AMAZING!!! Love this place. Rooms super good. People who work the the best. Noise you can barely hear anything in the rooms. Don’t get me started on the food. The food is better than good. It was sparkly clean. Cheap, and “W” the receptionists love them. Right next to sea. Tennis courts. 4 ( lush) SWIMING POOLS.

We had amazing stay in the hotel last weekend (4nights) in seaview rooms. Hotel is situated in quiet location with wonderful views! Rooms are very clean and contemporary! Breakfast provided wide choice with cava served to breakfast which was nice add on. Swimming pools clean and not busy. And most importantly, staff was just lovely and helpful. Really really enjoyed our stay!

In a beautiful peaceful location lays this modern, tranquil hotel with exquisite sea views, great food & the best & friendliest staff ever. We’d booked a sea view room they all have balconies with modern style deckchairs. I think it’s a no smoking hotel but I did smell smoke from the outside bar ànd also on the balcony of my room a couple of times! The place was spotless thé maid service was wonderful. I also got taught some Spanish by them they worked so hard and were nothing but friendly & helpful The views are breathtaking, sea view rooms costing more but worth it. We also booked half board. As the immediate area is so quiet there aren’t many places to eat plus the hotel food was marvellous. The hotel breakfasts are great and plentiful too with hot ànd cold international food. I loved the baked items. It’s buffet style meals with waiters to seat you, they fight the coffee machines in the morning to keep them going but come evening service they take drinks orders and provide a super efficient bussing service. They were all warm and friendly. Sorry I never said bye bye Sito who made me smile every day. After breakfast you can chose a walk passed à local Spar shop (you have a fridge in your room) down passed thé beautiful golf course, along the waterside, down to the local beach & woodlands or turn the other way & go passed all the local characterful houses. The bus stop is near the Spar shop & another hotel ànd you can venture all over the island, with one change you can get to Palma. We didn’t get outside Alcudia there were so many places to visit easily by bus. The truly international reception staff were wonderfully helpful with information about getting around & thé best places to see. They are the best reception team I’ve ever come across. This was good as we went with Jet 2 on our first ever visit to Mallorca but had no visits from a Rep just a text message & no pack of information from them either. Karol, a member of the hotel staff was assigned by the hotel as their customer experience liaison, an incredibly friendly person, very kind and always had time for you. If you wanted just to relax you could book one of their many Spa treatments or could lay out and sunbathe. Pedro by the pool was such a good life guard and dispensed towels, lovely man. The pools ranged in depth & warmth on the warmest days there was a bit of competition for beds and umbrellas but you could always find somewhere near one of the 3 pools. There was a spa pool too not used by me, perhaps next time. It’s definitely the kind of place you want to return to, a beautiful, well run hotel in a heavenly little place but with easy connections for sporting activities ⛳️ 🚴‍♂️ locally and to transport for going out & exploring Mallorca. Best things peaceful, beautiful, clean, friendly, great food.

We really enjoyed our seven-night stay at Inmood Aucanda. We had a rear-facing room, so no sea view, but we had a nice peaceful terrace with chairs. The room was well equipped including kettle, fridge, safe, A/C and a ceiling fan. The poolside areas were nicely landscaped with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. We stayed on a half-board basis and thought there was an excellent selection of food for breakfast and dinner. We didn't have a car, so used the hotel's minibus once to get to the port, and otherwise took the local bus, which took us to Alcudia old town, or with a change there, on to Pollenca old town and its port. In summary, the hotel exceeded our expectations and I'd like to commend all of the staff who were helpful, friendly and courteous; they also seemed to have an outstanding esprit de corps.

This is a wonderful hotel. Great staff throughout the hotel from the receptionists through the restaurants and bars. The lobby sets the scene and is modern with contemporary sculptures, art and seating. The rooms are small but superbly clean and well equipped. The pool areas are very attractive and with a great view of the sea. The food in the restaurant ( breakfast and dinner) was some of the best we have had in any hotel being fresh, varied and freshly cooked. The balcony restaurant has great views over the sea. The hotel is a mile outside Alcudia which is easily reached by walking, bus or hotel shuttle. Overall a superb hotel which we fully recommend.

The hotel is located a 20 minute walk into Alcudia. The hotel has a small mini bus thats free to the Harbour, runs 4 times a day. The hotel has a modern feel to it, recently refurbished. We travelked as a couple. The room we had was clean and very nice, not a lot of storage. There was complimentary cold drinks in the fridge and tea and coffee , but none of these are replenished once used.the pools were small but enough for a cool down. The downside was pool time was 11am till 7pm. We like to get out early on holiday . The food was very nice a fair selection. We were half board , drinks available with breakfast but not with evening meal. Found out we had to pay for water with the evening meal, we thought this was not acceptable. Other drinks yes but not for water. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return. There is a small spa shop a very short walk from the hotel if you want drinks or bits and bobs.

