Durante la estancia jamás pasaron a hacer la limpieza de la habitación, el desayuno debería ser más variado y en general el transporte como los uber o taxis son demasiado caros.

Ennumerando, 1. Limpieza de la habitación buena a secas, el baño con olor a orines, las almohadas olor raro, estuve 2 días, jamás se hizo la limpieza, mucho ruido en el pasillo desde muy temprano, si alguien quiere dormir un poco más, imposible, pedi toalla extra y el argumento de la chica de recepción es que es un hotel de "autoservicio" es decir, yo tenía que baiar por ellas! La televisión no jaló, el joven de manteminiemto batalló para hacerla funcionar. Malísima estancia, bajaron demasiado su calidad ya que años anteriores era mucho mejor.

Que el wifi de entrada te pida regístrate para poder usarlo.

Llevo una persona en silla de ruedas y la entrada al cuarto era un poco incómoda porque la puerta estaba esquinada y no podiamos entrar con la silla por que topaba con la esquina de la cama.

Reviewed Feb 19, 2025Close to airport. Taxi to airport booked through the hotel, 250 pesos. Uber ride is 130 pesos (depending on time of day; may be less). Relatively new hotel.Noise from outside hotel is minimal- good sound insulation. But interior walls are thin. Noise level is dependent on your neighbors, as in every hotel. Left before breakfast was ready; 6:00 AM stated start time, but not actually ready until 6:10, so can't comment on that other than it looked like eggs, cereal, and fruit were the mains.
Just off 6 lane highway. Nothing in safe walking distance except an Oxxo convenience mart ( which does have microwave meals) and a Starbucks, both directly in front of hotel. Has air-conditioner, TV, but no refrigerator. Small but adequate room. Housekeeping needs some attention. 5 (?) story hotel, but has a very quiet elevator. Staff speaks minimal English.

The first impression outside was not great, the landscape is not kept well. But inside, all was well.
