It was a perfect place to get into Tenby quickly and was in a nice location just outside town

The alarm went off both nights in the middle of the night which was not very nice to be woken up by

The manor was in a beautiful rural position by a golf course. It had a grate bar and plenty of seating both inside and outside on the patios to enjoy the sun. The restaurant was great with a freshly cooked breakfast and wonderful food choices both at lunch and the evening. The staff were very friendly. It was easy to visit local attractions.

The room was very small. It was a bit restrictive for two people with two suit cases and there was no proper storage to hang clothes. If I stayed here again, I would book a larger room.

Gorgeous hotel and lovely staff. Would definitely recommend!! Planning to book again soon

Huge comfortable bed , spotlessly clean room , everything you need for an enjoyable stay . Toiletries provided we're really lovely too ..The enormous bath was the best bath I've ever had in my life !! Pipping hot water and really deep , it was so relaxing. The room was very tastefully decorated with lots of character and quirky touches . It's an establishment that is hidden away but extremely close to Tenby town and the surrounding attractions. It was very peaceful there with lovely views across the golf course and you can even take your dog ! Staff were very friendly , helpful, and welcoming. I would love to return in the future .

Everything about this hotel is just perfect! The room, Spa, Location, Restaurant & Staff.. PERFECT! 🤩 this is our second visit now and we have stayed in many hotels over the years and this is now our favourite.. it delivers the whole romantic and relaxing package for a wonderful break away from our busy life.. The spa does the best treatments, the room was a wow factor and the food was out of this world too.. the staff are so welcoming and can’t do enough to help.. the location and views , decor throughout, is just perfect! Just wish we could stay longer but we will be back .. it is is a place we will never tire of that’s for sure 😍

Having been going to Trefloyne for over 30 years. The excellent welcome, service, food and accomodation still exceeds expectation. The food has quality ingredients and full of welsh flavour.

Wunderschön gelegen nahe von Tenby. Supernettes Personal, sehr gutes Restaurant mit wunderbarer Küche, toll ausgestattetes, geräumiges Zimmer. Zum Ausladen kann man bis zum Zimmer fahren.

Der Kaffee … es könnte ein Capuccino zum Frühstück inklusive sein. Der normale Kaffee ist für Nicht-Briten ein Drama.

This hotel is set in a beautiful location. A few minutes drive from Tenby, yet it sits amongst the rolling greenery of its own golf course. The hotel is tastefully decorated, it is spotlessly clean, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our visit. We had Dinner and Breakfast, both of which exceeded expectations. At dinner, I opted for Cod Loin, locally sourced and cooked to perfection. My husband enjoyed a sirloin steak. Both meals were presented beautifully and were piping hot. Breakfast was equally as impressive. A buffet table with hot croissants, fresh fruit salad, natural yogurt and a selection of cereals. Then, a choice from the extensive main Breakfast menu. I chose a three egg, cheese and mushroom omelette, my husband - a full Welsh Breakfast. We both enjoyed toast and preserves and tea and coffee. We could not find fault with anything!

Le wifi est une catastrophe. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie ils pourraient investir dans une connexion satellite. Autre détail, si vous avez du shampoing sur les mains, je vous mets au défi de tourner les robinets de la douche! Restaurant quelque peu décevant. Prix élevé pour une cuisine décente mais sans aucune imagination.

Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit salad, 3 choice of cereal, yogurt, fruit juice, great coffee and a hot cooked breakfast to choose from. We loved that we could alter the breakfast menu choice slightly to have just what we wanted. The quality of breakfast was excellent too. All staff we met were super friendly and helpful. We had a room in the wooden Annex which was beautifully presented with clean and fresh bed linen.

The bed looked good but was not comfortable. The mattress was very soft, on wooden slats which creaked when you move in the night which meant we had sore backs and did not sleep well. Also, the suite rooms are big enough to have super king size beds which would be much better and fitting for the cost per night.

Exceptional location, very quiet, friendly staff. We stayed in the manor house and our room (office) was very comfortable and with a huge bathroom. Food at the restaurant was great, we ate there 2 nights out of our 3 nights stay. Breakfast was very good, porridge could have been better but avocado on toast was super. Had a massage and manicure at Dovecote Spa, both done by beautician Destiny, highly recommended.