We just had a wonderful week at his lovely hotel. The food was excellent, especially the choice of pasta and puddings in the evenings. There were always sunbeds available throughout the day, and there was never an early morning rush to claim your sunbeds. The reception staff were helpful, and the catering staff also kind and courteous. I should also give a mention of the housekeeping staff who efficently attended our room each day. On a negative note, there was algae around the pools that should have been attended to, and the lifesaver, who gives out the towels was a bit grumpy at times, but these were small issues compared to how enjoyable the stay was. Admittedly, there aren't many shops or restaurants in the vicinity but there are cheap busses leaving every hour to Alcudia Port. From there there are lots of other local busses which go to other resorts, and we used several of these quite easily. There is also a free hotel run shuttle bus that runs during the day. One little gem that we discovered by accident was the meals at the local golf club restaurant. They offer a set 2 course menu which includes a bottle of wine, and a bottle of water with plenty of bread and alioli. (There is actually a lot of choice on the menu). We had a great chicken and avocado salad and lasagne for starters followed by salmon in a mild coconut curry sauce and cod in a creamy sauce as mains. The 2 courses also became a 3 course as we were told a pudding DID come with the set meal. (A small cake with ice cream and fruit). Cost was just 30 euro a head. All this with stunning views were stunning in a quiet location. It was so peaceful and un rushed. Well worth the money. Back to the hotel....We had lovely rom with a sea view (which we upgraded to), and the rooms had both fans and air conditioning. The gym and sauna areas are small but very nice. Free sauna and steam room were available every day and towels were also available from the attendant. We really enjoyed our holiday and would love to return one day.

We had an average stay at Inmood overall. We didn't receive the best service, with reception staff in particular being dismissive and disinterested. The rooms are modern but small, the showers leak water all over the floor and it's intimate as there's no door to the toilet, just wooden slats into the bathroom. The hotel has 4 nice pools, in fairly good condition but in need of a clean with algae on the edges of the pool. There's a small Indoor Spa too with Pool, Sauna and Steam room and gym which is handy on rainy days. We were staying on a b&b basis, and the breakfast was sufficient but they didn't have many healthy options each day other than fruit, the tea and coffee machines were awful. There was also a bar/eating area, with a very limited food menu which was also stupidly expensive for both food & drink. The hotel is in a very quiet location with only a small grocery shop and 2 restaurants close by. The beach is rocks and pebbles so wouldn't recommend that either. It's a long way from the Port and the Old Town of Alcudia. We weren't told about the bus route into the Port until our 2nd day, with buses running hourly on the hour. Much cheaper than taxis which cost €7-10 and take 10mins as it's at least a 35min walk. Taxis to Old Town Alcudia are around the same price, barely 5 mins extra by car. We had booked a massage each through the Spa, so elected to stay in the hotel until our 4pm & 5pm appointments. My wife went down 10 mins before and was told that it was cancelled as the staff member was ill. No one called us or notified us, even though they knew much earlier in the day and had my mobile or room number. Meaning we had wasted a whole day staying at the hotel. When we went to get the money refunded the staff member was not very understanding and blamed the fact that the hotel and spa are technically different companies and it wasn't their fault. No apology was given to us, which was really disappointing and frustrating. Not even an offer of compensation like a drink in the bar. Really poor hospitality and service. We also asked about late checkout as on the leaflet they say 2pm or 5pm is available at extra cost. We asked 48 hours before our departure date, and were told to come back the following day as our room was not booked for our departure date. So we came back again and one of the staff members shook her head and said it's not possible even though no one was needing to check in. Why give the option if you don't allow it? Meaning we had to vacate our room at 12pm for a 6pm pickup. Far from ideal. Overall it really should be a 3* hotel, if you want quiet and far away from anything then it's perfect for you, but I wouldn't recommend staying her to any friends or family, especially not at the price we paid and the cost of food and drink. It's also not suitable for families with children due to the steep hotel layout and lots of steps.

I have just returned from a 4 night stay, and can not recommend this hotel enough. The pictures really do not do this hotel justice. From the moment you arrive, the staff are beyond welcoming. The hotel has been newly renovated, is spotless, modern and so picturesque throughout. The rooms are a good size and cleaned daily if you wish. The pool areas never seem busy, was always able to get a sun lounger and the views over the sea are beautiful. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus into Aucanada and Alcudia Port, and the bus for old town Alcudia is a 1 min walk from the hotel entrance. The food is great, a brilliant selection at breakfast and a good variety at dinner. I want to say a massive thankyou to Marco in the restaurant, he truly is an asset to the hotel. He made everyone feel so welcome and worked so hard. The pool bar had a good selection of drinks and the food was of good standard. Overall I highly recommended this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

I had a wonderful stay ( with my mom)at Inmood Aucanada and can highly recommend this hotel. It is a peaceful place, perfect for those who value relaxation and privacy. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, making it ideal for guests looking to truly unwind. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and high quality in every meal. The hotel clearly takes pride in offering a great dining experience. Special thanks go to Marcos in the restaurant. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Adria and Vasyl at the reception helped us every time as well. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with wonderful staff, great food, and a serene environment. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing holiday on Mallorca

Just had a 4 day stay at the Inmood Aucanada, I can honestly say I have had the most amazing time. The room was immaculately clean and modern, cleaned and towels changed daily. The staff are all courteous and knowledgeable. The food is superb, maybe the best I have had in any hotel. The pools are chilled and a real oasis of relaxation. The sea is a few steps away with a small cove for swimming. I travelled with my 16 year old daughter and we both would give the hotel 5 stars. We will definitely be returning. Well done to the management and hotel staff especially Thoma (I think that is how it is spelt) at reception who was very helpful and always polite and welcoming.

