We booked this accommodation specifically for the balcony, as I suffer from chronic asthma and needed to keep the windows open for fresh air. It wasn't particularly hot at the time, so we were happy to finally get a break from the heat. We chose this apartment based on the cleanliness shown in the photos and description. However, we were assigned a ground-floor unit; although the doors and windows could be opened, there was a risk of someone entering, which worried us since the outdoor areas were interconnected and the parking lot was right across the way. There were no blinds or sheer curtains—only very thick, heavy drapes that we couldn't pull back because people in the parking lot would look inside. Consequently, there was no privacy and the room felt very stuffy. We were deeply disappointed; items listed in the offer—such as toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer—were missing. It looked as though the place had been painted just before our arrival, yet the floors hadn't been properly cleaned. No one came to change the towels or clean the apartment during our six-day stay. I wanted to vacuum or wipe the floor, but we couldn't find any cleaning supplies. This was very bad for my chronic asthma. The person who checked us in didn't even show us the rooms or explain how to use the washing machine and dishwasher (the latter didn't work at all). He was in a rush and ignored me whenever I tried to speak. He just wanted to leave quickly; we didn't feel welcome. It seemed as though they cared only about money, not about how the guests felt. I noticed there was no tumble dryer or anything else to hang up our washed clothes. When I pointed this out, the owner left for a moment and returned with a broken, rusty drying rack. It was a huge disappointment—a nightmare. We couldn't sleep at night; the air was stifling, and we didn't even have a fan.

The apartments were in a great location for shops, restaurants & public transport. It was a bright spacious apartment & it was lovely to have a balcony. There was a smart tv so we could use our streaming services. It was a quiet enough area even though we were close to the road it wasn’t too loud.

In general the apartment was a bit shabby & could do with a facelift. The couch was pretty worn. There were no pillows or blankets to make it any way homely or comfortable. The fridge/freezer was hard to close as it clearly needs defrosting. The extractor fan filter fell off (which was later fixed). The bathroom was roasting & quite mouldy on the shower & the towel rails. The en suite shower door wasn’t working very well. The kitchen bin is tiny so our rubbish built up quite quickly and we had to bag it up separately. A recycling bin would also be welcomed. The blinds in the living area are falling apart and some of the poles fell out while we were trying to open and close them. The apartment is advertised as including toiletries - I would expect this to include hand soap and shower gel. Neither were included so we had to go out and buy some. There wasn’t enough toilet roll for the weekend either so we had to purchase more. I would also expect tea and coffee to be included as a basic offering but it was not. We were travelling during the heat wave this summer so I had requested fans in advance of our arrival as I knew we were arriving late in the night. It was confirmed there were a few available & would be there for us. The fans were not present & we had quite an uncomfortable sleep in the night. I had to contact lawrence again the next day to request some & he later dropped them off. He then ended up coming back to take one of them off us, as it apparently belonged to someone else but he claimed he would come back with another one. He never came back, so we only had one fan for one of the bedrooms to sleep with that night & the other bedroom had to go without. There was no bath mat in the shower/bath in main bathroom and I slipped & bruised my knee really badly off the side of the bath when getting out. This is clearly a safety hazard.

L’accès au train pour le centre de Londres. L’appartement est bien situé, il y a tous les commerces accessibles à 5-10 mn à pieds.

La cuisine n’était pas très bien équipée, il manquait des ustensiles pour pouvoir faire la cuisine (économe, planche à découper).

L'arrivée chaotique : mauvaise clé fournie et pas d'explication par le propriétaire. Heureusement l'homme de ménage était là pour nous aider. Pas assez d'assiettes, pas de casserole. La baignoire pas pratique avec le pommeau fixe et pas de rideau pour empêcher l'eau de se répandre sur le sol. Rien pour faire un brin de ménage.

Direkt neben einem Parkplatz ist es abends / nachts lange laut mit Musik aus Autos und Treffen. Morhends werden dann die Läden beliefert und die Strassenreinigung fährt. Eln Stuhl.defekt. Matratzen könnten neu und es gab keine Geschirrhandtücher. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten aisgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich.

