Strand nicht so gut zum Baden geeignet.

Diciamo che il soggiorno è andato bene perché abbiamo dovuto farci spostare di stanza facendo un piccolo upgrade, probabilmente siamo stati sfortunati in quando nel bungalow iniziale non si chiedeva bene la porta e nella stanza e in bagno c'erano molte formiche... La seconda stanza decisamente più bella e con servizi migliori

El hotel está en un enclave precioso que se ve Koh Samui a la lejos. Muy tranquilo y las habitaciones limpias. Los gatitos que viven allí son un plus y eso que no soy muy de gatos. El staff es agradable, la piscina está muy bien y el gimnasio bien también.

Le faltan cosas: la habitación no estaba bien distribuida y no llegaba el aire acondicionado a la zona de dormir... no había mesitas de noche, sólo te ponían un rollo de papel al día cuando te hacían la habitación y sólo el primer día daban agua gratis. Tiene potencial pero le faltan detalles y cariño. Los precios del bar y restaurante son caros.

Het zwembad en het strand.

De receptie, dat je je schoenen moet uit doen. Beach bar vaak dicht, dus verplicht naar de receptie te gaan om te bestellen (en schoeisel uit doen anders mag je niet naar binnen). Inifinity pool; door de haag om het zwembad heb je geen uitzicht op het strand vanuit het zwembad dus geen infinity pool beleving.

Mooi ingericht zwembad en restaurant/bar aan het strand. Overdag gezellig resort, ligging ook goed t.o.v. restaurantjes, maar wel scooter of taxi nodig.

Wij hadden 4 tuinhuisjes, die verschilden wel behoorlijk in comfort terwijl zelfde prijs. We hebben er prima geluncht, maar werden ontmoedigd daar in de avond te eten, er was in de avond geen leven of mogelijkheid iets te eten of drinken of gezellig samen te zitten. Wij namen onze eigen verlichting mee. Wij waren ook een avond buiten onze kamer gesloten, maar niemand te bereiken op noodnummer om 22 uur in de avond. Je kon niet echt de zee in, maar dit was bekend.

Die Unterkunft hatte einen guten Standort und das Personal war sehr freundlich zu uns. Alle probleme wurden schnell gelöst.

Das Badezimmer hatte einen komischen geruch, zudem hatte die Dusche keine abtrennung, deshalb wurde das ganze Badezimmer nass. Die Eingangtür hatte unten einen spalt von 5cm, somit konnten alle Insekten ins Zimmer kommen. Abgesehen von dem wurden uns nur zwei Duschtücher zur Verfügung gestellt, mehr tücher haben wir nur mit einem Deposit erhalten.

Super relaxed ! Genoeg opbergruimte. Fijne bedden, goede douche. Netjes en wordt heel goed onderhouden. Fantastisch en lief personeel!

La piscine et l’emplacement

Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. Fête le vendredi soir jusqu’à 6h du matin avec la musique à fond et personnes alcoolisées qui crient devant les chambres. Aucun respect pour les personnes qui souhaitent dormir. Aucune isolation, donc impossible de dormir. De plus, en arrivant à l’hôtel, les toilettes et le lavabo de notre chambre étaient bouchés. On a été voir le personnel de l’hôtel 4 fois avant qu’il regarde vraiment le problème. (Ils n’ont pas trouvé de solution) Odeur d’égout dans la chambre. L’hôtel n’est pas très propre, les chambres sont abîmées. Chambres très petites.

Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. De overstap van de familiebungalow naar de connecting double room was een grote vooruitgang. Daarnaast hebben we erg genoten van het heerlijke zwembad, de gezellige beachbar en de grote fitnessruimte met veel apparatuur.

De douche kan wel een kleine opknapbeurt krijgen.

Très bien situé en bord de plage et pas loin du centre .Rue commerçante et supermarché proche . Gestion familiale très bien rodée. Piscine très propre et vue mer. Jeudi soir , fiesta au bar de plage . Salle de musculation très complète.

Pour les bungalow en bois , l'espace est petit mais fonctionnel. Personnellement nous avions un très faible débit d'eau douche et robinet le soir ( vraiment très faible) Et une odeur désagréable dans nos sanitaires . Mais ce n'est pas une généralité ( nos enfants avaient celui d'à côté et pas d'odeur) La lumière est à revoir ( lecture dans le lit à la frontale, rasage idem 😅)

Vormittags ist Baden im Meer nicht möglich, ab 16 Uhr nur mit Einschränkungen wegen Ebbe und Flut

They gove me another room and i have booked another room which was expensive and they have given me a bed room

the pool was nice. it was right on the beach with lovely & free sun loungers. the location was great, not too far from the full moon party but in a town with an atmosphere & shops, and 5 mins from the pier.

the bungalow had cracks in the planks of wood, there was holes in the floor, the shower head was painful to use. the white dog came up after my boyfriend on the first night and tried to bite him. cats and dogs roaming around and trying to get food wasn’t great. the vent in the bungalow was gaps in the concrete where people could look in, same with the curtains in the room, even with them closed you could still peak in the sides to see the full room.

