The breakfast was included which is nice. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The only issue was that the hot tub was not warm at all. Went to enjoy it one night at 7 pm and the water was cold.

Unfortunately, I cannot point to anything in particular that I really liked about this hotel. Compared with the other hotels we stayed at during our trip, the overall experience felt noticeably below standard. The location was also quite far from most of the attractions we wanted to visit in Los Angeles, although I recognize that choosing this location was ultimately my own decision.

My main disappointment was the way the hotel handled our room change. I did not ask for an upgrade. I only asked to be moved to another room because there were plumbing problems in the original room. Before agreeing to move, I explicitly asked whether the new room would involve any additional charge, and I was clearly told that it would not. Despite this, I was later charged approximately $200 because the room we were moved to was considered more expensive. This was extremely disappointing. From my perspective, I was moved because of a maintenance problem in the room provided by the hotel, I specifically confirmed in advance that there would be no extra charge, and I relied on the information given to me by the hotel staff. The fact that I was nevertheless charged afterwards left me with a very negative impression of the hotel’s handling of the situation and significantly affected my overall experience.

After we told the Homewood Hilton supervisor about the dirty hair founded on the bracket which was delivered by the room services. We didn’t use them and reported when I check out. The upsets were The superior immediately blamed those dirt are created by me. That was very upsetting !!!

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel für einen längeren Aufenthalt! Die Suiten sind sehr geräumig, modern und perfekt ausgestattet. Alles war makellos sauber, das Personal überaus freundlich und das Frühstück war ok. Auch die Lage in Redondo Beach ist super, um L.A. und die Küste zu erkunden.

Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln – wir waren rundum zufrieden!

nelle camere e nei corridoi c'era cattivo odore di umido e di vecchio. La piscina era inutilizzabile per via di un gruppo di ragazzini presenti in hotel. Abbiamo preso una camera tripla, il terzo era in un divano, non corredato di biancheria che ci è stata data al nostro arrivo, che abbiamo dovuto portare in camera insieme alle nostre valigie. Ovviamente mancava la biancheria da bagno per il terzo ospite. Nessun servizio di Housekeeping perché ci siamo fermati "solo" due notti.

* The level of customer service was disappointing. I booked a room with a sofa bed and paid for 2 adults and 2 children. When we arrived they had forgotten to make up the sofa bed. I asked reception at 8:30pm. No one came. We had 2 small children who needed to sleep. At 9pm I called reception again to remind them. At 9:15pm (45 minutes after I first asked) a lady arrived with a bag of bedding and dumped it in the doorway. I was surprised, expecting she was going to make up the bed, so I asked her to do it. She didn’t speak English. So my wife asked her in fluent Spanish. The lady said “it just pulls out” and walked away. However, when we pulled it there was only a bare mattress. So we made up our own sofa bed that night. * The pool water was dirty and they had run out of towels. My daughter found a big clump of hair in the pool. * Breakfast had plastic cutlery, which had the combined effect of feeling both cheap and environmentally wasteful at the same time.

Le jeune homme de l'accueil (cheveux un peu longs/frisés) a été adorable avec nous et nous a beaucoup aidé alors que nous avions un pneu crevé dans notre voiture de location.

La gentillesse de l’équipe du front desk et du housekeeping. Le petit déjeuner très correct, la disponibilité des machines à laver, et le RDV social le mercredi

Que le RDV social ne soit que pour 1 jour par semaine. Que l’air conditionné mouille le tapis au niveau du sofa et que le housekeeping n’est pas écouté nos demandes

Breakfast was great - exceed expectations. Overall it's a standard hotel - met expectations.

Nothing stands out - it was a decent hotel for the price. One thing we did notice is their seems to be a resident skunk - and I am not talking about people smoking MJ - there is a real skunk in the parking lot area that came close to us getting out of the car twice. While nothing happened, I imagine this could ruin someone's trip. I reported it to the front desk.

The rooms are large and spacious. Nice sized kitchen with all the basics you would need.

1. Breakfast offerings were not that great. Also, the time [6am-9am] seemed too early as when on vacation you do not want to have to wake up early and rush to get down for breakfast -would have preferred it ending at 10am on weekdays. 2. used the gym and the sanitizing wipes dispenser was empty every time I came [3 times I used the gym]. Also, the machines were pretty outdated. 3. We stayed for 3days [with a 5yr old as part of our party] - there was a big smell of marijuana in the common corridor on our floor all 3 days - we notified front desk daily to see if they could fix it - to no avail

The location was perfect for all of the places that we were going to visit and the beach was so close as well as any place that we had to go like restaurants or shopping plus everyone was so kind and helpful we can’t wait to stay again

Could use a little more water pressure with the shower but everything else was so great that we didn’t mind

The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, the room setup and cleanliness fell short. The bathroom did not seem to be frequently cleaned or wiped down, the hallways were never vacuumed during our entire stay, and the trash was never emptied when the room was serviced. We also had to request extra towels every single day for the whole week. It feels like management or shift leaders need to walk the hallways and inspect room setups more regularly to maintain standards.

Great large breakfast area with huge-screen TV. I was there during FIFI soccer games! All staff felt like family or friends. Extremely accommodating.

Had a double queen on the 3rd floor and the room was clean, beds comfy and pull out was also comfy for the kids. Breakfast was good. Had a variety of options. Staff was friendly and super helpful when we needed extra linens or towels.

