We had a lower ground room which looked out onto the wall outside, this room also had a small/ tight en-suite.

Friendly staff and very clean rooms!

Kings Cross war gleich u die Ecke, sehr netter Rezeptionist, der sich rührend um mich kümmerte und mich für den nächsten Morgen auch mit Reservierungen für den Uber und den Heathrow Express versorgte.

die Isolierung war sehr dünn und bis 23:30 konnte man die Strasse sehr gut hören und ab 05:00 wieder. Das Zimmer war unglaublich klein, zu zweit wäre es eine Herausfoderung gewesen.

Great location for kings x station

The room was clean and the stuff was frendly.

I had to sleep with my plane headphones on, I could hear every step on the stairs next to my room, everytime someone ised the stairs you could laudly hear every step.

Camera molto piccola ma essenziale, pulita e funzionale. Staff gentile e pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla stazione.

La colazione potrebbe essere più fornita, ma dato il prezzo va benissimo.

Its very near the station (King Cross) which served the purpose for the booking. The rooms are clean and staff are friendly as well as helpful.

I’m 6’2 tall, the bed was too short with the head and foot of the bed being between two walls, so I couldn’t lie completely flat.

We took the hotel for 1 night, because it was close to king cross, and stayed there for 1 night. It was fine, and not expensive as other places in London.

In a perfect location for what we wanted.

Was just a little bit cramped for the 2 of us shower wasn’t the best and would have liked a shower mat kept slipping on the surface.

Chambre au 3 eme étage sans ascenseur, mon conjoint ayant un lumbago, difficile pour monter les valises. Pas de pain frais au petit déjeuner, uniquement des toasts. Rien pour poser sa trousse de toilette à la salle de bain.

Lovely and cold in our room when it was so so hot in London! Air con was lovely! Clean room staff super friendly too. So close to King’s Cross and was able to leave my bag the next day which was handy.

I stayed on 2 occasions 7 days apart travelling back and forth on Eurostar... Easy walking distance to St Pancras and Kings Cross. Hotel rooms spotless, staff very welcoming.

The single rooms are very small, but very clean. The bar area lacked atmosphere and the general outside impression wasn't the best...

Sleeping next to an open window was perfect and the staff were all friendly and made me feel comfortable

That there is a gay hotel near this one called Adam’s gay bar I think but I’m not against people being gay I just don’t like the name Adam. I like Adam and Eve though. But I know someone very bad named Adam so it’s a bit of a trigger for me

El alojamiento súper limpio y cómodo y el personal nos atendió estupendamente. A última hora tuvimos que añadir a una persona más y no hubo problema.

Die Unterbringung in einem Kellerloch ohne Fenster ist für diesen Preis absolut lächerlich. Wenn es null Sterne geben würde, würde ich sie geben.

Honestly nothing other than location.

The room was literally the size of one cupboard and a bed which can only fit 5.6 ft person, there was washroom attached which was very small as well. The room was very dusty I dont think they tried cleaning it before checkin. Fyi : I booked single room for 15,000 INR ( pls convert to pounds ) which I feel was too much for this. Also they did not have lift and they also were charging extra for small water bottles.

Staff very welcoming and the facilities were clean.

Most of the plug sockets in the room did not work. The hot water in the shower was far too hot, nearly scalding. Also could do with a handrail in the shower as it was so slippy.

Das Personal war unaufdringlich aber sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Rezeption war Rund um die Uhr besetzt und war bemüht allen Anliegen nachzukommen (Weckservice, Taxi bestellen, etc.). Frühstück war ausreichend (Müsli, Gebäck, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Nutella, Croissants, Kaffee, Tee, Säfte, Obst), aber zusätzlich (8£) zu bezahlen. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis dennoch top. Zimmer waren sauber und wurden jeden zweiten Tag (auf Wunsch auch häufiger) gereinigt. Im Zimmer war ein eigener Wasserkocher mit Tee und Löskaffee (Nespresso) vorhanden. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch. In 5 Minuten Fußweg ist man beim Bahnhof Kings Cross von dem sowohl U Bahn, Züge aber auch Busse in alle Richtungen abfahren. In der Nähe gibt es Pubs, Souveniershops als auch verschiedene Speiselokale.

Kein Lift. Hotel hat 3 Stockwerke.

The location was good.

The noise from a huge external fan unit located next to our room made a lot of noise making it impossible to sleep. There were loud banging sounds from a room behind us - maybe a door that kept opening and shutting.

Good for a one night layover stay near kings cross.

There was no lift which can be tricky with luggage and 6 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor and the rooms were noisy due to the proximity of the main road.

- La situation géographique est parfaitement pratique, à 10 min à pied de la gare St. Pancras. Il y a des pubs et de quoi se restaurer autour - Il y a un espace collectif pour le petit-déjeuner et le coin pub le soir - Le personnel d'accueil est très agréable - La chambre (lit simple) est agréable et bien fournie, avec des rangements, une clim, un nécessaire à thé, des serviettes. Le lit est très confortable. La chambre et la salle de bain sont bien propres.

