Our apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially loved the lovely pool areas and the beautiful surroundings. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was very pleasant and relaxing. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The food had plenty of choice, and we really enjoyed the meals and drinks during our stay.

Location was fab....hotel was nice throughout really clean.. rooms were big and comfortable private roof terrace was a lovely touch perfect for the last of the sun.. food was good for an all inclusive and self serve drinks was brilliant no ques for drinks ect.snaks was good all self serve Choice of hot food,burgers chips pizza hotdogs and cold bread sandwich meats cheese salad and fruit

No floats/balls in pool although I can see why as pools are small.. restaurant staff started closing dinning room way before time to slowly start getting ready for next meal example breakfast was 8-10.30 by 9.25 the back part of dining room was cleaned and closed was still plenty space to eat but prefers the top as carrying 2 plates and a toddler down the steps was difficult...lobby bar of a night staff would turn off self serve drinks by 10.45is although all inclusive was until 11...

Room ok. Bed was a bit hard but we slept ok. Nice lounge, separate kitchen fit for purpose. All inclusive food very standard. Nothing stood out but we only ate here 3 times over 4 days. Soft drinks good choice of sugar free. Beer ok. Wine, was.not to my taste. Cocktails straight out of jug and always warm. Mostly syrup. Bar staff and lady checking room numbers at buffet were rude and abrupt and would often shout at customers. Not very helpful at all but reception staff were friendly. Entertainment ok,.good for smaller kids but we were out in the evenings more than on resort. Needs a little love and a bit of a tidy up in places.

Recently stayed here for 4 nights, All Inclusive. It was surprisingly quiet, I expected it to be busier in August. All Inclusive - drinks are self serve bar beer, wine or soft drinks. Food was ok and plenty to choose from although there wasn’t much difference between lunch and evening options so we ate out at night rather than eating the same repetitive food. Rooms - Spacious although not much storage, no hangers, no iron. No extra pillows or blankets which you usually get in hotels. Beds very uncomfortable and creeky, 2 singles pushed together as a double. Also a 2 week old luggage tag and socks under the bed from previous occupant so cleanliness is questionable. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Less than a 5 minute walk to nearest shop. Overall an ok hotel but could make improvements.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The pools were all clean and I like that there’s 3 different pools for different uses. There was a pool where u couldn’t have floaties, more relaxed area and the pool near the restaurant allows floaties and ball games so good for children. The food was very delicious and varied every day. The drinks were very good and there was a good selection of different soft and alcoholic drinks the self serve was great. The staff are all very friendly too! We got there at 2am and the receptionist put together a little picnic for us to eat because the restaurant was closed. The security guard also walked us to our room and showed us around when we got there!

Whilst there was a good selection of drinks, there’s only 2 cocktails a day available for guests, you must pay extra for any other cocktails they are not serving that day. The all inclusive also stops at 11pm and u must pay for all drinks after that except the soft drinks, but only if you got the €1 reusable cups. This may be mentioned in their website, but it’s not mentioned on booking.com so it’s a good thing to know!

Hi stayed here before and there were both plus's and minus's to this stay . Last stay was 2024 the room was nice ,food ok and pool area great.However this time my room was not a nice looked worn apart from the bathroom.Secondly there was more food choice than before there really was something for everyone. Entertainment however was none existent far cry from the entertainment supplied 2 yrs ago . Nothing for kids even though it says there is a "mini disco " for them .The best entertainment we had was "Guess how many pages are in this book????? Great base & location lovely pool Did enjoy x

The food was great, location great but the rooms were dated, peeling paint from doors and walls. The windows couldn’t close so I felt unsafe for our whole stay. When we arrived one of our rooms hadn’t been cleaned and smelt dirty. This was sorted after I mentioned it to reception but it wasn’t the best start to our holiday. Entertainment was non existent, a local kid skating a few nights a week but hardly family entertainment. All inclusive option is not worth it at all. Food was good but the drink options are poor and it was always hard to find staff to get you an alcoholic drink. Staff were extremely rude at the reception bar. For some reason they hated serving people especially when asking for a cocktail mixer drink or ice cream. I wouldn’t recommend going here at all we made the best out of it but when you’re paying the prices we paid you’d expect at least friendly members of staff. A taxi driver did tell us that the hotel has rebranded several times. I think this hotel did have a good reputation a few years ago but more recently has really declined. I don’t usually write reviews but would hate someone to book this not knowing how bad it is.