Really lovely hotel located perfectly in the quiet spot of Alcanada. Friendly hotel staff who are more than happy to help at all times. Clean, modern hotel. Room was perfectly sized. Beautiful view from the terrace breakfast spot every morning. We were only bed and breakfast but it was a lovely fresh selection of food and freshly squeezed orange juice. We have no complaints at all we had such a perfect time staying here.

Not a very good experience and I would recommend that you avoid this hotel as there are much better options close by. Reception staff were not very friendly and got our room booking wrong and took a very long time to sort this out. The air conditioning stopped working one night on the whole of our floor and when we asked for an update we were informed it will not work until the morning making it a very uncomfortable night. The water temperature in the shower was awful. One second it would be boiling hot to the point it could have scalded us and then it would turn freezing cold. I would be extremely worried if a child was left alone in the shower as would probably get burn marks. We did complain about this only to be told that that this has always been the case and there is little they can do about that. The view out of our window was of buildings covered in graffiti. Most of the buffet food was not covered - especially the salad and deserts and had flies around it which was very off putting. This hotel is about an hour away from the airport which is far too long. Quite a dull atmosphere in the hotel with nothing really going on and very overpriced in comparison to other similar hotels in the area. Certainly would not be going back to this hotel even for a heavily reduced price and would not recommend to friends/family.

Das Frühstück war exzellent mit einer äußerst reichhaltigen Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen - da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Stayed here for my birthday & I’m glad I did, surprised me with a complimentary bottle & cakes. Truly made my day! Staff were lovely. Close to Port Alcudia & the main strip itself.

We stayed the second time in this hotel. It was again an exceptionally nice experience: such stunning views from the room. Good breakfast (I would prefer fresh orange juice though), super friendly staff and a calm location.

Lovely stay in June. Beautiful modern hotel. The interior has a sleek finish with rooms offering a cool calm palette of colours. 4 pools, 3 outside and 1 spa pool. Waiter service by the pool offering drinks and food when required. Food was excellent at the outside bar for lunch and the restaurant offered buffet style food, all of a high quality and mixed variety. Being coeliac they were extremely attentive offering a huge range of GF muffins, bread rolls, bread, biscuits and cakes. Each morning and evening I was shown what food options were GF. I had plenty of choice. Special shout out to Marcos in the restaurant, he was amazing, very friendly and helpful. We made good use of the spa, the plunge pool was great for cooling down! The gym is ok with a couple of running machines, a couple of spin bikes (one has a wobbly seat) and a good selection of weights (my sons enjoyed these) only downside, there was no air con in the gym. My husband and sons played tennis during our stay, this is free. The tennis courts are over the road from the hotel. The pools and pool area are spotlessly clean. You can explore the coastline outside the hotel. There’s a little shop a short walk for bottles of water (the hotel charge for water) although you can get chilled water at reception from a water dispenser. If you walk towards the sea opposite the hotel there is a little track that follows the coastline. There’s several little areas with steps into the sea and a couple of small beach areas. The sea is amazing! Take a snorkel! You can walk into Port De Alcudia however it’s around 25 minutes. A taxi is around 8 euros. We had a hire car and you can park for free in a large car park in Alcudia and walk to the beach front. Overall we had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. There was a little disruption due to ongoing renovation. New rooms and a rooftop bar are being added so building work was ongoing. It wasn’t constant and we all used AirPods when sunbathing round the pool! There is music played round the pool which creates a good vibe. Once the work is finished the hotel will be even more stunning. I definitely recommend this hotel and the quieter part of Alcudia. Car hire is a good idea, we drive to Port De Pollenca, Old Town Alcudia, both beautiful resorts and Cala D’Or was nice for a walk along the beach. We had an afternoon at Alcudia beach which was very busy so we headed back to the quietness of the hotel!

Vi elsket oppholdet vårt. Det var et fint , oppdatert hotell. Designen var fin. Rommene super fine, og med balkong. Hvis du vil ha fin utsikt, er det lurt å spørre om det. Fine basseng , og en liten søt strand rett over veien. Beligenheten er et lite stykke unna Alcudia men bussen stopper rett ved. Personalet var hyggelige! tennis er inkludert i prisen og utlpn Det var en fin touch.

