Tiki Beach Koh Phangan Beach Restaurant Bar and Coworking

Nous avions initialement réservé 6 nuits au mois d'août au Tiki Beach, mais nous avons été contraints de quitter l'établissement en urgence après seulement 2 nuits. Les notes affichées sur la plateforme ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité du terrain et nous avons dû nous reloger par nos propres moyens. Sécurité compromise : La porte d'entrée fermait par un simple loquet qu'il était possible d'ouvrir très facilement depuis l'extérieur. De plus, le coffre-fort de la chambre était cassé. Inconfort et fuite dans la salle de bain : Une fuite active du plafond faisait couler de l'eau directement sur nous aux toilettes. Impossible d'obtenir de l'eau fraîche pour la douche (température bloquée sur le chaud). La porte de la salle de bain n'avait même pas de poignée. Hygiène et entretien : Présence massive de fourmis dans la chambre et jusque dans la bouilloire. Le ménage n'est pas fait quotidiennement (uniquement sur demande explicite) et aucune bouteille d'eau n'est fournie. Vétusté générale : Chambre sombre mal éclairée, peinture des murs totalement écaillée et état général très défraîchi. Service client et gestion : Booking.com a déposé réclamation mais l’hôtel a refusé de faire le moindre geste commercial.

Everything, rooms nice and clean, beach with a sitting area, amazing cocktails, staff is amazing and friendly. Loved how you can paint, do bracelets and play pool even with the staff memembers! Whenever we’re back in Thailand we’ll definitely come back here!

De tudo! Equipe simplesmente fantástica, todos são tão gentis e sempre dispostos a ajudar. O quarto é ótimo e as instalações da Tiki são excelentes, treinei bem, fiz banheira de gelo, sauna úmida (steam), desfrutei na praia com os jogos que eles deixam a disposição. Recomendo demais para todos os públicos!

The staff were the best part of my stay - very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The main downside was the location, as it was quite far from the centre.

I spent three wonderful days at Tiki Beach and was genuinely impressed. The cleanliness, quality and beautiful beachfront location made my stay very relaxing. The beach is stunning, but what made the experience special was the warmth of the staff. Friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. A beautiful place with great energy—I would definitely come back!

The bed was not food as I expected

I absolutely loved my stay at Tiki Beach Resort. The location right on the beach is amazing, but what really made my experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. I accidentally left my passport in the room and, after calling the resort, they went above and beyond to help me. They brought my passport all the way to the pier so I wouldn’t miss my flight. I honestly can’t thank them enough for their kindness and help! I highly recommend Tiki Beach Resort 100%. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

Wir haben als Familie mit drei Kindern mehrere Tage im Tiki Beach Resort verbracht und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Das Resort hat eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre, die man nur selten findet: familiär, entspannt, herzlich und absolut stressfrei. Die Unterkunft ist eher einfach gehalten, aber sauber, gemütlich und völlig ausreichend. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die phänomenale Küche. Jedes Gericht war frisch, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts fast ausschließlich dort gegessen, weil das Essen einfach so gut war. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche Personal. Alle sind aufmerksam und herzlich. Gerade mit drei Kindern haben wir den liebevollen Umgang sehr geschätzt. Das Resort liegt direkt an einem wunderschönen Strand, an dem man herrlich entspannen und kitesurfen kann. Gleichzeitig sind Supermärkte und der Night Market schnell erreichbar, sodass man alles in unmittelbarer Nähe hat. Das Beste ist jedoch die einzigartige Stimmung vor Ort. Es gibt so viele gemütliche Plätze zum Entspannen, gutes Essen, einen tollen Strand und nette Menschen, dass man problemlos mehrere Tage dort verbringen kann, ohne das Resort überhaupt verlassen zu wollen. Für uns war das Tiki Beach Resort einer der schönsten Orte auf Koh Phangan. Wer keine sterile Luxusunterkunft sucht, sondern einen authentischen, entspannten Urlaub erleben möchte, wird diesen Ort lieben. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und können das Tiki Beach Resort Familien und allen, die eine entspannte Inselatmosphäre suchen, von Herzen empfehlen! 🌴☀️❤️

You have privacy, you can enjoy the beach, and the staff was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. 7-Eleven is within walking distance, from the center it is a bit far but you can catch a taxi or rent a bike.

The pool wasn't always clean, but I suppose that is the situation when there are a lot of people using it. Sadly, there was a bit tide so we were not able to swim in the sea (this has nothing to do with the hotel itself but with the nature and the time of the year we traveled).