I do not normally write reviews at all, but after my experience at this hotel I feel I have no choice but to warn others NOT to come here. This has been the worst holiday of my life, purely because of the hotel. We had a massive incident with the security staff. It ruined our entire holiday and scared us so much that all of us had to sleep in the same room and were scared to come out. An older Spanish man, who was the security staff working on one of our very first nights, had uncontrollable and abusive behaviour towards us all. We are a Scottish family travelling with younger children, including an autistic child. There was a dj playing music by the bar for evening entertainment. When that finished, we put our own music on. All of the staff were okay with this until the security guard arrived and immediately demanded I turned off the music. I turned it off instantly with no issue and no debate. After I turned it off, I proceeded to ask him politely if I could play the music quietly, only enough for our family to hear, and he said point blank no. We continued our night, chatting, laughing and socialising with multiple other families and guests. The security guard, out of nowhere, came running over after a period of time had passed, and started aggressively and loudly saying “is there a problem? What is your problem? Is something funny?”. Bare in mind, he is speaking to a 42 year old with her children aged 23,24 17,16 and an autistic 13 year old. We responded with “no one has a problem” and everyone was confused on why he had asked this. He was extremely rude, which my little sister who has only just turned 16, still classed as a child in this hotel, said to us at the table that he was being cheeky for no reason. He heard this and proceeded to shout Spanish cuss words at her and told her to shut the … up. Instantly we were frightened and told him she was 16, he told us he didn’t care. He continued shouting and swearing at us in both English and Spanish which resulted in him aggressively challenging our 17 year old to a fight. The hotel staff who were working were unable to keep this man under control or remove him from the situation to protect us. He was following us, going in one room and coming out of another, trying to get closer to us and intimidate us, continuing to shout abuse. It was unbelievable. Everyone was crying and petrified. I have never witnessed such a horrible incident in my life. So many families witnessed this and got involved. Everyone was so scared and frightened. Due to this incident, the hotel fired the security officer but could not offer us anything else. We wanted to leave immediately and get on a flight home but we were refused a refund. instead they gave us a bottle of free champagne and promised a late check out on our departure day. However, on the departure day we got kicked out of our room at check out hour and had to transport all of our belongings from one room to another which was up two flights of stairs with no lift. An absolute joke. We paid for two standard rooms and one suite. There was a big price difference yet the rooms were all identical. They did not look like the photos. The rooms were dirty. Housekeeping came round once throughout our entire stay. You had to constantly keep going to reception for clean towels. The air con was broken and two rooms were blowing hot air the entire time we were there. The phones in the room were broken, all 3 of them. We were all inclusive and yet we had to pay for the cups to put our free drinks in! We had a kitchen to make food but every single cupboard was empty, no cutlery, no pots and pans, no plates or bowls. The food at all inclusive was not impressive, although the breakfast was fine. When sitting inside you can’t even hear the people sitting next to you as the kitchen staff slam all the plates, cutlery and glasses nearby to the point it constantly sounds like multiple things are being smashed. Nearly every staff member we interacted with was rude or met us with a bad attitude. I had watched video reviews of this hotel on tik tok, all negative. I wish I had listened to them. I had also heard online about break ins at this hotel. This never happened to us but when interacting with another family they told us they had had a break in and how all their underwear had been taken from their suitcase and displayed across the entire bed. I cannot stress enough, there are so many nice hotels here. Do not make the same mistake by choosing this one.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Travelled with my husband and autistic son for 5 days all inclusive. The room was absolutely FILTHY. We arrived late Sunday night so had only spent Monday and Tuesday in and out of the hotel room. On the Wednesday morning we woke to a very strong smell of sewage. My husband went into the bathroom to find the pipe behind toilet had leaked, there was faeces EVERYWHERE. The toilet had to be completely removed. The TV did not work, the WiFi did not work, the shower drain was absolutely disgusting. Fridge was absolutely vile and leaking water. We were moved rooms due to the sewage and the new room was also filthy and was overrun with ants. I met with the hotel manager Ana Cristina and this woman had me in tears. She said we used too much toilet roll!! I explained it was the pipe at back not the toilet bowl. She argued non stop about the toilet roll. There was 2 adults and 1 child!! This was only day 3 of our stay. The smell of sewage around the hotel is revolting. This woman offered me 200 euro refund, we paid nearly 2600 for 5 days!! The food is absolutely vile. The worst hotel i have ever stayed in and we go abroad 4 times a year. Night time entertainment was absolutely horrendous and some nights non existent. I did contact Love Holidays who offered me £160 which i have disputed. There was problems with the sewage as the mens urinal at the poolside also had to be moved. When we said about this, it was no this is a yearly clean up. All inclusive cocktails...that is a joke. 2 cocktails of the day in a warm premade jug and dont forget your euro for your own cup. Another lovely lady heard me saying about the room and the pipe and came over to say her room was filthy and she also had to be moved rooms, she told by the manager Ana to and sit down this was a private meeting!! So rude and clearly has no people skills. In fact all the staff, chefs included are grumpy. My son went to the food hall door and asked could he speak to his mum, he was told to put his top on, he made a moan sound...2 seconds later we were approached and told he was rude and intimidating and she would be speaking to manager about him. Please for all you sake and hard earned money avoid this place. Manager needs to go on a people skills class.

