L’emplacement à deux pieds de la place Saint Marc 👌

La chambre était sombre. Personne n’était présent lors de notre arrivée : nous avons pu accéder à notre chambre sans problème mais nous avons été surpris de ne rencontrer le personnel que le lendemain matin.

Locatia foarte buna, la 50 m de piata San Marco. Camera curata, aer conditionat, s-au schimbat zilnic prosoapele, zilnic facut curatenie in camera. Am prins o superoferta prin booking.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait. Il est à 2 minutes de marche de la place St Marco et à quelques minutes de marche de beaucoup d'endroit à voir comme par exemple la salle de concert de Vivaldi. L'hôtel est entouré de restaurants, café, crémerie et boutiques de souvenirs. Le lit était très confortable. Le personnel était souriant et gentil.

La communication par mail avant l'arrivée. Malgré 2 mails avant d'arriver, pas de suivi, ni de communication entre le personnel pour le tech iut

Hotel und Zimmer waren sehr alt, hatten ein Zimmer wo das Klima nicht funktioniert hat!

Mooi hotel, gelegen aan een drukke straat dichtbij het plein met de basiliek. Airconditioning werkt goed.

De gang rook onaangenaam. Bij het opmaken van de kamer kregen we 1 nieuwe grote handdoek, de oude zijn niet meegenomen. Niet erg maar daar moet je dus niet te veel van verwachten. Er waren wel 2 flessen shampoo maar geen body wash of conditioner, geen ramp maar bijzonder.

I loved how friendly the staffs were. The room is just OK for the price. We stayed for 2 nights. Location would be great if you would like to stay within Venice, but I will not personally do it again because of the walk and how hot and humid the air was. Staffs were great!

The man who checked us in was the sweetest ever. He made us feel welcome and helped us and showed us around. I don’t know his name but he was there most of the nightshifts. Thank you for a nice stay. The hotel was clean and the location was really good. We were able to check in a little late and check out very early, which was very nice.

Struttura in pieno stile veneziano letteralmente ad un minuto a piedi da piazza San Marco. La struttura si presenta curata e pulita. Se dovessi tornare a Venezia non esiterei a tornarci, consigliata!

El check in

Hotellet lå utrolig perfekt placeret, tæt på alt spændende i Venedig. Nat personalet var en utrolig hyggelig og rar mand, han trak virkelig opholdet op.

Ringe kvalitet, sengen var utrolig hård, toilettet løb konstant. Så søvn var ikke nemt. Derudover var der en ubestemmelig lugt i gangene, utrolig kvalmende.

La ubicación es lo mejor de este hotel. La cama muy cómoda. Aunque daba para la calle en un primer piso, no se escuchaba mucho el ruido por la noche aunque pasaba poca gente.

Podría estar más limpio. Las paredes forradas se que es difícil pero los azulejos del baño si podrían estarlo. Y la cisterna no tenía nada de fuerza.

Excellent central location. Near to Rialto vaparetto boat stop. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nicely furnished room with air conditioning and a free welcome bottle of Prosecco. Safe in room.😊

On our second night there,we returned to the hotel to find the key didn’t fit the front door on the street and we pressed the buzzer numerous times and no one came. My daughter and I were in the street for 20 minutes when another guest was leaving so we finally got in. No one was at reception even though it states on-line that reception is 24hrs. I WhatsApped the emergency number in reception to be told there is a code to enter,why wasn’t this given to us on arrival? When you enter the code,you have to push the door very fast and quite hard which may be difficult for some. The cleaning of the room was way below standard too,we used the tea and sugar and it wasn’t replaced the next day nor were the cups and spoons cleaned or replaced. Glasses in the bathroom weren’t cleaned nor was the sink either. We also asked for an iron and it seems there is only 1 iron in the whole hotel,as every time we asked it wasn’t available until the night before we left. The curtains also were not able to shut,so there’s no way of blocking out light in the morning. Also there was no mini fridge,which in summer is desperately needed as there is no room service. There are also no in room phones to call reception.

Hôtel vénitien au cœur du quartier de San Marco. Décoration soignée. Personnel très agréable parlant italien anglais et français. Très propre. Parfait pour un séjour pour profiter de toutes les merveilles de Venise à pied car central.

