Il palazzo vecchio, nella stanza non funzionava il frigo bar,la cassaforte aveva fili penzolanti, il lenzuolo aveva una macchia e nel bagno ai rubinetti mancavano quelle parti ke si avvitano x filtrare l acqua (evidentemente se li erano fregati ma non li hanno rimessi,e quindi il getto dell acqua andava un po ovunque). Camera carina anke se in alcuni punti mancava la pittura ma x un 2 stelle può anke andare. Alla reception tutte gentilissime e carinissime

У апартаментов нет вывески. Мы с трудом по Google maps нашли это место, ключи и ресепшн находятся в соседнем отеле за углом. В описании не сказано, что апартаменты находятся на 3 этаже старинного здания, где в лифт с трудом помещаются только два человека с чемоданами и он такой старый, как будто построен в 15 веке, как само здание, и больше не ремонтировался. Мы выезжали в 6 утра и лифт не работал, нам пришлось тащить свои чемоданы на руках по лестнице. Мусорные контейнеры расположены прямо во дворе дома и воняют до третьего этажа. И что еще было сюрпризом - в соседней комнате наших апартаментов были заселены другие люди. То есть фактически мы сняли одну комнату в трехкомнатных апартаментах с общим холлом и мини-кухней. В самой комнате из одной кровати, стоило на нее сесть, выпала пружина. Я отправила фото этой пружины хозяину, но ответа не получила.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The location is just next to Roma Termini station, 2mins walk! Staffs were helpful and friendly, they let us leave our stuffs for couple hours after check out. There’s an ac which is a must on summer time!
More pillow would be more comfortable.

L'unica pecca se devo criticare qualcosa, sono i bidoni per la raccolta differenziata nell'androne di entrata del palazzo.Ma essendo all'interno di un palazzo anche ad uso condominiale va capito.

Reviewed May 28, 2026⚠️ Siamo stati DERUBATI mentre dormivamo – sicurezza inesistente Durante il soggiorno presso Clara Domus, nella notte qualcuno è entrato nella nostra stanza, CHIUSA DEBITAMENTE A CHIAVE mentre io e il mio compagno stavamo dormendo ed hanno RUBATO IL MIO CELLULARE. Al nostro risveglio abbiamo trovato nella serratura esterna un secondo mazzo di chiavi DI PROPRIETÀ DEL B&B. Con l'intervento dei carabinieri sul posto si è constatato che le chiavi delle camere erano conservate in un cassetto della hall non chiuso a chiave. Questo rendeva possibile, di fatto, l’accesso alle stanze da parte di chiunque avesse accesso all’area comune. Non c’è stata alcuna effrazione: l’ingresso è stato reso possibile da una gestione delle chiavi del tutto inadeguata. A questo si aggiunge un ulteriore problema molto grave: il chiavistello interno della porta non funzionava correttamente e girava a vuoto, rendendo di fatto impossibile chiudersi dall’interno.La struttura è dotata di una telecamera che, guarda un po’, non registra, ma cattura solo live quindi non esiste alcuna documentazione di quanto accaduto (e i ladri lo sapevano perchè hanno agito senza preoccupazione). La gestione successiva è stata di una vergogna inaudita: il proprietario si è detto esente da responsabilità perchè secondo lo stesso NOI AVREMMO DOVUTO CHIUDERE I TELEFONI IN CASSAFORTE MENTRE DORMIVAMO (è presente una cassaforte nella stanza, all’interno dell’armadio, ma anche questa non è funzionante, tutto documentato da video). TUTTAVIA le chiavi utilizzate per entrare in camera SONO DI SUA GESTIONE E DI SUA RESPONSABILITÀ' configurandosi un concorso in reato e una responsabilità civile illimitata. Non è stato un semplice furto ma UNA VIOLAZIONE DI DOMICILIO. Un pazzo avrebbe potuto ucciderci lì, nel letto mentre dormivamo. NON SOGGIORNATE IN QUESTA STRUTTURA. NON E' GARANTITA NESSUNA SICUREZZA, ANZI. Siamo sicuri che loro (chi lavora li) sono stati complici del furto.

Stanza sporca, con muri visibilmente macchiati. Avevano indicato la presenza di un angolo cottura con gas, ma ho trovato solo una piastra elettrica rotta e non funzionante. Ho contattato la struttura per chiedere la sostituzione, ma non è stato possibile risolvere il problema. Inoltre, era segnalato un frigorifero con congelatore, ma in realtà c’era solo un piccolo frigo senza freezer. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è conveniente. Non lo consiglio

La comunicación con la recepción, tuvimos problemas con el ascensor, nos quedamos atrapados dentro y literal ni se preocuparon por ayudarnos, nos dijieron cuando vuelva la luz volverá a funcionar más nada!!!
