Poderiam colocar alguém que soubesse um pouco de inglês para ajudar na comunicação presencialmente. Por WhatsApp foi fácil mas foi desafiador se comunicar com o pouco de italiano que sabíamos.

Дуже затишне, красиве та комфортне місце для проживання в самому серці Рима. ❤️ Чудове розташування поруч із центром — усе необхідне зовсім близько. Особливо приємними були чистота, затишна атмосфера та смачні круасани вранці. 🥐☕️ Окрема подяка привітному та уважному колективу — завжди було приємно відчувати турботу. Залишилися лише теплі та незабутні враження від перебування! Обов’язково повернуся сюди знову й щиро рекомендую це місце. 🇮🇹❤️

L'accueil épouvantable de la propriétaire qui n'a pas voulu me donner un 2e oeuf pour le petit-déjeuner lequel était très limité. Elle m'a fait payer 2 fois la taxes de séjour. Arnaque ? A refusé de m'expliquer les restrictions de circulation dans Rome alors que j'étais en voiture et que je m'inquiétais pour mon stationnement. La personne très mal aimable et méprisante m'a fait prendre 2 fois l'ascenseur avec mes bagages quand j'ai découvert qu'une autre personne de l'immeuble les attendait au rez-de-chaussée pour avoir de l'argent. J'avais qu'une peur après mon premier voyage, c'est qu'on me vole mon 1er gros bagage alors que je me rendais à une cérémonie à 2 heures de Rome en voiture. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement bien que très agréable et bien situé. Propriétaire infecte même si, son fils, apparemment moins présent, semble plus gentil.

Personnel d'une grande gentillesse. Emplacement au top au centre de Rome, à quelques minutes du métro. Nous étions arrivés le matin pour déposer nos bagages et comme la chambre était deja prête ils nous ont permis d'y accéder aussitôt.

Chambre moins cosy que les photos ne laissaient y paraître. Petit dejeuner sommaire : un croissant, une boisson chaude et un jus (servi en Chambre).

The staff were SO nice and super responsive with the questions I had. It is a 15 min walk from Roma Termini Train Station and the room didn't feel cramped at all. The elevator is super small but the staff helped us with jigsaw-ing our luggage and because we were leaving for the airport right before breakfast was served they packed us a croissant to go which was lovely!

Nothing really stood out as a dislike!

Amei tudo! A localização é perfeita, fiz tudo a pé e conseguia voltar ao meu quarto entre os passeios para trocar de roupa ou mesmo descansar! A hospitalidade foi muito boa, todos muito simpáticos! As instalações são muito boas, adorei meu quarto, o secador de cabelo era muito bom. O banheiro também, o chuveiro muito bom! Café da manhã muito gostoso, um dia precisei sair mais cedo para um passeio e me deram o café para levar! Adorei demais! Com certeza indico e quando voltar a Roma, ficarei mais uma vez nesta hospedagem!

Was a flying overnight visit. In late and out early. Owner was very responsive and helpful arranging after hours check in on a weekend.

Room was a good size for a family of 5. Breakfast was enjoyable, staff were friendly. Air con was a godsend in 40 deg. heat!! Location was 15m walk away from major attractions and public transport stations. Republica being the nearest Metro. A few nice restaurants local to the area.

Only a 2 person lift with a 150kg max limit. As the apartment was on the 6th floor, we had to make a few journeys. Stairs are OK for fitter legs!!

You cannot beat the location. You’re about 15 minutes walking distance from all of the big must sees. The restaurants on the street were delicious. Edoardo was incredible and very accommodating. The breakfast pastries and coffee were great. I would absolutely stay here again if I ever make it back to Rome

The staff was very nice. Difficulty with the language barrier but not their fault. The location was great. We had everthing we needed.

Wish we could have checked out later than 10am. That was a bit early. Breakfast was too sweet for my liking. Just croissants. The shower was just a trickle and was either too hot or too cold. I didn't shower because it was so bad but we were only there for one night.

Super lokalizacja. Mimo, że przyjechaliśmy około 11 to pokój już czekał na nas gotowy za co bardzo dziękujemy!

Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The bathroom and shower were very large which is amazing. Our window looked over the courtyard we walked through to get to the correct entrance. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was wonderful. Messaging with the staff beforehand on Whatsapp was great and gave us clear communications on how to get there. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel comfortable.

Note these are minor but may benefit someone with certain needs: The AC was hard to figure out. Would not cool any lower than 20 celcius. At one point, trying to adjust it, I could not get it to cool at all, and our room heated up fast. It was really hot outside at the time of our 1 night stay. I brought out my little fan and that saved us for 1 night. We didn't have longer for me to ask questions about it. Probably a user error? It's common, but the elevator was very small, and only 1 person and their bags could use it at a time. Or two people and no bags could fit. We were on the 6th floor, so I was happy just to have an elevator.

