It seemed fairly new and clean and lovely gardens surrounding the rooms. The pool was in a nice setting but several rooms had direct access.

I’m not sure if I missed something when booking but everyone else seemed young so we felt a bit out of place around the pool. Staff were helpful but perhaps not overly friendly.

The feel of the property, so quiet in busy Patong. It felt like we were in Spain or something. So amazing.

The hotel was fitted out beautifully and a nice oasis in such a busy tourist area. The staff was very helpful und friendly.

my stay was good. The hotel is spacious compared to many other hotels, and the location is excellent and convenient.

The night shift receptionist was very unfriendly and unprofessional. He didn’t even respond to a simple greeting, which created a poor first impression. The towels in the room were also old and worn out and should be replaced with new ones. Another disappointing point was the hotel’s policy of charging guests if the room key card is not returned. Most international hotels do not make a big issue out of key cards. We even asked if we could keep one as a souvenir from our stay, but our request was declined.

The hotel is in a great location, tucked away from the hustle and bustle while still being close to everything. The beach, restaurants, and local attractions are all within easy walking distance, making it convenient to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. If you're looking for somewhere in a handy location that's away from the busy streets but still close to the action, this hotel is worth considering.

The only downsides for us were that the beds weren't particularly comfortable, and the breakfast was fairly basic with limited variety.

The room (swim up villa) was fantastic. Amazing facilities. Restaurant (Adam eatery) is amazing. Some of the best food I’ve had in Thailand. Staff lovely.

Heel fijn hotel, perfect gelegen en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goede bedden, fijne badkamer. Het ontbijt is heerlijk. Ook in het restaurant van het hotel kun je fantastisch eten. Via het strand loop je in 10 minuten naar Bangla Street.

Everything was amazing so clean gorgeous gardens,breakfast was lovely and the staff where just wonderful.I would never stay anywhere else if in Patong.The pool was lovely and the bar men always happy and helpful.

חדר מפנק עם גישה לבריכה

הגענו משפחה של 14 אנשים,התארחנו בוילה עם הבריכה בחדרים על המים ובחדרים עם מרפסת,ממליץ מאוד על המלון,הוילה מטורפת למשפחות החדרים על הבריכה מפנקים והחדרים עם המפרסת מספקים. אוכל מצויין שירות של אלופים,שווה כל דולר.

המסעדה במלון מגישה אוכל נהדר אך אם יושבים מספר רב של אנשים האוכל לא יוגש לכולם ביחד.

חזרנו למקום שמאוד אהבנו ושהינו בו שנה שעברה על מנת לקבל את החדר המסוים שהיינו בו וביקשנו אותו חצי שנה לפני ההגעה. היה לנו מקרר שבקושי קרר ומיד החליפו לנו למקרר מצוין!! חייבת להגיד שאין על ג'ימס בחור מקסים תמיד עוזר ובמאור פנים !!

לא אהבתי בכלל שביקשתי לפני חצי שנה חדר מסוים שהיינו בו שנה שעברה ונתנו לנו חדר אחר כברירת מחדל. המקום לא נראה מתוחזק כראוי.... עובש בסילקון במקלחת. היתה לנו נזילה של מים מהפטיו כשירד גשם. ליכלוך מתחת לספה במרפסת ... בקיצור חבל

משפחה בת 5 נפשות. פשוט מלון מושלם, מיקום מעולה בפטונג, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, חדרים נקיים ומרווחים, בריכה וחדר כושר מעולים.

Clean, modern and great pool. Nice gym and excellent breakfast and restaurant on site. I recommend you pay extra for the rooms on the pool. We did and it was worth it

Only negative was that lack of some footpath to walk to the beach. You are in some cases sharing the road with cars and bikes

This place is stunning! The facilities were always clean and tidy. The rooms were comfortable and the aircon worked very well. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. The cafe and Adam’s eatery (lunch and dinner) accommodated very well for my gluten free diet which was a bonus

מלון בוטיקי חדש, מעוצב בטוב טעם. ספא ובר עם אוכל טוב במחירים סבירים. מיקום מרכזי, מרחק הליכה מחוף הים ( לא הלכנו).

המים בבריכה קצת קרירים. המלון מתאים למבוגרים בלבד. לא מתאים לילדים.

We stayed in the pool access room and it was absolutely beautiful a very spacious and clean room. The amenities were all amazing, the pool bar and bar staff were incredible and very attentive. Although located in Patong it’s located in a quiet street and when you step into the resort it feels like you’ve entered a whole other area. We felt very welcomed and comfortable by the staff.

Everything is nice, clean and comfortable. Special thank you to the staff Gift, Sita, James who made our stay perfect.

فقط طبيعة الموقع والمساحات الخضراء

أقمت في الفندق لمدة ليلة واحدة، وكانت بداية الإقامة ممتازة من حيث حسن الاستقبال والترحيب، كما تم تسليمنا الفيلا بسرعة. لكن للأسف، بعد استلام الغرفة والبدء بترتيب أمتعتنا، فوجئنا بأحد الموظفين يدخل الفيلا بشكل مباشر ودون أي استئذان أو طرق للباب، بحجة أنه تم تسليمنا غرفة مختلفة عن الغرفة التي قمنا بحجزها وأنه يريد تدارك الخطأ. أتفهم إمكانية حدوث أخطاء في الحجوزات، لكن دخول غرفة النزيل دون استئذان يُعد تصرفًا غير مقبول وينتهك خصوصية الضيوف. كان من الممكن التواصل معنا عبر الهاتف أو طرق الباب وانتظار الإذن قبل الدخول. أتمنى من إدارة الفندق مراجعة هذه الإجراءات وتدريب الموظفين على احترام خصوصية النزلاء، لأن مثل هذا الموقف يؤثر بشكل كبير على تجربة الإقامة، رغم جودة الاستقبال في البداية.