De uitgebreide gym en het zwembad, heel fijn voor als je je dagelijkse workout wil doen.

Het is een wat rustiger resort. Niet in de middle van de hustle en bustle wat oke is. Maar je hebt wel een motortje nodig om dat op te zoeken. Wat prima is, want die verhuren ze vanuit het resort.

beste resort van onze trip accomodatie was perfect alles verliep soepel zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die koh phangan bezoekt!

I stayed at Sabai Bay Resort with two college friends for five nights. As students, we were not expecting luxury, but we did expect basic standards of cleanliness, customer service, and professionalism. During our stay, we requested on three separate occasions that our room be cleaned, including having the floors swept and the bedsheets changed. Each time, staff assured us this would be done, but it never happened. Our room bins were also never emptied throughout our stay, despite our requests for housekeeping. As a result, ants began appearing in our room, creating an unhygienic and uncomfortable environment. We also had to repeatedly ask for essentials such as clean towels and toilet paper. While the resort offers facilities such as a swimming pool and gym, several advertised amenities were not fully functional. The sauna was out of service, and some gym equipment was broken. Additionally, there were numerous cats around the property, including entering guest rooms. The most disappointing part of our stay occurred on the day of departure. We requested a taxi to take us to the ferry port and were assured that everything was arranged. While we were at reception collecting our deposit, staff suddenly presented our bedsheets and claimed they were stained due to insect spray. We explained that the marks were from bug spray and would come out with cleaning. Despite having repeatedly requested fresh sheets throughout our stay, the bedding had never been changed. With our ferry due to depart in 15 minutes and the port approximately 10 minutes away, staff continued to delay us over the issue. In an effort to resolve the matter, my friend and I personally scrubbed the marks from the sheets, and they came out as we had stated. Despite this, we were still charged for the alleged staining. The delays became even more stressful when we discovered that three of our suitcases had not been brought out as requested.

Das Personal und das Zimmer waren eigentlich gut, auch wenn es leider stark aus dem Abfluss gerochen hat.

Was aber gar nicht ging, war die Situation mit dem Roller. Wir haben für 3 Tage bereits 750 Baht bezahlt und zusätzlich 1000 Baht Kaution hinterlegt. Danach haben wir den Roller noch einen Tag verlängert, was laut Mitarbeiter 250 Baht extra kostet. Uns wurde gesagt, wir könnten das einfach am Ende bezahlen. Beim Check-out hieß es plötzlich, wir müssten nochmal 1000 Baht für den Roller zahlen, weil angeblich nichts bezahlt worden wäre. Während der Diskussion haben wir leider vergessen, direkt nach der 1000-Baht-Kaution zu fragen beziehungsweise dachten, unser Freund hätte das Geld schon zurückbekommen. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat uns die Kaution aber nicht zurückgegeben oder nichts dazu gesagt. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und leider ein unangenehmes Ende eines eigentlich guten Aufenthalts.

Тихий курорт, отличный большой бунгало с огромной кроватью. По пятницам там отличное пати проводится, ночью музыка, но нам она не мешала, хороший фон для сна после веселого вечера) Очень приветливый персонал.

Мусорный бак возле дома не выносили мусор, жили там 6 дней, бак был полностью забит, так что крышка не закрывалась. Одну ночь с 19 примерно до 2 часов утра не было электричества, но это была авария - упало дерево и повредило провода. Жаль, что у них нет запасного трансформатора.

Die Tiere 🥰 Die Menschen waren toll und lustig. Der Pool schön. Ruhiger Beach. Freitags Party. War sehr angenehm. Und das Gym 👌🏽

Hab eigentlich nichts..

Die Anlage an sich war sehr schön besonders die Pool Landschaft war sehr ansprechend gestaltet und hat viel Platz geboten... Mein Highlight war aber das Fitnessstudio was für Insel Verhältnisse extrem gut ausgestattet ist und im Preis für die Übernachtung enthalten ist.

Leider war es Nachts in meiner Hütte extrem laut durch den anliegenden Beachclub und der dünnen Wände

The Bungalow was a bit small and it could have had an extra tall mirror, side tables & lamps. Was also inconveinent that there was no plug next to your bed.