Fajny odpoczynek w domku nieopodal plazy . Dobre na chillout. Dobre jedzenie w restauracji. Natomiast sama okolica to mała miejscowość, gdzie ciężko znaleźć masaż :) polecam . Koszt nieduży i wszystko ok. Sprzątanie 2 razy w tygodniu co powoduje, śe śmieci trzeba samemu wynosić:(

המקום היה מוזנח קיבלנו 2 חדרים עם עובש בתקרה ובקירות , מקלחות לא נוחות לשימוש , ללא מים חמים חתולה שנכנסה לנו לתוך החדר ולא היה ניתן להוציא אותה הדלתות לא נסגרו כמו שצריך ונכנסו חרקים , נמלים בכל מקום חבל מאוד חיכינו להגיע לשם וממש ממש התאכזבנו חיפשנו מקום חלופי ולא מצאנו לצערנו נשארנו אבל זה היה בלתי נסבל

Meine Lieblingsunterkunft von ganz Thailand. Das Personal ist so liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Bungalow und Charlet sind super. Mega schöner sauberer Strand direkt am Hostel. Super guter Café und gutes Essen. Tolle Aktivitäten.

Le personnel est assez froid. On ne ressent pas la gentillesse naturelle des thaï. Le mobilier est très basic, les installations (serrure, salle de bain, climatisation) sont d’une qualité très moyenne. Ménage moyen.

Wat een heerlijke plek We hadden het 4 pp huisje , heerlijk aan het strand en zwembad. Fijne sfeer, goed eten, fijn personeel. Genoten van het familie diner en pool avond . Onze kinderen 16-18 vonden het ook erg leuk daar. We raden het zeker aan. En hoop graag nog een keer terug te kunnen komen ..wie weet😉

L’hôtel est situé au bord de la plage - privée. La chambre type bungalow était top. L’hôtel plusieurs services et activités. Le restaurant est très bon. Le personnel très serviable que ce soit au bar, réception ou autre.

Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit unserem Zimmer: - Insekten und Gekkos im Zimmer - ⁠Schimmel an der Decke - ⁠Abplatzung/Loch von der Decke - ⁠Essen teuer, aber ok - ⁠Dusche kalt, Heizung ist ausgegangen - ⁠Batterien der Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage leer - ⁠kein W-Lan in Reichweite in unserem Zimmer trotz 7 verschiedenen W-Lans mit Passwort, an der Bar - ⁠billiges Schloss zum Abschließen der Tür - ⁠die Taxifahrten sehr teuer die wir an der Rezeption gebucht hatten

Die Lage und das Personal. Die Bar und das Restaurant ist sehr gut.

Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach, kein Komfort und in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt in der Nähe bessere Hotels, mit der gleichen Lage, gleicher Preis aber bessere Ausstattung. Dann würde ich auch einen Bungalow mit Strandlage nehmen. Morgens und vormittags ist meist Ebbe und viele Kitesurfer, sodass man nicht schwimmen kann.

Unica pecca: impossibile fare il bagno nella spiaggia del resort, a causa della bassissima altezza dell'acqua, che si alza fino alle caviglie per centinaia di metri fino a trovare una selva di alghe che impediscono di proseguire oltre. Ma come punto di soggiorno per poi andare in altre spiagge, è perfetto.

El alojamiento es perfecto. Tanto los bungalows como las habitaciones están super limpias y son comodisimas. El personal es encantador y hay super buen ambiente si quieres conocer gente. La playa es una pasada.

Personnel super ,toujours souriant et serviable . Ambiance relax , un restaurant où tout est très bon et où on peut manger quand on veut , au bord de la plage , il y a aussi une piscine . Chambre en bungalow au top . Tout était parfait. Je le recommande à 100%

Amazing place staff are brilliant

This was our second stay at Tiki Beach, and once again we had a great time. The atmosphere is what makes this place special. It's relaxed during the day and attracts a great mix of people, from digital nomads and health-conscious travelers to party lovers. It's very easy to meet people, but also just as easy to unwind and enjoy the beach. The staff are genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They really make you feel at home. The beds are comfortable and we slept well. The only thing we would suggest improving is replacing the polyester bed linen with cotton. Cotton is much more comfortable in the tropical climate and would make the sleeping experience even better. Overall, Tiki Beach offers excellent value, a fantastic social atmosphere, and a location that keeps us coming back. This was our second visit, and we would happily stay here again.

