Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Great location, hotel staff was very helpful. Comfortable, big apartment. Beautiful view from balcony of tree lined street. Close to tourist areas, Passeig de Gracia and Gaudi landmarks.
Had to keep bedroom doors open as AC was only in common areas. Although we were told the apartment was on the first floor, it was actually on the third and caused quite a bit of confusion. Second bathroom was incredibly small and the shower leaked everywhere when in use.

Cozinha pouco equipada. Ar condicionado em um dos quartos não funcionando e apesar de ter comunicado o problema não foi sanado. Tentaram um paliativo com ventilador mas que pouco resolveu pelos dias muito quentes.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026일단 위치가 좋습니다. 까사 바뜨요도 가깝고, 지하철이나 버스를 이용하기도 편리했어요. 아파트먼트 건물 자체도, 객실 내부도 겉으로 보기엔 참 예쁩니다. 객실 크기가 커서 5-6인이 머물기에도 좋을 것 같습니다. 아, 그리고 인상적으로 수건이 하얗고 두툼하고 커다란 것이라 좋았습니다.
아름다운 공간이 디테일하게 다듬어지지는 않는듯 했습니다. 바닥의 타일이 걸음걸음마다 들려서 덜썩거리는 소리가 나는 곳이 더러 있었고, 부엌 공간에 있는 건조기와 세탁기는 제대로 청소되어 있지 않아 사용하지 못했습니다. 숙소의 모든 공간에 소형 에어컨이 설치되어 있었는데 메인 룸에 설치된 것은 냉기가 부족해서 그 방만 유달리 더웠습니다. (몇 번이나 해당 사항을 이야기했지만 투숙 기간 내내 고쳐지지 않았습니다.) 또한 메인 룸에 붙은 화장실(세면대 두개, 욕조 1개)은 크기가 커서 좋았지만 문만 열면 화장실 냄새가 새어나왔습니다. 또한 투숙 중 어느 날에는 누워있는데 몸 위로 개미가 2-3마리 올라왔습니다. 전반적으로 나쁘지 않은 숙소였지만 가격에 비해 아쉬움이 많았습니다.

The apartment is a part of Claris hotel so there is 24/7 guest service. If you book the apartment you get access to the pool and a gym nearby. Quite area. Two of the three room rooms had toilets and showers privately.

You can tell they really care and want you to enjoy your stay. Highly recommended if you want to stay in a very cool apartment close to the main streets of downtown Barcelona.

First, beware: the pool is at a different location. You have to go to a different hotel to use the pool. The inside of the apartment was very beat up. Everything just felt very old. The couch had a hole, the refrigerator was very beat up on the outside, there were tons of chips out of the wood. The lint in the dryer wasn’t cleaned out, and I thought it was gross that the mop and bucket just sat in the unit.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Great location, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops and sightseeing. There's also the hint of a view of Sagrada Família from some of the rooms, with the top of the tower visible over the rooftops.
Keys could have been made available at the property itself which would have made it easier than having to walk down the street with luggage. But easily collectible from the sister property across the road at Hotel Claris.

Après mon retour, il a fallu que je contacte l'établissement pour réclamer mon remboursement de deposit. Ils ont (soit-disant) rencontré un problème avec ma banque. Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié qu'il ait fallu que je les relance. Je les ai relancé une seconde fois (deux fois de trop). J'ai eut pour seule réponse de m'adresser à ma banque. Pas d'explications, pas d'informations, débrouillez vous. Pour ce type d'établissement, c'est absolument incompréhensible. J'attend encore à ce jour mon remboursement, près d'un mois après mon départ.

But the interior is what I keep thinking about — layered, characterful, and put together with real vision. I run Aires Vale Interiors, a home staging and interior design agency available both in person and online, so beautiful spaces don’t go unnoticed. This one stayed with me. Highly recommend.

We arrived at nearly 2.30am and were offered a glass of Champagne when we arrived. Very friendly and efficient staff.. Can't recommend this apartment enough.

I used booking.com to book this apartment using a company card as we were travelling for work. They did not charge the card (as stated on booking.com) and when I went there to pick up the keys, the reception said they would only be able to take the payment only if the credit card is on my name (the person who made the booking) while I had a company card on the booking website. The lady there refused to take any other form of payment and only if the credit card was on my name.
