Always clean and comfortable and we always enjoy our stay.

Once again, everything was at a very high standard, great central location, very friendly and obliging staff - hard to fault!

Love the location, perfect for where I was working. Free parking is always a massive win in Auckland too! Rooms are clean, comfy, love that they have a kitchenette too. Staf are super welcoming and kind.

Clean, tidy and a great location for where we wanted to go and got the room for a very reasonable price. Guy on reception was very friendly and helpful.

Shower temperature was fine most of the time but accasionaly ranged from scalding to cold.

Very comfy bed, unit felt spacious and had everything that we needed for our stay.. Due to unexpected circumstances stances, we needed to stay another night, and thankfully the staff managed to accommodate us.

Sorry I can't think of anything.

After staying in a below par motel in Hamilton the night before, we were not expecting much, but boy were we happily surprised. We were shown to our room from reception. Car parking for our truck was outside our room, big + from hubby, and the room was so welcoming, warm and well set out. Will differently be staying again if we are in Auckland

We loved everything about this motel. Warm welcoming reception. Beautiful lay out of room. Our truck had a safe park, and we were a walk away to get dinner.

Bed was little bit too soft for me but that is only my experience since i have bad back.Doesn’t mean that someone else will not like it but just for reference for people who suffer with bad back pain that mattress is soft for us.Everything else is perfect and clean

Everything we needed was there. The manager took us to the room and made sure AC was on and all was as it should be. When we went to our car to unpack, it was raining and he suddenly appeared to help! The low price almost put us off, but very glad we stayed. The location was ideal for us. Very clean. We have already booked to stay again.

Shower could be a bit of a squeeze for large people.

The room was spacious and modern, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Check-in was simple, and I really appreciated being shown to my room by a member of staff. It was also a lovely touch to have the heat pump already turned on when I arrived. I also appreciated them allowing me to park my car early so I could attend a event down the road. The shower had good pressure, and the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the knights in. I travelled up for work as i was exhibiting at the Auckland show grounds. It was a great location, the rooms were nice and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were also super lovely and very helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Location was great for us, we were going to an expo at the showgrounds. Parking was easy, the room was clean, dark, quiet and comfortable. The staff were great too. Being next to Farro was great. Would definitely stay again if we were going to the showgrounds for something.

Stayed 4 nights and the stay was perfect. Close to lots of restaurants and the raceway. Staff were so lovely. Bed and pillows were devine. Very quiet rooms and great black out curtains. Will definitely be back next year for a function.

Nice big room we were upstairs so nice high ceilings bed super comfy manager very helpful and friendly also right next to supermarket

This is only a tiny, tiny thing. But we couldn’t get reception on the tv for local channels. Amazon etc. worked fine.

I really enjoyed my 4-night stay at Knights Inn. As a woman travelling on my own, I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The customer service was outstanding. I arrived at around 2am after an international flight, and they were so accommodating about checking me in at that hour. I arrived to find the heat pump already on, so the room was lovely and warm. I also really appreciated how discreet and respectful the service was. They waited until I emerged from my room before checking whether I wanted room service, rather than being intrusive. The motel has an older-style feel with some modern updates, but my room was spacious, very clean and well equipped, with a really comfortable bed. The location is very central and convenient, and the price was great. I would definitely stay here again and happily recommend Knights Inn.

The staff were very helpful and were happy for me to have a slightly later check out. The room upstairs was quiet and comfortable. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was good.

Very friendly, professional welcome at the reception desk. We were shown to our room which was well appointed and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom amenities and water pressure were excellent.

That the room was nice and warm on our arrival, appreciated the owner taking time to turn on the heaters for us. The room was nice and clean. Enjoyed access to sky sports. Showers had great pressure and the beds were very comfortable

The staff were really friendly and kind. They went out of their way to help us. We loved the super high ceilings and modern rooms.

There’s a lot of positive things to say about our experience. First, the staff was very accommodating and welcoming. The facility is clean and worth every penny. Location is perfect as it’s near to supermarket and parks. Overall, great experience.

Only thing I think should be improve is the wifi connection but that’s not a deal breaker for us.
