in posizione strategica per visitare il centro di Georgetown, vicino a chinatown, ma praticamente a piedi si raggiungeva qualunque posto. La camera era curata nei particolari. Materasso molto comodo

The location, staff and hotel itself exceeded all my expectations. I think it is ideal for couples. We were also surprised by the amazing the hotel restaraunt and extremely friendly staff. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome indeed.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, schöner Whirlpool

Super friendly staff, restaurant on site which offers breakfast and dinner, spacious rooms, great location in George Town - one block away from two shopping centres and many, many restaurants and shops nearby. Yet, the surroundings are very quiet at night. Very clean facilities. Within walking distance to George Town's main attractions in the historical centre (just be prepared to sweat). There is a laundry service available at this hotel, though we didn't make use of it. There is also a laundromat in the street next door. Note there is no on-site parking. A deposit needs to be paid for the room, this can be done in a variety of currencies (which was convenient for us).

The mattress was very firm. Though I didn't wake up in the middle of the night, it could be a problem for some. The aircon in my room (312) struggled to keep up a bit. Though I didn't feel warm in the room, I felt the aircon should've felt colder given it was in the lowest temperature and maximum fan speed.

The location is convenient, close to Love Lane and several tourist areas. I also liked that there’s a water refill station in the restaurant.

The shower area flooded easily and the water pressure was quite weak. The air conditioning in our room was also leaking, although the staff fixed it the next day.

Das Personal war wenig hilfsbereit und zeigte kaum Empathie. Die Kaution wurde in bar verlangt, was meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr zeitgemäss ist. Bei der Abreise wurde sie dann ohne jegliche Kontrolle einfach zurückgegeben, da stellt sich die Frage, wozu das Ganze überhaupt notwendig war. Auch das Frühstück war leider jeden Tag enttäuschend. Die Speisen waren häufig schlecht zubereitet, oftmals kalt und geschmacklich wenig überzeugend. Insgesamt entsprach das Frühstück nicht meinen Erwartungen.

Great location - just a short walk to multiple attractions & great local food. Breakfast options were wonderful & my usual breakfast at home suffered from any comparison.

Lovely inside, beautiful furniture

Bien placé, à 10 minutes à pieds des endroits intéressants de la ville. L'enregistrement et le départ peuvent se faire 24h sur 24, ce qui est très pratique. Lit confortable, mobilier suffisant, salle de bain bien agencée et fonctionnelle, douche bien chaude et avec une bonne pression de l'eau.

Les draps et les serviettes étaient tâchés, il y avait des cheveux dans plusieurs coins de la salle de bain et de la chambre, le ménage était fait assez approximativement chaque jour et le tapis du couloir menant aux chambres mériterait un sérieux coup d'aspirateur et un nettoyage en profondeur. Dommage, car malgré le style vieillot de l'hôtel, le reste était convenable.

A very strong/uncomfortable smells when u enter the floor and inside the room. The water pressure was very low.

L’hotel è ok, non pazzesco. La colazione molto cara per quello che è e tutti i servizi mediocri. Solo lo staff merita un voto alto perché erano molto gentili

Arredamento triste e un Po fatiscente. La colazione costa cara, servita sul rooftop che è tristino e si muore di caldo, solo alla carta Bagno di “design” ma scomodo

Établissement très bien situé. Proche des commodités tout en étant excentré des grandes rues principales. La personne de jour a l’accueil très accueillante.

La climatisation et le bruit des blocs moteurs juste en dessous de la fenêtre étaient très gênants. Penser à prendre des antibruit pour les personnes sensibles….

Perfekte Lage, sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Die Größe der Zimmer ist mehr als ausreichend. Klimaanlage funktioniert super.

Very noisy, they changed my city view room to a wall view room with the kitchen and all the AC radiators noise and heat. The sink of the lavatory would be clogged and very noisy to evacuate water.

T was een prima kamer met goede fasciliteiten. Maar ik vind t niet geschikt om meer dan een nacht te verblijven. Tis verder niet gezellig ofzo.

A nice, stylish hotel near the city center, near to the food streets.