Amazing Property, service and relaxing location

This hotel was in a fantastic location if you want quiet. However, to stay at this property you really need a car and their parking on site is 20 euros a day which is very expensive. There’s free street parking but someone tried to break into our car so use at your own risk. The fridge and fan was broken in the room and most of the umbrellas around the pool do not stay open without assistance. Their staff is not very friendly either.

The resort itself is beautiful and I’m sure the hotel will be too when it’s finished but they are not telling people it’s like a building site . It’s still not finished . Constant drilling and hammering right by the pool and restaurant from 9am - 4pm every day . We upgraded to a premium sea view too but had a view of the builders everyday . Really disappointing when we only had 5 nights there . Mentioned it to reception and zero response .

La vue et l'environnement

The property is under construction which wasn't noted on the reservation page. Because of this the gym was not open which was one of my search criteria. Parking was very limited.

Poor. No one told us the hotel is partially closed due to refurbishment and construction. No proper reception, indoor restaurant, the services and facilities were very poor. The beach and watersports are a joke. Non existent on both counts.

Although the hotel was still under renovation, they pulled out all the stops to make our stay special. It's in a beautiful location with the Boat House bar connecting it to the sea and beach area. Breakfast was served by the pool with plenty of cover from the sun if required and plenty of choices on offer from the attentive staff. Love to stay again when all the renovations have been carried out.

I enjoyed my stay, the hotel is positioned in a quiet area, has beautiful sea views and the food is delicious. One drawback is the beach is actually a small patch of sand, so we have visited nearby beaches to swim. Very confortable, and I would return anytime.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The food was excellent- plenty of choice and very tasty. Good entertainment during the night. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a lovely area. Nice and quiet. Will definitely be back.

Breath-taking view on the sea, the calm, exquisite breakfast, life music in the evenings and professional, helpful and smiling staff. Beautiful surroundings invite to hikes, bicycle tours, swimming, kayaking and other water activities.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel ,everything was clean ,tidy and well organised Staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent The pools were good with 3 different areas with pools of different depths We ate the 1st evening in the Hotel ,a great buffet ,we also had lunch by the pool which was basic but of good quality

Very nice and relaxing hotel, very clean and always kept tidy The only thing keeping this from a 5 star was the fact some of the pool facilities weren't working, and the pool itself could do with abit of TLC in places, but we did go there towards the end of the season so that may be the reason Other than that, food was great, staff were friendly and there is a local bus service that can take you into the town every hour or if you like walking it's about 25ish mins to walk

This hotel is a little gem. The rooms are immaculate and the location even better - 50 seconds outside the front hotel and you’re on the beach with unobstructed views from the main entrance. Lovely pools, never too busy. Food is basic but good, although breakfast far better than dinner. Brilliant stay, thank you inmood

Lovely boutique style hotel. Sections of the hotel are still being renovated, and we opted to stay in a new room with an ocean facing room on an all inclusive package. Reception A warm welcome when we arrived, the all inclusive package was explained to us on arrival. The reception area is beautiful, plenty of comfortable seating, art display and scented - smells like heaven. Lemon water is available from a small dispenser at the reception desk. Check in was quick and we were able to arrange a car rental for a day of excursions, taxi airport transfers easily. Bicycle and scooter rentals are available as well. Our flight out was very late, and we were able to stay and enjoy the pool for the remainder of the afternoon after checkout with a complimentary room provided to refresh ourselves before our transfer arrived. Room Beautifully styled, lovely view and very comfortable. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable. The room had a mini fridge (not stocked), coffee/tea facilities, complimentary toiletries of very good quality, hairdryer, overhead fan, balcony with seating, small sitting area and excellent air conditioning. 2 small bottles of water are provided on arrival. Restaurants The main restaurant is buffet style. A good selection of vegetarian choices were available at each meal. If you are a picky eater, vegan or have food allergie I advise that you contact the hotel prior. The breakfast buffet was small but diverse. Selection of pasties/breads, fruits, yoghurts, cheeses, cold meats, eggs (scrambled, fried, boiled), sausages, crepes, doughnuts, cereals, muesli, juices etc. Sparkling wine was also offered for those interested. The lunch and dinner buffets were fairly similar. Each buffet had a choice of soup, salads, breads, seafood and local dishes. Desserts were typical pastries and mousses, and ice cream. Local dishes were offered at every buffet as well. We were all inclusive, so our drinks were included. The wines and sparkling wines are decent, cocktail quality was highly dependent on the bartender making it. Amstel was the beer offered on tap - very good. We found most of the dishes excellent. It is typical for an all inclusive hotel to have an a la cart restaurant that is not included in the all inclusive package - here the restaurant next to the beach is not included. We had lunch there, it is a pleasant spot right next to the beach and water but regrettably the food was not up to par and we did not enjoy it. We think the hotel is missing out on an opportunity to use this as a tapas and wine restaurant - it would be a great spot for this. There is a poolside restaurant and bar, we preferred to have lunch here rather than the buffet lunch. The menu is great and has a fun vibe. Water is available for free by the glass at all the bars, no plastic bottled water is available. Take a reusable bottle with you to keep in the room or with you (we purchased two while out in the nearby port). Pools Pool area is lovely and relaxing. There are circular cascading pools and a shallow wading pool. We had no issue finding a lounger or umbrella. It is against the rules to save a lounger, or to leave your stuff while you go have lunch etc, preventing other people from using the space. The lifeguard on duty will remove items people leave to save loungers, however she was only on duty from 11am. We would just remove the items ourselves if we needed a spot and the people were gone for longer than 15 min. Spa/gym This is the only negative point I have unfortunately. We booked the hotel partly because they have a spa area. The area has a very clinical gym like feel, which would be fine except that both the sauna and steam room are not in good condition. The bottom sauna benches are splintered and unstable. The steam room had a horrible rotten smell, and several of the overhead lights fittings were empty with wires exposed. It is also quite moldy. There are some steam and spray showers available which don't work as they should. The gym itself is basic, with a few machines, no free weights. On the plus side the indoor pool is amazing. Great jacuzzi and spray options at the press of a button. I hope the hotel renovates this area soon. Beach The beach across the road from the hotel is very tiny and is not cleared of debris. If you would like to visit the beach I recommend taking the shuttle run by the hotel into town, about a 5 min drive. There is a large and beautiful beach, which at low tide has a very shallow side that is great for kids. The shuttle runs from around 10am to 5pm. There is a bus stop about 150 m from the hotel that also runs right into town. Activities Free yoga was offered every morning. The instructor was wonderful, I really recommend this. Evening entertainment was arranged by the hotel, and was quite diverse. We enjoyed the classical guitarist the most, but skipped out on the dj nights. The hotel is not child free, but I would not consider it a great location for small children. The location and layout of the hotel is better suited for adults. Overall we had a lovely time and can only recommend the hotel.

