Nice place to for a short stay

Perfect for what we needed, very clean, easy check in and out, also felt very safe and secure. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

House & Bedroom clean & tidy. Bed was comfortable. Good location & parking available. Walkable from the train stations near by. Close to a Sainsbury’s Local & Fuel Station.

The shared bathroom is very aged (think mauve 70’s / 80’s suite) old discoloured grout. Shared bath mats left out & no cleaning supplies available so flip flops needed for the shower & bathroom. Cleaners were in from around 8am understandably busy but loud, after a late night at a gig near by we would have liked the extra rest. Not many plugs accessible in our room as we desperately needed the fan as it was a hot week in a front facing room. Also be careful not to be blocked in on the driveway as room for around 4 cars back to back.

The Shower was large and nicely decorated. The Housekeeper was friendly and helpful.

Room 1 A freshener meant for a urinal on the wardrobe. The fridge didn't work. The door had to be slammed to stay shut. Room 5 A request for a second chair was refused. An attic room where the bed was close to the slopped ceiling. I banged my head getting round the bed. We all checked out before 10.30. I received a phone call at 11.11 while awaiting our train at Enfield Town Station. I was informed that my Guest in room 1 had checked out late. I explained that my Guest had left early. I was told that they had proof that my Guest was asleep in his room. The Guest had left at 7.25 and was home in Maidstone before 10.30. After I got home I rang to check if they Looked at so called proof and realised they were wrong. I was again informed that they had proof that my Guest had checked out late. I was asked if I wanted them to send the proof, or should they charge me for the late checking out. I asked them to send me the proof. I am still waiting for them to contact me after they realised that the so called proof didn't exist. I expected to be staying in a Hotel not a converted House.

Bedrooms clean with fridge, smart tv and fan for the warmer months. Grateful for the option to configure beds. Had 3 single beds. All comfortable The host was not on site but communication with the host was great. Locations good and bus stop right outside the property.

Rooms had a kettle in them but there were no means to be able to fill them up yourself. No access to a sink. Only sink is in the shared bathroom. Bathroom on first floor could do with an update. “Breakfast included” is slightly misleading. We expected a cooked breakfast. There were self serve cereal dispensers with milk and a loaf of bread to toast with butter and jams available.

Great location, only ten minutes from Enfield Station. The room was clean and check in was easy.

Curtains in the room were very thin and as it is summer the light came in early.

Honestly bed was ok.

No milk in room to make a cup of tea. If I wanted milk then i had to go downstairs 😒 which wasn't worth doing . No air conditioning. Fan fan offered very little comfort. I did report that the shower i was unable to adjust the hight.for some reason there was an issue with it. But the shower was clearly old. The towels provided had seen better days. Also the mat in the bathroom clearly had seen better days. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again. Or recommend. Although I'm in my 60s I'm a good walker. This is definitely more than a ten min walk from the tea on station. It's not an ideal area for a solo traveller going to and from concerts alone. Its a long walk back and I didn't feel safe. Especially after not even getting to the b&b and seeing someone on the corner of the property having his phone snatched out his hand 😒 😪

I didn't stay there. Because the fridge was working the mattress was rotten and I asked for a full refund and she didn't get back to me

Smell of marijuana in the property on second night was not nice Appreciate this was not hosts problem but did give me a sense of ill ease

Good space for luggage, bright & clean. Comfortable bed. Quick response by staff when the heating didn’t work on the first day.

Furniture all a bit wobbly, but did the trick. Very possible to hear noisy neighbours, but lucky they were only there the first night.

Booking was made by a minor suffering severe mental health issues with the intention of ending their life in the property. This was discovered by the parent within a few hours of the booking and the booking was cancelled. The parent contacted the property to explain the situation and to request that they no longer accept bookings from this minor. It was made very clear that the minor intended to take their own life in the property. The owners refused repeated requests to refund the booking, despite the booking being exempt from their policy as the minor being under 18. Furthermore, they contacted the minor on the day of the booking to ask what time they would be arriving and how they to access the property.

