Hampton Inn by Hilton Silao-Aeropuerto Bajio

One of the best breakfast buffets I’ve had.

Honestly everything was great. The reason for the three star was because we spoke with the hotel staff prior to arrival to schedule our shuttle pick-up. Upon arrival at the airport it took us a little while to get our luggage (which was not our fault) and we did not receive a courtesy call to ask if we were still taking the shuttle, they just left us. We had a baby with us and we were exhausted. That is really the only thing I can complain about. Other than that, our stay was great. The uber they recommended us was amazing. So if you need to get around ask for

This was a perfect airport hotel. Nice staff, clean room, nice property, and fast airport shuttle. No complaints here, book with confidence.

It was very convenient to stay here for an early morning flight. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable.

Customer service is a plus, restaurant very convenient and near airport

Nice people , nice shuttle service. Excellent drivers food is fine but the only thing about the food , every day same menu nothing different .

Good location

Clean, friendly staff. We ate at the restaurant; the food is good. We did not have time for the breakfast. They give you a ride you to the airport; a very friendly driver. I really recommend it.

Spa ,shuttle, great breakfast, pool. Awesome staff

We loved our stay here! The beds, pillows, and bedding were all high quality and comfortable. The continental breakfast was incredible, much better than what we'd anticipated. And every staff member we encountered - from check in, to room service, to IT support for the TV to airport shuttle -was helpful, friendly, and professional especially given our limited Spanish.

Everything was great

I like this hotel because it’s close to the airport and they have free shuttle services, you can ask them to take you to Silao down town for free, hotel’s courtesy, all employees are very friendly, I recommend 100% this hotel.

Noce

Nice place! Love it

Great

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfy. Shower worked well although the shower head adjustments were not the best but operational. Breakfast okay. Lots of coffee choices and when asked for tea provided.

Front desk staff was very friendly.

Very comfortable beds.

Good place

Easy checkin. Airport transfer. Great continental Breakfast.

Nice service and place clean and nice.

Great staff

Our toilet did not work. They fixed it but it broke again. Staff was very good about it but toilet is deficient

Good hotel and very close to the bjx airport

The prop. sits in a somewhat desolate area off a major highway about 5 mins. from the airport. However, the staff members were super great, friendly, engaging and approachable. The restaurant attendant was even very welcoming and approachable. The quality of the free breakfast was simply excellent. The A/C in the common areas was not on which made the prop. feel hit and clammy. However the A/C in the room worked great. Checking in and out was a breeze.

Service

It offered spa service. (Massages) that's the first time I saw this type of service in a medium scale hotel. The gym had everything I needed and open 24hrs which is a plus for me. The chicken avocado salad was good. Room and hallways were clean and smelled nice. No selection on English speaking movies / sports / tv. Only news and 1 channel that had English speaking movies I also noticed flies and some bugs in and around the dining area. Indicates kitchen could be cleaner.

Everyone was very accommodating but my shower did not have hot water and my phone did not work

Gracias por la buena atención y limpieza

I have stayed here many times, after arriving at the BJX airport late at night. This time, the check-in staff seemed fairly indifferent and I was passed from one person to another. There are several hotel options very close to the airport...just saying. Hotel was clean and quiet and the morning staff were very friendly and pleasant.

The staff provided excellent service. Very clean and Breakfast was delicious.

I felt safe and loved that they had 24hr food available.

Everything was amazing,service,food,property, shuttle service.

,

Safe and very safe place to stay. Very quiet as well. Great place to eat across the street called El Chavalón.

Its alright

Do not by any means order food from their restaurant the food is soooo terrible and overpriced! Hotel is convinient and clean the shuttle service is a great plus... only down side was tje terrible food and the dirty pool

I really appreciated the comfort, cleanliness and convenience of this hotel. We ( a large group) required an early morning shuttle to the airport and although it was before the complimentary breakfast service, they had fruit, pastries and coffee available for us! The employees were very helpful and there isn’t a single complaint. I highly recommend

The only thing we did not like was the water temperature in the pool. The water was extremely cold! And no pool towels available!

Very clean and friendly staff, breakfast was good.

All good

Quiet and clean place

Ok

Great staff.

Great place near airport Great people & service

Too close to the freeway and a train went through in the middle of the night. But just oncd.

Muy bien muy bien

Overall acceptable

Our flight got in at 2am - the shuttle was waiting for us and the driver was very kind. The hotel is less than 10min away - the checkin was quick and easy. Our room was clean and very comfortable which allowed for a restful sleep. This was a perfect place for starting our vacation off on the right foot.

Staff is amazing.

