De eigenaar van het appartment was erg aardig. Prima ligging van het appartement t.o.v. bezienswaardigheden. Een aanrader.

Location was terrific. Great walking location to see Porto. Many good restaurants nearby. Bed was uncomfortable. Very nice host.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten sofort unser Zimmer beziehen. Gute Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten haben wir auch bekommen. Das Zimmer war so wie beschrieben. Sehr zentral und alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Im November war es trotz Heizung etwas frisch im Appartement

lovely one bedroom apartment . Very spacious and modern . Ours was overlooking a small courtyard so not at all noisy. A very well equipped apartment , good wifi . Jessica was there to meet us and there if we had any questions. Felt very safe and secure. Close to restaurants / bars and Porto nightlife. Would highly recommend B Places.

Apartamento bem aconchegante e amplo. Pessoal super simpáticos. Muito bem localizado. Só que não tinha elevador e fiquei no 3o. andar. A internet poderia melhorar, bem fraquinha.

La ubicación es buena pero no volvería a este apartamento. Aunque lo han reformado hace poco no me resultó cómodo. La cocina el el pasillo. El baño en el centro sin espejo. El armario para la ropa lejos del dormitorio. Vistas a un muro. Almohada incomodisima. No tiene ascensor.

Adorable apartment.

Wunderschönes, charmantes Apartment mit liebevoller Ausstattung, direkt im Herzen von Porto (wir hatten das Apartment im dritten OG, zur Straße). Man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am Douro und an weiteren schönen Aussichtspunkten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Kommunikation und Check-In liefen sehr freundlich und problemlos ab. Wir kommen wieder!

If you want to stay in the heart of the action where the people are incredible and the prices are reasonable BPlaces is it. Inez and staff are the BEST. It’s a real neighborhood place with little groceries, bakeries, and drug stores tucked in among all the historic and fascinating sites of The city. It gives you a real flavor of life in Porto. After four nights and five days I did not want to leave.

A cidade do Porto é sempre incrível e no Verão ela se torna sensacional.

Location is perfect! Walking distance to all sightseeing spot in Porto. Inez and Jessica were great, we got good recommendation for restaurants and place to visit! Wi-fi in the room is unfortunately a bit slow but overall we had a really good stay!

The place was huge and very well designed. I was really surprised how nice it was in person. The exposed historical brick wall ( which at night, you can turn a medieval orange light to shine on them) and the two large windows that open and you can see the whole lower left city and cathedral. Great location, just up the hill from the water / away from All the tourists but close enough to everything. All within walking distance. Would stay again!

Exceptionally clean , well stocked kitchen, close to river and everything you want to see in Porto. Bakers and grocery shop within metres of apartment. Sao Bento station and metro within 5 minutes walk. I would highly recommend.

Perfekt gelegen, sehr großzügig geschnitten und zur Begrüßung gab ein Glas Portwein. Der Wohnung war wohl ein Teil der historische Stadtmauer. Der Wohnung ist ein wenig dunkel aber wunderschön.

Our experience was great. First off, Porto is a wonderful city. Our check in was perfect. Nuno who checked us in was extremely helpful and informative. We had been to Porto before but he gave us tips on places and things we might not have known ourselves. Having a couple of glasses of porto for us was also a very nice touch. The location is great and having a kitchen to make food is great in a city that has such good products at your disposal, especially if you go to the right markets. Also Nuno recommended the best place to purchase bottles of wine just down the street. Good price and quality. And dont miss out on the vihno verde. Obrigado Porto!

Nice place to stay close to the river but far enough to avoid the worst of the crowds

The apartment building is in a very good location, downhill you are close to a street with restaurants and shops, also not far to the river, uphill (yes its on a hill) you reach a square with more restaurants, tram lines and a museum. The hotel has a restaurant attached (on ground level), you go up 1 floor to the reception, our room (with 1 double bed) was on the 2nd floor facing the road. The room was pleasant, ok for a few days stay, but we had one issue, opposite the apartment is a bar that is open until 4am with plenty of noise outside, and the road itself is noisy (cobbled streets, cars etc.) which means closing the windows is a must to get any sleep, but also then you don't get the air and its a bit stuffy (no aircon in this room). One other thing, the bed is very hard, my wife found it very uncomfortable, I would have preferred a softer bed (but that is just preference). So the room really would benefit from fitted aircon and a medium mattress. If I were to stop again (and I would) I would book a room at the rear.

Porto is a beautiful city and the apartment is in a great location very close to the river. The road can be a little noisy with traffic driving over the cobbles but it didn’t affect our stay.

The apartment was brilliant, comfortable and clean in the centre of porto. Outside the apartment there is a bar/wine bar and in the night the people make some noise but not to much. I Can raccomend it absolutely :)

Stayed here for almost a week. A few minor hiccups but solved very quickly. Staff friendly and helpful. The apartment had all you needed and was situated centrally. There were several small restaurants nearby and a couple of small supermarkets. We were on the top floor which was fine as we are used to stairs at home. I would recommend these apartments and would stay again if we were returning. Hopefully the weather would be better.

