Location was great for Eurostar. Room was comfortable and clean.

Walls were thin so was a bit noisy

Ideal location for being able to stay in london the night before our eurostar. The hotel is easy to access, good communication from the keystone team throughout. Everything clean, complimentary drinks at the pub was a nice touch.

Nothing the hotel can do about the level of street traffic noise with constant sirens and lorries that like to beep but being from the countryside it was alot.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable with everything that we needed provided. Excellent location for King's Cross and really good value for money. It's a busy area but the secondary glazing was very efficient at keeping the noise out.

There was an air conditioning unit but perhaps it could have been a bit more effective.

Really close to St Pancras for early eurostar - no wasted time in the early moring! Room was easy to find and automated checkin/out. Comfy and clean

Great property next to King’s Cross. Easy access and nice little touches from management like chocolates and free drinks in the bar (though weren’t staying long enough to enjoy).

Air con was hit and miss. Bag drop only available during pub opening times. Didn’t realise when booking so ended up carrying a large rucksack with me all day.

Die Lage war aussergewöhnlich gut, nur 3-4 Minuten von Kings Cross und direkt an einer Bushaltestelle. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe und auch Supermärkte und Shopping Möglichkeiten. Die meisten bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in maximal 20 Minuten mit Bus oder Metro erreichbar. Das Bett war sehr bequem und angemessen gross. Das Zimmer ist eher klein, aber für zwei Personen ausreichend, ausserdem verbringt man in London die Zeit sowieso lieber ausserhalb des Hotels. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert und auch wenn das Zimmer keine Fenster hatte, war es sehr angenehm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Im Flur roch es manchmal etwas unangenehm, aber man ist jeweils schnell wieder aus dem Flur raus, also stört das nicht so sehr.

Just to mention, the hotel doesn’t have any staff, so I’m not sure whether there should be an option to rate that. Anyway, we booked this place a little last-minute as we needed to catch the Eurostar very early in the morning, and it was perfect for the price and location. With London being so hot at the moment, having air conditioning was also a big plus and made the stay well worth it. The room was small but tidy and comfortable, and the hotel is so close to the station, as well as plenty of restaurants. For a short stay, especially if you have an early Eurostar, it was a great choice.

I think if you’re planning to stay longer than a day or two, this might not be the right place. The room is very small, and as it’s an old building, you can hear quite a lot of thumps and bangs from people walking through the corridors, sometimes quite loudly. Also, as there’s no staff on-site, any issues might be a little harder to resolve. That said, we had no issues at all during our stay, so I can’t really comment on how problems would be handled to be fair.

Unbeatable location 5 mins walk from St Pancras station for Eurostar. Very clean, everything you needed in the comfortable room. Staff member in pub downstairs was very helpful.

No complaints. I left a note that the sink didn’t seem to be emptying properly so might be a bit blocked.

Such a lovely hotel! It was in the perfect location, easy to walk to and from Euston, it was incredibly clean and we were so happy when we got to our room and discovered it had air con! The bed was really comfy and there was a handwritten note welcoming us - such a lovely touch. And when I messaged about how to close the skylight I got a reply back really fast. We were really impressed with the place and would definitely stay again!

Excellent place to stay and so close to transportation. Easy walk to the underground for Heathrow Terminals.

Really lovely friendly staff! Bed was really comfy. Me and my friend used this hotel for a concert and I would 100% go back!

The room was clean and the air conditioning was such a welcome luxury when it was +38 C outside. The staff are really welcoming and helpful. Location is just perfect! We enjoyed our stay and we will be back next time we're in London.

We had no electricity for a long while In The room at all. That got sorted after a while then the plug started smoking. Was reported but we didn’t feel safe using the electrics In the room for the rest of the stay which was unfortunate as we was going to a concert and I had a child with me.

Clean, well-kept room. Very practical for travelling into/out of St Pancras. Great value for money. The free welcome drink in the pub downstairs was a really nice touch. The pub acts as the reception, the staff there were very friendly and helpful. The key code system to get into the hotel and room was actually really quick and efficient.

Ci sono stati alcuni inconvenienti che mi dispiace dover segnalare. La finestra rotta che è rimasta socchiusa tutta la notte perché una volta aperta non si chiudeva più. Ma soprattutto un guasto durante la notte all’impianto elettrico, probabilmente datato, e mi sono svegliata la mattina che dovevo partire e lasciare la stanza senza luce e senza che nessuna presa funzionasse. Non si sono caricati telefoni e batterie della reflex. Un disagio abbastanza importante da segnalare.

