Personale

Location was spectacular. Room had a lovely city view. Air conditioner worked perfectly.

Do conforto.

Faltou shampoo e condicionador separados.

The location was very good. Nice breakfast

Had issues reaching with the car, the maps direction was not accurate because of road blocks. Better to avoid getting there with a rented car. Another issue was that one of the rooms had a bad smell. We complained and got a different room.

Emplacement

In the heart of Florence and the thing about this hotel is the professional staff and hospitality. They are amazing and very friendly. They know what you need and have everything in order.

NOTHING

Absolutely wonderful choice to stay here. Loved our location, very vibrant safe entrance, great lobby with staff and the check-in was very easy, and they parked our car for us at a local lot. Great ambiance inside the building, bar in the lobby for a drink, included breakfast sit down buffet style was phenomenal- maybe best of our trip! Everything you could want to start your day great. Elevator up to room and great spacious room. We had split level with 2 bathrooms with which was great for our family. Such a great place to leave and come back to after a day exploring Florence! The breakfast was just so wonderful!

Really great, nothing to dislike. We did hope to do the laundry on our stay, as they offer a service from local company, but the prices were too high - per item, rather than the bag. Wish it was a bit more affordable as it was a great perk for being there 2 nights to do laundry.

Location is great, max 15 min walk distance from anywhere in town. Lovely staff, delicious breakfast.

Hotelin konumu mükemmeldi. Oda oldukça rahattı.

Yatak biraz rahatsızdı. Bunun dışında altyapı vetechizat oldukça yeterliydi.

Love the cleanliness and space. Great hospitality and spacious and stylish rooms. You get what you pay for. This my #1. Hotel so far on a 15 days trip to 4 cities in italy. We will be back

I love everything about this property.

Close to all our activities.

They don’t do late or early check in.

Location, room size

Some noise in the morning

Location view from the room able to get 6 of us into one room mini bar nice bathroom friendly staff nice communal areas comfortable beds

I think the air conditioning could have been a bit better in the bedroom and we could have done with some side lights also the bar downstairs shut up rather early the tourist tax could have been included in the initial price

We had a wonderful stay at Solo Experience Hotel! Located right in the heart of Florence, getting there through the narrow, busy streets can be a bit tricky, but the staff went above and beyond to guide us in smoothly. They even arranged safe, convenient garage parking for our car, which took all the stress away. Most importantly, they were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating in preparing a fantastic room tailored for our special needs daughter. Warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish - we couldn't have asked for a better overall experience in Florence. Highly recommended! It was our second time there btw!

Everything was amazing on our stay. Thank you so Much! All the staff were really nice and always willing to help. The room was very clean and the location is great.

It’s a beautiful and peaceful place. It was a wonderful experience. Everything was very clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. I highly recommend it 100%.

Perfeito

Det lå tæt på alt. Du bor midt i byen.

The property provided an excellent breakfast. The best we’ve had in Italy. The staff was very helpful and I mean beyond the call of duty. The room was very large and we felt very comfortable for three nights that we just spent during a very hot weather season I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Florence.

Nothing

Very good location, rooms were great size and the staff was incredible

No amenities such as gym/weight room

Excellent location, clean, lovely beds.

Hard to drive to with the car. Would maybe leave car into a car park and get a taxi there next time. Though their car parking service did work really well.

Great spot

The queen bed was 2 singles pushed together which seemed to make the bed uneven and a bit uncomfortable. That's all though, otherwise good place.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic central location

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Pyszne śniadania. Lepsze niż w innych hotelach we Włoszech

Great location, small room but vey comfortable bed.

I didn't like that they couldn't offer us even an hour earlier checkin. I have an elderly husband, it was very hot and we had travelled from far away, and had requested an earlier checkin if possible. Usually that is accommodated by a couple of hours, but unfortunately not at Solo Experience. I found it hard to believe a room was not ready before 2.40pm, after we arrived and requested an early room at 10.30 in the morning, hoping for one by lunchtime. Good location, 10 minutes walk from train station and close to the heart of Florence.

Emplacement parfait !

Close to everything, great and friendly staff

Nothing, all was excellent

Posizione, colazione, staff ,pulizia, camera grande, letto comodo.

tI've stayed that this hotel several times the location is spectacular as is the staff

location , staff , size of rooms

It is centrally located to see lots of sites.

It was a little warm in the room at first. But did cool down enough for a comfortable night sleep.

I would classify it as Excellent. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4.5/5 stars, approximately 9/10) * Location: Excellent * Cleanliness: Excellent * Staff: Excellent * Comfort: Excellent * Value for money: Very good to excellent

Clean and friendly

Totalmente recomendable.

The hotel has a perfect location. Everything we needed to reach was few minutes away from hotel.

The hair dryers could be better.

Great customer service

Room was very small. No view from room

Good location, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff was great!

Finding our room each time.

The property itself was beautiful and well appointed. The staff was great in all areas but we did have one problem that was unacceptable

Apparently, someone prior to our stay made an iron burn on a credenza. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT CREATED BY US; however, they spotted a small travel iron in our luggage and apparently decided to blame us for a mark that they must have missed previously. The cost was 400 Euro. They insisted that the mark was not there prior to our arrival. Of course we refused to pay and the management literally called us liars. If we would have done this, WE WOULD HAVE DEFINITELY ADMITTED IT. This was the only incident that we incurred in our rental of two European villas and one hotel during our three week stay in Italy. Sad ending.

Great location and walkable to everywhere. Nearby Carrefour express.

Nice location.

Great location. The suite was easy and clean and the bathroom was modern!

Comfortable beds. Location is great

Should not charge extra for eggs.

Temizlik konum ve minibar ikramlari çok iyiudi

Location was fantastic so central and yet so quiet, the hotel is within an easy walk of all the main attractions Florence has to offer. Breakfast was fantastic

Not a big issue but was a bit strange that room was accessed from the outside fire escape area

Excelente atendimento, localização ótima, limpeza impecável!

A localização é excelente, bem perto do Mercado Central, e dá pra ir a todas as principais atrações de Florença a pé.

Amazing hotel - best of our 2 week tour of 5 countries so far! Amazing breakfast!!!

Friendly staff, Bruna and Clyde were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the breakfast area, were friendly and helpful.

Nothing

The location and quality of the room were great. Staff were very helpful, and they supplied free drinking water for our room. Short walk to all major attractions and restaurants.

Nothing

Walking distance do w zasadzie wszystkich kluczowych atrakcji miasta. Bardzo życzliwa i profesjonalna obsługa (zwłaszcza Angela!). Hotel cichy, a jednocześnie przyjazny rodzinom z dziećmi. Pokoje w całości odpowiadają standardom czterogwiazdkowego hotelu. Wart swojej ceny.

Obok ekspresu do kawy w pokojach przydałby się zwykły czajnik elektryczny.

location

layout of the hotel

Mitt i staden. Älskade den hotellet. Fin utsikt. Nära till allt.

Localização excelente. Quarto confortável e grande. Café da manhã variado. Atendimento ótimo. Hotel novo e bem cuidado.

Nada a reclamar. Ficaria de novo com certeza.

Beautiful smallish hotel across from Basilica San Lorenzo. The staff members are friendly and professional. The hotel which includes a lovely and very comfortable bar area, is very, very nice. The bartender, Jose, was just great and taught me how to make an excellent Hugo Spritz. Our room was large, comfortable and beautiful with a stunning view of the basilica.