Siamo rimasti due notti …non so se il pavimento era in dislivello o il materasso rovinato,ma fatto sta che una parte del letto era completamente in pendenza e si dormiva male perché si tendeva a cadere … Un altra cosa che sarebbe stata piacevole ,sarebbe stata il cambio degli asciugamani (che non è stata fatta nonostante fossero da cambiare ) Climatizzatore funzionante ma con la maggior parte delle alette rovinate Piccole cose che però fanno la differenza …

Styl pokoju i obsługa hotelu!

L'emplacement est idéal. A l'arrivée, la clim était déjà allumée et c'était très agréable et en cadeau une bouteille de Prosecco. Des petites attentions qu'on aime. Le petit déj est à 12euro à payer en Espèce. Le monsieur de l'accueil est exceptionnellement gentil et attentionné. C'est pour moi le meilleur hôtel de Venise, avec une déco typiquement Vénitienne.

Les matelas sont un peu durs, et je recommanderai de mettre plusieurs tailles de coussins (le coussin était un peu trop épais pour nous). Ceci est propre à notre avis. Nos fenêtres donnaient sur une cour intérieure mais cela fait aussi la tranquillité de la chambre, nous n'avons pas eu de nuisance sonore.

Dirty sheets, dirty towels, moldy bathroom

Kamasz gyermekkel érkeztünk. Tökéletes helyen van a szálloda. A Rialto és a Szent Márk tér között félúton, a tér felé vezető forgalmas szűk utcácskában. Az utcák telis tele vannak üzletekkel, mint egy bazár és éttermekkel, bárokkal, szendvicsezős helyekkel. A szobában van egy légkondicionáló berendezés, amely szerencsére jól működött, mert június közepén kb 30-32 fok volt. Zuhanyzós, wc-s, mosdós pici fürdőszoba megfelelő volt. Meglepetésként egy üveg pezsgő várt bennünket, mely a ház ajándéka volt.

3 napra utaztunk, csupán hátizsákokkal. A szoba kissé szűkös, de azért elfértünk hárman. Oké, hogy nincs hűtőszekrény, de még egy minibár sem. Forró nyári napon egy vizet, üdítőt jó lett volna betenni estére. A pezsgő amit kaptunk, nem volt behűtve, pedig a forró nyári napon jól esett volna.

Das kleine, familiäre und freundliche Hotel liegt gleich um die Ecke von der Piazza - viel zentraler geht es nicht! Charmant ausgestattet, habe ich mich durchaus wohl gefühlt.

Das Zimmer war extrem klein - ins Bett hinein und wieder hinaus ging es nur übers Fußende. Auch habe ich eine Minibar bzw. kleinen Kühlschrank vermisst, um Getränke oder Obst kalt stellen zu können. Das Frühstücksbüfett war selbst für italienische Verhältnisse eher schmalbrüstig bestückt.

Stanza 108, appena arrivato faccio presente di un rumore continuo che non mi avrebbe fatto dormire. Non è stato fatto nulla, quindi ho lasciato la stanza e sono andato a dormire in un altra struttura. Sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel sopratutto per le risposte arroganti che ho ricevuto via mail in seguito

The location was excellent. It was very close to everything, and the staff were attentive and helpful. When we requested an iron, it was provided promptly. Everything else was great; the only issue was the bed. However, we did not ask for a room change, and I believe they would have assisted us if we had requested one.

The bed was made up of two twin beds pushed together. It was very difficult to keep them together, and they kept separating during the night, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Hotelik w samym centrum, przy placu św. Marka, kameralny, niewiele pokoi. Przyjemna obsługa. Jest klimatyzacja i kosmetyki w łazience oraz ręczniki. Pościel świeża, czyściutka i odprasowana. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Szampan na powitanie. Można dokupić śniadanie - nie korzystaliśmy. Hotel ma restaurację o tej samej nazwie, podobno dobrą - nie korzystaliśmy. Z minusów brak choćby małej lodówki w pokoju, lub ogólnodostępnej gdzieś na korytarzu. Bardzo miły pobyt. Polecam.

The location was good and walkable to everything.

Very hard to find in spite of asking several nearby restaurant staff and calling Hotel Noemi when I was only 1 or 2 minutes away per my GPS There were NO amenities at this hotel - no ice, no ice buckets no vending machines or supplies of any kind.

A walking distance from all attractions, simple, nice, clean, good value for money. The service was very nice . It was my daughter's birthday and we were treated to a bottle of proseco. It was a nice gesture and really appreciated by us. Thanks again.

