Ligt pal in het centrum, schoon

De badkamer was vrij basis, douchen in een bad dat te klein is om als bad te gebruiken, geen steunen als hulp bij in- en uitstappen, geen douchescherm, douchekop op heup hoogte zonder stang. Er waren bekers, koffie- en theezakjes maar geen waterkoker of iets dergelijks . Er werd niet serieus gereageerd op mijn opmerkingen over bovenstaande. Al met is het hotel een beetje sleets.

Mooie locatie. Fijne ruime kamer. Goed ontbijt. Auto geparkeerd in de garage van het hotel.

Отель находится в черте старого города, заселили меня уже в 14 часов без запроса на раннее заселение, что было очень приятно. Хороший завтрак, есть парковка рядом с отелем, но платная. Номер комфортный, кровать отличная: матрас и подушки очень комфортные. Все необходимое в номере есть, кроме холодильника

Il est bien placé c'est l'unique point positif

Les sols sont dégelasses, je n'ai pas d'autres mots. Il y avait des tâches sur le drap le 1er soir. Payer un tel prix pour ça, c'est presque du vol. On se réjouissait de passer 4 nuits à l'hôtel et d'en profiter, nous y avons finalement juste dormi tellement ça nous dégoûtait.

Parking réservé dans le garage de l'hôtel - Attention car petit garage et très peu de places, parking très étroit et obligation de beaucoup manoeuvrer pour s'y garer !! Chambre correcte mais un rafraichissement serait à prévoir (tenture tachée, tapis plein usagé, ... une rénovation serait appréciable)

The location was perfect. The view was relaxing. I was grateful to the staff for their hospitality and enjoyed the options for breakfast.

The pillows, they had way too much give, and lack support in my head, made it difficult to get comfortable. The size of the bathroom.

l’emplacement au cœur de Saint Malo

Un tarif assez élevé pour une chambre correcte, elle était proposé mais il y’avait des traces d’humidité au plafond dans la salle de bain

Un hôtel 3 étoiles en plein cœur de la cité intra-muros. Une chambre joliment décorée et une laiterie très confortable.

Ne-am simțit foarte bine! Este un hotel de nota 10, foarte curat, cu micul dejun variat si o locație excelenta.

Das Badezimmer ist leider sehr klein. Keine Abstellfläche, Heizkörper, Fliesen und Fugen sehr schmutzig.. Boden im Zimmer unangenehmster Kunststoff.

Zimmer war etwas dunkel und abgewohnt

De lokatie, het sanitair, de bedden, het ontbijt.

Had van thuis uit een aanpassing gedaan waarvan ik meteen akkoord kreeg, maar eenmaal in het hotel wisten ze van niets; de aanpassing was niet meteen in het systeem verwerkt. Gelukkig had ik de bevestiging vd mail uitgeprint, waarna da aanpassing alsnog werd gedaan Een mannelijk personeelslid straalde niet direct de vriendelijkheid uit, die je bij een ontvangst van gasten in een hotel mag verwachten. De kamers waren pas een uur na de eigenlijke tijd gereed.

They sometimes dont cater very well for guests leaving at say 6am to checkout. A few weeks ago we were stood in reception a while waiting for a member of staff.

The bathroom ceiling had mould, the room was very dated and not kept well.

Great location in the heart of the town. Good parking facilities in a parking garage. Good breakfast.

It would have been good to have directions for driving to the hotel before our stay as we had to find parking outside the walls & walk in to get driving directions.

Location is superb , walking distance to restaurants and bars.

There is a large parking nearby but it is not free while the garage was full.

Prima locatie, aan de rand van de ommuurde stad. Goede bedden. Schone badkamer. We konden binnen parkeren aan de zijkant van het hotel. Prima ontbijt.

Er was geen douche, maar een klein bad. Het was moeilijk in en uit te stappen en geen douchegordijn of iets dergelijks.

