The fantastic affordable motel with new rooms you can drive right up to. The owners really care about this place. Near downtown Hope but in a quiet neighborhood. I will certainly stay again at the Skagit Motel

This is probably the nicest places in Hope!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! It's off the main highway and tucked away in an easy to find quiet area. Check in was a breeze. The gentleman at the desk was very nice, polite and efficient. The room I had was in the new section which was finished about 3 months ago. Large, clean room with a super comfy bed. I drive a big dually pickup, and the parking and area is laid out perfectly for my truck. No issues.

The place is so clean and comfortable. The room are spacious and bright, It is better than hotels I stayed at lately, Unreservedly recommended. Can't say enough good things about it.

There was a celebration of life going on and about 40 people were gathered in the parking lot where we stayed and were very noisy until very late and kept us up. Other than that it's usually a very quiet place. We will be staying there again.

look.... I just found this motel and was really pleasantly surprised. A great find!! rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Well appointed and quiet. chairs outside to enjoy your stay. I found nothing that anyone could even make up to complain and will definitely recommend that if looking for a great motel in Hope to consider staying here

The only complaint I have is there wasn't n ice bucket in the room. Otherwise it was good

Room was clean & bathtub was DEEP! Staff were very pleasant. I easily walked the couple blocks to town for meals & shopping.

This place only gets two stars because of its quiet location. The rooms were dated & dirty. There was popcorn next to the bed in our room and our friends were next door and found chips/crisps on their floor. Microwave was dirty and all the chairs were torn - room would have looked better without them they were disgusting! Furniture was missed matched and dated, microwave hadn’t been cleaned properly. Towels were frayed. Security was poor as door only had a push button on the inside to lock it (had to be done before you closed from outside). Would definitely recommend you to avoid!!!

I was concerned about air conditioning but I saw the unit on the back wall. It proved to be very efficient and the room was like new. Great value and will stay again without hesitation.

It was so nice and quiet, clean, very friendly people, beautiful flowers around the property. Room was clean and well cared for.

This is a sweet little gem hidden in the town of Hope, BC. Clean, and cozy! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms have a fresh new update. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend the Skagit Motor Inn. We will definitely be repeat customers!

My husband and I stayed at the Skagit in the newly renovated part. I must say we were so pleased with the room and the deep soaker tub was fabulous. I have never had the luxury of a deep tub before in any motel I stayed in. So much appreciated. Definitely coming back in the future. Pride of ownership definitely evident with the special touches. Roses in the front were so beautiful and well cared for.

Although we were really late coming in. Everyone was so understanding and kind and everything was prepared for us to have a good nights rest. They where kind and compassionate in the morning to make sure everyone was happy

Very nice people attending the place, it looks that they are putting a good effort in taking care of costumer and the place, but the room smelled bad.

Stayed in new section of motel. Clean, very quiet. Air conditioner provided excellent climate control in extreme heat.

We asked for our room to be cleaned - beds made, things tidied up. they emptied the garbage and left clean towels. Nothing else was done - oh did leave 2 coffee servings but nothing else was done. Very disappointing when you pay good money for a room, you expect some type of wervice in return.

The room (and bathroom) is so clean we wondered if anyone had ever stayed there.

The location of the motel is very quiet, not far from town center. The room is very clean. Like the old style of the setting. The distance from the other build is far. Privacy.

Love staying at this property, it’s quiet and away from highway. Stayed several times, the rooms always had a microwave however the room we got tonight did not have a microwave. That was the only down side.

Well maintained by Oder property, Everything was clean and in good shape for an older place. Nothing fancy but a comfortable place to take a family for an overnighter.

Quiet and clean. Expedia said a queen room was suitable for 3 people. Expected a pull out couch but there are none. A queen bed does not fit three people

The owner was helpful to provide me with a kitchette. Its an older motel with an induction burner and some basic kitchen needs. No toaster though. Very basic and clean for an old motel.

This is an older property that is under gradual renovations. We received a fully renovated room which was super clean and spacious. Renovations were well done with all new carpet, flooring, bathroom, appliances, windows, paint, etc. While the property typically rates lower, it was very good value for the money. Check-in and checkout was with ease. The staff were friendly and accessible.

A family run property in Hope. Parking was wonderful, large lots & a newly paved lot. Some items are a bit outdated in the room but very clean otherwise. Would stay again.

Nice clean, quiet property away from but conveniently located near main road. Good size room and amenities for price and class of accommodation. Only minor complaint was that the in building microwave was very underpowered, taking much longer than expected to heat something up. However, would stay here again.

I had the most wonderful time here. Staff was friendly. it was easy to come and go. I sat out in front of my room and just looked at the mountains, while I had my coffee, It was so peaceful! The only thing not good was the hot and cold water in the shower, almost impossible to regulate, but by the second morning I had it sorta figured out. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The rooms have recently been remodeled and are clean with plenty of space. The bed was great too. Also enjoyed the very deep bathtub. We would stay here again!

Cute motel, friendly staff great location

The place was clean and the staff was great. The furniture needs some cleaning as there were stains on some of the chairs. But I will stay there again absolutely. It was quiet at night and felt very safe.

Very new addition to the original buildings so it was super clean and comfortable. Large parking spot and wonderful views while sitting out front.

Renovated clean parking outside door was convenient restuarants within 1 block clean updated bathrooms. Windows provided fresh air will stay again.

Its a mountain property so the view is amazing. Everything was clean and tidy. Its an older property but well kept. Polite staff, easy check in, affordable.

It is easy to get to off Highway 1, but is still in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. It is an easy walk to stores and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very clean and in an extremely quiet area. Excellent service, parking lot was freshly paved and it was nice that they had chairs outside each room so we could enjoy the evening air. The bed was comfortable, a bit firm but not too hard. I really enjoyed our stay.