The garbage people left around the pool and in the stairway was gross. One room had a broken ceiling fan. Elevators where far from the rooms.

The room was nice and the facilities such as lobby and dining room are very nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and offered help often.

The breakfast was not great. Overly salty eggs, juice was basically water, semi rotten fruit. Parking lot needs more lighting, very sketchy vibes. Better sign directory for location.

The heater kept turning on all night. I was sweating all night and the A/c didn't turn on so the room was 89 degrees all night!!!

The property had good for vacation to stay active and relax- gym, pool, etc. The staff were very welcoming and lovely, also really helpful. Also the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.

The staff were very racist &’ very rude. I say racist because they treated us very differently then they did a white family that was staying the same as us. Honestly we travel a lot a lot &’ I will never go back to a home woods hotel ever in my life again &’ I will let people know it’s not a good hotel. Had no parking available even after paying money for parking. Cleaning lady she is old with glasses she cleans on the 4th floor close to room 413 very very rude. Went to bother my sister underage mind you &’ screamed at her very aggressive &’ loud. I’m more disappointed with booking.com more than the hotel, how you guys are promoting very bad &’ nasty hotels. I didn’t even receive the crib I had requested weeks almost a month prior to our stay I never received it till 3 days into our stay AND when we received it it smelled so bad like poop that we had to called them to come up &’ remove it from the room even the guy that went to pick it up wanted to throw up because of how bad it smelled &’ he just went &’ dumped the playpen outside in the middle of the hallway stinking up the whole hallway like shit. I payed since from 7th-12th I payed lots of money for that hotel to just be disappointed &’ pissed off the whole time.

Wszystko było bardzo czyste i zadbane, co od razu zrobiło świetne wrażenie. Śniadania były pyszne, świeże i różnorodne. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje przemiły personel pomocny, uśmiechnięty i zawsze gotowy do pomocy. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce!

The extra linen and blanket was dirty for the sofa bed. The staff was very helpful in giving us clean linen and blanckets.

Visiting colleges with my son. Stayed here for two nights. Extremely friendly staff, clean rooms, and nice workout facility/pool. Very close to In N Out, Beach, and the Freeway. Best thing is the breakfast. Yasmine and Francisco are amazing. Their chicken and pork carnitas are sensational. Highly highly recommend.

This was a really nice hotel. Judging from the fixtures and the hotel quality, my guess is that it's fairly new. Alejandro checked me in and he was SO nice!! That's how you can tell if a hotel is fairly new, the carpet is still plush and the people at the front desk are nice. I loved my one-bedroom suite. It was so clean and comfortable. And yes, there actually were a good amount of kitchenware in the kitchen. Unlike other hotels with kitchens where you get like 2 spoons and a can opener. The pool and hot tub were very popular, and so was the breakfast the next morning. They have great hot items, BUT it's packed!! So be patient. Alejandro checked me out the next morning with a smile too. I would definitely stay here again!!

I love the variety of the breakfast. I think that did it for me. 5 stars. The lounge area was inviting and the rooms were decent. Love the pool area. Great for my children.

This hotel has the potential for 5 stars but unfortunately our stay was made disappointing by the lack of attention to detail. We were a family of three, myself plus my two children so as three were booked into the room you would have thought they would realise that the sofabed would be needed - no. When we arrived at the room it wasn't set up, which was fine as we may have wanted to the sofa's first. We pulled the bed out to find there was no bedding. This bed was uncomfortable and when they did bring the bedding up it was a single sheet, pillow and a blanket for a duvet. I did expect a full duvet. Then we went to have showers and found out that we only had two bath towels. Again we rang the front desk as we had for the bedding and they said a towel would be sent up but this never arrived. We shared towels and then collected some from the front desk the following morning but I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. The other strange thing was that the hottub/whirlpool was really cold and yet the main pool was too hot for swimming in. If felt like there was a maintenance issue with the heated water being sent to the wrong pool? The hotel was clean, breakfast was good (maybe another 2 waffle machines would be an idea) and I would recommend everything else to do with the hotel other than this lack of attention to the number staying in the room.

Location was superb - literally less than about 20 mins from the airport. Staff were warm & inviting, the social evening on Wednesday with complimentary drinks and canapés was an added bonus and the breakfast was excellent! Wouldn’t hesitate to re-book again.

We stayed for three nights with my mother and my daughter, and it was a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Our TV was not working at first, but the staff replaced it immediately, which we really appreciated. We chose a room on the first floor, and it turned out to be very convenient since we had been shopping and were carrying many bags so being on the first floor made everything much easier. The hotel has a pool, a jacuzzi, and a small basketball court, which is nice for children and families. Breakfast was very good, served daily until 9 a.m. and until 10 a.m. on weekends. There were plenty of options and the service was nice, although it can get crowded on weekends. The location is also excellent about 10 minutes from LAX.

Close to the airport so after a long flight was nice to not drive so far away. Free breakfast was nice with a good selection.

Rooms weren’t the most updated and the aircon did not work. The front desk did send someone very quickly to check it over.

I really enjoyed my stay! Conveniently located near the LAX, it's peaceful and quiet. My room was spacious and equipped with kitchen space. The complimentary breakfast was awesome and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. Special thanks to Yasmin who greeted me every morning at breakfast and brightened my day!
