Aziza Paradise Hotel

Quite and comfort

Nothing

Everything was really good, great staff in every area, good restaurant and good food. All facilities worked as they should and poolside room was ideal. Recommend this hotel highly we will return.

Nothing we didn’t like, as a suggestion perhaps a handrail to enter and exit the pool would be a good idea.

Swimming pool

Fijn ontvangst, fijne kamer. Alles straalt luxe uit. Zeker een aanrader

The pool was great. We were impress by the generous portions from the onsite restaurant and the food was good. The friendliness of the staff was great. The room was clean.

I would recommend that they refresh the coffee. During breakfast the coffee was very strong and dark. Even though our room was nice the paint needed refreshing as well as the decor. Our son room was on the same side and floor but seem much nice. Our ref in our room was rusted inside and really needs to be change. I would recommend that the molded drywall at the end of the second floor ceiling be changed out immediately. The only other thing was we were told that we could use the bar. However, when we attempted we were then told it was a private bar for special guests which was disappointing as it was our wedding anniversary and wanted to end the night with a nice drink to celebrate. The other thing i would hope the hotel management would provide rugs when getting out of the shower as well as a anti slip mat in the shower.

Für eine Übernachtung ok.

Frühstück war langweilig. Die dusche hatte kaum Druck …

Breakfast was good staff were fantastic. a nice place just needs a little upgrade/replacements of things in the room

Room was a little old and dirty and the toilet didn't work they did come a fix it, but was broken again the next morning

SWIMMING POOL

THE SHOWER ITS KINDA BROKEN

Navetta gratuita dall hotel, colazione accettabile

everything was great but not as great as our previous stay the year before...

there was a few issues we discussed woth the staff and managers.

Loved the restaurant and spa. Food was also great

It was a little bit of they way but we had everything we needed at the property

Staff were great

Toilet was blocked and aircon leaked onto the bed while running

Amazing staff, amazing food. Special mention to all the staff who were all very helpful and polite. Pancakes were amazing and staff were very accomodating to our fussy two year old grandson. Our family even came to breakfast from a different hotel cause it was so good.

Gym could use an upgrade

Staff service and cleanliness

None

Everything is okay

Envolvencia e simpatia

The breakfast area is nice and the coffee and bread are good, but overall the food is nothing special.

I don’t like having to pay too much in advance, as we didn’t expect it.

De warme en verlichte entree.

Te verouderd en weinig tot geen verbetering.

We were pleasantly surprised by this oasis in the middle of the town. It was not what we were expecting and we loved it! Our stay included breakfast and it was really good. Overall, we would recommend this hotel.

It didn't seem to be near anything and I was having issues with my cell phone connection (nothing to do with the hotel) so I didn't feel comfortable venturing too far off without data. Some parts of the hotel were a bit more dated which is why I didn't rate it a 10 but we still absolutely loved it.

The very nice personnel

Old, everything is falling apart and not clean. Towels with holes

Piękny basen, bardzo miła obsługa, darmowy transfer lotniskowy. Standard znacząco przewyższa inne dostępne noclegi.

Uppmärksam personal. God mat. Vackert formad pool. Gratis pic up på flygplatsen.

Halt i trapporna i poolen, behöver skrubbas oftare. Alldeles för få solsängar! Gymmet var under all kritik!

Helpfull staff, good breakfakst and restaurant

Smelly bathroom

Friendly staff

Gym was poorly maintained and equipped. The hotel did not have elevators. Can be difficult for seniors/pwd to navigate the hotel premises.

Hotel looks really good. Room is comfortable, bed are cozy and bathroom has good design. We appreciate that the room has access to the outside area (garden and pool) through the door window, it’s really good having a shortcut to the pool. Restaurant is amazing. Menu is pretty good but I am referring especially to breakfast set… they provide a wide range of food for breakfast and it’s really worth it.

The pool is warm but has some leaves trees residues inside. It’s not really clean. And in the bathroom shower is not well separated to the rest as there is a glass but there’s not a door so after shower all floor in the bathroom can be wet. The location is amazing inside but road outside is not that good for pedestrians and it’s better to travel with tuctuc.

Bra frukost.

Breakfast is great 👍 👌 😋

Some sort smell in the room. Could be a problem in air exhaust system.

The pool, staff, food, services and the place.

Nothing

Bassengområdet er vakkert

Rommet er verre enn man skulle tro. Personalet var overraskende lite serviceorientert.

I like the staff very helpful accomodating nice ambiance , tasty food, decoration, entertsinment singing while eating. But when you get in to room bit disapointing no chairs to sit on. No floor mat wet, floor, no microwave , our tv doesnt call in to reception someone came but doesnt fix still for 2 days no tv.

Really friendly and helpful staff Great brekky Pool Comfy bed

No properly coffee in the morning brekky buffet

We were there 1 night and rented 4 rooms. We can say that hotel need renovation but its clean. The staff was good and they accomodite us perfectly. With that free van going in the airport is a plus. There buffet in the morning is really incredible, a perfect breakfast with the pool view. The food in the evening is really good. Guest must try there bilao food in dinner. Its really good and taste.

Room is old style and need renovate or chamge some of the thing like in the toilet. Old style the room, what i mean is dark color.

The restaurant & the pool & the Christmas 🎄 Decoration

Actually I loved Everything

Its relaxing..staffs are very accomodating and the food was great.

The rooms need to be renovated specially the bathroom some metals are rusty.

Pool area was amazing and breakfast was beautiful

Rooms were musty and damp

everything

none

Staff were fantastic! Couldn’t do enough to help.

The room itself was fine but the bathroom wasn’t particularly in a good state, quite run down and grubby so could do with being refurbished.

Friendly staff

Entire Staff so welcoming and Honorable .. Cuisine is very good .,

Food and facilities

Entertainment should go on a little longer

Everything

Staff were nice

Dirty, unorganised

The reception of the people who work politely

Location, pool, staff and restaurant

Shower is flooded when you take shower and not enough towels for 5 people

We had a pleasant stay at Aziza Paradise Hotel, Puerto Princesa. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff — every single one of them was awesome, friendly, and genuinely helpful despite being very busy. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome. We understand that there seems to be a shortage of staff at the moment. Once this is rectified, the overall experience will be even better. With the right manpower in place, this hotel has great potential to deliver an excellent stay. Thank you to the wonderful team for your efforts and warm service. 🌴😊

NA

Very nice lobby area, free breakfast was very good also.