La struttura è molto datata, avrebbe bisogno di ristrutturazione Ho chiesto la colazione gluten-free e mi sono stati dati dei pacchetti aperti di cereali e pane che avrei dovuto consumarli inserendo le mani , come avranno fatto altri clienti in precedenza.

Super Lage.

Zimmer ist ok für 1-2 Nächte. Aber sehr klein, man kann seinen Koffer nirgendwo richtig öffnen. Das Zimmer war oberflächlich sauber aber viele Flecken auf dem Teppich und Schimmel im Bad. Alles sehr alt, hier und da Macken in der Wand oder beschädigte Regalböden. Könnte einfach etwas mehr Pflege gebrauchen. Wir würden wahrscheinlich nicht wieder kommen.

Die Lage direkt an der Stadtmauer, das geräumige Zimmer, Nespresso Maschine im Zimmer, Fernseher mit internationalen Sendern.

Das Frühstück hat uns nicht überzeugt. Der Teppich im Treppenhaus ist in sehr schlechtem Zustand und hätte längst erneuert werden müssen.

Comfortable with extra large bed in our room, lovely shower, quality towels. Air-conditioned and appears recently decorated and updated. Courteous and helpful reception. Bottled water provided and replaced when empty. We stayed two quiet comfortable nights in without doubt our favourite town in France, where since last year we are ferrying both ways now, Portsmouth - Saint-Malo, not just returning home from Saint-Malo. Have stayed in six hotels, all intra-muros, and difficulty booking a year ahead notwithstanding, this is our best. Thank you

Le camere sono splendide, noi abbiamo soggiornato in una familiare con soppalco. Dotata di angolo cottura, frigo e macchina del caffè. La vista sulla baia completava la magia della location

La posizione e la vista sull'oceano dalla nostra stanza. Doccia molto comoda con rubinetteria moderna e funzionale

La nostra stanza (una superior) era molto piccola e un po' cupa. Anche il bagno estremamente piccolo, ancorché ben studiato e funzionale. Il pavimento della stanza e del corridoio del nostro piano era di un materiale scuro ricoperto di chiazze, dando un'impressione di sporco e trascuratezza.

La struttura gode di una posizione eccellente , praticamente sotto l’accesso al bastione e con un comodo parcheggio adiacente. Vista dalla camera molto suggestiva . Nel complesso siamo stati bene.

Forse andrebbe rivista la moquette nelle camere e negli spazi comuni , non proprio pulita.

Posizione ottima, colazione molto buona. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare parcheggio a pagamento sulla via adiacente all’hotel. Se il ragazzo che ci ha accolto alla reception si fosse sforzato di sorridere, sarebbe stato tutto perfetto

Lage des Hotels mit Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht Aber nur weil das Zimmer in der 4 Etage war Innerhalb der Stadtmauern, war man schnell in der Fussgängerzone Kleine Kochnische, jedoch dürftig ausgestattet

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechend Renovation bedürftig Ab 7.30 Lärm der Stadt Arbeiter

Buona la posizione vicino alle mura e al mare. Ottimo parcheggio a pagamento nel garage dietro l'hotel. Camera piuttosto grande con enorme tv con canali anche in Italiano. Ottima aria condizionata che non mi aspettavo.

La camera era al primo piano sul retro che, con la strada in salita ti faceva trovare persone fuori dalla finestra. Quindi poca privacy e finestra chiusa.

Keine Anfahrmöglichkeit. Niemand konnte uns erklären, wie wir mit dem Auto, wenigstens um das Gepäck aufzuladen, zum Hotel fahren konnte. Sehr lautes Nachtleben.

La localisation est parfaite pour découvrir la ville à pied. La literie est très confortable.