Food was very good for the price with a large range of different dishes on each night. Staff were helpful especially at reception and were very welcoming. A decent selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, the self help bars were a nice addition near the main pool.

There was a slight sewage smell in our room & outside the room the smell was a bit stronger. On the outside of our room could have done with a light as it was hard to see when entering at night. On arrival the pool rules should be detailed as we were not aware we couldn’t use the dingy or ball in the big pool by the restaurant.

The rooms were spacious and clean. There was plenty of sun beds and shades around all pools. Our room was on the upper level and had a lovely view of the mountain. The location was great, not too far from the beach, very close to shops, bars and restaurants and on the bus route. The flowers and greenery are very well maintained and add vibrancy. This is true in the immediate outside area.

Although I did eat everything I chose I have had more choice in other all inclusive hotels I have stayed in. The exterior of the buildings could do with a fresh paint including balconies. The beds were hard.

Stayed here with my husband and our 2 sons (10 and 15) for 6 nights. Hotel itself is lovely, very well maintained, rooms very clean and in a good shape. I would definitely recommend this hotel for people who want to chill in a quiet place for few days - atmosphere is very relaxing. There's 2 pool areas, one at the reception and one more at the back of the resort- this area is more for adults (the pools are deeper than at the front), there's also some sort of entertainment happening there during the day. The pool at the reception is very quiet- could use a bit of music during the day. Food was very good but if your kids are as fussy eaters as mine, would not recommend all-inclusive option - one of my boys was pretty much living on chips for the week (luckily there's lots of restaurants near by). All-inclusive option in this hotel is to be honest one of the worst I've seen so far - very, very limited options. You're allowed only one type of cocktail a day (whatever is on the special), if you want a different one you have pay for it. Snack bar was also very limited. The best thing about this hotel was location - literally minutes from everything - shopping centers, bars, restaurants, beach. Location spot on! Staff was lovely and helpful, except lifeguards - wouldn't allow kids to play ball in the pools which i found very odd. Pools were lovely and clean and to be honest the warmest I've been to so far. One thing that was really annoying was our room allocation - we were at the very end of the resort so had a good few minutes walk to the reception - the only positive of that was no loud noises at nighttime. Overall it's a nice hotel but definitely not for kids.