ヒースロー夜到着便でホテルに着いたのも深夜近かったですが、事前にパスコードをメールで送っていただいてたので、スムーズにチェックインできました。またチェックアウトもオンラインでできたので時間を有効活用できました。場所もキングスクロス駅すぐ近くで深夜の移動もあまり怖くありませんでした。移動の前の前泊だったので、窓なしの部屋にしましたが、階段も数段で冷房もあったので とても快適でした！

Wel heel erg klein . Je kan je spullen niet kwijt . Dat is wel jammer . Maar we komen zeker weer terug!

Lo mejor es la ubicación (está al lado de una parada de metro y de tren), y la limpieza. Es un hotel sencillo, pero muy correcto.

Si he de poner algún punto negativo, es que tiene poco espacio para almacenaje de ropa, maletas o las cosas de aseo, y que no había enchufes en el baño.

Great place in a very handy location for KX. Rooms are compact but very modern, bright, comfortable, and clean. Pub downstairs but not noisy, and plenty of food options nearby. Street views from windows. Directly across road from the Scala venue if you happen to be going there.

Cheap, clean and a brilliant location for the Eurostar. Bed was comfy and the building was secure.

Was in central London location so normal noise was a bit of an issue but was also expected.

La chambre est très propre et répondait à nos attentes. L'arrivée autonome est vraiment facile. L'hotel est très bien situé pour une arrivée en Eurostar et à côté de tous les transports qui permettent de visiter les quatre coins de Londres. C'est un quartier animé mais l'hotel est très bien isolé!

Cependant une forte odeur de canalisation à l'entrée dans la chambre. Nous nous sommes rendu compte que cette odeur venait de la climatisation de la chambre.

Location is good for transport. 5 minutes walk from St Pancras and close to the London Underground. Walk straight into the adjoining pub and you get a free pint also. As it was near 30'C outside the A/C unit was welcome but the airflow blades couldn't be altered so it blew onto me all the time.

Experienced a rumbling noise everything few minutes and came to the conclusion that it was the underground trains causing the noise. We were on the second floor so maybe on the higher floors it can't be heard.

Exceptionally clean and very friendly staff. Location is excellent. A/C was perfect.

Modern, clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient location very close to King's Cross. Self-service check-in is fast and convenient. This hotel is one of my favourite choices when I stay near King's Cross.

I didn't like that there wasn't a lock on the door. Travelling alone and knowing that the code was known by the staff and I couldn't lock the door from the inside didn't make me feel the most comfortable.

Amazing little place in a great location

The air conditioning had been set so the room was already chilled, in the middle of a heat wave. Also on the bed was a voucher for a free drink at the attached bar with any further drinks having 10% off. Location spot on with it being less than 5 min walk from King's Cross.

The location is great, my son and I enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely come back to Keystone House.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay before an early train departure the next day. Everything was comfortable, and the a/c was a definite plus.

The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and the AC was welcome during the hot weather. The staff were fantastic, especially at reception. A female member of staff offered to allow me to have my luggage stored while I was at a graduation and to then collect it later that day.

The extractor fan didn't seem to work in the bathroom. The info on accessing the building for the first time was a little confusing. Also when I entered the correct code the entrance door didn't open. On the third attempt it did.

I was right at the end of a long wiggly corridor - it did make me feel a bit nervous about if there was a fire. Some more / bigger fire exit signs would’ve made me happier.

Compact room but perfect for a one night stay, comfortable and had everything we needed, loved the teddy bear towel!! Air conditioned room was a dream, meant we could sleep!

Perfect location to stay the night before catching the Eurostar for a weekend away. Brilliant rooms with air conditioning; a lovely addition for this hot summer. Was lovely to receive a drinks voucher for the pub next door, and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Check in was super easy and would definitely use this hotel again in future for travelling in and around London

The only things that could have been better were the shower and sink setup - would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner rather than generic all-in-one soap. Also was difficult to open the shower door from the inside due to the handle shape. Sink was tiny but we are pretty used to this living in London :) but these are very nitpicky things! It’s a great place and we would stay again.

Great Location to King Cross Station. The accommodation was lovely and clean, room was small but was big enough for a couple. No noise from outside in the room that we stayed in which was on the top floor. We would definitely stay again.

The walls are thin and you can hear people walking down the corridor but wasn't too much of an issue.

It is a spacious and clean room with a very comfy bed.

No lift did not bother us at all: just feel people should know. While the room is excellent for minimising external noise in a very busy part of London, there is noise from the floor above.

De kamer lag aan de straatkant van een zeer drukke straat. Het geluid van brommers, politiewagens, getoeter ging met gemak door de oordoppen.

Location was great, just a short walk from St Pancras station and King’s Cross underground. The room was small but well equipped for what we needed for our short stay.