An old house fully refurbished into several excellent apartments in old Porto. Street was narrow and noisy and the hotel lacked elevators. Also parking was available only in the neighbourhood. Still a great experience, enhanced by the receptionist who gave us all the information we needed to discover the city and its surroundings.

Ideally placed in the heart of old Porto. Well placed to visit all the sites, the river, restaurants, shops etc. This is a self catering style apartment in a historic 'tenement style' town house and indeed does make you feel like you are living with the locals (who are lovely!) You will have to carry your luggage up the stairs so bear this in mind if you think you will struggle - didn't bother us though! We would go back again if we returned to Porto.

House full of character, great location within walking distance of all major sights and night life area, Laura was lovely and very informative

Great location, good clean comfortable room and great host in Laura who made sure our stay was great and that we had all the information we needed to make our trip in Porto awesome!

It might have been best if I requested a different room. Unfortunately the first floor facing the main road was much too loud for me and combining that with a tiny heater that did not adequately warm the room, I was unable to have a comfortable sleep at night. It's a shame since I chose this place based on the reviews of quiet and comfort.

We had such a lovely time at B.Places Apartments. We availed of the airport transfer service which was really efficient. The apartment was spacious with a lovely big bed. The apartment included a kitchen and bathroom area. The apartments are right in the centre of the old town, so we spent lots of time walking and exploring the area. It is really close to the riverfront, and was lovely to sit near the water and have a drink in the evenings. Laura was the perfect host, so friendly and helpful with all our questions. We found it to be a great base to enjoy the amazing city of Porto

Wish we where told about construction (should have been told), would have stayed somewhere else. Construction is not going to end soon. Traveled 16 hours, not looking for resting our time away but never could get any rest, not even a short nap. First night construction was all day until midnight between what is happening next door and the restaurant below us. Next day starting at 07/07:30 until late.

The service was wonderful and very helpful , Laura advise us about the transport and what we should visit and even made some recommandation on nice restaurant. Most important,She took the time to answer all our questions. The location was pretty good to, we we're able to visit alot just by walking.

Awesome apartment! Perfect location within walking distance to everything, comfortable and roomy apartment for a group of 3 or 4. The host was super nice and picked us up at the airport, but the trains are also an easy and cheap option. Love love loved Porto and this was the perfect place to stay in the city.

The apartments were great and very clean! The neighborhood close to everything and the manager was very helpful and pleasant.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Understand that you are staying on a very busy street in the city center therefore it is VERY noisy. The building is very old, which is characteristic of the area and perfectly fine, however the entrance/hall-way areas smelled very bad (mildew?).

I had mixed feelings about the apartment I rented, hence the rating. Location was very good. It was larger than I thought it would be, fairly modern and had a comfortable bed. My apartment was on the third floor, so lots of stair climbing, which normally would be OK for me except Porto is very hilly, I didn't know that. After walking up and down hilly streets all day, three flights gets old fast. The shower was tiny and I'm 5'8". There were some ant problems, if you let food out, it would be covered with ants within hours. No Air Conditioning, just a fan. Finally the neighborhood rooster crowed every morning at 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM...What a joy.

The one bedroom apartment we booked was perfect. It was very large, with a kitchenette, bedroom, large hallway and a living room. There was a small table outside on the balcony. There is no view, as it faces a tiny courtyard of the building, but we spent all day outside, so it didn't matter. The only thing that I was not a fan of - the shower is too small and there was no shelf in the cabin to leave the soap or any other toiletries. Otherwise, everything else was great: location is perfect, right in the center close to the river, the girl who met us gave us good tips about the city. There is no front desk, so you have to arrange time for your check in. They were also happy to store our luggage after check out, which was very appreciated!

I really enjoyed my stay at B.Places Apartments. Perdro was fantastic, His help with how to get around the city was great and invaluable. He made me feel very much at home from the day I booked to when I arrived and through out my stay. I felt like I had known him all my life. I would recommend this place.

My family and I stayed in the B Place Apartments for a weekend getaway to Porto in October. Pedro offered tremendous service, helping us carry our bags up to our room, giving us details and maps of the local area, suggesting things to do, and even made sure we had a baby bed for our youngest daughter. We certainly plan to return due in large part to the service and great location of the apartment.

it was excellent. Only suggestion bigger sign at the door didn't find it until i asked for the first time after that choose this place is amazing. Room is just perfect clean spacious and everything and is in the hearth of porto

We were travelling around Spain & Portugal for a month with some friends & this apartament hotel was great in a wonderful location near the port.

Perfect location, in the middle of everything! Close to the river, restaurants, shops and anything you would want to do in Porto! The room was clean and beautiful and the staff was extremely nice. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

We enjoyed out stay at B. Places because it's very centrally located to metro as well as coffee shops and restaurants. It's also just a 10 minute walk to Dom Luis Bridge.