This is our second stay at Eden Villas & Resort. Upon arrival, we felt like we had stepped into a hidden paradise, completely cut off from the hustle and bustle of Patong. The private villas are well spaced out, so we enjoyed total peace and a great night's sleep without any disturbance. The service was also excellent, especially James, who was very warm and proactive. When we accidentally left something behind in a taxi, he helped communicate with the driver, and we got our lost item back very quickly. The restaurant right at the hotel entrance serves delicious food too—the Tom Yum Goong was the most authentic we had on this trip. We'll definitely come back again next year!

There were lots of mosquitoes in the room when I arrived. And the lights went off a few times. They said it was a broker trip.

Superbe petit déjeuner avec un choix à la carte, hôtel à taille humaine, peu de chambres, vraiment au calme et au coeur de la ville. Personnel au petit déjeuner disponible et à l'écoute, très attentif.

Accueil très froid à la réception à l'arrivée et au départ, pas un un mot pour demander si tout s'est bien passé, nous sommes restés 6 nuits. Avons eu également un problème de réception avec la télévision connectée, problème qui n'a pas été solutionné complètement.

Hôtel magnifique, comme dans une bulle de nature, moderne,équipé ,très bien décoré. Chambre sublime, parfaite jusqu’aux moindres détails. Staff exceptionnel, attentionné et patient, particulièrement James très dévoué, ainsi que le Barman de la piscine, le personnel d’entretien,etc. Petit déjeuner de qualité !

Это действительно оазис для спокойного отдыха с большой зеленой зоной на Патонге. Невероятное место для отдыха вдвоем молодой паре. Бармен делал исключительно вкусные коктейли для нас - отдельное ему спасибо. При отеле ресторан с очень вкусной едой (завтраки, обеды, ужины) с самым вкусным Том Ям! Просторные номера, что редкость для острова.

فندق رائع بكل تفاصيله، من حمام السباحة المميز إلى اللوبي المفتوح والأجواء الهادئة وسط اللاندسكيب الجميل. المكان مرتب ومريح وكل شيء فيه على مستوى عالٍ من الجودة والاهتمام. مناسب جدًا للعوائل وللشباب، وتجربة تستحق التكرار بكل تأكيد. A wonderful hotel in every aspect, from the amazing swimming pool to the open lobby and beautiful landscaping. The atmosphere is relaxing, the place is well maintained, and everything is of a high standard. It’s perfect for both families, and definitely a stay worth repeating.

הכל הכל ללא יוצא מן הכלל. מיקום מדהים! בפאונד אבל שקט לגמריי, בטוח ואין רעש. מקום אינטימי, נקי ואיכותי. הבריכה מצויינת, ארוחת בוקר מעולה, צוות מדהים אין מילים. הזמנו 4 לילות ובלילה השלישי המזגן הפסיק לעבוד באמצע הלילה, מיד העבירו אותנו לחדר משודרג, יום למחרת סידרו את המזגן מיד על הבוקר אבל בכל זאת כאות התנצלות שידרגו אותנו לוילה של המלון שהייתה מדהימה ומגש פירות מפנק ובאמת לא הפסיקו להתנצל ורק לפנק. היחס שירותי של כל עובד במלון מהקבלה ועד הברמן בבריכה. כולם עם שירות מהמם וחיוך. ממליץ בחום ואחזור שוב.

Breakfast choices Cleanliness and polite staff

The decoration both inside and outside the room is natural and relax, swimming pool is chill, service is comfort, location is close to the patong beach town .....

We had many breakfast options, but the taste was just average.

Это лучший отель на Патонге и во всем Тайланде! Прекрасный персонал, идеальные виллы, потрясающая эстетика на всей территории, вкусные завтраки, бассейн как из Pinterest. 100 из 10! Это была третья поездка и были в лучший 5-звездочных отелях до этого, но Эден! Теперь не представляю, как останавливаться в других отелях. Впервые в жизни я ПЛАКАЛА в такси, когда уезжала! Спасибо за лучший отпуск в жизни!

이름대로 천국같은 리조트입니다. 너무 예쁘고 개인동으로 빌라 형태로 되어있는데다가 룸 컨디션도, 수영장도 두루두루 너무 좋았어요. 호텔의 크기는 크지 않지만 객실의 크기는 충분해서 두사람이 지내기에 부족함이 없고요. 위치도 이비스 호텔 근처라 주변에 여행객들도 있고 안전한 분위기 입니다.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist whenever had any issues. The location is great, very convenient to Patong Beach and the night market. The environment is beautiful, with lots of greenery.

Er is al een tijdje een rattenplaag in Patong. We konden niet echt buiten zitten aan de kamer omwille van de ratten. Dit was iets minder maar hier kan het hotel niet veel aan doen.

The staff were absolutely exceptional, we booked a room for our honeymoon and they were great enough to decorate it. We needed a late check out and they were kind enough to do that and even let us use the pool and facilities after check out. The place is super quite considering how close it is to patong beach and bangla road.