Disappointing second stay after such a wonderful first visit This was our second visit to Bahia Fañabé Villas. My first stay was in November when I brought my mum to celebrate her 60th birthday, and we had such a lovely experience. The staff couldn't do enough for us, and they even left a bottle of wine in our room and wished my mum a happy birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. We enjoyed it so much that I booked another stay for my daughter's 16th birthday. Unfortunately, this visit was a completely different experience. My daughter has autism, and the area of the resort where our room was located had a strong sewage smell. It was overwhelming for her and made it difficult for her to relax and enjoy the holiday. To make matters worse, my older daughter became seriously ill with what appeared to be food poisoning after eating chicken on our first night. She was violently sick for 24 hours, meaning she spent most of our three-night break ill, which completely ruined the day of her sister's actual birthday. Our room also had several maintenance issues. The air conditioning, TV and telephone didn't work throughout our stay. On the day my daughter was ill, she wanted to lie in a cool bath to help her feel better, but there was no bath plug. I asked at reception and was told a maid would bring one, so we waited in the apartment all day, but nobody came. When I returned to reception and explained the situation again, I was initially told there were no plugs available. After explaining why we needed one, someone eventually brought one over about 20 minutes later. Housekeeping was also disappointing. Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay, the sandy floor was never swept, we didn't receive fresh towels, and we even ran out of toilet roll, which seemed surprisingly difficult to replace. I do want to give a special mention to the lovely lady who welcomes guests in the restaurant. She was always so warm, friendly and welcoming, and she was one of the highlights of our stay. It's such a shame because our first visit was so memorable, and that's exactly why we chose to return. Sadly, this stay fell well below the standard we experienced before, and it really spoiled what should have been a special birthday celebration for my daughter.

Me and my son visited this hotel as a weekend away after he finished college. Fortunately we did not spend much time in the hotel as we were only in tenerife for 3 days. We booked all inclusive so that we could have the choice of abit of fun, atmosphere or even abit of life at the hotel if we didnt fancy going out one night. Fortunately we did go out everyday because the hotel was absolutely dead. Hardly anyone around the pool which soon became obvious as to why because there was no entertainment or atmosphere at all and the lifeguards (fun police) wouldnt even allow you to throw a ball about let alone lay on a lilo. Meal times were alright from what we saw and you could get the basic all inclusive meals but the supposed "snack bar" during meals consisted of sliced bread, cheese and abit of salad. The receptionist was inviting but as far as staff went that was about it. There was a bar tender who was more interested in wether his t shirt was small enough to show his less than average muscles than he was cracking a smile or offering any sort of friendly gesture. The rooms were run down and out of date but served a purpose for the basics of sleeping. If you want a quiet weekend with no thrills at all then maybe this is the place, if youve got a family and you want some night life or entertainment/atmosphere then stay well clear

Definitely be back enjoying every day

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Bluesea and we did not want to leave. The hotel was clean, the pool was absolutely with a choice of 3! There was one that was very quiet and chilled but one that was a little livelier with music if you wanted! The hotel room was nice and clean, the decor could do with a bit of refurbishment. The screen behind the telly was wonky, and bathroom could do with a touch up. The food was lovely, there was a lot of choice! There wasn’t a day where there was anything we didn’t like. It was all very clean and the restaurant area was nice. The only downside we found was our room was right onto a road with lots of shops so could get a little bit loud. We also couldn’t get WiFi anywhere in the hotel, there wasn’t WiFi available but it did not work so we had to use our data most of the trip. All in all was a fantastic stay and we would definitely stay again. ☀️🌴

Me and my partner stayed at Bluesea for 10 nights, overall the experience was amazing however there were a couple of things that we noticed that could have made our experience a bit better. The hotel did not have any WiFi which means we had to use our mobile data the whole trip, the hotel could have done with some refurbishments and the food was quite bland for me and my partner as we are picky eaters therefore we got bored of the limited option of us only having pizza and chips. The room was amazing we had our own balcony and terrace which meant we had lots of privacy. I would definitely visit Tenerife again however would probably not return to this hotel.

We had originally booked a one-bedroom apartment with a roof terrace. Although it wasn’t our first choice, it was the only accommodation available when we booked. On arrival, the receptionist noticed my husband’s disability and very kindly offered us a more suitable room. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference to our holiday and was greatly appreciated. Throughout our stay, every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short stroll from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the local area. The pools were one of the highlights of our stay. One had organised pool games and exercise sessions for those who wanted to join in, while the quieter pool was perfect for relaxing. There was also another pool where inflatables were allowed, making it great for families. The hotel grounds were spotless and well maintained. Any painting or maintenance work was carried out during quieter times of the day, so it never disrupted our holiday. The food was varied, plentiful, and catered well for different dietary requirements, with plenty of choice at every meal. A special mention has to go to the children’s animation team. They were full of energy and clearly loved what they do. Their enthusiasm was infectious—we still find ourselves marching around the house singing the songs! 😂 Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked to return in November 2026. We can’t wait to come back!

