Everything was clean

There was a noice in our bath all night

The room was very clean and a very nice size. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The water drained slowly in the tub. The breakfast was expensive.

We stayed for 2 nights and when we got back to the room the second day at around 4:00pm and noticed that the room was not cleaned or bed not made we called front desk and they told me they only do rooms every other day! I have stayed in lots of hotels over the years and that was a first! I’m also a Honor’s member too! For What???? Next time if so you need to do much better!

Alex at the Los Angeles/Redondo location saved the day on this one! After searching 3 hotels he made sure my family and I had a place to sleep! Room was clean… Clean CLEAN… a greeting on the tv screen with my name and a happy family! Price value was great too $$$👍🏽

The breakfast was great, as were the folks who worked it.

One of the two elevators was broken the ENTIRE time we were there (4 days). There was only one (very slow) elevator working. There appears to be no service elevator either, so when the elevator FINALLY appeared, housekeeping and laundry carts all poured out. One of the housekeeping staff told me that it's been out of commission for three weeks. I was on the 4th floor and that ice machine was broken, too. It makes me feel like things are "pretty" on the surface, but don't look too closely - things are falling apart. I also don't appreciate paying for parking - feels like an insult.

Bed was crap, service at check in was shit, bathroom felt like a closet, pay 22$ for breakfast? 25$ parking.. did I mention the bed was horrible. Shower took 15 minutes to get warm. House keeper knocking on doors at 9:30am, check out is 12pm we got there at 2:45am! It’s just a shitty situation, I paid $400 for 2 nights and can’t believe this is what we got! Not ever again will I choose Hilton…

Alex was amazing at check in! We got there pretty late & made it smooth and easy.

Parking was good. We liked the close proximity to the public train. We also enjoyed going over to Redondo beach.

Our first room had a wet carpet, so we had to switch rooms.

No maid service, no bellman, staff mostly indifferent, acted like it was an inconvenience to answer questions EXCEPT wait staff in breakfast area. They were nice. Price was very high for mid experience. Curtains didn't close... homeless people wiping window on other side to peer in apparently.

We were given a handicap room for some reason. The bathroom didn’t have a vent and the door wouldn’t stay open to circulate the air. The toilet also clogged on the second night from normal use. Other than that, the experience and location was good.

Staff was very helpful whenever we needed extra towels or directions.

The bed was a bit loud when tossing and turning in sleep and the shower door wouldn't close all the way so the water is leak outside of the shower.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

The pool was closed for maintenance for the duration of our stay.

We always traveled with the family , with my husband and two kids , this past weekend we went to celebrate my husband for Father’s Day , we were really happy to arrive at the hotel, this is the first hotel when we arrive the people from front desk they are not happy to receive the guest (we arrive early) , and the lady in the front desk, she was very serious and not at all friendly, I never heard a WELCOME TO HILTON GARDEN INN (never) , and even the kids say why she’s mad! Because she was look like she was mad ! Nothing friendly ! We went to the pier and we go bad to the check in at 3:09 , the guy that he did the check in for us , they were the same I was a little upset because if you going to receive your guests like that , they need to find a new job ! They were so mad and not friendly at all ! You know, I really loved that guy at the buffet—the one who handles payments and clears the tables. He was wearing a gray apron; he was so kind and attentive, always helping us out, always smiling, and serving us with such friendliness! I really love the worker !

I don’t really like , the shower , the blankets were dirty when we arrive , and YOU HAVE TO PAY $25 dollars per night for the parking like why ? it was a lot of noise but I can handle that !

Ask for ALEX E Truly a nice guy and did everything in his power above and beyond for me. He knew that I was just there to spend the night and leave the next morning potentially come back for a bit but he hooked me up with parking and breakfast and made sure I was able to check in with my HILTON points something I almost forgot to add. Thank you for the kind and generous customer service!

The credit card I paid with was fraudulently used several places around your hotel the exact same dates I was there. I believe someone at the lobby desk used my card information to charge hundreds of dollars. There was hardly any water pressure so the shower was not good. The app said there was a complimentary breakfast but they said I had to pay…only the coffee was included.

I normally like to share of how a place makes me feel. The play by play is fitting here however. 😎 The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The lighting is important (for me) was exceptional. I didn't feel as if was being interrogated w/ the cheap blue light & 2000 lumens meant for a corp office. What a relief! I was able to watch tv with the volume up and the lights on. I slept soundly in the king size bed with pillows. The sound proof door is a nice touch. I/we didn't hear the neighbors talking, t.v or music in our room. However, the window we had only opened a couple inches, the screen was not replaced YET.... Our room was quiet w/ a closed window otherwise the AC unit was right outside the window. Tomato/ tomatoe. Plenty of parking spaces available. This particular weekend there was jr softball tournament somewhere close to the hotel. Families in softball gear and giving play by play events, parent gossip at breakfast as well. Very interesting ☺️ The breakfast was good, many options, eggs, french toast etc .. waffles do not come with the meal voucher- darn it. I had the omlete with veggies and French toast. Coffee & water are available during most of the day in the lobby. ( be sure to get the ticket from the front desk for the breakfast ) We felt safe parking the car overnight. There's Tesla charing station as you drive in to the hotel lot. It can be quite busy. The staff are young, and somewhat friendly, I say this as it appeared - they couldn't be bothered with question or two. The breakfast buffet gal provided superb customer service. Be sure to tip!👍 Northrop Grumman is on one side of the hotel, the sterile military architecture is one view and the other is the freeway. I have to say this was a great experience. This was a last minute planning...BUT asked for extra towels they arrived immediately, no troubles with the Wifi or door keys. Shower has the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There's a hair dryer ☺️ and a box of tissues that was in the room not bolted to the bathroom. Possibly have to ask Housekeeping to turn the room on certain days?? It was well worth the $ to stay here I'm very appreciative of Hilton and satisfied. When I book hotels - I may have to stick with Hilton brand locations if lighting is considered as part of the experience. I will probably stay at the Hilton locations for that one tiny respect alone. Less blue light / cheap lighting that's a huge plus and worth its weight in gold! That I will give a 👍10+

Easy and convenient

The shower and faucet water smelled so we tried not to use it. We used the bottled water to brush our teeth.

