Best in town in Pokhara. The staff is very polite and helpful. The food was also very tasty. Rooms were clean and all the amenities provided were of excellent quality. Lakeside view was splendid and the rooftop pool adds the cherry on the cake. The park and the overall atmosphere was quite brilliant.

Absolutely breathtaking! My stay at the Splendid View Hotel in Pokhara was truly unforgettable. The room had panoramic views of the Annapurna range that were straight out of a postcard. I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and cozy. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is convenient and made it easy to explore nearby places. The view from the room is beautiful Overall, it’s great value for money and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The experience was very good, the staff is very good, polite and very very helpful. The uncle on the reception is also very sweet. We were three people staying at the hotel and it was stress free , the hotel provides views of the most beautiful peaks from each rooms balcony , the food is delicious and the service is also quick. Great atmosphere, well behaved people and really helpful towards our doubts , overall a wonderful experience. The prices are decent and are worth it , the room is as good as its value. Its located facing the phewa lake and probably gives the best viewing of the sunrise and sunsets.

In general the food here is very top class they provide you with all the dishes across the world. The services are quick. The location is very splendid, rooftop garden view is mind-blowing. Rooms here have a too good lakeside view. Overall i rate this hotel a 10/10👏

As its name suggests, Hotel Splendid View in Pokhara boasts a superb location near Phewa Lake on the popular Lakeside street. The atmosphere is generally described as warm and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the main tourist area. Guests consistently praise the stunning views of the Annapurna Mountain Range and the lake from the rooms and rooftop terrace. Services & Facilities: The hotel is recognized for its exceptional and helpful staff, who are often highlighted for their politeness and willingness to assist with local bookings and trips. Key services include free Wi-Fi (often noted as fast), a good breakfast buffet, room service, and airport shuttle service. Nepal is a must see destination. The hotel was good value for money. Rooms were clean, well stocked, and ours was spacious. Fantastic view of the Annapurna rage. Team were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel is central to the local tourist area.

Nepal wow what a great experience. The hotel staff are very friendly, welcoming and will do anything for you. The rooms are accomodating, clean with fresh towels and a new bottle of water daily. We had 2 different rooms, because of travelling and returning, and both had a spectacular view of the mountains. Hotel is central to tourist area all easy walking distance.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The amenities were great — from the cozy dining area to the convenient facilities that made my stay easy and enjoyable. Hotel Splendid View has been a beautiful stay for us, captivating views and impeccable service. The staff have been so welcoming and given us extra care, the room is clean and beds are comfy. The food is delicious, I personally have had puri bhaji for breakfast everyday and has been perfect every time. Bicky has been extra welcoming throughout our stay and made us feel so at home. Highly recommend this hotel, me and my group will be back next year for another trek and staying here most definitely.

Wonderful place, very hospitable and friendly! I left my wallet on the bus before arrival and they helped me retrieve it! The view from the room was beautiful and all the staff are warm and welcoming, I recommend staying here during your time in Pokhara, big thank you to Bicky and the rest of the team

We loved our stay at Splendid View, the staff are friendly always super friendly, and you will get used to seeing the same happy people everyday. Mr.Bicky looked after us everyday, from organising taxis to giving us extra water and juice, and also giving us recommendations for the city. The room was very clean with AC and a balcony with an unreal view of Phewa Lake and the surrounding hills, and the other way, Fishtail, Annapurna South and the Annapurna ranges. Breakfast was included and was absolutely delicious, especially the Puri Bhaji (picture attached). The location is also perfect for all the best shops and restaurants l, and less than a 2 minute walk to the lakeside. We stayed initially as a base for our trek, but ended up staying a whole week after because we loved it so much. I will definitely return to Splendid View, hopefully next year!!!

A wonderful stopping point when I first got there for a trekking holiday. On my return from the trek, a really good place to relax and imbibe the atmosphere of Pokhara.

Recently had stayed here with group via agency who was Travel partner for Nepal’s Trip ; This is lovely /budget hotel with Morden facilities and amenities next to Phewa lake which is itself beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend to stay here if you are looking a budget hotel next to lake

I had a wonderful stay at Spledid Hotel in July 2025. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was incredible and the views from the room were great. The location is very accessible and great for sightseeing. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast tasted great. The WiFi was also the best I’ve had during my trip. Good value hotel. Great location. Bicky was a big help with arranging anything we required. Only complaint: when we returned from a tour we were moved to a nearby sister hotel (Hotel Elegant) without consulting us. The Elegant is much lower quality, very loud and without a view.

Stayed there afterbriding solo to pokhara. Easy to find and free parking. Walking distance to main street.

Great clean hotel with AMAZING views, highly recommend staying here!

Great clean hotel with AMAZING views, highly recommend staying here!

Good location near lake with parking. Hotel is ok for price one pay.

I like washing room, bed because it is clean. I don’t like internet because it is slow

Great location with beautiful Himalayan views from our private balcony. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent!

We had a great stay! Friendly service and nice suites. Location was great and easy to access restaurants, shops and the lake. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel Splendid View is in a quieter area than the center of Lakeside about 1 km away. The views of the Annapurna Himal are great. Overall this is a well run hotel with a sundeck that is warm in the afternoon. The Buffet Breakfast is a little bland but good enough to start the day.

When we visited there was no chance of a mountain view due to the smog and general atmospheric conditions; so I can’t comment on the potential view. Situated just a short walk from the tourist part of town and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice basic hotel. Clean and tidy and quiet.

Comparing high standards of Nepal's hospitality, my shocking encounter at check in were a disaster. Booked 2 mountain view double or twin deluxe room at a higher price through 'Hotels.com' app. Full payment made in by Master card in advance. Arrived on 17th February around 3pm. Receptionist completely ignored my bookings on app and printed copy including money receipt. He said it is a normal room and if I don't like then I can go to other hotel. As per hotel's term it is non-refunfable, so I shall loose my Singapore dollar 204/-. Since I had no choice I had to moved to a normal room. After around 30minutes, bell boy followed by the same receptionist came up to say that indeed the rooms booked are mountain view. The rooms are being prepared and we would be able to shift in 30 minutes time. There were no apology for the harassments in front of my companions and other guests around. Rooms description in the app is not correct. No safe in the room and it is only part mountain view. Toilet core latch defection, hand shower does not work & solar other old age defects. Guest should be aware of unexpected arrogant encounter, if they paid the full amount in advance. Hotel's location good. But customer service or system is defection or it could be straight forward intention to deceive.

The hotel is located in a good area and the Mountain View rooms have a beautiful view. The rooms themselves need updating and better cleaning, including replacing moldy shower curtains. The bed was made daily and two bottles of water per day were given.

We stayed in the Hotel Splendid View in October. The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful. He helped us book a few trips and got us tickets to fly out on our last day. I will be back in Nepal and this is a must stay for travelers.

Good breakfast. Noisy heater and poor tv reception

Excellent view of Annapurna range of snow capped mountains from the balcony as well as terrace. The AC was very small - unable to cope with the heat.

As the name suggests you can get a great view of the mountains. The manager and staff were very helpful. I was in Pokhara for only 3 night and the manager sat down with me and organised trips to help me get the best out of my stay. Close to all the amenities and the lake, but quiet at night.

The staff was great and helpful