Booked this hotel on an all inclusive basis for my mum who is 85 and myself.My mums mobility isn't great but there is no mention of the steps and ramps that are all around the complex in the description.The complex covers a large area and for somebody with mobility issues although it has ramps isn't ideal.I asked the hotel if it was okay to store a mobility scooter which they agreed to and as a result I thought they would provide accommodation suitable for her.We were given a room with 2 steep steps inside it leading down to the living room and balcony area.The room itself was a considerable distance from the restaurant and the view from our balcony was a fence covered in bamboo/wood as it was next to a main thoroughfare which was always noisy especially at night so our morning and nightly view from the balcony was a wall and definitely not what you would expect from a balcony in Tenerife and pretty depressing tbh.The room doors were right next to each other so much so we thought people were at our door and there was considerable noise from them coming and going especially in early hours of the morning.I didn't request a new room as my mum couldn't be bothered moving but after 10 nights in this 1 wished I hadn't listened to her.The food was a bit of a hit or a miss and lukewarm.The bar area was very drab and drinks weren't the best self service draught soft drinks and beer. Very poor entertainment for an all inclusive hotel.I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anybody with mobility needs as there's nothing to do here and it's a fair distance to the front and the beach.10 nights here were depressing,

Wouldn't stay here again rooms are really run down and poor cleanliness i realise it's an old hotel but no ecxuse for poor cleanliness,food was undercooked and in most cases cold and not great quality beer and wines very low standard for all inclusive very unfriendly staff although i found the woman and youg man on recepition desk friendly enough, i wouldn't waste good money for a holiday here to receive poor quality room and food and drinks.

Honest and genuine review • arrived at around 11pm quick check in although receptionist forgot to give us all inclusive bands (this caused a massive issue on the 2nd day) • directions to room wasn’t very clear although due to not being a big complex this wasn’t too much of a issue • room was clean and well equipped although the locks on the door are very unsafe one good push and anyone wanting to break in would have no problem. • steps inside the room are a bit of a inconvenience with a toddler as you are constantly on edge • food was very good honestly was worried as my partner is a fussy eater but no need to be at all food was very good lots of options • I don’t drink alcohol personally but just looking at the options I personally thought it was very poor and self serve at all bars • entertainment staff were brilliant especially with the kids • bar staff miserable and grumpy often rude • restaurant staff now this is the issue with the bands, on the 2nd day we had finished dinner and was leaving to be shouted back by Jenny who thinks she is some sort of king! She proceeded to shout at us infront of a restaurant full of people asking why we didn’t have bands on (used a Spanish word for band I assume) I didn’t understand so she the grabbed another gets arm that was sat having dinner at the time to wave their arm at me I then explained we weren’t given them when checking in she said no more food or drink you go reception now!! Very rude and embarrassing approach leaving me very frustrated • management absolute waste of time when told about the incident simply said she wasn’t there but sorry it happened • pool areas very cramped Overall I won’t return to this hotel due to miserable staff and very strict rules felt like I was at a camp and not on holiday and completely disappointed with management reaction to complaints

En las habitaciónes las cortinas estaban muy sucias manchadas, no teníamos ni un vaso para beber agua. El personal pésimo y la animación malísima. La socorrista muy mala presencia. El todo incluido no incluye casi ninguna bebida y la el bar muy lejos.

Poole bar is not a Poole bar! It’s self service beer, wine and fizzy drinks. No spirits, cocktails etc. the other pool bar is in the reception of the hotel. You either choose music and entertainment or a decent drink as it your by the entertainment pool, it’s a walk up hills and steps right to the other side of the hotel for a nice drink.

Location is excellent. The hotel itself is clean and basic with nice pools about. We had an upgrade for €60 which gave us a terrace on top which was worth its weight in gold. Mattresses are terrible and woke up constantly because of this. No change of towels/ room clean in the 3 nights we were there. We were all inclusive- breakfast and lunch good and only one bad tea. Otherwise we had a great stay at a budget price. I would come back again.

Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellenti, il buffet è abbondante e vario, ce n’è per tutti i gusti. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni richiesta e la posizione è eccellente, a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare.

Praticamente tutto..apprezzo molto la cucina sempre variabile per i tutti gusti. Staff impeccabile ritorno di sicuro

Just come back after booking a last minute getaway and what a lovely hotel. Lady on reception was amazing upgraded my room to one with a roof terrace and views were amazing .Hotel is spotlessly clean. Pools were lovely water was not freezing so nice to cool off. The best thing about the pools was there were no sunbed wars no smoking by the pool. Restaurant again spotless, plenty of food to choose from and I have to say the food was lovely my favourite was paella. You pay 1 euro for a plastic cup for your drinks which u get back . I didn't try cocktails but the wine was ok. Hotel is quite close to supermarket and tourist shops and about 5-10 mins walk to promenade and beach which is lovely . I would definitely go back it is a lovely place

On a trouvé lors de la semaine 2 cafard dans notre chambre Horaires de la piscine assez limité quand on part visiter l'île la journée (10h-18h) Sono un peu forte le soir

Las tres piscinas que tienen son geniales y muy limpias,la variedad de la comida es fantástica y todo muy fresco y con gran sabor.

Ubicación.

No cumplen con ningún servicio de animación, únicamente música en el área de piscina. En el buffet tanto del desayuno, almuerzo y cena se tuvo que solicitar que repusieran bandejas de comida, salsas, zumos (hechos con sirope, no naturales), mayonesa, la chacina tenía un aspecto poco apetecible, los snacks de todo incluido era hamburguesa o sándwich de las sobras de las comidas principales, solo 1 bar para cócteles, 1 zona de snacks, cierran el bar a las 18h de la tarde al igual que la piscina. Las camas son incómodas y poco estables.

We arrived very late on 28th may. Check in was quick, room was fine, 1 side over looked kebab shop other side pool where evening entertainment is. We heard hardly anything. It was half term in Wales/England but it was so quiet. We are used to 4/5 star hotels which is all singing and dancing because we have children but didn't expect that because we didn't pay the prices. No sunbed wars,hardly anyone in the pools that weren't as cold as some 4/5 star hotels, food was perfect honestly we couldn't fault anything. It was clean, tidy 3 pools and no ques at the bar. There was very basic evening entertainment but plenty of bars close by if you want more. I get very anxious going abroad and even more now I have cancer but this is the most relaxed I have ever been. I was dreading it after reading reviews but you don't pay 4/5 star prices so don't expect it. Bar staff were grumpy but didn't bother us and no ques for bar.

Excelente ubicación, muy buena relación calidad-precio y comida deliciosa. Después de leer algunos comentarios anteriores, tenía ciertas dudas sobre la reserva, pero al final me sorprendió para bien y disfruté mucho de la estancia. Merece mucho la pena.

El Wi-Fi no funcionaba en la habitación y el aire acondicionado hacía bastante ruido. Las instalaciones son algo antiguas, por lo que algunas ventanas y puertas interiores eran difíciles de abrir y cerrar. Podían incluir platos locales en el bufé (o al menos españoles). La mayoría de las comidas estaban adaptadas al paladar inglés.

Fajny klimatyczny ośrodek z pysznym urozmaiconym jedzeniem, w samym centrum Costa Adeje, pysznym winem i hiszpańska muzyką.

Ośrodek jest już dość leciwy i ma drobne mankamenty z tym związane ale wszystko do przyjęcia za tą cenę...

arrived to find the pool out of service without being informed before or on arrival. had some unsavoury guests that they did not keep under control. they were fighting by the only small pool open and despite being extremely drunk were still served alcohol till late evening where after headbutting a young boy in the day proceeded to smash a glass over someone's head later that night. these guests were still allowed to stay at the hotel and served drinks.

the attitude of the staff when I questioned the duty of care for the other guest who had no choice but to sit round the small overcrowded pool that remained open. they were more concerned and offended by me asking than the trouble cause by these individuals.

Fuimos mi pareja y yo a pasar un fin de semana, la gente de recepción muy amable. Llegamos al apartamento y todo muy limpio. La comida bastante bien y cocineros y camareros muy amable, el cocinero que estaba en plancha muy simpático

Por poner algo negativo, en nuestra habitación b15 el aire acondicionado de la habitacion hacia bastante ruido.