The people who run his property are absolutely disgusting. Any decent human would respond with this sympathy, be grateful they were informed so they would not have to deal with the suicide of a teenager in their property and immediately refund. They chose the opposite.

Very good value for money and the cleaner was brilliant. Very clean and warm and easily accessible with clear instructions on how to get in and out of the property. I would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to rest their head on a trip to London.

Not the proprietors fault, but the other guests were very loud on my second day. Other than that, nothing too bad at all.

Venue was very easy to find, and located next to the bus stops. Lots of shops and food places nearby. Staff were contactable at any time we needed them. Staff were very approachable and friendly.

The bedding was worn including the sheets and duvet covers. The towels as well as the bedding had holes in them. Room 5 was a three quarter bed not a double that we were expecting. The bed was very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise when tossing and turning which could be heard from downstairs.

Breakfast not great, no boiling water, no sink in the kitchen to wash hands, no kitchen roll to wipe hands

Brak bezpośredniego kontaktu z personelem. Jestem już w pewnym wieku i nie "obejmuję" problemów z obsługą elektroniczną przez telefon. Tym bardziej że posiadam 25 letni telefon bez tych wsztstkich "bajerów". Mnie iteresuje tylko kontakt bezpośredni z CZŁOWIEKIEM !!!!!!!!

The bathrooms were clean and fine. Instructions on how to get in were clear and easy to follow.

Bed was old and impossibly creaky and pillows blankets not too nice. Breakfast was unwelcoming and very basic.

Mattresses need changing I've been afew times and there the same Mattresses. The garden could do with updating/ cleaned as there is wooden panels broken / hanging off

Found a toe nail and was food from last people to had room. The person I spoke to said I look like I was on drugs but I was having treatment in hospital and got locked out and they said I should of left you outside when I told them was dirty room. Bath water was not hot

It was easy to access comfortable & value for money. It was also good area for access to train station ! Also little things like the fridge & coffee ,tea & chocolate was nice .

Bedding marked & bathroom was clean when we got there ! But did,nt last long other guest users left sink dirty with tissue & fixodent & toilet dirty with poo even though there was a brush to clean the toilet .

Single room with shared bathroom needs updating. Blind, rug - old. Bedding had old washed in stains and was limp. Had to switch fridge off at wall because of loud whirring noise. Could hear scrabbling in the walls that sounded like rodents. Severe road noise - slept with ear plugs. Didn't feel very safe or comfortable as a solo female traveler.

Proximity to where I had my meeting, otherwise the pictures online are quite deceptive.

I didn't know this was not a hotel, rather a house share where people share bathrooms and toilets. The beddings were so old, lots of stains and dirty. The laundry at the backyard was an eyesore. I wouldn't have laid down on those if I had seen the condition at which they were kept or washed. Totally disappointed with my stay. Strangers were talking so loud in the next room where three men were staying.

Los baños no estaban limpios- el suelo del baño estaba mojado y había toallas en el suelo. El desayuno era muy pobre, el agua caliente para el té/café estaba fría. Las camas eran incómodas y el personal tampoco ha sido de mucha ayuda.

Easy instructions to access the property. Room & Shared Bathroom was clean. Close to the Railway Station. No breakfast available at the weekends apart from that a good stay

Firstly the location was ideal. We were attending a friend’s party in Enfield. Easy walk in and easy to park. You won’t see the host at the lodgings. Everything is done via key boxes. There are lots of notes telling you of the rules and fines if you don’t meet them. The building is functional but a bit tired. Bear in mind that if the people ninth room next door hog the bathroom you’ll need to cross your legs or drop down to the next floor 😂. The pictures suggest that there’s continental breakfast included. However apparently at weekends there’s not. This you find out on arrival. It should be clearer in the booking process.
