The location

The aircon is not so cool no bottle water for free but some cheap hotels they have free bottled water

The staff were kind and hospitable.

Small room size. Bed sheets had pale but visible stains. Shower did not have a door and there was no rug when we checked in, so every time we took a shower, the floor outside the shower would get soaking wet. TV was not working when we checked in, we had to move some cables. And worst of all, the aircon was dripping. Our suitcase was placed right underneath the aircon and a pair of shoes was on top of the suitcase, so both got wet.

The staff is friendly and helpful - had an issue with missing laundry from a service not part of the hotel. They were able to locate it, so I can pick it up on my return trip.

The room is clean and well-maintained. The room is a good size for an individual. A large window lets in plenty of natural light. The window has a shade to block out light when sleeping. Clean restroom.

Walls are too thin. You can hear the neighbor talking. The hotel is on a busy street; you can hear everything. The room needs to be soundproof. The shower has no door, so when you shower, expect the floor to get wet.

Für unsere Bedürfnisse war es perfekt. Wir mussten nahe bei der Immigration Intramuros sein und brauchten ein sicheres Hotel. Darüber hinaus war das Personal sehr hilfreich und flexibel.

Not too much to like except the convenient store next door . The staff is good.. Breakfast wise not a lot to pick except I got too excited to have omelet but its not included for my Breakfast.. Then maybe she noticed that I didn't have much on my plate and maybe just a bread and coffee it was my surprise that she bring me the omelet on my table. I told her I did not pay for the extra she smiled at me and said its okay Ma'am 🙂 ☺️. Oh what a nice girl... But I end up not eating all of it as I was already full.

Nothing that I didn't like is just for one night so its okay.

The only good thing was the staff, very concerned and friendly. Thats all

The bed was full of hairs. They dont inform you in advance and then charge you 300php per night for fridge and kettle. Wifi was not strong, not dependable. Eventho i said “no” 4 times, the room service still attempted to enter the room.

Es un hotel muy sencillo con una cama nada cómoda y las sábanas no estaban limpias . La habitación es pequeña y no está limpia . El precio es elevado pero pagas la ubicación

Shower too close to the wall.

The location is ideal if the plan involves strolling around Binondo given the shortcut access from the hotel to street leading to the church and restaurants. One must consider the one way driving system around the area if booking or driving own vehicles. We appreciate the 24/7 reception as another form of security when the need arises. We had an issue with the airconditioning unit and they fixed it that same day while we were out.

Hotel bardzo w porządku. Czysto i schludnie. Wygodne łóżka. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Zdecydowanym plusem jest 7-eleven na dole budynku otwarty cała dobę. Idealny na 1 lub 2 noce.

Straight forward hotel of the Red Planet chain. We always enjoy staying in the hotels.

The neighborhood is a bit scrubby.

Great location, right in the China Town. About 7 min walk to Luck Mall. 15 minutes walk to Intramuros. The room is clean, everything listed is included.

Room is not so big, for me as a solo traveler it's great, for two people it might be small.

Very small rooms one small window blocked off with a stapler and cloth Security needs immediate attention It was close to the immigration office that’s why I booked it , but never again.. On a good note I found an amazing restaurant a block or 2 away called 1919 best food in the Philippines to date . I’ve been here since march

Overall great location, close to tourist spots. We were accommodated for late checkout which was 1pm for no charge. If I was to be picky, I’ll say they don’t provide more than 2 towels, the shower doesn’t have a door so all the water goes on the floor and there’s no mat as well so it can get slippery. If you have 2 people it’s just the right amount of space. More than 2, probably would be tight. We had 4 luggages and it was a bit of a struggle but no complains. Staff were all accomodating, super friendly and helpful! Even fhe security guard 😊

The location and the staff! They are courteous and welcoming! The 7-11 downstairs is very convenient.

The room is so small and no microwave. But the staff are nice at the 4th floor lobby, they have microwave there and can heat your food up.

The staff is exceptional. I have rarely seen such friendly and helpful people. The hotel is very clean and safe. It is also located close to Chinatown, the immigration office, and the famous (and infamous) Divisoria Market. The hotel also organizes airport transfers, which is a good and convenient way to escape all the scams at the airport. To get around, we used the Maxim app, and we highly recommend it. The vehicle picks you up in front of the hotel, and the fare is displayed upfront. No hassles and really convenient. All in all, the stay at this hotel was one of the best we have ever experienced.

The following points are not the hotel's fault and therefore do not factor into the rating. However, they are still worth mentioning. - There is a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel. That is very convenient. However, it also attracts street kids. Even though I sympathize with their situation, they sometimes follow you into the store and can be aggressive at times. - The restaurant in the hotel lobby is not part of the hotel, and I would avoid it. The prices are a rip-off, and you don't get what you ordered. - Beware of tourist scams. Unfortunately, there are plenty of them there. One of them involves the horse-drawn carriages. Don't let the cute horses distract you. Their owners are cutthroats. At least some of them.

I like the chubby male receptionist. So friendly and approachable.

Facilities and room is clean, staff r welcoming and place is very accessible to everything.

For the price is a good place, rooms are not very spacious but work for a night or two. There is a kettle in the room for hot tea and a water distributor in the hall. There's a bar/café in the hall and a 7-eleven just downstairs.

No me limpiaron la habitación los dos días que estuve allí ni me hicieron la cama. Todas las instalaciones tienen mal olor y la ropa de cama y la habitación no se sentían limpias.

Right in the middle of everything, China town very accessible as were all the other places of interest.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly. The staff were accommodating and polite during our stay. The location is very convenient, especially for exploring Binondo and nearby tourist spots. The room was simple but well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it was a good stay for the price.

The room space was a bit small, especially for guests with a lot of luggage. Soundproofing could also be improved because noise from the hallway can sometimes be heard. Aside from that, the stay was still pleasant.

The Staff are so friendly and helpful the best thing I want in this Hotel

Guter,freundlicher,schneller Check In dank Mister Carlo an der Rezeption. Hotel ist nahe an China Town und BI Hauptoffice.

Love the clean and compact design of the rooms. The wifi and cable signals are working fine. Binondo famous food places are all walking distance and the 168 mall is a short taxi ride (about 20mins walk).

For the price and the prime location, I dont mind that there are no toiletries.

I like that it is decent and clean being in busy area of binondo. The hotel is actually located in a quite corner. Walking distance to china town. I would definitely stay here again.