We stayed here for 4 nights and quite frankly we were so glad it was just a short stopover. On arrival the receptionist was friendly and very helpful so a great start but that’s where it ended. The room we were given was filthy and overlooked a kebab shop that was banging out music until 3am. We asked to be moved which they facilitated the next day. Our new room was also dirty but as we were there only 4 nights we just made the best of it. The cleaning staff didn’t come in once in the whole time we were there so we did our own cleaning. There was dark hair all over the bedroom floor and under the bed itself which we removed ourselves! All the pools were empty and closed apart from a small one near the restaurant for the duration of our stay. The absolute worst part was, we witnessed a violent assault by a man possibly in his 50’s on a young lad by the pool! Although this wasn’t the hotels fault what was utterly astounding was that the hotel did nothing about it! Even after multiple complaints from lots of guests he was allowed to remain in the hotel. That same man then went on to assault another person that very evening! How the hotel manager dealt with these assaults was totally unacceptable she didn’t seem to care she spent all her time just walking around the hotel trying to look like she knew what she was doing. The blood that had dripped from the young lads face hadn’t even been cleaned up and was still there in the evening all around the pool and the pool bar. The family of the young lad contacted the British Embassy for support because the hotel manager did nothing! He was not even offered any medical attention after he was assaulted. I will be contacting Bluesea hotels head office with a more detailed complaint. The food was the same every day and very little choice so we ate out instead. I will say though the restaurant staff were very friendly and what was available was cooked well. The whole place needs a refurbishment. This is meant to be a family friendly hotel but I would never take children here purely because of how they dealt with the violent assault on the young lad. The place feels very unsafe and dirty. The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the staff are very friendly, we can’t comment about the cleaning staff because we never saw them.

Az ételek finomak, sokból lehet választani, viszont egy 5-6 nap után már nem volt változatos. A szállás nagyon szép, tiszta. A személyzet profi és kedves. A szobában lévő 2 klíma életmentő. 2 naponta takaítanak, új törölközőt és ágyneműt hoznak. Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, 10 percre van a strand.

Az erkélyen több csótány is volt. Egy napig nem volt víz. A szobákban a konyhák annyira nem felszereltek, hogy egy kanál vagy villa sincs. 2 pohár van. A reggeli minden nap ugyanaz. Illetve a medence vize jéghideg.

The location was great short walk to the beaches. Majority of the staff were friendly, shout out to Jonathan and the male receptionist, they went an extra mile. Although the hotel had music during lunch and after dinner, its was a quiet hotel. We had fully inclusive, was standard meals a variety of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit and selection of desserts and on the tap beer and wine with a featured cocktail of the day, coffee machine, water ans juices. We were fortunate to get our roomed cleaned often, so appreciate that. Being a large building, we were issues a map of the place and the amenities which is great. The shower was good going and shower gel provided and plenty of towels to be used. They did offer paid service for towels for the pool, washing machine and dryer. Had a luggage room and gym (did not use l, so cant review). The hotel had a small gaming room which was great if you had kids as well as an adult was just as great. TV available amd a selection of different international channels. Taxi service available with reception and security available for the evenings and you could come and go as you pleased ( room key needed to get in). Overall was a great stay.

Had a 1 bed apartment, while there was a kettle and stove and supplies for coffee and tea, there was no utensils/cups/plates etc to use. ( not a big deal if you have inclusive). The bed were 2 singles put together and was a little to hard for me, thought the couch was more comfortable. It was a large hotel with many apartments, we got lost finding the room and we did watch many trying to navigate on their arrivals, even though you get a map ( did find the humour in the adventure). We did experience a day with water issues but it was resolved in that day, The wrist bands needed for inclusive, had to take off mine cause it was too tight, once it tightens its hard to get off, this was an issue at the end of the stay even though I did not have it on my arm majority of my stay ( i did have it my bag), and staff knew who was staying at the time (was not busy) there was a day i changed bag, the staff member, who greeted me every morning) was practicing chasing me out the seated area, this could also be a language barrier, should consider another kind of wrist band if possible. Overall we had a great stay.