The hallway was dirty, they don’t use a vacuum cleaner during the 2 days we lived there. I asked for a smaller pillow because it was too high and very uncomfortable for us but they couldn’t provide me one.

位置非常便利，隔壁就是汕頭街，吃喝洗衣購物都很方便，離十姓橋也不遠，步行可到。 飯店環境給人放鬆的氛圍，服務也很週到。

浴室的乾濕分離設計有點缺陷，淋浴區的玻璃隔檔太窄，洗完澡以後乾區會稍微淹水。

Camera piuttosto grande con la possibilità di distribuire bene le cose. C'era anche un armadio dove poter appoggiare qualche vestito (se necessario) per ottimizzare gli spazi. La struttura offre ciabatte monouso, asciugacapelli, tavola da stiro con ferro (per chi mai volesse utilizzarlo), dental kit e rasoio. Asciugamani grande e piccolo. Possibilità di lavare i vestiti, minimo due chili: pagamento cash, che varia in base al peso, da 20 RM. Letti comodi. Posizione dell'hotel comoda: noi siamo sempre andati a piedi. Abbiamo preso grab solo per andare a Penang Hill e all'aeroporto.

Al momento della prenotazione, c'è la possibilità di scegliere: cancellazione gratuita o colazione inclusa, non entrambe. È un po' un limite. Corridoio che porta alla camere non molto pulito. Dal bagno spesso si sentiva odore di fogna

Very good downtown location in Georgetown

The Airco remote didn't work well, unable to turn off or on, neither adjust temperature and fan functions. Th e jacuzzi is not needed, better to have a chilling rooftop place.

- The staff was very friendly and helpful. - The breakfast was really delicious. They even packed it for us when we had an early flight. - Location was great; could easily access most places in the city.

- The main lobby, hallway, and elevator had a strange smell. - Did not like the interior, it didn't seem very luxurious or four-star. Hallway didn't look very nice. Room was pleasant. - Cleaning staff opened the door while we were inside napping after ringing the bell barely twice. Felt invasive and uncomfortable. - Breakfast options were very limited, no buffet and could only choose one dish per person from a limited menu.

Eşimden sonra duşa girdim ve onda sıcak olan su bende sıcak akmıyordu sanırım bitiyor sıcak suları ılık suyla duş almak zorunda kaldım.

Very clean. All basic amenities were available in the room. The staff is so very cooperative and helpful. Front desk staff like Kasturi and the other girl went all the way to make our stay comfortable.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt insgesamt gut gefallen. Die Lage war super und das Badezimmer angenehm groß. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Frühstück, die Pancakes und die Eiergerichte waren wirklich lecker. Außerdem war es angenehm ruhig und die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert Haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel aufgrund der guten Lage, des freundlichen Personals und des leckeren Frühstücks weiterempfehlen.

Das Zimmer war leider recht klein. Aus dem Kühlschrank kam ein etwas unangenehmer Geruch und die Sauberkeit im Bad hätte etwas besser sein können.

La parte de arriba de la terraza, desatendida, no pudimos desayunar, no había bar arriba, aunque el jacuzzi, nos vino genial.

El baño estaba muy sucio y nos dio asco, tuvimos que pedir en recepción que lo limpiasen y no lo hicieron, tuvimos que volver a reclamarlo

I liked the hotel. It's conveniently located: close to the city center and the bus station, which offers easy access to many destinations. Breakfast can be ordered in advance (you can choose from about 10 options). The staff was very friendly: explained directions in detail, called a taxi, and answered other questions.

It would be good to add conditioner and body lotion to the bathroom.

Fantastic location. Good room with comfortable bed, fridge, hairdryer, iron, toiletries, tv, aircon ... Friendly staff and laundry service.

Schöne Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, super Preis-Leistung Verhältnis, mitten im Geschehen und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es zu 100 % weiter empfehlen

Alles sehr sauber, freundliches Team& toller Service! Wasserflaschen& Wasserkocher mit Tee& Kaffee werden am Zimmer bereitgestellt. Warmwasser für die Dusche ist, wie hierorts üblich über einen Schalter "Heater" (oft neben dem Lichtschalter fürs Bad), separat einzuschalten & dann klappt das auch ;)