- Globalement, je suis ravie du rapport qualité-prix. La seule chose qui pourrait manquer, c'est un petit frigo dans la chambre.

Clean, comfortable room. It was compact, but fine for an overnight stay. Good size shower cubicle in the ensuite, with a sturdy shelf for your products Very quiet. We had a ground floor room at the front and there was only a little noise from outside. Really great location, no more than a ten minute walk from King's Cross. Friendly and helpful staff. Ability to leave bags before check in and after check out.

While the room was quiet despite its position, we couldn't have the curtains open because the windows were directly on the street. It would have been very frustrating if we had stayed for more than one night. There was only one 'hook' in the bathroom for hanging towels on and it was pretty hopeless so a hand towel just kept falling off.

Great room, which was a good size. I have stayed in other London hotels on a budget and this was much cleaner, modern and tastefully decorated. Suprisingly quiet, perfect tor my early start on Eurostar

Really friendly and helpful staff - obvious they really care about customer experience. They took our bags before check in (which was also a very early check in at 1:30pm, so rare for London/hotels in general!) and offered us to use the facilities like toilet and drink machine/seating area. Very clean room

No lift to upper floors which I did know about ahead of booking, but still something to be cautious of if you are mobility impaired or have lots of luggage. Bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze, but not really surprising considering the amazing price and overall size of the hotel room. Not negatives at all for us, but just something to consider if you care for those things!

Nothing like pictures, not in good state of repair, didn’t want to use shower as looked unclean. I nearly left as it was v grotty.

I liked having a friendly human receptionist not a key code.

I wish the bar had been lively. And the room was cramped. Better to have had a single bed (all I needed) and more floor space.

Size of room was ridiculous. Safe never worked deapite promises to fix. Room also had a guant spider that we had to deak with.

My second stay at the hotel and it was amazing :) Perfect location, friendly, kind and helpful staff. Rooms are small but if you're going solo it has all you need. Amazing shower, beds are pretty comfortable too. The only thing I'd mention is maybe the room could be a little more cleaner (there was a lot of dust and couple of stains). There is very little room to hang/store your clothes, but if you're staying only for a couple of days, it's perfectly enough. :) Would return for sure.

Hotel micuț, cu raport preț calitate excelent, camere cu suprafata decenta fata de alte locații oarecum similare la preț, si foooarte important toaleta in camera. Personal extrem de amabil, recepție non stop care ne-a dat un sentiment de siguranță având in vedere ca am fost singure in londra. Poziționare buna lângă st pancras, legături bune cu luton/ metrou, am facut pe jos o parte din obiective.

Nu are lift si aveam camera la ultimul etaj dar mersul pe scări e sănătos!😉

Hotel proche de la gare St Pancras et arrêt de bus au pied de l'hotel ! Réceptionniste très accueillant et chaleureux ! La chambre était petite mais à suffisait pour une nuit ! Très bon rapport qualité prix et ptit déjeuner complet pour seulement 7.5£.

In my opinion, the room was not properly cleaned before my arrival: The curtains were covered in stains and smelly, the room corners, surfaces, and the hairdryer were dusty and/or sticky (not sure why). The level of cleanliness has impacted my overall assessment of the hotel, as I expected more of a four-star hotel.

Het hotel is lang zo mooi niet als de foto's doen vermoeden. Vies trappenhuis met smoezelig tapijt en plakkende trapleuning. Smoezelig tapijt op de kamer (sowieso, het is 2026, stop met vloerbedekking op hotelkamers, het is smerig en slecht voor de luchtwegen). Onaardig personeel (alleen meneer Molik was vriendelijk). Kapot kluisje. Benauwde kamer. Geen branduitgang op de verdieping. Je moet helemaal naar de hoofduitgang lopen in geval van brand: totaal onacceptabel.

Vlak bij King's Cross station, leuke kroeg (the Water Rats) om de hoek. En er was airconditioning op de kamer.

The room didn’t have any windows except for a Velux at the ceiling which could not fully open and the blinds didn’t work. Also, the room had little storage space because of the 4 beds where we only needed the double bed.

- Room was classed as a “deluxe” single room. It was anything but. Very compact room. - Shower towel was terrible quality. It had holes in it and a few questionable stains. This is unacceptable. Also not a lot of space to dry off in the bathroom either. - Soap dispenser was broken and never worked. - shower head felt cheap and kept falling down.

Lovely hotel in London near kings cross

L'établissement est situé à quelques rues de la gare de St Pancras, parfait pour visiter Londres et sauter dans son Eurostar. Le personnel est très accueillant et très arrangeant. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages et de les récupérer au dernier moment pour profiter pleinement de la capitale anglaise. Chambre petite (normal au cœur de ce quartier), mais propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner possible, à prix modéré par rapport à d'autres hôtels. Vraiment un endroit idéal par sa localisation et son rapport qualité/prix.

In desperate need of maintenance. Almost everything we touched was broken. Sockets coming away from the wall, the shower knob came off in my hand and was only set to scorching hot, mould on the curtains right next to one of the beds, one one hook in the bathroom for all towels etc for a 4-bed room, no elevator so had to lug all suitcases up - to be fair the staff helped with this.