Nice

Location!!! Easy transfer to and from airport

Its an ok place to stay. They have a very large variety of options to eat, but limited quantities of ingredients. Traveled with wife and kiddo. We asked for two or three different plates, but ingredients not available. What we ordered was very basic options and yet dint even meet quality.

Perfecto

Great location and staff. Property is very clean the room was very spacious. The breakfast was good and the service shuttle was good.

Great place to stay after a long flight.

The property was okay and service was okay.

Everyone was polite from the start when I called to inquire about shuttle service. We arrive at the airport at 11pm and by the time we were out the shuttle was there. Reception was waiting for us to check in so it was super fast. They offer 24 hour restaurant service so that’s very convenient. The room was clean and beds super comfortable.

Conveniente, cerca del aeropuerto.

We were impressed with the srrvice at this hotel. Reception was friendly, the room and hotel were very clean, the 24 hour kitchen service cooked great good at 1am, breakfast was good, we had plenty of time to check out, and the shuttle service was very convenient.

Great hotel very clean

The pool was dirty with leaves, the water looked milky. In the lobby there was a bug. In my room there was a roach and an empty box from a previous guess of a vibrator. Disgusting that tells me room service wasn’t done correctly

We are very pleased with our stay! We arrived into the area late into the evening and called for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle was there promptly. We also had a late night request for a pair of scissors and someone was at our room within minutes. Breakfast was also very delicious! Happy to stay again next time we are in town!

Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Grateful for the wake up call & shuttle to the airport at 4 am for a flight at 5:55am.

Place is clean, relatively quiet and 5 minutes from the airport. Shuttle service to the airport, and to restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet included, with a variety of offerings. Downside: its 30 minutes in either direction to anything of interest, and while there is restaurant service for kunch, the service was extremely slow.

Great service.

Really good foood

Very welcoming staff, clean room, and great breakfast! 😊

I stayed at this hotel at the end of an extended stay in Mexico. Being a 21 year old female who had never been out of the country before, this hotel made me feel very safe. While the area where the hotel is at is somewhat run down, there was still the beautiful view of the mountains in the distance. Another plus is that it has an airport shuttle which was easy to use and got me to the airport in quick and on time. The breakfast was also quite nice and clean. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very close to the airport good restaurant slow service but far from anything else. Good for one night after an evening arrival. Or depending on your activities. Very clean friendly service and very efficient airport shuttle.

Strategic place to fly to central Mexico

Great experience

Everything was great!

Love the breakfast in the mornings

Property is worn out. Staff is absolutely kind! Breakfast area was the worst! Dirty plates were all over the breakfast area piled up and a ton of flies flying all over breakfast serving area and tables. Absolutely disgusting. Over all customer service and transportation was good. I would rate my stay a 3 out of 10

Very friendly staff

Awesome hotel.

Great place!

Good place for an airport stay. Great staff and amenities. The room was very nice but the lobby area is showing signs of wear.

Enjoy my short stay. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful! In particular the driver and receptionist during my check in. I didn’t get their names but they were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Excelente 👌 job this is going to be my place for now on

Very good breakfast

They ran out of water, insane. Otherwise very nice

Great service and great food!

Service overall was great.

Totally recommend they went above and beyond to make sure we were good and the service was excellent as well. I left her phone on the shuttle van we realized it in time and they brought it back to the airport in time before departure service was beyond excellent

Totally recommend they went above and beyond to make sure we were good and the service was excellent as well my granddaughter left her phone on the shuttle van we realized it in time and they brought it back to the airport in time before departure service was beyond excellent

A bottle of water and a bag of chips we got at the hotel, they forgot to pick us up at the airport,we wait for two hours.Sorry is not enough. We paid for this..

Property needs up grade. But overall decent for overnight stay

Excellent

Everyone is so friendly and attentive. The lobby area is big and nice. My kids and I enjoyed hanging out there. The breakfast was very good. I got there around 8am and they had already started to run out of a lot things. I noticed they don’t replenish the items as they’re running out. I really like that they have a 24/7 shuttle to and from airport. The rooms are small. We had 3 big suitcases and we can barely walk around the room. They were having technical difficulties and could not give us keycards to our room. I didn’t like that I had to ask staff to open our room door or the gym. When I did ask to open the door they were very prompt. They were fast to change my sheets when I told them there was hair on them. The hotel is not within walking distance to any stores or restaurants. The elevator is small. If I’m paying a lot of money for a room I expect my bed to be clean and ready for sleep. The only things I liked about the hotel were the staff and shuttle.

Was the VIP the 2 bottles of water in room? If so we did receive them.
