Residence Inn by Marriott Los Angeles Redondo Beach

It was last minute decision to book with them and it wonderful stay. The breakfast has plenty of option,Pepe the chef will cut oranges every morning for my daughter and happy to serve the guest.

No washing machine in the unit. You have to go down to laundry area.

Nice large room Staff nice

Room Was very hot and air conditioning was soooo loud X searched for the controls and couldn’t find, we found them Hidden behind a lamp!!!! Haha

The mechanic was very good and kind who repaired the toilet.

We booked two rooms, but first they did not find the second reservation. In one of the rooms the toilet was not operating, we realized it after the first usage. The extra bed was not prepared.

Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Staff at front desk were helpful.

Food options could be better but they were alright.

Colazione

Right off the freeway. Close to the beaches .

The AC was too loud.

I showed up to hotel with all my family’s and was told my reservation was canceled very disappointed

It was clean, provided all the amenities we needed with children and when there was a noise complaint they responded quickly.

Convenience and comfortable

Had a pool, outdoor fireplace, and a basketball court. Kids loved it.

Fire pit

Dirty jacuzzi

Fire pit

Jacuzzi dirty with fizz . Filter needs to be changed and the water was dirty.

Nice property good breakfast

The front desk staff was very friendly. The patio and pool area was very inviting.

The ladies in charge of breakfast were rude and curt when asked questions.

I like the room space and the outdoor patio space very nice. My kids and I enjoy our stay.

Everything and great customer service. I give them a five star. The only issue was the bathroom sink was not clean, very well. But everything else was good. 👍🏿

The pool area was nice, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly

The bathroom had very little water pressure & pull out mattress was not the best quality

Cleanliness and good breakfast & great customer service

Parking is limited first come first serve

L emplacement, le lit etait super

Un peu vieillot

It was so good

Is so quiet

Great location. Property was clean

Everting

I love it

Propreté suivie

Everything from the opportunity to have and proceed to an early check-in, to the pleasantries shared from the front desk staff to the maintenence upkeep from the housekeeping staff.

Wish the breakfast time could be extended by 1 hour from 6am to 10 am instead of 9 am, The great and extensive amount of food to choose from makes you have to get up early to enjoy the wonderful breakfast buffet.

The room was very comfortable

The lighting in the room was very poor. Two switches didn’t activate any lights

Breakfast. Kitchen is good

Wardrobe inside tiolet looks strange Water pressure is too weak

Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable room with lots of facilities. Good location of hotel for airport. Took Metro K Line ( Redondo Beach Station next to hotel) and then free terminal transfer bus back to airport which was extremely convenient.

Some noise from Freeway outside which remained busy overnight.

Wasn't happy about being charged an extra $25 to park my car

The breakfast was fantastic.

This lighting and window coverings in the room need an overhaul. The curtains were too long so they dragged on the floor preventing them from closing completely. This was a major concern because we were on the first floor. The lighting in the room wasn't great. The bedroom had a harsh fluorescent can light and the living area had too few lamps.

Facilities, location

The selection of various foods n beverages was excellent. Location perfect. Front Desk Staff and Housekeeping Staff i loved. The pool/hot tub/gym/bb court perfectly set up. Happy Hour, nice prices but needs to be longer than 1.5 hrs as we enjoyed Michael Bartender and not getting ripped off with price gouging.

The Kitchen needs to have more. There was only 1 frying pan w/lid and no cooking utensils. Had problem with dishwasher but OK (easier to wash myself ) Need more lamps with brighter bulbs, too dark (room 124) but will request same room next trip it was perfect no neighbors n so so quiet.

the bath needed a balance bar !

The property was nice and as expected. The breakfast was amazing

The bed had a big dip in the middle so I had a sore back for days from not sleeping well. The pan had a beet loose handle and made it difficult to cook.

Staff was nice, processes were quick. Clean.

A/C was loud, change in noises woke my spouse up middle-of-the-night. 1 of 2 TVs didn't work, though if it were important we could've had the front desk log a maintenance request. Neither TV accepted casting (chromecast, airplay), though it was a "smart" TV. This is our bad, but "King" bed meant "California king", which is narrower and longer, and was unexpected. Breakfast was adequate and slightly varying from day-to-day, but not stellar.

Breakfast was very satisfying and staff members were very friendly at the time of check in until check out.

Very satisfied without any complaints

Very nice staff, clean room and good breakfast.

Booking didn’t mention that they took a $100 deposit and that they didn’t accept chime! We almost had nowhere to stay but management help us out.

Size of the room

Body soap was completely empty. With this price, it's unacceptable.

Large room.

The location was a bit out of the way as we didn’t have a car and there weren’t many dining options.

Bija labi

The room was large and very comfortable. Bed was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Couldn't get internet connection.

Ideal para dormir cerca del aeropuerto.

Great staff comfortable Stuff to do

The speed of people driving by when were out enjoy recreation

Pet friendly. Welcoming and friendly staff.

The bathtub was spackled and unfinished. I can't believe that the room was not blocked off to be repaired. I left home to enjoy a nice hot bath since my home currently does not have one. This was extremely disappointing. I should be credited back for the room or offered a complimentary two night stay for a future date.

The whole house feels like you're home

That the staff has to deal with rudeness from customers

It was great for the night after our plane was late.

There was a skunk by the pool.

Breakfast was very delicious! The night time bonfire was fun to sit around. The hotel was very close to the building we needed to go to the next day, great restaurants and beaches nearby. We drove the Venice beach to see the canals.

There was a bit of an unpleasant conversation with the manager checking us in. My 5 year old needed to use the restroom while we checked in and the manager refused to answer my question after I asked 3 different times regarding where the lobby restroom was. We had driven 3 hours to get to the hotel and my 5 yr needed to pee. I had already given the manager my id and my name. I sternly told him the urgency and he finally told me where it was. The room was nice and clean but had allergies flare up - maybe dog hair in the circulating in the a/c. We were on the first floor and there were dogs in other rooms on the same floor.

Muy buenas instalaciones, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Buena limpieza.

A hospitality.

Good breakfast, very nice suits with everything what you need.

Super clean good location. Rooms are big as they said.

Staff did not help with an accident my daughter had

Location

We only got 1 time full service ( change bed sheets) and 1 time refresh during 8 nights of stay. Despite the breakfast being good for value it got very very busy during breakfast hours with long waits and no table to seat

The rooms were as advertised

The staff was rude, disrespectful, cursed in front of my daughter, unprofessional, asked my elderly mother to move out of the way so they can watch the game on TV, told our group to 'shut up' at 6pm in the lobby...I can go on. I have everything written down as our entire group had a HORRIBLE experience with Brian Dominguez (the supervisor who was acting manager).

The facilities, the staff the breakfast, the service

Just OK property was old, but things were working conditions. New updates needed for the wrong cabinets, toilet shower, showerheads, mattresses, chair, couches, etc..

Scam. I’ve been denied check in at the reception. The staff promised a refund but still charged money from my credit card. Serious water leakage from the bathroom. Should avoid this hotel at all costs.

Cosy and friendly staff

Location was great except close to main roads and train lines

Good breakfast and friendly staff

Even though they said they would clean the room every alternative day, but they didn't do it until we asked them.

La propreté et le calme

Manque de matériel dans la cuisine

Very good experience overall!

Breakfast was great!

Very clean!

Everything was good!

Breakfast was great . Pool and hot tub area clean and quiet

Just a bit far out for us as we didn’t have a car but very near metro station

Great newer comfortable place

Not enough parking.

It was quiet. Staff was polite. They allow pets.