Location was great, just a few minutes walk from station and shops were just round the corner. Parking was no issue , there were plenty of spaces.

It's was very hot and fans would have been fantastic. A few small things missing like a toaster, iron and some basic cleaning things would have been good. Also a clothes airer would have been good to dry clothes.

Very clean and modern. Kitchen includes everything you need. Lawrence was really friendly and helpful, even helped with our bags. Plenty of windows and a balcony area. Very close to many eateries and convenience store and bus stops.

It’s located behind a row of shops and most mornings were having very early deliveries which were loud. There’s also a public car park which was extremely noisy, there was a ‘seesaw ramp’ to get in and out and every time a vehicle came through it made a huge clang. So there was a lot of noise.

Very spacious, had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and welcoming. It was very clean and had a lot of utilities. Can’t fault the apartment at all it was fantastic.

Unfortunately where we stayed on the first floor in Room 1 it was very roudy outside at night and some disruptive mornings as we were next to a large car park. 2/3 nights there were people having car meet ups and skidding around in there cars between 10-12pm. The last night there was lads kicking around a football at 12:30am which was quite loud so we kept waking up.In the morning we had tree cutters cutting down all the trees infront of the balcony we had and infront of our bedroom window which was very loud that went on for a while, so it wasn’t a very relaxing area at all unfortunately.

It had hot water

It doesn’t say in the description that it’s next to a very loud car park that cars have to drive over metal plates that bang incredibly loudly on the way in and out. It’s got a McDonald’s opposite which is handy but noisy and a very early - 6am ish - delivery lorry with shouty men, plus the dustbin lorry and recycling collection too. No air conditioning, no Wi-fi, no TV because of the WiFi. The owners weren’t around on check in or check out. The place was OK, but very tatty in places. We left rubbish and used our own bags as there was no instruction of what to do with recycling or rubbish. We did find a lovely restaurant on the main road callled Stage, well worth visiting for dinner or breakfast.

The booking was cancelled the morning of my check-in day.

For the price, it's a great place, especially for those travelling in groups/ with family. Kitchen is well equipped, there are all the minimum requirements. Also close to most amenities and Palmers Green train station.

Parking lot directly in front of the bedroom windows where people would do super loud car races and handbrake turns from midnight till 5 pm that wouldn't let us sleep, EVERY. NIGHT. The living room and kitchen were ridden with ants, you couldn't put a can of coke out for more than five minutes. The flat is super hot during London summer, and only 1 average sized fan was provided for a 2-bedroom, so we had to move it between bedrooms and the living room.

Confusing instructions for how to access and get the keys on a weekend. Asking for things more than once and not receiving items i.e. Toilet roll and kitchen roll. No bathroom mat.

L'appartement est confortable dans son ensemble et spacieux. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Une gare et un magasin Morrisons sont situés à côté ce qui est extrêmement pratique pour se rendre à Londres. Nous avons également pu facilement revenir à l'aéroport avec les bus de nuit situés juste à côté.

Certains équipements n'étaient pas entretenus comme le frigo qui n'a pas été dégivré et qui du coup avait énormément de mal à refroidir. La VMC faisait pas mal de bruit dès qu'on allumait la lumière dans la salle de bain et ne semblait pas fonctionner correctement. Il y a eu 2 nuits où des jeunes faisaient des drifts sur un parking ce qui causait des nuisances et aussi des odeurs de caoutchouc brûlés mais ils ne sont pas responsables de ce qu'il se passe à côté.

Perfect for the facilities we needed, location meant it was easy to walk to amenities. Cooking and washing facilities in apartments kept costs down.

Limited parking and extremely noisy in the evenings as local reprobates seem to like using the near by parking area to mess about in their cars doing burn outs and donuts in the late hours - we were there for a sporting tournament and didn’t appreciate being kept awake.