La réception est censée être ouverte 24h/24 mais nous avons dû déposer notre badge a l'accueil sans réel check-out... Aucun moyen de joindre le personnel n'était disponible (le numéro indiqué sonnait un téléphone de l'accueil)

Les photos mises sur Booking donnaient l’impression d’un hôtel certes pas de grand luxe mais décoré de façon moderne et renové récemment. Il n’en est rien. Les parties communes sont extrêmement vieillissantes et dans un état moins que passable ( hormis la salle du petit déjeuner) ainsi que les chambres qui sont très très sommaires et qui n’ont pas été re décorées depuis plusieurs décennies (hormis les 2 chambres mises sur booking qui elles sont neuves et modernes). J’ai également très peu apprécié qu’on me fasse remarquer lorsque je me suis plainte de cela, que je n’avais pas pris la chambre supérieure ; je ne pouvais pas me douter que seules 2 chambres et la salle du petit déjeuner avaient été rénovées puis postées sur booking pendant que tout le reste était dans son jus. La télévision de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas.

Locatie; vlakbij een mooi strand en de remparts. Saint Malo is geweldig! We konden de motor parkeren veilig in de garage van het hotel. Elke ochtend een rondje over de muur gewandeld. Koffie en thee op de kamer. Een enorm bed! En gevraagd om (en gekregen): een bad. Uitzicht op de Ierse pub. Een lift! Supermarkt vlakbij. Genoten!

De douche in bad was wat onhandig. Iets lawaai van buiten maar dat kwam door de gezellige locatie. We moesten even een eenrichtingsweg trotseren om er te komen. Scheef aflopend vanaf de rempart even twijfel of we goed zaten maar dat bleek wel het geval. Met de motor prima te doen maar ik kan me voorstellen dat je met een grote auto wellicht zweethandjes krijgt :-p

In a European heat wave the air con in the room was very welcome. We loved the position in the old town, relatively quiet but so close to restaurants and shops. Very comfortable

Room could have been slightly bigger but we knew it wasn't huge on booking.

Location was perfect - right next to the ramparts. Rooms had lovelky view of the sea. Staff was very helpful in finding on-street parking because other options are outide the city wallsm and a long walk.

Camera climatizzata, ampia e confortevole, con materassi molto comodi. Presente set di cortesia in bagno. In camera abbiamo trovato anche due bottigliette d'acqua e un utile bollitore con bustine di tè e caffè solubile.

Le camere potrebbero essere più insonorizzate.

Un emplacement idéal à proximité de la plage. Chambre de bonne taille et confortable avec la climatisation. Des prises à divers endroits de la chambre dont proches du lit. Petit-déjeuner varié et de qualité satisfaisante. Un personnel très agréable et efficace.

Une très mauvaise insonorisation des fenêtres... à côté de deux pubs qui peuvent être assez générateurs de bruit : pensez aux bouchons d'oreilles. Propreté très "relative" à certains endroits (murs de la salle de petit-déjeuner, par exemple). L'hôtel aurait bien besoin d'un rafraîchissement, notamment au niveau de l'escalier ou de la salle de bain (même chambre il y a deux ans, mêmes fissures dans le carrelage).

Asked for air conditioning to be put on 3 times ! Told it was on but it was not working & we got fobbed off ! A rough night. Curtains had a lot of mildew.

L'accueil de l'après midi un peu moins chaleureux que souhaité, compensé néanmoins par l'amabilité du gardien de nuit lors de nous échanges le lendemain matin à l'aube.

Posizione eccellente sia per la visita al centro storico di Saint Malo che per la visita al forte situaro di fronte alla spiaggia adiacente all'hotel. Camera spaziosa con letti singoli ampi e molto comodi. Abbiamo riposato bene. Pulizia eccellente, ho molto apprezzato il set di cortesia per preparare tea e caffé e le bottigliette di acqua in omaggio.

Un personnel attentif et aux petits soins - L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans la vieille ville - Le petit déjeuner était parfait et la chambre très confortable. Je recommande vivement. Un remerciement tout particulier à Stéphane qui a été très efficace et trés attentionné.

Comme il venait d'être rénové, tout était propre et bien rangé, et j'en étais très satisfait. C'est l'endroit idéal pour visiter le Monastère Royal de Brou.