Good hotel where many do ‘all inclusive’ as restaurant service is all geared around buffet which is well presented and varied. Room with sea view ( floor 5,6 needed for this) was very good apart from limited wardrobe space for two. Pool areas very pleasant, tidy and well serviced. Evening musical entertainment was ok singers better than trad’ guitarist and sax’.Locality is very pleasant with a couple of other largish hotels nearby. Only one or two cafe bars nearby as alternatives. Pebbly swimming beach a 30m walk from hotel door. Godd bus service into Alcudia and further afield from nearby - we travelled to Pollenca and Alcudia Old Town. We hired a car for 3 days €200 via hotel desk - very simple but street parking unless you pay €30 a day at hotel. Used this to visit Palma (1 hour) , Port de Soller (50min) , Sineu (45min) and Port de Polenca. Our first trip to Majorca is unlikely to be hour last.

Offre pauvre pour cet hôtel à moitié rénové, standard médiocre pour une chambre à 285 eur/ nuit. Manque de personnel évident. Chambre faite une fois en un séjour de 7 nuits. Pas de climatisation mais un peu plutôt d’air frais. L’endroit est magnifique alors choisissez un autre hôtel.

Super fint værelse med flot havudsigt. Det var umuligt at få en liggeplads ved det fine poolområde, hvilket var ærgerligt. I de fire dage vi var der, var det ikke muligt for os at ligge ved poolen. Morgenmaden havde et stort udvalg, men var meget smagsløs. Hotellet var flot, moderne og godt indrettet beliggende ved en skøn strand.

Lovely traditional location, away from the crowds, but walking distance to town.

Eldre hotell utvidet i flere faser og som bærer preg av utvikling gjennom flere tiår. De eldre delene er lite skjermet for støy gjennom selve bygningskroppen, og en del av rommene vendt bakover mot plen/mur mot veg var preget av mugglukt. Gamle og dårlige heiser. Veldig godt fungerende luftkondisjoneringsanlegg. Renholdet meget bra, fleksible renholdere. Maten var helt grei, men typisk for et såkalt "all inclusive"-hotell. Bassengene og uteområdene forøvrig var veldig bra. Den umiddelbare nærheten til koselig og intim strand var positivt, samtidig som avstanden til Port Alcudia opplevdes negativt. Tilgangen på drosjer var liten, noe som medførte lange ventetider. Hotel President ligger i et område med liten tilgang på eksterne restauranter, faktisk kun to av god klasse. Alt i alt et ok opphold.

the staff was friendly the hotel was clean but you cant say this is a 4 stars hotel.. the beds are too rigid and not a hotel standard. the elevator is too slow, uncomfortable and smelly. safe , towels and almost everything you use you have to make a deposit at the counter which rare for a 4 stars hotel that has pools and right in front the beach. not 100% recommended.

Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Gloria on reception, a big thank you to her for trying to help me so much with the problem with our transfer. Hotel was quiet so plenty of free sun beds etc. Only thing that needs improvement lent was that the beds in room are very hard. I did read this in another review before booking and thought they would t be that bad but found sleeping difficult and have come home with a very bad back as a result. Everything else at hotel was great though :-)

L'hotel est situé à 30 min à pied du port d'alcudia mais l'hotel met à disposition 4 navettes par jour. sa localisation est parfaite pour éviter la foule et l'effervecence de la ville avec quelques belles criques en bas de l'hotel. le personnel de l'hotel est vraiment tres agréable. l'hotel est très propre, seul bémol : les chambres sont tres mal isolées...