Only 2 silly "negative"remarks: no body lotion in the bathroom and sometimes we could smell a bit of food from the kitchen downstair, since the bathroom's window was just above it.

Lovely surroundings, good atmosphere in evenings outside on terrace, friendly staff, beautiful dining setting for dinner and breakfast, nice chilled atmosphere all the time.

Welsh breakfast wasn’t very tasty. I’d usually eat everything, but the sausage, pudding and hash brown seemed cheap. Musty smell, although maybe to do with the very hot weather. Fan provided in room was appreciated

De ligging is subliem, met zicht op de glooiende hellingen van een golfterrein. Zeer mooie manor. Mooie kamer in oud gebouw, charmant ingericht. Je hebt een wagen nodig om in het centrum van Tenby te komen.

Het ontbijt, inbegrepen in de kamerprijs, was in 1ste instantie eenvoudig en beperkt in buffetvorm. Wij kregen enkel een menukaart in de hand gedrukt met gerechten en prijzen op, zonder enige bijkomende uitleg, waarbij wij dachten voor alles te moeten bijbetalen. Achteraf bleek dat wij konden kiezen uit de kaart en dat dit in de kamerprijs begrepen was. Een woordje uitleg vooraf zou aangewezen zijn.

Top Hotel. Sehr nettes und kompetentes Hotel. Das Restaurant ist spitze. Wir hatten 6 Zimmer. Eines war besser als das andere.

Such a nice relaxing place to stay. The breakfast was great, didn't get chance to sample any of the meals but what we saw looked fabulous. The Dovecote was an excellent addition, they offer a lot of different services, we opted for a massage & it was wonderful plus you get 10% off if you stay at the manor.

Our fourth stay at this lovely property in the countryside just outside Tenby. Clean rooms, great food and friendly staff.

Location was fine, options good. But we did ask for split portions and we got full ones instead from the kitchen, so I ended up wasting food.

The property is showing signs of wear which is to be expected after 20 yrs. The younger dining staff were uninformed about the dining choices - I spoke to the head staff about this. It is unsafe to walk around the golf course while people are playing golf, so probably not a good suggestion to make to guests.

It was just fantastic, scenery was beyond breath taking. Every thing was just perfect. We loved our room we could stay there any time.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. So close to Tenby but away from the hustle and bustle. The room was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities. Hairdryer and hair straighteners in the room. Fan in the room. There were loads of places to sit and relax. The breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful location, but definitely need a car for exploring the area. Staff were very friendly and the service in the restaurant was good. The Sunday roast was one of the best I have had when eating out. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and lovely having a teapot when ordering tea. We loved our three night stay here.

We loved this property. Although a little bit out of Tenby it had easy parking and was a lovely place to stay right on the golf course. Our room was clean, comfortable and a good size. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we also really enjoyed the restaurant for dinner and a drink on the deck in the afternoon.

It didn’t bother us but we did have to take our luggage up the stairs as there is no lift.

Quality breakfast with great choice. Dinner was exceptional, on both nights we chose from the specials board and were both amazed by the quality of food served. A special thanks to the chefs and all the other members of staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

Trefloyne Manor was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful manor set in a stunning location. My stay in one of the suites in the coach house was truly superb, clean and comfortable room and breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.😊

Super ruhige Unterkunft, schon etwas ältere Zimmer, aber sehr sauber, super kuschelige Betten Wir haben dort auch zu Abend gegessen. Das Essen war gut, aber die Portionen sehr klein und drei von vier Personen waren nach dem Essen leider noch hungrig.

Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein.

Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht. Riesig mit großer Badewanne auf einem Podest im Schlafzimmer. Bad und Dusche alles großartig renoviert. Lage im ländlichen Bereich direkt an einem Golfplatz. Das Abendessen war ebenfalls zum Genießen.

What a super hotel. Welcoming on arrival, a beautiful/spacious room (No. 5), a delicious evening meal in the restaurant and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We very much look forward to a return visit.

Our trip to see the puffins on Skomer Island was unfortunately cancelled due to poor weather.

Our room in the main Manor House was small with no real seating in the room which is hard on my husband's back. We did sit in the lounge and on the outdoor terrace for a bit having drinks. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large. They did not have luggage racks which we could have used in the bathroom since it was so large. The staff graciously informed us at dinner that they were offering us complimentary drinks since they were not able to fulfill our request for luggage racks. Food in the restaurant was quite good, especially the included breakfast. The golf course looked lovely.

