Beautiful, spacious waterfront room. Room large for Japan. Great that you also have access to the Hilton across the road for the gym and more swimming pools.

Location was great. Staff very friendly and hotel very comfortable and clean. I would recommend to stay here to others.

Breakfast I felt could of have more options. It was the same everyday and need a bit more variety.

スタッフの方の対応が良かったです。 check inの時に対応して下さったのがおそらく今年の新人さんかと思うのですが、 まだ不慣れなそうなところもありましたが、一生懸命なことに加えて笑顔が素敵で可愛らしかったです。 また、アメリカンビレッジ徒歩圏内なのも良かったです。

一長一短ですが、サンセットビーチに近いのでわりと騒がしめです。 窓を開けているとサンセットビーチで会話をしている人の声が話の内容までわかるレベルで聞こえます。 静かな環境を好む方には合わないかも。

立地がとても良かったです。

強いて言うなら、シャワーの強さ調節がしにくかったかなと思うくらいです。特に問題はありませんでした。

i think the pool needs to close at sundown and not at 1800, that sucks! also it’s an expensive hotel and i don’t believe we should pay for any parking but regardless it was still cheap at only 500yen on property.

The location was great, very close to the ocean and American village with great walkability. The breakfast buffet was solid with both local and western offerings. The pool was very nice with a little water slide, there was also access to the neighboring Hilton hotel pool, which was a nice bonus we did not realize when initially booking.

Very clean, nice variety of buffet selections and the location gives you a beautiful view of one the most beautiful sunsets in the world!

Location was perfect for a feed and shopping around in Chatan. The balcony room has views of the sunset and fireworks which was a lovely surprise.

Gym was alittle run down and tired looking with limited cardio equipment and being a Hilton hotel the buffet breakfast did not have enough choices to choose from which was dissapointing.

Amazing location in the American Village. Nice and clean rooms. Free Wi-Fi and free parking. Close to the beach, but swimming is not allowed, you’ll need to drive to a sandy beach.

The property is amazing. The staff at check in were fantastic and helpful, the room was incredible, spacious, clean & tidy with impressive views. The laundry facilities are convenient but the dryers are not great and we ended up having to put the cycle on for a long time for our clothes to actually be dry but even then, they weren’t fully. Buffet breakfast was delicious and the pool facilities both on site and across the road at the other property were great. Very sad to have left the place but will definitely be returning.

It was amazing! Very clean, very large room, very friendly staff. It was a perfect week!

This property is right on the boardwalk just a few steps away from American Village. The staff was kind and the property was impressively clean. I liked that my view every morning was the water (if you decide upgrade to a room with a view and a balcony). This won’t be the last time I stay at this property.

The room design and decoration feel comfortable, and it is very good to enjoy the beautiful sea and sunset from the balcony.

Stayed for two consecutive nights, but the breakfast content is almost the same. It is recommended not to repeat the dishes for two consecutive days.

The location was next to the American Village with plenty of dining options. The hotel was neat, clean and smelled great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ask them any question and they would be happy to help. Even prior to my arrival, I emailed them a couple of times. There is a convenience store within 5 minutes walk.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is housed in a new building with modern amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, I found the hotel to be overpriced for what it offers. It doesn’t have its own beach, and you have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the nearest one. The breakfast menu was quite limited, and the room felt too small considering the price. Overall, while the service was great, I expected more for the cost.

아메리칸 빌리지 근처에서 오래 쉬고싶어서 선택한 호텔인데 너무너무너무 만족했습니다. 수영장이 호텔 선택에 우선순위였는데, 더블트리 이용객도 힐튼 본관 수영장을 함께 이용할 수 있는 점이 너무 좋았습니다. 객실이나 조식 이용도 더블트리가 힐튼의 신관이라 더 세련되고 청결했습니다. 여행 중 정말 만족스러운 리조트였습니다!

本家ヒルトンよりコンパクトで利用しやすい。プールもヒルトン側も使えていいです。

2泊しました。 アメリカンビレッジ目の前でとても便利です。 お部屋も清潔綺麗でフロントスタッフの方も皆さん親切でした。 ただ、使っていないアメニティ(歯ブラシ、ブラシ類は持参して使用)はもちろんそのままで良いのですが、使った綿棒とコットンの補充がされておらず洗面所のお掃除も甘くアメニティの箱も乱雑に置かれていたので驚きました。 綿棒も持参していたのでいちいち電話せず自分の物を使いましたが連泊でお掃除の際に綿棒の補充が無いホテルは初めてでした。

Bit expensive.. and did not have any activities as this was a resort. That was a bit disappointing

My stay would have been 5 star - however when my plans changed and i had to check out a few days earlier than expected - i was told to contact expedia for a refund and then a few days later denied a refund.

Great location. Good for local restaurants and day trips. The staff were so friendly and even went as far as booking us in for a massage at the Hilton whilst we were out for breakfast and couldn’t book in before hand. Close to a car hire company which is strongly recommended if you’re on the island to save you having to book before you go!

Nothing to fault really!! The only thing was the roof top bar that was a big sell for me on the property and unfortunately it was closed 2 out of the 3 night we stayed there. And by the time we got up there they didn’t have the umbrellas out and the outdoor furniture didn’t have cushions. It was still beautiful but would have liked to see it in full form!!

First of all I want to say that the staff at the hotel are really very kind. Although we couldn't check in first when we arrived at the hotel early, it was very convenient to store our luggage. The hotel is very close to the seaside and theme areas, which is very convenient. We only stayed for one day this time and hope to stay for two nights next time. The room has a balcony, and you can see the sea view when you open the window, which is great!

Beautiful property with much to do to keep busy: Swimming, paddle boats tubing, zip line, outdoor pool, indoor pool. Only two restaurants on property, but there are two other hotels within walking distance to dine. Room was gorgeous.

Everything about our stay amazing. Staff were very friendly, especially Maho at the front desk she helped arrange transportation and was very accommodating.