Отель требует ремонта, ржавые защелки на дверях ванны в добавок облупленная краска на дверях. За сейф за доп плату даже писать не хочу. Меню хотя и было относительно разнообразным, но готовились блюда из дешевых продуктов, приличного сыра не было вообще, а ветчина и колбасы для ширпотреба. Понравилось место расположения, без суеты и шума, купаться надо ходить в сторону гольф клуба, а вечером прогулка в Порт Алькудию. Сам остров достоин того, чтобы посетить его ещё раз. В отеле нормальное только спа с аквааэробикой.

Hotellet fremstår med 4 stjerner, hvilket undrer meget. Det fremstår gennemgående slidt og misligholdt. Med vores kendskab til 4-stjernede hoteller (og i øvrigt også 3- og 5-stjernede), var vores oplevelse, at det i bedste fald kan snige sig op på små 3-stjerner. Vi ankom om aftenen med en booking på 8 nætter, men valgte at afbryde opholdet efter en nat og flytte til Hotel Condesa Eden, Alcudia ( ligger på stranden) 4 nætter og derefter til Hotel Eden Port de Soller 3 nætter. Begge hoteller kan varmt anbefales. Velholdte, rene og med super beliggenhed ned til stranden.

The outdoor facilities, such as pools and gardens were very good and well kept. Out problems were partly due to the flight. Because of the weather the, the pilot did not want to land at Palma; he killed the approach and flew us back to Barcelona where we were dumped with no help, advice or food. Our arrival time at Palma was to be 15.10 on the 10th of Sept.; our eventual arrival time at our Hotel in Mallorca was 04.00 Hrs on the 11th Sept. After check in we went our room to find there was no water. We are moved to another room but had to move back to the first room after 4 hours sleep. The room had hot water but not cold Water!! We were delayed again, having missed dinner the day before we nearly missed breakfast which closed at 11.00 AM. Although we had contacted the help of line of Expedia and were promised a rerun call Tel. call, we had no help and no call.

Eldre hotell med vedlikeholdsbehov. Dør til rommet var treg , heis sto annenhver dag , veldig lytt , en del gretne personell spesielt blant kelnere.Var lovet rom med utsikt mot resorten. Det fikk vi ikke. Stort pluss for god mat. Hadde halvpensjon.Stort minus for at all drikke måtte kjøpes hver dag til høy pris. Shuttelbuss gratis 4 ganger daglig til havna.

Det er et fantastisk dejligt hotel. MEGET serviceminded personale, overdådig buffet både morgen og aften, utrolig skønne faciliteter og alt var bare i orden. Det lille stykke strand der hører med til hotellet har også en skøn strandbar. Helt sikkert et sted vi vil anbefale til andre.

Location was excellent. Food was good but a little limited in choice - catered to German tastes. Disappointed that water was not provided with meals unless paid for. Very limited parking spaces. Much appreciated fridge in room - would have liked a kettle.

Hotel barely 20% full, so very quiet. Food choice maybe 95% of last year's visit ( choice not quite so good ) Plenty of free sunbeds, little noise at night as many rooms empty. Entertainment was rubbish...the 'winners' of the prize draw ( prizes = drinks from the bar ) were on all inclusive!! Fix??? Will go again in 2020 or 2021

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Einziger Makel ist der mickrige und wirklich nicht schöne Hotelstrand.

Très beau établissement. Le spa était super et les animatrices au top. En restauration, un partie du personnel pas très accueillant mais ça reste favorable. Hôtel propre. Par contre, les chambres était moyennes sinon salle de bain propre. En général, c'était sympa!

EL hotel esta bien a nivel de instalaciones (zonas comunes, comedor, spa, piscinas), quizás las habitaciones podrían tener una decoración un poco mas actual. El personal de este hotel es encantador. Lo mejor sin duda, junto al enorme buffet disponible.

Hôtel agréable. Assez bien situé. Les lits ne sont pas des plus confortable que nous ayons pu connaître. La nourriture au restaurant est assez moyenne. Hôtel quelconque un peu vétuste. Personnel très agréable, les chambres Quelconque les matelas sont défoncés et ancien la vue sur mer depuis les chambres super. Propreté très bien . Les piscines sont très bien ainsi que le spa. La nourriture style buffet est digne d’une cantine de seconde zone absolument déplorable sauf le petit déjeuner. En demi pension on ne peut pas avoir un verre à eau gratuit il fait payer 5 euro, déplorable ....je ne recommande pas cet hôtel à des amis Question à la réception quelle est la température de la piscine. Personne ne sait ... non loin de l hôtel des travaux importants sont en cour et le bruit des machine de chantier est ennuyeux. La plage est quasi inexistante de la place probablement pour une dizaine de personnes