El lugar no tiene relación con las fotos que muestran ya que están mejoradas con IA o son muy antiguas , el hotel estaba sucio mal oliente desde que uno entra, desordenado y con baaauta en la entrada, fue tan mala la experiencia que pedimos cancelar la reserva y que nos devolvieran el dinero ya que era publicidad engañosa, pero no quisieron devolvernos nada y nos ofrecieron cambio de pieza que era un poco mejor pero distaba mucho de lo que uno espera según las fotos . El baño de la primera habitación no funcionaba , y tampoco funcionaba el aire acondicionado .El Personal mal educado y poco amable , ante nuestros reclamos respondían mal , pésima experiencia no recomendable en lo absoluto .

L'emplacement idéal. Chambre spacieuse avec sdb très correcte pour l'Italie. Fonctionnel, bien placé, nous a convenu parfaitement.

Great location and reception! The staff was kind and attentive. They even surprised us with a bottle of wine for our honeymoon!

Shower is hard to squeeze in and out of and it is dimly get, but you get what you pay for so we knew this before booking.

La ubicación y la ducha.

La habitación tenia poca luz tanto en baño como en la habitación. No nos dieron el control del aire acondicionado. La limpieza no era muy buena. Tiene muchas escaleras se hace tedioso con el equipaje.

La qualité des équipements : Le sèche cheveux et la télévision ne fonctionnaient pas. Pas de gel douche dans la chambre et les serviettes de bain n'ont pas été changées. Nous l'avons signalé, mais rien n'a été fait. Le lit double était en fait, 2 matelas tenus ensembles par un drap housse, si bien que pendant la nuit, on tombait dans la séparation !! Du coup, literie pas du tout confortable. Le petit déjeuner, payable d'avance, 12€/personne, en liquide ?!?! de 8h à 10h. Nous sommes descendus à 8h30, rien n'était prêt ! Et pour 12€, tranches de pain, 1 croissant, jambon et fromage en tranches et beurre, confiture, Nutella en portions individuelles... Personnel quasi inexistant et peu aimable. Faire le check-in avant d'arriver, sinon vous n'avez pas de code d'accès à la porte d'entrée et comme il n'y a personne, vous restez dehors.... Bref, 600€ pour 3 nuits, arnaque totale !!!! Jamais été déçus comme cela. Nous ne recommandons pas du tout cet hôtel et pourtant nous voyageons beaucoup, mais c'est la première fois que nous laissons un avis, et très défavorable en plus !!!

El hotel no tiene nada que ver con lo que viene en las fotos, es antiguo mal restaurado. Habitación con vistas al respiradero del restaurante de abajo, ruido constante de la ventilación. La cama es la peor que me he encontrado en un hotel de estas características y precio, colchón de muelles super malo, que te los hincas estes en la posición que sea. Cuarto de baño super estrecho con muchos desperfectos, como el enchufe para poder secarte el pelo o enchufar la plancha del pelo. Y lo mejor es que tiene un aparato de aire acondicionado que no te dan opciones a poder usar porque según el personal de la recepción no se pueden utilizar en Venecia por la guerra hasta junio 😳 y al día siguiente lo volví a preguntar a otro y me dicen q no entraba en el precio, se ve que con los casi 190€ la noche no da para tantos lujos, no se ponen de acuerdo con las esclusas, o no funciona como otras cosas o no quieren gastar luz. Para terminar comentar que no cuenten con el wifi de última generación del que cuentan, porque no puedes ni abrir el correo. No lo recomiendo para nada.

The room was very small (not what o was anticipating based on the photos) and there could have been more hooks and places to put toiletries in the bathroom. The room was a bit shabby.

Solo la ubicación

Suciedad, desorden, nunca había nadie para atenderte, la cama y habitación estaban en pésimo estado, paredes con hongos, no sé si todo el hotel estaba igual, hablo solo por mi habitación. Estaba tan mal que me fui la primera noche y pagué toda la estadía, eras un asco, no funcionaba el aire, etc.

No reception staff most of the day or night. Breakfast was very poor, only paid for it on 1st day! Not worth the 12 euros!!!

Posizione eccellente, a pochi passi da Piazza San Marco. Struttura molto silenziosa, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in città. Lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Si potrebbe forse migliorare leggermente il comfort del letto e dei cuscini nella stanza assegnata.
