was being set up right under our windows (claiming they "had no idea" what the construction was). We had a nightmare night with unbearable noise until 2:00 AM. 2. The next morning, the staff explicitly promised us a full refund for both remaining nights over the phone. Relying on their word, we booked and paid for new accommodation. 3. We were ready to leave early but had to waste our time waiting for the staff until 12:00 PM. Upon arrival, the employee broke the verbal agreement, refused the initial promise, and refunded only one single night, wasting another 30 minutes in arguments. 📍As a result, we lost both time and money due to the false information and broken promises. Be very cautious.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Bardzo miłe przyjęcie i wytłumaczenie wszystkich aspektów meldunku i zasad panujących w obiekcie. Pani z recepcji bardzo pomocna i miła, pomoc wniesieniu bagażu :) . Codzienne sprzątanie, wymiana ręczników i brakujących produktów rogalików, herbaty i wody. Dodatkowo 10 % zniżki na zakupy w restauracji ART ROYAL. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja wszędzie blisko nawet spacerkiem, bliskość przystanku metra Colosseum. Z pewnością będziemy polecać naszym znajomy którzy będą chcieli odwiedzić Rzym. Kolejnym razem będziemy starać się też skorzystać z tego miejsca. Bardzo Polecamy. Grazie mille

It’s right above a restaurant and on a busy street corner - very noisy. The room looked unfinished - No soap dish in shower so soap and shampoo on the floor. Had to use the mirror as a hand towel hook above the basin. No toilet roll holder . Only tea bags on offer, when I asked for coffee sachets I was refused so we bought our own coffee. Strange empty adjoining room with primitive cupboard arrangement.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026It was a gorgeous view and in a central location. The room was comfortable and had everything we could need! Beds were comfortable and soft. Extra comforter in case you were cold.
The wifi didnt work at all. The staff wasn't very nice. We had a situation where staff brought our luggage up to our rooms as the person who checked us in asked their staff to do so. When we checked out we asked someone to help with our bags down. there was a staff member who took the bags away from the person helping and told us this was a cost and that the person helping was apart of the restaurant. We had no idea about this since we werent told that when we checked in and someone helped with our bags.

Very poor WiFi. At nearly $300/night I would have expected at least a “decent” signal. Our room had none and the on duty manager said the reason the bandwidth was slow because “it was busy in the restaurant that day.” The soap provided for showering and washing was also very poor quality.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Elegí la habitación con vista al coliseo. Es como se ve en la imagen. Espectacular. La habitación es muy bonita y espaciosa. La encargada de recepción es muy amable y te brinda siempre soluciones. Trata de brindarte un buen trato y es cortés.
Al ingresar entras por el restaurante. La primera impresión que tuve fue de una señorita que me trató mal y me puso a un lado porque no era comensal. Afortunadamente un joven entendió que venía por el hotel y me derivó correctamente a recepción.

Room was just as the pictures showed we had room with the view. There was bottled water and fresh towels every day too. It is a little noisy but as expected.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026We came to Rome to celebrate my 30th birthday and couldn’t believe that we’d found a Colosseum view room at such a good price last minute! The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful when we arrived, making check-in incredibly easy before showing us around. The room was beautiful and in the perfect location! It was so lovely to open the balcony doors each morning and night and see the Colosseum whilst getting ready. The room was clean and tidy giving a rustic Italian vibe in the bedroom, with a modern marble bathroom. The food at the hotel was also really great and we loved being able to eat out on the terrace with a gorgeous view. On our last day we had to check out between 10:30 and 11:00 but our flight wasn’t until 21:00, and the staff kept our bags safe behind reception. We would definitely stay here again, and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Very clean facilities also complimentary refreshments and croissant’s which came in handy on a busy day when we didn’t have time to grab breakfast.

Le bruit. Il y a énormément de bruit dans l’hôtel (restaurant) et à l’extérieur . Aucune insonorisation. Beaucoup de bruit dans le restaurant jusqu’à 1h am. Des sirènes de polices sans arrêt dans la rue. Des bruits de rénovation à l’extérieur des 7h am.

Сам номер уже подубит,обои висят отклеенные ,чайник не работал,но нам заменили,кондиционер такой старый что дует ужасным воздухом,а в самом номере прохладно без него

We could not find the hotel entrance… for first time we came from restaurant entrance and the led us to the back of restaurant which was the concierge and after first check in they give us a pass card to enter from the side alley… and we were lucky that we didn’t take big heavy luggages… there are to many steps to reach the rooms… because ground floor and first floor are for restaurant and second floor is just 3-4 rooms for this hotel( actually it’s not looks like a 4 or 5 star hotel at all and the price is because of location and i think it’s overpriced a little … we paid 215 euros per night it could be around 140-150 euros at most)