Wir hatten eine Suite mit Meerblick gebucht. Leider verlief direkt an unserem Balkon die Strasse, wo Tag und Nacht laute, stinkende Reisebusse anhielten uns ohne den Motor auszuschalten auf die aus- und einsteigende Gäste gewartet haben. Für nächtliche Störung sorgte zusätzlich bei offenen Tür stattfindende Animation und im Anschluss Bargäste, sowie im allgemeinen sehr hellhörige Zimmer. Auch der laute, abgeschlossene und immer trübselig Speiseraum war eine absolute Katastrophe. Es gibt praktisch keinen Hotelstrand und der kleine Abschnitt, wo man ins Wasser gehen konnte, war nie sauber gemacht worden und mit gerade 14 Sonnenliegen für ca. 300 Gäste bestückt.

Our room had two single beds together rather than a double and they were not very comfortable. We could hear quite loud music from our room from an outdoor bar until 2300. The food provided was of relatively low quality though you could always find something acceptable and breakfast was OK.However,the juice and coffee were poor.

Skulle være 4+ hotell, men ville høyst ha gitt det 2+. Ikke vask av rommet 3 av 6 dager. Kun tyskere og engelskmenn og sure servitører trekker ned.

На Майорке я бывал много раз , но всегда останавливался в другой части острова, в Санта-Понсе или в Аренале. И могу смело констатировать по месту расположения этот отель очень сильно выигрывает. Тут совсем нет толп народа, и совсем близко прекрасная природа. Я уже не говорю про шикарный вид из окон ( у меня был номер с Sea Veiw). До пляжа, правда очень маленького, всего метров 50 ! ))) Но купаться-окунуться вполне можно и опять же нет толп народа)). Конечно до настоящего пляжа нужно ехать, но данный отель вообще предполагает, что постоялец приезжает на машине. Кстати, парковка, хоть и не очень большая есть, да и на улице, особенно если немного пройти , места вполне достаточно. Отель вполне комфортный, персонал вполне дружественный и улыбчивый. Соотечественников было не слишком много и ели они себя вполне прилично. В основном немцы, но были и французы и восточно-европейцы и англичане, куда уж без них. В отеле есть вариант all inclusive и поэтому немалая часть постояльцев проводили дни напролет и бара с пивом и анимацией. Но все было тихо , да и закрывалось около 10 вечера. Убирали каждый день, но может быть не всегда в удобное время, поэтому пару раз пришлось уборщицу оставить ни с чем. Отель расположен на склоне горы, между двумя улицами, соответственно входы есть и на первом и на более высоких этажах. На парковку например, или в бассейны, нужно подниматься на третий этаж. Про питание. Мне оно не понравилось, т.к. был явный акцент на рыбу и морепродукты. Хорошо!

The hotel was brilliantly located, at the front of an amazing beach with a nice beach bar. Difficult to move around without a car though. Food was good, sometimes a bit repetitive, but there was also lots of Mallorca products. It is a must to have a room with sea view over the bay, it is amazing. Check in took more than 30 min but the rest was fine. Also they changed our towels everyday even when not required, so not exactly environmentally friendly.

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel . Notre suite junior vue mer très bien équipée avec une salle de bain moderne et spacieuse , une grande terrasse surplombant la mer à été pour nous une très bonne surprise ! Le personnel souriant et attentif a toujours un mot gentil pour les clients . L environnement de l hôtel est très beau et reposant. Le snack et sa petite plage en bas de l hotel sont un lieu idéal pour boire un verre sur la belle terrasse Le fait que l hôtel soit un peu à l écart du port n est pas un inconvénient mais permet de profiter du calme . Les piscines elles aussi sont très agréables et pas surpeuplées . Je recommande à 100 % et espère y revenir

Das Hotel bietet Zugang zu einem Mini Strand. Wer jedoch den Playa de Muro in Alcudia aufsuchen möchte, der Müsste mit dem Auto oder Taxi hinfahren. Das Hotel bietet auch ein Shuttlebus Service an. Es gibt ein großes Essensangebot mit Themenabenden, leider gibt es nur Instantkaffee zum Frühstück. Sonst ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick ist leider etwas zu klein, dafür hatten wir ein großes Bad.

Maten var en stor besvikelse smaklöst för mycket val istället för färre saker med bra kvalité. Hårda sängar och obekvämma kuddar. Bra parkering och spaet är ok också. Läget är bra med strand och strandbar.

Super Hotel mit Riesen Buffet bei Frühstück und Abendessen.

Mycket bra vistelse. Rent och fräscht i trivsamt lugnt område. Bra frukostbuffé och fin middagsbuffé med varierande tema. Välj rum med havsutsikt, magnifik. Enda negativa var sängar på hjul som försvårade semesterplikten:)

El hotel está bien, buena ubicación y tranquilo. Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas en algunos puntos pero es bonito y se está a gusto. La comida es su punto flaco ya que la calidad no es muy buena aunque hay variedad en los platos. El personal del hotel es muy agradable y te ofrecen toda la ayuda que pueden.