It was very good! We had a continental and a full breakfast and plenty of food. It was fresh and well cooked.

The bathtub was slippery and the towel rack fell off. We reported both at checkout.

Really appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and hard work that Jesse and the breakfast crew do each morning. It makes for a great start to the day!

Absolutely incredible stay from start to finish. The rooms were comfortable and clean. All I can ask for in a hotel. A special shoutout to Alex C for going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their hospitality, responsiveness, and positive attitude truly elevated the experience and made us feel genuinely taken care of. Customer service like that is rare these days. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a smooth, relaxing, 5-star experience.

The breakfast buffet was excellent for the price. Jesse was an outstanding server and went out of his way to make sure it was an enjoyable experience.

The room was nice. The beds super comfortable. The rooms are super spacious. The parking was good. I had some breakfast, it was good. There should be more selection of food.

my only complaint is that you were able to hear the elevator go up and down. The times i was in the room during the day if you had the TV on you could hear the elevator that much, but at night when everything is quite, you can hear it .

Alex in the Hilton redondo hotel had very amazing service and was very helpful 10/10 , made me and my friends stay very easy.

If you’re staying here and not making it to breakfast, you’re genuinely missing one of the best parts of the experience. Paula completely sets the tone the moment you walk in. Her customer service isn’t just good it’s intentional, attentive, and genuinely warm. She pays attention to the small details that most people overlook, and that’s what makes the entire breakfast feel elevated. You feel taken care of without it ever feeling forced. And then there’s Hector in the kitchen… absolutely unreal. The French toast and pancakes were hands down some of the best I’ve had in a long time perfect texture, great flavor, and clearly made with pride. You can tell he doesn’t just cook, he cares about what he’s putting out. Between Paula’s hospitality and Hector’s cooking, this breakfast isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience. If you’re staying here, do yourself a favor and make time for it. You’ll leave full, impressed, and probably planning to come back the next morning.

Hotel was super clean and spacious! Breakfast was very good too. The service was top-tier and specifically our server Paula was amazing! She was attentive to our table and made sure we had everything we need! 10/10 experience will be coming back!

Beim Check-out haben wir festgestellt, dass zum Trinkgeld, welches wir autorisiert hatten, zusätzlich 2x Trinkgeld berechnet wurde, welches wir nicht vergeben hatten. Die Ansicht der angeblichen zwei Belege darüber, hat ergeben, dass diese mit unserer Unterschrift gefälscht wurden. Aus meiner Sicht grenzt dies an Betrug. Es wurde korrigiert aber ich würde das Hotel aus diesem Grund nicht noch einmal buchen bzw. empfehlen.

Wonderful hotel with a perfect location. Any time we are in LA we always end up coming back because of the great location and easy beach and city access. Multiple freeways nearby and you're 20 mins away from everything! Also the rooms are clean and everyone is super friendly. Shout out to our server Jesse who is always super nice. Best value hotel in LA!

The breakfast food and service is very good. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Nice assortment of coffees in the room. Great location for us to get to downtown Redondo Beach and the shopping and restaurant options.

The road noise is a little loud but not much you can do about it.

The elevators were a little sketchy.

Enjoyed the pool and the friendly staff. Hallways were quiet and never heard any other guests moving around. Appreciated the small convenience store in the lobby and the food from the bar was great.

There wasn't much of a view but that's not why we were there. There was also a constant humming from what seemed to be the factories across the street.

My breakfast was made to order and came out quick and delicious. Paula was very friendly and provided great service!

I have been staying here for a few years on business trips multiple times a year. Always a pleasure staying here, but wanted to give a shout out to Jesse, one of the waiters at breakfast. He’s always very attentive, quick, and provides great customer service!

The staff was kind

The room wasn’t clean and they left the old towel and soap from the previous guest bathroom and towels wasn’t clean. The bed was spring and very old and very bad . I had a back surgery and it keep me severe pain. Also there was a used coffee in the room and not cleaned

Spacious rooms

The staff did not inform us about a deposit that they charged us nor did they offer any solution to this issue once I reached out to them about it. Looking out your hotel window, you can see homeless people with their tents.

The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. Staff was very nice.

There was nothing I didn’t like

Very updated and definitely worth it the staff was courteous and the room was adorable with working AC/heater, cleaned daily upon request and safe as well as a comfy stay.

The parking is a bit tight however it’s complementary with the stay so car was safe and areas well lit

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour de 2 nuits au Hilton. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, le lit moelleux, les équipements proposés (le frigo, la cafetière, la télé). L'emplacement idéal pour nous déplacer où nous voulions.

C'est dommage qu'ils fassent payer le parking (25$/nuit). Le ménage n'a pas été fait pendant les 2 jours mais cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé.
