Friendly staff and wonderful location. They offered me a great and spacious room.

Everyone was really helpful and friendly. The room service manager, Mr. Indrajith was very helpful all the time and made sure my room was nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent a big thank you to all.

No complaints about the food . But after calling them before I went for breakfast, I had to wait 15 minutes which disappointed me.

Room size was average but nice and clean.

Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at your property. As a loyal guest who has chosen your hotel for three previous stays, I was highly disappointed to witness a significant decline in your overall service and hygiene standards. Firstly, I submitted a request for a sea-view room at the time of booking to ensure a quiet environment away from the heavy traffic noise of Galle Road. Upon check-in, the reception staff confirmed that sea-view rooms were vacant, yet I was not accommodated. Secondly, the upkeep of the public areas was unacceptable. The furniture in the main reception lobby was uncleaned and had a noticeable, unpleasant odor, creating a poor first impression. Additionally, because of a late-evening flight, I requested a late check-out. Although rooms were available and this courtesy had been extended to me during two of my previous stays, it was flatly refused this time without valid justification. Finally, I noted that the breakfast standards have fallen considerably; the offerings were incredibly basic and lacked the quality I experienced during my past visits. I trusted your hotel based on my positive past experiences, but the lack of care during this stay was unacceptable. I hope you will look into these operational shortcomings to restore the hotel's former standards.

Access to transport and ideal location.

Rooms are small. There is no complementary water bottle where most other hotels provide as standard. GSH only provides tap water in bottles which not safe to drink.

Good location for shops and travel into central Colombo. Safe and secure, I felt. Reasonably comfortable. Clean bathroom.

The room was well maintained and looks very clean. The location is very convenient because it's in the middle of the city.

The room had a queen bed formed by two single beds. The balcony was shared between two rooms and was not designed for guest

I have Oder Tea bags and shuger packets for morning tea at checkout day 6.30 I have called 3,4 time but not received. They not care so I have Oder that time but not answer. After I checkout at 9 am untill that time not care

First day shower got broken. I did not even inform but next day afternoon they fixed.

I called reception for drinking water, but the receptionist told me to call another number. I called three times in the morning around 10:00, In the evening, I called again, but I only received water the next morning.