The room look fairly modern and clean. Toilet and shower are nice, best that I have been to in a while. The chalet itself is also very nice. Nice king size bed.

Servicing of the room. To have your room serviced, you need to leave the key at reception and it must be collected within a certain time which is not always convenient.

Epic pool and beachfront location. Comfortable bed (not great pillows but hey it's Thailand and nowhere has nice pillows) Most insane gym with all sorts of equipment. Staff were SO friendly, especially J at the beach bar

They have grown a small hedge by the pool which completely blocks off your view of the beach which seems absolutely insane. Food wasn't good and I think breakfast should be included for the price. Having room cleaned was a bit annoying as you have to hand your key into reception.

Direkte Strandlage, schöner Pool, Restaurant war gut.

Zu wenige Handtücher, zu wenige Strandliegen, Abwasser-Gestank im Bad, Roomservice nur mit Schlüsselabgabe, Katzen sitzen bei 30 Grad ohne Wasser in einem viel zu kleinen Käfig.

Friendly reception and handyman and bartender.

Sewage smell in the room nearly knocked me out, change the room but not a lot better. At least half the gym equipments are broken. It’s just by the river which carries untreated sewage to the sea and you should avoid swimming anywhere near those areas… I don’t understand why others left misleading good review for this place???

L’endroit est un peu excentré du centre-ville ce qui ajoute au charme et surtout au calme de l’endroit. Il est toutefois facile de se rendre partout sur l’île pour trouver nos intérêts. De l’accueil aux services attentionnés, le personnel est toujours souriant, prêt à aider ou à répondre aux besoins, incluant les réservations de traversier, d’activités ou de véhicules. Les petites habitations individuelles sont très fonctionnelles et la literie est très confortable. Les équipements additionnels fournis sont aussi exceptionnels: une salle de gym complète, une résidence consacrée au travail à distance, un restaurant simple, mais la qualité et les saveurs de la nourriture nous ont emballés. On y retrouve une piscine de bonne taille et même un petit sauna attenant! Des fauteuils, transats, tables d’appoint, balançoires sont disposés en quantité suffisante près de la plage et autour de la piscine. Tous les soirs, sauf le samedi, un bar sur la plage est ouvert. On peut également y manger.

Une légère odeur d’égout si le ventilateur de la salle de bain fonctionne trop longtemps. Sinon, tout, mais vraiment tout était très bien.

Comfortable beds and right on the beach. Good amenities, attractive and comfortable beach furniture and bar, gym pool etc. Beach cleaning daily. All the staff were polite.

The towels for the room were musty smelling with bleach stains. There is no milk provided for coffee, but I was told I could buy a glass of milk for 50bht. Everywhere else I have stayed in Thailand provided creamer. Small thing but was disappointed. Guests are welcome to smoke weed and openly take drugs on site. If thats not your vibe, this place is not for you. This was the most expensive place I stayed while I was travelling, and I was so disappointed.

We were only there overnight & we ate at the restaurant twice. It was excellent. The 2 young women that seemed to be managing just about everything, were exceptional. We had low expectations given the cost, but this place was an incredible value, & we felt very welcomed & at home for a night as guests.

The area seemed a little shady, but once at the hotel, we felt safe.

Pas de coffre dans la chambre Frigo qui coule hébergement pas tout récent mais qui reste très convenable.

The entire vibe of the resort is very friendly and inclusive. You get all the comforts and facilities you could ask for with a super family oriented energy. Helpful and competent with anything you need. The sunset was right out my door everyday and liked that there were opportunities to meet and have a drink with other travellers if you wanted.

Not a complaint but Id become aware if there are any beach parties at the resort. They went late! Also not enough cute dogs around :)

Das einzig gute war die Lage. Sehr Zentral viele Restaurants und Bars in der nähe. Taxi Service war auch Top.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider sehr enttäuschend. Bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel ein starker, unangenehmer Geruch nach Abfluss bzw. Fäkalien auf. Wir haben dies sofort gemeldet, und es kam zwar schnell jemand vorbei, jedoch wurde das Problem nicht richtig behoben. Stattdessen wurde das Zimmer nach den Arbeiten eher noch verschmutzt, sodass wir erneut Personal rufen mussten. Zusätzlich funktionierte der Lüfter nicht richtig, was die Situation noch unangenehmer machte. Die Bettwäsche war bei unserer Ankunft bereits fleckig und wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht ausgetauscht, sondern lediglich oberflächlich gemacht. Auch die Zimmerreinigung wurde teilweise komplett vergessen. Auf der gesamten Anlage liefen zahlreiche Katzen herum, was ebenfalls keinen gepflegten Eindruck hinterliess. Nach einem Zimmerwechsel hofften wir auf Besserung, doch auch dort bestand weiterhin ein übler Geruch. Entweder hatte man Licht mit funktionierendem Lüfter und entsprechendem Gestank oder kein Licht – eine unzumutbare Situation. Besonders besorgniserregend war ein nahegelegener Tümpel neben der Beachbar, der stark nach Abwasser roch und offenbar ins Meer floss. Auf unsere mehrfachen Reklamationen wurde leider kaum eingegangen, und es gab keine zufriedenstellende Lösung.