提前一年定的这家，也就是2025.7-8月定的，选择这家的原因有很多： 1. 价格 早定比较便宜，7.26-8.7，13晚，566.1+4579.7+2616.97 = 7,762.77，平均一晚597，而且每天都有早餐吃，早餐无敌，在这里像家一样温暖，城市税7欧一晚，超过10晚70欧封顶 2. 位置 地理位置离termini步行13分钟，在中心区，评分超高，9.0以上的booking算是比较靠谱的，很少踩雷， 3. 房间整体环境 床垫舒服，虽然是单人床，感觉床1.2x2m，但是整体房间作为12平来说比较宽敞，而且有冰箱，有一个较大的衣柜，厕所比较小，但是洗手台有立柜，跟瑞士单间比起来，性价比实在太高了哈哈，这些都是加分点，房间过道不隔音，全靠住客素质！ 4. 清洁服务 每天打扫房间，更换毛巾‼️每天打扫极其细致，还会帮我叠衣服🥲 5.安全 仅距离意大利国安部维米那勒宫、国防部80米。 P.S.也纠结过要不要换几个地方住，比如去南意住几晚之类的，后面看到罗马当天去南意的火车票价格也挺美丽的，左右衡量，感觉住罗马对我个人考虑的点来说比较合适，主要是怕拖行李在火车站被偷东西。 由于台风航班27号到达，26号晚上住宿我没入住， 1. 老板送了我同等金额代金券，终身😂，同时拒绝退款，这次玩的愉快说不定我真的会再来🥲 2.我找京东安联理赔中

The location was excellent. The single room was small but had everything I needed for my stay. I did see inside a double room and it was a really good size . I asked if they had an iron and a lady gave me one to use. As a solo female traveller i felt very safe with the location and with the security of the building. The room was clean and smelled so lovely . The staff were welcoming and friendly and were in touch beforehand to make sure I got into my room ok. The lady, who seems to be the owner , is so lovely. She doesn't speak any English but will explain everything in Italian anyway. (which she has a right to do as she lives in Italy) I'm sure it's frustrating for her but still she was so kind and pleasant. She and another lady provided croissants, yoghurt, juice and coffee for breakfast on both mornings which they gave me on a tray and I ate at a little table in my room. It set me up for the day. I would definitely stay again if I return to Italy.

I have nothing negative to say about my stay

Great location, fancy coffee shops and pizza places nearby. Small but comfortable. We didn't really stay inside because we had our days fully planned out sightseeing, so just to spend a few nights this place is good. Water pressure very good, staff very helpful.

We LOVED the friendliness of our host, Eduardo. The location was walking distance to many things we wanted to see and do.

The people working there really make you feel welcome. We were only there for one night before our cruise and one night after our cruise but felt really well looked after. In fact after our cruise, when we got back there at 9:30am our room was ready and we could put our stuff in it - that was so helpful. They also gave us breakfast for that morning! The breakfasts are great - orange juice, coffee, croissants. The location is great - close to everything. If you want traditional Italian Guest House feel - this is it.

Good central location for sightseeing landmarks like trevi fountain & colesseum etc.., also breakfast brought to your room nice tho not conventional.

We were on the 6th floor which was a bit of a pain, due to summer temperatures & small lift only taking 2 people max.

Great location in the beautiful Monti neighborhood. Restaurants, shops, and transit stops on Via Nazionale are nearby. Riccardo sent detailed instructions for check-in. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were clean. The bathroom was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Toiletries were provided. The air conditioning worked great. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The Italian breakfast was perfect. I highly recommend this place to others.

Lågt hyfsat centralt,gångavstånd på ca 20 min till fontana de trevi, Colosseum. Mysigt familjerum som känns pittoreskt och andas Rom. De gav en känsla av att vara mycket måna om oss som gäster. Frukosten var typiskt Italienskt med söta bakverk och Kaffe,Juice samt kokta ägg är man inte påläst om det så kan det vara en nackdel men fördel här är att det finns kylskåp på rummet så man kan köpa yoghurt och mer matigt på mini market just utanför!

Är mer en fördel om personalen kan någorlunda engelska. Var svårt att göra sig förstådd även om det var charmigt på ett sätt men alla gäster kanske inte är lika förstående.

Very close to the colosseum. We were leaving very early in the morning and would have missed breakfast which was included so they left croissants and orange juice in our room. Super comfortable and great value for money.

The room was adequate and had the right number of beds for our party. The bathroom was great. The hostess who served us breakfast was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked, which we really needed during the heatwave.

We had to climb six flights of stairs on our arrival because the elevator was broken. I requested a room with four twin beds and got a room with two twin beds and a queen bed. We made it work.

Location and friendless of the staff, especially the lady who did the breakfasts.

Roma Central Guest House is such a lovely property!! Edoardo is the friendliest host and was incredibly helpful in arranging early morning transportation for us! The air was nice and cool as we were there in the brutal July heat. Our room was comfy and elegant with a quaint little balcony. We loved our experience at Roma Central Guest House!

La posizione è ottima, idem lo spazio e l'organizzazione della stanza, considerando che eravamo in 5 tanti punti di appoggio per valige borse e zaini. La Signora che ci ha preparato la colazione poi è il punto forte, gentile e cordiale, super accogliente. Il fatto che ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out
