Reviewed Aug 21, 2026O grande destaque da hospedagem é, sem dúvida, a localização. Fica a menos de três minutos a pé do Coliseu, o que facilita muito para quem quer conhecer essa região de Roma caminhando. Outro ponto positivo é ter elevador, apesar de ser um modelo bem antigo.
Reservamos pelo Booking acreditando que se tratava de um hotel, mas, na prática, a experiência se aproxima mais de um Airbnb, principalmente porque não há recepção disponível 24 horas. Nosso quarto também ficava muito próximo da área do café da manhã, o que acabou tirando um pouco da privacidade e do conforto. Além disso, havia um degrau dentro do próprio quarto, em uma posição pouco prática, que exigia atenção o tempo todo. Quando chegamos, também tivemos problema com o ar-condicionado, o que prejudicou um pouco a primeira impressão da hospedagem. No geral, não foi uma experiência que nos agradou muito. Para nós, o principal ponto forte realmente foi a excelente localização, especialmente pela proximidade com o Coliseu.

The common areas of the building are drab and outdated and could be better maintained, but that is a ‘tragedy of the commons’ situation beyond the Inn’s control. Inside is an Oasis set apart from Rome and the streets.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026The Nakissa Inn was great for our family of 5, including 3 adult kids. We had two rooms that were set up specifically for our needs - one room with a queen bed, the other with a queen and two twins. We arrived early from a cruise, not expecting the rooms to be ready, but were able to drop our bags and head out to grab a bite to eat. The manager was very welcoming and answered any questions. The location was super close to the colosseum and many restaurants! Oh, and the AC was fantastic at night (it tried to keep up during the day but the heat wave was crazy!).
The location was a bit far from everything but the Colosseum, but we wanted to try a different area. We didn’t find Monti to be as quaint as the Piazza Navona area, it was still quite touristy.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Mi a plăcut ca a fost aproape de Colloseum la doar o stradă distanță.Se poate merge pe jos aproape la toate obiectivele turistice .Aproape de stații de autobuz , aerul condiționat a funcționat foarte bine.Oricum la câte ai de văzut și vizitat stai foarte puțin în camera .
Locația este la etajul 2 iar în aceeași clădire mai sunt alte două hoteluri sau pensiuni să le numesc așa și este relativ dificil să găsești locația.Dar am întrebat pe cineva de la un restaurant din fața și ne am descurcat.Proprietarul nu ne-a furnizat codul de la ușă de la intrare așa ca ajunsesem și a trebuit să așteptăm să intre cineva să putem intra.A trebuit la fiecare intrare ieșire să stăm cu cheia la noi și mereu uitam codul de la ușă 😃 Curtea de fapt este un spațiu între clădiri unde este f cald și nu se fumează .

Facility was difficult to locate at first and even though there was a call box at the entry to the building, Nakissa Inn was not listed; I had to ring a random number to let us in and then some nice folks directed us upstairs to the floor where the Inn was located. Once past that, everything was fine. Also, the room had no television, just FYI.

Nu are TV ( ciudat pentru anul 2026), nu are o cafetiera, puteai face ness cu apa încălzită. camera cu geam in curtea din spate crea disconfort, lipsa de lumină în cameră. nu puteam deschide geamul ca venea miros de mâncare de la restaurantul de la parter. Deși avea un fel de terasă nu aveai cum să stai, la fel mirosea a mâncare și nu ai fi putut fuma acolo. Deși proprietarul ne-a precizat ca nu ii plac mirosurile, mirosea de la restaurant daca deschideai fereastra. Imobilul vechi, la parter lift dezolant și miros urat. Parterul era comun cu alți proprietari.

No breakfast but that's made clear when you book, instead there is a lovely little seating area with free tea, coffee, water etc. also a small terrace. Gentleman who greeted us was very helpful, arranging airport transfers and allowing us to leave our luggage after we checked out. Would definitely stay again.

Der üble Geruch im Treppenhaus und die stickige Luft in Zimmer. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, man hört jedes Niesen der anderen Gäste. Kein Platz im Raum um Sachen abzustellen.

May be it is not a disadvantage bit needs to be taken into account: Late check in possible only with additional payment 50 euro. The apartment is more like a room in a big flat, but we have all the privacy as expected. No breakfast inside this guest house. Old small elevator, may be a problem for someone… Overall, I was satisfied with my choice. It was an interesting place to stay

O dono e os funcionários são ótimos, super flexíveis, permitiram que entrássemos antes do horário do check in e guardaram nossas malas, isso fez toda diferença pra nós. O chuveiro e o secador de cabelo são perfeitos, cama confortável.
Pra nós só faltou a televisão no quarto.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026De kamer was prima. Het was ook heel schoon. Bedden lagen goed. Het ligt aan een drukke weg maar die was afgesloten dus amper verkeer en we hadden een kamer met zicht op een binnenplaats dus kunnen wij er niet over oordelen hoe druk het normaal zal aanvoelen. Ik denk wel redelijk druk. Het ligt op 400m lopen van het Colosseum, van het Forum en op 15/20 minuten lopen van Termini en in de omgeving liggen echt een paar gezellige leuke restaurantjes. Echt een prima locatie.
De binnenplaats oogt rommelig maar is dan ook niet van het Hotel. Onze kamer zat boven de ventilatie van het restaurant/ bar beneden ons. Die kan wel tot laat open zijn en we hebben af en toe weleens muziek gehoord. Wij waren er gedurende de week dus het stoorde niet. Oordoppen mee en klaar ben je. De douche is heerlijk maar het warme water is vlot op.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Owner/manager was pleasant upon arrival. Location was within walking distance from Roma termini and only 30 minutes by uber/taxi to the airport. Close to the Colosseum and so many restaurants to choose from.
The main thing was that we did not really know what to do upon arrival. It would have been more convenient to have a code to enter the building ahead of time. Instead we don’t really know what to do so I called the number on booking.com, we were given a code to get in and then had to wait just a bit for manager/owner to arrive. If we had arrived late, it would have felt a little scary. So a code to get in to the building right away would be nice!

Não é um hptel... é um alojamento local, são quartos com uma área comum partilhada. Não possui recepção sempre ativa, o acesso é feio, um pouco desleixado. Nos quartos não existe se quer uma TV, e a água do chuveiro não esquenta muito bem. Fora isso, o gestor do espaço parece estar o tempo inteiro a suspeitar que vão enganar ele... o que convenhamos é um pouco incômodo.
