Reviewed Sep 8, 2026We had stayed in exactly the same apartment in 2023 and had a very positive experience, which is why we deliberately chose it again for our five-day stay in London. We were very happy to get the same apartment and already knew the location and the process. Based on our previous experience, we expected everything to be just as smooth and straightforward this time.
Unfortunately, this stay was much less smooth than our experience in 2023. The first issue was check-in. We were told to simply call upon arrival, but nobody answered. Luckily, a member of the service staff happened to be there and managed to contact the office through another number. Even then, there was some uncertainty about whether we had received the correct key. As two families, we also needed a second key. This took additional effort, and we then discovered that the lock itself was difficult to operate. Ironically, a neighbour eventually showed us the “trick” to get into the apartment. Not exactly reassuring when you are wondering whether you will be able to get back in later that evening. :-) Inside, we were surprised by the noticeable deterioration since 2023. Some installations now appear quite worn, and several windows no longer close properly, which is particularly inconvenient in rainy London. We really liked the apartment in 2023, which is exactly why we chose it again. Unfortunately, this time it felt as though maintenance had not kept pace with the property.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Apartamento espaçoso, muita luminosidade, muito limpo e com todos os acessórios de cozinha necessários. Foi uma boa estadia para visitar Londres em família.
As cortinas estavam estragadas e não permitiam descansar com tanta luminosidade na sala. É necessário haverem mais almofadas para quem dorme na sala.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Appartement spacieux, idéal pour une famille -nous étions 5- avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. L'appartement est propre. Il y a une station de métro et des commerces à quelques minutes à pied. Les ventilateurs à disposition, car il faisait chaud.
C'est vraiment un détail, mais les poêles et casseroles à renouveler, car elles sont abîmées et elles détonnent avec le reste de l'appartement qui est vraiment très bien.

Chiedo, pertanto, la restituzione delle somme versate.

Piccoli particolari renderebbero la struttura perfetta: presine in cucina e un tappeto in bagno.

The apartment has a few repairs that needs to be done like the flooring and and shower doors. The phone number that 8 was given to call for the keys when I arrived was not a functional number.

Sommige dingen in het appartement zijn een beetje oud. Bijvoorbeeld het douche ophang systeem in 1 badkamer werkte niet. En er was geen koffiezetapparaat.

Apartment is in a quiet area with car parking available at the property, very grateful for the fan that was in the living room, towels were provided as was washing up liquid and powder for the washing machine

The sofa bed wasn’t great. The cleaners took the key out of the key safe when we were still there which caused a bit of stress, but huge thanks to the emergency contact for getting us access to the apartment though he was brilliant. Would suggest more fans in the summer though as only having one in the apartment wasn’t great in this weather.

Brak rolet w kuchni co powoduje, że kuchnia i część salonu była bardzo nasłoneczniona.

The key on the flat’s door is a bit dodgy ,it takes a lot of manoeuvre to lock the door aside from that I haven’t had any trouble at all .The area was very quite at night .

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Molto, molto bello l'appartamento. È dotato di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, dagli asciugamani in bagno, alle pentole in cucina. Molto carino anche il grande balcone da cui si gode di un'ottima vista. Si trova in una zona vivace piena di negozi di ogni tipo e supermercati; la stazione della metropolitana più vicina è ad un quarto d'ora di camminata. Davvero super consigliato ed in più i proprietari e i vicini di casa sono molto gentili.

Apenas tinha uma casa de banho para 4 adultos e 2 crianças, ao contrário da descrição emviada por e-mail, ao qual teria um segundo WC. Não tem gel banho nem shampoo, nem cofre. O funcionário nem se dignou a ir receber-nos para entregar a chave, limitou-se a enviar um vídeo pelo whatsapp a mostrar onde iriamos recolher a chave. Sem ar condicionado e janelas de pouco acesso. Cortinados medíocres, a luz do sol(quando nasce) entra completamente pelos quartos.A porta principal de entrada do apartamento, dava acesso a um pequeno parque com carros que quase tapava a entrada. Muito distante do metro e do centro.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026We stayed in Flat 4 with our 3 teenage daughters. The property was spacious and well equipped. It was convenient for the tube and the high street.
The window in my daughters bedroom didn't lock securely and we had to try and secure it with furniture propped up against it. The showers weren't great the pressure was poor. There were no mirrors in the bedrooms for dressing or grooming. Couldn't use the hairdryer with a mirror as the mirrors were in the bathroom which quite rightly had no electrical sockets. I was bitten all over by bed bugs. On the morning we were leaving my daughter saw one jumping off the bed.

Wohnung 5. Dreckige Bettlaken, zu wenige Handtücher, kein Geschirrtuch, abgenutztes Mobiliar, keine Garderobe, Gastemappe beschränkt sich auf den WLAN Zugang. Safes waren nicht einmal an der Wand fixiert und wogen ca. 1 kg.... da stört es nicht dass sie nicht funktionierten. Wasserkocher kam kurz nach telefonischer Bestellung. In einem Zimmer müssen 2 Betten ohne Nachttisch so nah beieinander stehen, dass man von hinten hineinsteigen muss.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026Íbamos 6 personas y nos facilitaron el apartamento de planta baja, lo que facilito mucha nuestra estancia. El equipamiento en perfecto estado. La calefacción de 10. La ubicación, a pesar de estar lejos, está a 5min. andando del metro.
Algo de personal como referencia por eventuales problemas. Algo menor, echamos de menos una cafetera.

Alquilamos un apartamento para 4. Pero en la mesa habia 3 sillas, 3 cucharas, 3 tazas... fue un poco decepcionante cenar de pie el primer dia. El apartamento no es fiel a las fotografias, esta poco cuidado. Las mantas del sofa cama estaban manchadas, las dos.... la verdad es que nos ha decepcionado. Nos esperabamos un poco mas de calidad en las instalaciones y el trato.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2025Die Lage zum Alexandra Palace (Dart WM) war top. Auch der Weg zur nächsten U-Bahn die einem in die Stadt gebracht hat war super. Bei einem anfänglichen Problem hat der Vermieter sofort geholfen.
Das Badezimmer sollte vielleicht in Apartment 1 gemacht werden.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025Cuando llegamos nos tuvimos que buscar la vida para poder acceder a las llaves , molestando a vecinos y gracias a que mi hija se medio defiende ,sino no se. Y luego no hay indicaciones de wifi, que para nosotros era importante,ya que no pudimos llevar esim en varios terminales por incompatibilidad. El último día lo conseguimos

Pocas facilidades para recoger las llaves. es cierto que el vuelo se retrasó y por ello llegamos despues de las 21:00, pero sobre las 19:30 hablamos por telefono con el anfitrion, le pedi el codigo para recoger las llaves y nos dijo que podiamos llegar en cualquier momento y que le llamasemos para recoger las llaves. Las llaves estan en un locker, es sencillo mandar la clave a traves de booking para facilitar la recogida. Sin embargo al llegar llamamos mas de 40 veces, nadie nos cogia el telefono y estuvimos una hora sin poder entrar, con un niño de 3 años. Lo normal es que respondan a los mensajes de booking (cosa que no hacen) y que faciliten la clave por este medio antes de tu llegada, sin necesidad de tener que estar llamando. Por otro lado contacte con atención al cliente de booking y no me ofrecieron ninguna solución, es más , justificaban al propietario por que llegamos despues de las 9. terrible experiencia.