For a 4 star hotel, it was ok. We would return. Food varied and good.....but care needed when choosing deserts, as usual, they look great but are rather bland. Plenty of fruit at meal times. Show cooking very good. Enough poolside sunbeds in June, but could be difficult at peak times No bugs in the main areas, although there are hedges near the pool, and bugs may live in these..we had a couple of bites which we think we got there. Half board plenty of food, don't know how people managed to eat lunch as well. For h/b..you could buy unlimited drinks for 5 euros per person per meal. Wine/beer/soft drinks on tap. maybe not premium brands, but fine

It was splendid. We looked at the reviews and went in with a mixed expectations to be honest but were completely blown away by the unrivalled service offered. We were delayed to arrive (2.20am in the morning instead of 12.30) yet the reception staff was really hospitable and made us familiar with the facilties. The swimming pool and bar were great. Didn't use much of the night entertainment programmes but that wasn't a criteria for our selection of the stay. However, we were surprised the one night when inspite of the main programme being cancelled due to non-availability of the performers, the hotel staff stepped up and offered an impromptu disco session for the kids and a Lotto game (which we couldn't attend as we had to check out early the next morning). All in all a great stay with a splendid view of the seas.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel avec de nombreuses commodités : 3 jolies piscines (et une pataugeoire pour enfant), spa, tennis, plage. Les buffets pour les repas sont variés et abondants (il est possible de prendre son petit déjeuner jusqu'à 11h ce qui permet de dormir le matin!). Les boissons ne sont pas incluses (sauf au petit déjeuner), il faut payer 5€ par personne et par repas pour avoir accès au vin/bière/soda à volonté, ou sinon on peut juste payer des bouteilles d'eau/de vin... (comme dans un restaurant classique) . Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable, nous sommes arrivés à 7h du matin le premier jour, la chambre n'était bien sûr pas encore disponible mais le petit déjeuner nous a été offert. Il y a un grand hangar sécurisé pour ranger les vélos. L'hôtel est au calme, pas dans la zone où se trouve tous les hôtels et restaurants mais en vélo il y a en a pour 5 mn pour aller au port, 15 mn pour aller jusqu'à la vielle ville.

points positifs : hôtel très au calme avec vue mer dans quartier résidentiel excellent petit-déjeuner varié personnel agréable points négatifs : hôtel qui n'est pas représentatif d'un 3 étoiles : décoration très vieillote, lits assez durs avec vieilles couvertures et couvre-lit à fleurs, et surtout du laisser-aller concernant les espaces extérieurs (pots de fleurs cassés, bennes à ordures, crépi qui s'en va...etc). L'hôtel et les extérieurs mériteraient une bonne rénovation et modernisation.

Wir hatten ein Standard Doppelzimmer gebucht, als wir ins Zimmer kamen war der Schock groß. Ein unglaublich altes und häßliches Zimmer mit einem üblen Geruch. Schon der Gang zum Zimmer war grauenvoll. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir sofort umgebucht auf eine Junior Suite, die wir vorher besichtigt haben. Den Aufpreis war die Suite allemal Wert. Komplett neu umgebaut, ausgestattet und mit Meerblick. Auch der Gang zum Zimmer sah wesentlich schöner aus. Vor allem war der üble Geruch dort nicht vorhanden. Das hat uns den Urlaub gerettet, denn sowas fürchterliches wie das Standard Doppelzimmer habe ich noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt.

Hotelli on hyvin lähellä rantaa, mutta uimarantana hotellin edusta on melko kehno. Hotellilla on hyvät allasalueet ja aurinkotuoleja oli aina vapaana. Hotellilla on bussikuljetus varsinaiselle uimarannalle. Autoilevalle matkustajalle hotellilla oli oma yksityinen pysäköintialue, josta löytyi aina paikka, vaikka melko täynnä parkkipaikka öisin olikin. Ruoka oli monipuolista ja perushyvää, aina löytyi jotakin itselle mieluista. Suolan käyttö tosin oli usein runsasta. Sisäänkirjautuminen hotelliin vei melko paljon aikaa.

Good hotel which was nice and clean. The all inclusive package was not really worth the money, a lot of drinks were not included, including bottled water and no extra perks at all. Meals were very similar every meal time but all cooked lovely. Not at all central but nice and quiet but has a tiny beach worth a taxi ride in to Alcudia.

Stayed half board in a sea facing suite on 2nd floor. Bit disappointed. Beautiful, quiet location. 30 minutes walk from Port Alcudia. Hotel is great - amazing food choices, our Junior suite was clean and spacious with a fantastic sea view, lots of facilities including indoor spa and gym. Definitely will be visiting this hotel again next year.

Nice hotel in alcudia with its own little beach outside. Very short drive to main beaches and other attractions. Hotel is clean and friendly, if a little dated. 4 pools for the family to choose from but the little beach is great too. I'd go again.