I stayed here at multiple places and different price ranges and they were all pleasant I worked from there and their dedicated coworking was just perfect for me. It has a gym with everything you need. The friendly staff and cats are a bonus I will definitely come back

Niestety ale nie znaleźliśmy takich rzeczy

Nierówny standard wybranego pokoju, są pokoje odnowione i przestarzałe. U nas były zepsute drzwi, które się nie domykały, była szpara, był brak moskitiery, przez co wchodziły insekty i komary, brak mebli na ciuchy, brak ręczników do rąk. Brak podstawowych rzeczy takich jak czajnik, szklanka, kubek etc. A ręczniki na basen za opłatą, brak pościeli (poza prześcieradłem), bardzo zniszczona łazienka, grzyb, smród z kanalizy, plaża przy rzeczce z której był zapach ścieków, bardzo niemiła pani na recepcji (chyba właścicielka), panowie z obsługi bardzo mili i próbują ratować każdą sytuację.

Could not check in until 3pm, the lady on reception was very rude and shouted at my nephew after he asked a question. Bar was closed first night as they had a party the night before. No tv or safety deposit box. Towels were thread bare. Building works were be carried out behind our room. Owner words were you can’t please everyone. Nothing like the photos.

Staff were shouting at members of our group as we were checking in .rooms were shocking with no tv,s or safes , t-cofee kettle .a man was intercepted trying to break in our room .basic basic basic .The approach road to the hotel was a bumpy dirt track

Resort and staff all good, food at the resort was lovely, room was a little small and basic, but comfortable. The resort runs seamlessly onto the beach, it's lovely, you can sit all night watching the sea, locals wading in the shallow water catching cockles... and the lights of Koh Samui in the distance, tranquil, with soft music playing

When you leave the resort in the evening the local streets are a bit too seedy, and the restaurants were not very versatile, a lot of greasy type fast food with no vegetarian or other dietary options catered for... this was the only area we went too like this. The resort is lovely so stay and eat there 😎 The daytime however was much better.

The personnel was exceptional and helpful. We had many problems with the room but hotel staff was fast and eager to help.

Bathroom smelled like sewer. Big problem. The door was wooden and almost completely broken. It had big gap on the bottom part making it easy for insects to get in. The AC was a bit unstable and really loud.

Alle waren sehr freundlich. Wir konnten direkt im Hotel einen Roller mieten. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig.

L’unica cosa positiva era la posizione in riva al mare.

Parto dicendo, è normale spendere 80€ a notte per avere: Una blatta in camera, formiche costantemente presenti nella stanza, pavimento rotto, shampoo e shower gel solo per una persona e non per due. Continuo dicendo che ogni giorno bisognava dirgli di pulire la stanza e di mettere gli accessori per il bagno nuovi. Il letto veniva solo rifatto e non venivano cambiate le lenzuola,nonostante avessimo soggiornato 4 notti. La stanza che ci è stata data non era assolutamente quella scelta da booking.

Quiet resort right on the beach with beach bar that offers things like avo toast and protein smoothies. They have fully stacked gym and loads of cats & dogs running around. Our villa apartment was nice and confortable, seemed better than bungalows.

They have events every friday which means loud music until 3am. No breakfast included but they havw good options for price. Scooters they rent were old and broken.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und die Anlage ist gemütlich. Es kann direkt über das Hotel zu einem fairen Preis ein Roller geliehen werden, mit welchen alles gut zu erreichen ist. Das hoteleigene Fitnessstudio verfügt über viele gute Geräte.

Für die Reinigung des Zimmers/Bungalows muss man den (einzigen) Schlüssel bei der Rezeption hinterlegen, diese schließt jedoch um 21:00. Da wir oft bereits zum Frühstück das Hotel verließen und verschiedene Strände besuchten, war eine Reinigung nicht immer möglich. Auch die Öffnungszeiten des Fitnessstudios ließen sich nicht gut in unseren Tagesablauf integrieren, da es nur von 9:00 - 21:00 Uhr geöffnet ist und wir gerne die kühlere Morgenluft zum Trainieren nutzen und danach frühstücken.
