The breakfast is terrible. The rice is terrible. Suggest to have more choice for the passengers, for example the sandwich, burger and salad etc fast food. We have to stay $2000 to them until we checkout. Too much and inconvenient for us. No hotels do it. If you insist it, only $1000 is enough.

Reviewed May 29, 2026I loved staying here. The breakfasts were amazing, and the staff was professional and responsive. They were always available and helpful. The food was absolutely fantastic. I loved the fried fish and the tocino, and even though I was staying by myself, they were happy to leave two breakfasts, which I enjoyed. Also, you have to appreciate how special it is to take a hot shower in the Philippines. It was great!
By American standards, the bed was stiff and the toilet didn't function. This is actually very normal for most Filipinos. You just have to fill the little trash can with water to help flush and it will work properly (most Filipinos use a timba and a tabo to flush the toilet so their plumbing isn't really designed to do what toilets do in other countries).

The breakfast was very poor quality and felt like a cheap local meal with little effort put into it. The air conditioner was extremely noisy, making it hard to relax or sleep properly. On top of that, my room faced what looked like a dumping area, which completely ruined the atmosphere. Considering the price I paid, I honestly don’t think this place offers good value for money.

as an avid traveler, one of the worst accommodations i've ever had, ratings displayed on booking are not realistic! for instance; untidy room design, no minibar in the room under Manila scorching weather conditions, chipped tiles and toilet bowl, stained walls and ceiling, low speed wi-fi, packed breakfast service and so forth.

Reviewed May 10, 2025It is just a step away from 168 Mall. We also planned to visit Divisoria and see the sunset at Jones Bridge, then have a stroll at the Esplanade, so locations is excellent. The next thing I like about this property is, the staff are very courteous, friendly and welcoming and always immediately attending everything we need. We only stayed 2 nights, but I will definitely stays again at this Hotel next time when I feel like craving with the street foods of Binondo. It is a thumbs-up for this 3 star hotel.

Reviewed May 31, 2024Perfect location for bazaar shopping, markets, malls and e-drives. Less than 1 minute walk to the Grand bazaar with 3 huge malls around he hotel.
The breakfast was a disappointment as it was prepacked food sent to the room. The hotel does not provide any coffee. Fried chicken with white rice and a fried egg. If you are a vegetarian, please do not pay for the breakfast. McD is just opposite the hotel in 5 seconds walk.
