dirty rooms, swimming pool not working, unfriendly staff, the room was very cold. I asked to make it warmer, but the staff ignored it, the TV not working

Хотела е като парник. В стаите е страшно задушно и климатичната инсталация не работи добре, защото най-вероятно е твърде стара и амортизирана. Хотела има нужда от основна реновация!

Jeg likte rommet, komfortabelt og stort.

Jeg likte ikke frokosten, maten var tørr, badet på rommet var ikke veldig rent, bassenget var stengt, hotellet var under renovering, mye støv og skitt.

Odlična lokacija , veoma čisto, besplatan parking i osoblje veoma prijatno.

I loved the place. All of the employees are friendly. Rooms are spacious. Near to the shops.

At restaurant at lunch there were some items of the menu that were missing

Breakfast and location were good

but most of the staff where not nice,and there was no air condition in my room for more that 30 hours!! I asked The staff since i knew about it there answer was (the whole hotel is like this) second day i asked they said we cannot do any thing!! And the manager said (how can i believe you if you are saying the truth!!)

The location is good for my business. Breakfast was also good.

Staff couldn't communicate because of language. No permission to take food to your room. No tissue paper in the room. Rough sheet!

I get food even at night, but breakfast is not up to standard.

There was water problem in first day.

Location. Cleanliness. Food. Staff. Management. Someone entered my room and ordered food in my name in my absence. When I found what’s left of the food tray in the evening and called front desk they said I ordered it the previous night. Upon insisting it wasn’t mine they said they will check the surveillance cameras. I checked for the result twice before I left the hotel, but seems they are still checking the cameras up till now. No explanation neither an apology from management. Felt unsecured from that moment till I left.

Big room very clean in the middle of the centre. Nice hotel.

I expected more of the breakfast you have to pay to take cappucino only chai and orange juice. On the 2nd day there was not even the orange juice. At least they should offer another alternative you expect more from a 5 star hotel.

The hotel had an indoor swimming pool, sauna and it had 3 separate single beds for 3 adult friends.

The breakfast was not Great, there were many unnecessary items that no would like or be satisfied would be. There was no proper bread, no croissants and hardly anything good for breakfast although there were loads of items. One of the single beds was in the corner of the room with no heating and no separate lighting for that corner.

I really liked the hotel room, the staff very friendly especially the reception staff very kind and helpful! I appreciated that they offered us a complimentary late check in and a very good discount on the airport transfer, which I paid only 45$!! That was extra nice from them. I highly recommend this hotel great location, staff and service. I will book this hotel again!

To far out & nothing around to do, only stayed one night out of 7 & the property declined my refund, very disappointed

Cupboard cups to drink out of, very poor. Breakfast average, smoking was also aloud at tables when people are eating, discussing

The room was very clean and spacious. Also very well equiped. The staff was very helpfull. Easy parking in front of the hotel provided by the hotel itself. I would pleasantly stay there again with pleasure. Hotel food was satisfying and reasonably priced.

For such a hotel I would have expected more options for breakfast, although there was already sufficient variety.