The apartment has two bathrooms that appear newly renovated, and both the living room and one of the bedrooms were quite spacious.

Cleanliness: Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. The floors, sofa, and chairs were visibly dirty, the balcony was covered in spider webs, I also saw strains over bed sheets. Overall that made our stay uncomfortable about overall hygiene in the apartment. Noise: During the day it was mostly quiet, however the building is next to a free parking lot where cars drift/rave almost every night. The noise and tire smoke frequently entered the apartment (speaking about the smaller bedroom in ap. 16). Host Responsiveness: While the host was polite, they were not responsive to our requests; despite reporting the dirtiness on Day 1 and receiving a promise for a second cleaning on Day 2, no one ever came and our follow-up messages went ignored until check-out (Day 7).

Spotless, clean, comfortable and the presence of a private parking area is a huge plus, add to that it's a literal 2 minutes walk away from Plamers green station so you're in central London in under 40 minutes

The apartment was super clean, very well equipped, and the communication with the host was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. If we ever come back to London, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Loved the secure carpark and the balcony but no furniture on the balcony so had to take a chair outside and the location of rhe appartment was spot on for me and near tube station too

The drains smelt bad, not much going on in the kitchen for cooking etc, no salt or even pepper and under the sink all the dishwasher tablets were stick together and needed a really good clean all over the appartment

Our stay was great. A few things would have helped. The main bedroom needs black out curtains. There’s a bright floodlight just outside which meant the bedroom was brightly lit all night despite the blinds. Some coat hooks in the corridor would be useful, and kitchen utensils such as cereal dishes, scissors, oven proof dishes etc.

The apartment was a great size. The check in/key pick up was made super easy by the host. It was also close to transport and we found it quite easy to get around with restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Sadly there was no tumble dryer, which was listed as included in the apartment description.(I actually choose this place because of that feature, as we are a family traveling with hand luggage only) and the kitchen was missing a few items I would have expected... a tea towel, tongs, egg lift (we had to get a little creative). Also the main bedroom had a street/carpark flood light that shone right into the bedroom at night, so even with the blinds closed the room was never dark. Other than that the place was good.

Schöne große Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend. Nur ein paar Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, Preis-Leistung sehr gut!

Dormivano i senza tetto nel corridoio degli appartamenti avendo due bambini piccoli eravamo ancora più terrorizzati. La vasca aveva la maniglia in ferro arrugginito che si è staccata e fatto male al dito del bambino e gli scarichi del lavandino non andava mai ! Ho documentato tutto

Excellent stay in a lovely part of North London We had a perfect stay in this apartment. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to feel at home right away. The apartment is located in a very pleasant neighborhood in the north of London, which felt both lively and relaxed. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. When we asked for extra towels, this was no problem at all, they were brought to us promptly and with a smile. A big plus was the balcony. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee there in the sunshine, watching two squirrels eating nuts in the tree nearby. Such a lovely and unexpected moment, right in the middle of the city. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Bonjour, Je tenais à vous dire combien j’ai apprécié l’appartement. Il est vraiment parfait et très spacieux. J’ai adoré les salons, tout est propre et nickel, et le fait qu’il y ait deux salles de bain est formidable. Le grand balcon était un vrai plus. L’appartement est également très sécurisé et calme, et son emplacement est idéal : tout est à proximité, que ce soit le train, le bus, la boulangerie, le supermarché ou même un fast-food. Vraiment, tout y est et c’est un logement très agréable à vivre ! Le personnel aussi très rapide et ponctuel !

En revanche, ce que je n’ai pas apprécié dans l’appartement, c’est qu’il n’y avait pratiquement rien pour cuisiner. Il manquait du sel, du papier cuisson, et d’autres petits essentiels de cuisine. Pour moi, le sel est indispensable dans les plats, et une petite brique ne coûte presque rien. Il n’y avait également pas de machine à café, ce qui serait un vrai plus pour les futurs occupants. Je pense que quelques ajouts simples comme ceux-ci rendraient l’expérience encore meilleure.