Le bar de plage est joliment décoré

Nous avons eu plusieurs cafards dans la chambre la nuit. Nous sommes donc partis après 1 nuit seulement, et le personnel n’a pas eu l’air de se soucier de cet incident quand nous lui en avons parlé. De plus, le mobilier de piscine était vieillissant, et un parasol a atterri dans la piscine à cause de vent manquant de nous blesser.

I had an amazing stay at Tiki, it was right on the beach and the facilities were so clean and modern. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Walen, who made my stay even better! You could tell she really cared for her guests and wanted to make sure they had the best stay possible. I recommend Tiki to any type of traveller because it’s just incredible!

Great staff, very kind and doing their best to help. very good vibes and atmosphere, the resteraunt serves delicious food, nice pool, nice activities. generally very nice place and can be easy if you rent a car / motorcycle.

The hotel is like 7-8 minutes walk from the main street and like 10 minutes walk from the nearest 7Eleven, we had 2 rooms, in one of them the doors where super hard to open and close, even after they tried to fix it, when we checked in they said they clean the room 2 times a week, but actually haven't cleaned it once during our stay (although they gave us clean towels whenever we asked). In according to that the room was full of ants, all over.

Food and drinks are pretty expensive compared to a 6 minute walk to the main road. We ended up buying our own and drinking them on the beach. Also, and while I know it’s not the hotels fault, we stayed in the garden huts and there was quite a lot of bugs outside and inside our room

From my experience, this is more of a place for backpackers who like to party and drink, not for conscious travelers/digital nomads. The good things: - The bed was super comfortable - Bungalow was modern and in a quiet garden area away from the noise -Staff was super friendly -Free events

- I arrived at a party, and when I started my day in the morning, I walked past drunk people. In general, it seems to be a resort for younger backpackers, not so much for co-living/working. For those who are into parties, I'm sure it's a great place. -Co-working space was a tiny room with one table -Still, the wifi is good, so it's possible to work from the room - It's a bit confusing, they have a digital nomad meetup and events like breathwork, which indicates a coliving space for more mature travelers, but then there are drinking games at the pool, parties, and more of a younger backpacker atmosphere

Wir waren zu dritt in einem privaten Bungalow und hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das jederzeit hilfsbereit war und für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Auch das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt – die Auswahl und Qualität waren überzeugend. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt, sodass man dort wunderbar entspannen konnte. Ein schönes Extra war die Möglichkeit, am Strand Cornhole zu spielen, was für zusätzlichen Spaß und Abwechslung gesorgt hat.

The social area and the beach front is amazing. The flat was very comfortable. We loved everything about Tiki. 10/10 would recommend staying here. Try the peanut butter lover shake from the bar, best shake ever.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are super spacious. Beachfront property with pool. Activities organised every day which are either free or cheap/subsidised. We did a free yoga class on the beach which was great

Le personnel est plus qu’excellent

The location was right next to the beach, and the resort has everything from an outdoor gym, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a co-working space. In addition to that, there's events almost everyday like ice bath, yoga, sip and paint, content workshop, and networking event.

The bar can be really noisy on some nights. I can hear it all the way to the room in the garden zone. Some guest can be really inconsiderate despite quiet hours after 10pm. I had to go and ask them to keep their noise down at midnight :(

Le bungalow était vraiment incroyable, la piscine, l'emplacement et l'accès à la plage direct. Le personnel est adorable également, j'ai fait de nombreux logements à Koh Phangan est celui-ci est vraiment mon préféré ! Très bon rapport qualité prix comparé à ce qu'on peut trouver sur l'île.

Fantastisk sted, blide og hjelpsomme ansatte. Vakkert både inne og ute. Nydelig uteområde med bar, sakkosekker, parasoller og kule detaljer i interiøret i taket og kart over hele øya. Nærme Thong Sala og med scooter kan du reise øya rundt.

La piscina tenía mucho cloro y a veces la música del bar era muy alta para estar en la piscina, si te gusta ese ambiente estarás muy bien.

They decided to have a political sign on the bar very visible, that is offensive for some people that lost family members during the war. If as a business you allow this, you should definitely put it in your website so certain people would not get hurt while they are away trying to heal themselves

Amazing Hostel/Hotel vibes at Tiki Beach! Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Loads of fantastic facilities, including the pool, pickleball court and pool table. The beach front location was especially beautiful.

I think the owners may have heard it a couple of times before, so it’s something on their agenda but just the lack of plug sockets in the bungalows is the only negative feedback.