No air conditioning but we could open the French Balcony door for fresh air. This golf resort is a bit difficult to find and involves some narrow lanes to reach it.

Struttura molto curata, immersa in un meraviglioso campo da golf, tutto il personale è stato estremamente gentile e accogliente. La camera "STORE", pur essendo (per nostra scelta) tra le più piccole disponibili, era molto confortevole e con una vista incantevole. Bagno ampio, letto comodissimo, dotata di bollitore con tè e biscottini. La stanza veniva rifatta quotidianamente e rifornita di acqua. Parcheggio ampio e comodo. La qualità del ristorante è molto alta, con ottime opzioni sia per la colazione (abbondante) che per la cena (carne e pesce, entrambi squisiti). Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo considerato il servizio offerto, siamo stati benissimo ed è stata una base ideale per esplorare il Pembrokeshire (che è meraviglioso)!

The hotel is quiet and restful, out in the Pembroke country side. Close enough to Tenby to visit, but far enough away to be restful.

Staff are so friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is lovely and clean and the setting is so peaceful.

Location was nice and quiet, surrounded by nature. It was very clean, the food was amazing and the staff was very kind. Loads of parking although I wish the parking wasn't macedam due to dust. The room was very neat, we got a handwritten card, milk and coffee. The shower was also amazing as well.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely Manor House, the food was exceptional, as were the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. we stayed in the Office room with a lovely view and extra large bathroom. Complimentary water and home made biscuits was a lovely touch. We will definately be returning.

Die Zimmer, die wir hatten, waren etwas klein und hatten wenig Platz für Gepäck.

Lovely location, facilities were great, staff were very friendly, cooked breakfast was lovely. Room was spacious with everything you could possibly need for your stay.

A couple of minor things. Could do with a dust / clean behind the tv and under the bed, an extension lead from the hdmi port on the tv to allow people to use their own fireTv, chrome cast would of been handy.

Stayed in the converted barn. Room was great, massive comfy bed, big bath, really clean - spot on. Played golf both days and inspire of the bad weather the course was really enjoyable. Really nice dining room with fires going was perfect, food was right on the money.

We stayed at the start of spring and we're the only evening guests. While we appreciate that it is difficult to stay open for a small party, we were reminded a few times that the kitchen was staying open only for us and that some of the staff wanted to go home, felt like a little bit of an inconvenience. Only the back 9 were playable on the course, which is fine especially given the weather, but we weren't told this when pre-booking the tee or even on the day and so started on the front 9 before being moved on by the greenkeeper. We paid full rate for the 18, but the team realised this and discounted our Monday round so can't complain.

Booked a stay for a surprise 60th birthday most family booked into this hotel can honestly say the stay was perfect Danielle Helped with the planning the rooms and different bookings from different members of the family even when we had a last minute change the staff made Shure every thing was ok We had Sunday lunch as a family of 14 of us and honestly was outstanding even bringing out a cake with candles that my daughter in law brought singing happy birthday 🥳 My wife was so happy with the weekend and all the staff at this hotel done amazing food was we really good will be back

The hotel was immaculate we loved it. The receptionist was extremely friendly and her service was incredible we got upgraded to a suite which was appreciated .

The only thing we didn’t like was there was a bright fire escape light over the bed which meant the room was not dark and was difficult to sleep . We also found the restaurant extremely hot when we went to dinner, they had a log fire running and it made it very difficult to enjoy the food .

Breakfast and some dinners were taken during our stay and were excellent and superbly presented.

We had the hayloft suit, it was nice and spacious, loved the wide staircase. The shower was amazing too. It was immaculate there.

It was a little cold, wish we had control of the heating system .The sofa wasn’t cozy to relax on, so after dinner we spent the evening in bed and watched the television there instead.

A beautiful venue, close to Tenby and ticked all of our boxes for a wonderful New Years Eve break. Staff were extremely professional and went over and above to ensure we had the best time helping us book a venue for NY Eve in the heart of Tenby and a taxi there and back.

Amazing stay at Trefloyne Manor last night and a huge shout out to staff member Danielle, so friendly and accommodating really made our stay special!

The staff were so kind and really went out of their way to make us feel very welcome at home. My 5 year old granddaughter was treated like royalty
