Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Отсядаме за втори път това лято и сме изключително доволни! Персоналът е мил и любезен. Стаята беше чиста, уютна и стилно обзаведена. Имаше всичко необходимо за един отличен престой. Локацията е перфектна. Метростанцията е почти пред хотела. Пристанището, Piazza Plebiscito и историческият център на Неапол са на пешеходно разстояние. Задължително пак ще посетим този хотел!

Purtroppo la Ns Camera non aveva le tende oscuranti ed entrava la luce sia la mattina presto e sia la notte con l’illuminazione della strada

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026It was the best location to stay, close to everything by foot and also next to the metro station. It was totally quiet with the windows closed even though the street was busy at all times. The room was clean and comfortable. One of the best things was also the staff of the reception, super nice and friendly. If we go to Napoli again we definitely choosing this place to stay !

Al reservar la habitación, las fotos mostraban cama con tul o telas que lo hace muy romántico. Nuestra habitación tenía una cama simple y nada de lo que se veía en las fotos.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Hotel al 2 piano di una casa in Pieno centro su via Toledo a 2 passi da Piazza Plebiscito, metropolitana a 2 minuti comodissima per chi arriva in treno, 2 minuti alla Galleria Umberto I 10/15 minuti a Maschio Angioino, confina con i Quartieri Spagnoli. in zona moltissime Pizzerie e Ristoranti, nel cuore della Napoli più caratteristica.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026The hotel enjoys an absolutely perfect location from which to explore Naples. The terminus from the Alibus, and the port providing transportation to the islands are a mere fifteen minutes walk away, while the position of the hotel itself, on a pedestrianised section of the Via Toledo, places it in the heart of Neapolitan activity. I found the staff very helpful and the room itself ( in two levels) had excellent facilities and felt both comfortable and secure.
All was excellent for me.

The reception named MARIANA is extremely rude. My aunt is disabled. She was staying at a different hotel and just wanted to use the bathroom in my room. MARIANA at first didn’t allow it and told her to use the bathroom using about 15-20step even when i explained to her that she is 70yrs old, disabled and have issues walking let alone to go up the stairs. When i asked for the manager- the owner was even more rude than Mariana and started yelling at me and said i should leave or they will call the police. You can even look at the cameras unless they delete them already so there is no proof but i was just chilled. The only rude italians that I’ve ever met. All the rest of the Italians are wonderful. This is the 5th year in a row ive been going to Italy and this is the 1st time this has ever happened.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Letti comodi e stanza pulita. Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità di ciabattine per la stanza. C'è un mini frigo con snack e bevande (a pagamento). Le finestre sono ben insonorizzate, posizione perfetta vicinissima alla metro. Non di ultima importanza staff molto gentile e disponibile, con reception h24.
Sarebbe bello avere una sala colazioni, invece al momento la colazione viene offerta in camera e non è inclusa nel costo della stanza.

Reviewed May 31, 2026מלון נחמד מאוד אם באים לשהיה קצרה, מיקום מצויין ממש במרכזו של הרחוב הראשי של הרובע הספרדי ועדיין שקט לחלוטין, נקי ונעים. השירות היה נעים ואדיב. חדר בינוני בגודלו, מרוהט יפה ולא צפוף מידי, בחדר שלנו היתה מרפסת מינימלית (לא ממש מרפסת, רק למראית עין).
אולי הוגשה אבל לא באמת ראינו שהיתה ארוחת בוקר

Soltanto il sostegno per appendere la doccia si smontava e il bidet perdeva acqua

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Nightmare experience, false information on the website. They advertise a porter service, but it doesn't exist. If you have disabilities, avoid it. There are many stairs to climb, even though they don't mention them on the website. The reception staff is untrained, the management is lacking, and the elevator is dangerous and risks crushing you between the doors. Even if you report it, nothing changes. If anything happens, they won't refund you, even if you arrange it with a pseudo-manager over the phone.

Purtroppo siamo andati via dopo solo una notte in quanto l'ascensore era guasto (arrivava al piano e si chiudeva immediatamente con una violenza inaudita, vi assicuro molto pericoloso) e nonostante l'avessimo segnalato non è stata chiamata l'assistenza, presenti inoltre scalinate non segnalate sul sito nessuna rampa e nessun aiuto da parte del personale nonostante avessimo carrozzina e neonato. Abbiamo deciso di cambiare la struttura CON LA PROMESSA da parte della direzione che ci avrebbero RIMBORSATO le due notti (ci hanno chiesto di lasciare un Iban) non utilizzate ma ovviamente il rimborso non è mai arrivato!!!

A causa di un guasto, il riscaldamento non funzionava. Per scusarsi dell’accaduto, il personale dell’hotel ci ha offerto la colazione in camera.

La camera era soppalcata . Il letto matrimoniale era sul soppalco dove non c’era una finestra o fonte di luce naturale . Se si soffrono i luoghi chiusi diventa un problema . Il bagno invece era sotto dove tra l’altro faceva sempre freddo mentre sul Soppalco si moriva di caldo perché l’aria tendeva ad andare verso l’alto . Nel complesso però ottima struttura sia come staff che come posizione top! Sicuramente ci tornerò ma non prenderò più quella camera .
