1. The hotel is located in a convenient location. 2. The receptionists and all other staff were always available. They are polite and informative. 3. The food at Anjappar restaurant was excellent and value for money. 4. The rooms were clean.

1. Some of the bedsheets were torn at places. 2. No facility to dry cloths in the balcony - I used the guest chair as an airer.

Very good. Many varieties of Lankan cuisine. Enjoyed the food. Lunch and Dinner also very good. Very honest staff. Once I left my laptop in the room and one of the employees Mohammad found me and handed the laptop to me.

The pillows were not enough and not comfortable. TV did not work and had to call the staff several times . Most rooms TVs didn’t work properly

We enjoyed the location of the hotel being close to the beach on one side and the main city on the other side. It was highly convenient. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were willing to accommodate ones specific preferences. The staff were personable and helpful.

The wet washroom makes things uncomfortable. There was a sewage smell coming from the washroom. Also service from some staff were slow and required multiple reminders. One thing that should be noted: we were not informed beforehand by the hotel or booking.com that construction was to be occurring at the hotel during working hours. It was extremely noisy during the day.

The rooms are spacious. Location is decent, near to the ocean but far from the city center. Room Service is quick.

One of the room that we booked had a weird smoking smell.

They not Accept the USD, they (Ask) accept only LKR (Sri Lankan Rupee.) but while booking time you not mentioned LKR, you mentioned only INR & USD. so I would like to request you (Booking .com) ask them to what you mentioned INR & USD to accept by hotel. Breakfast is average for Indian foods. no Dhosa , No idly, nothing.

The so called manager was rude and being in the customer service space this guy never utter a smile. The night time receptionist was very helpful and accoodating my early check-in and late check out but this guy gave him a very big lecture Infront of me about it. some other attends and waiters were plesent.

Nothing much. It’s better to have options to lock doors with key inside . Specially when you stay with kids it’s not safe.

Spacious room, which was large enough to accommodate two adults, one child, and an infant.

Facilities could be improved, such as providing a sofa or chair and a baby cot for infants, as the room is spacious enough to accommodate them.

Night receptionist even doesn’t understand about the booking.com policies and he doesn’t know the check out time as well unfortunately but Morning receptionist was superb 👌 she was very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed in this hotel several times. I have been very happy during my visits. This time there were some issues. I will visit once again to decide will come again.
