They have a perfect breeakfast with lot of different choices of food and fresh fruit, omelette station, artisan bread (not the sweet filipino bread) and cappucino.

There isn't really anything that could be better, this is one of the best hotels in Puerto Princesa with really hot showers and good pressure in them. The only thing one could really recommend is that they look over the lights in the sink area for better light for when you shave but so has all hotels, seems like the designers for hotels either don't shave or are females.

Aamiainen on keskinkertainen. Sijannissa hyvää on Robinsonin kauppakeskus ihan naapurissa. Huoneet ovat yksiä parhaimpia Puerto Princesassa.

Uima-allas ja allasalue katolla on "ok", mutta se on tylsä. Viihtyvyyttää voitaisiin parantaa. Allasbaarista plussaa, josta voi tilata juotavaa ja syötävää.

Het personeel is super vriendelijk en meedenkend, we zijn perfect ontvangen dankjulliewel daarvoor.

Vi var bare en natt i hotellet, pga kansellert fly fra ElNido. Vi likte hotellet umiddelbart, de hadde basseng der, god frokost, hyggelig personale, og vi så at spa/massasje prisen var overkommelig. Nesten synd at vi hadde bare tid til overnatting og frokost pga flyet vi måtte nå. Kommer gjerne tilbake 😊

Pænt hotel, god morgenmad og stort værelse. Der ligger shopping center, fastfood-steder og kaffebar i gå afstand fra hotellet. Beliggenhed, samt udsigten fra vores værelse er ti ud af ti. Super venligt personale, som lod os efterlade vores kufferter før og efter indtjekningen.

Der var muggent og jordagtig lugt i værelset, især når vi tændte AC. Det var uudholdelig, så vi slukkede den. Der var dog en gulvventilator stående i værelset, så vi brugte den i stedet for.

Hue Hotel in Puerto Princesa is conveniently located next to Robinson Mall with plenty of stores, food and services. It was great to have a parking in the basement and the room was a reasonable size and comfortable. Also enjoyed the swimming pool on the rooftop. The breakfast buffet was also great.

Bel établissement, personnel et ambiance générale sympathique, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La piscine sur le toit est un vrai plus, tout comme le restaurant. Superbe buffet de petit déjeuner. Bonne situation avec un grand centre commercial juste à côté.

Wir waren 2019 das erste Mal hier und es ist immernoch ein tolles Hotel mitten in PUERTO PRINCESA. Zuvorkommender Service, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, Rooftop-Bereich mit Pool und Flamingo-Bar einfach wunderbar! Frühstück frisch und lecker!

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, außer die Hellhörigkeit der Hotelflure.

I liked the location and the decor

The properties floor was very dirty. The whole hotel can use a mop daily. The room was very hot. I thought it was air conditioned and it ended up being an automatic fan in the room.

The restaurant is super good especially the manager Darren he accommodate my husband and I beyond above , he's so kind and treated us wonderfully , because of him we want to come back to the hotels - and the room cleaner and room service was to kind . The parking person was good and some waiter and supervisor too , BUT

What we did not appreciated is the rudeness of a woman in front desk call my husband and are guest in our room and told him them they have 15 minutes to leave the room . They could a been nice but instead the way they communicate was so rude and unpleasant ! That makes my husband and our guest really did not appreciated and makes them don't want to stay again to this hotel ! Very Bad customer service . Communication is so important and if your people does not know how to communicate , you will lose customer Also the Aircondioner keeps turn in off - the room get hot - they should fix the Aircondioner in each room .

Het lawaai van andere gasten. Er werd veel geroepen in de gangen. Lange tijd wachten op het eten 's avonds. Er zijn geen parasols aan het zwembad. Zoveel vers fruit aanwezig in het land en toch waren de cocktails niet echt lekker.

The property was good overall and the staff were accommodating. However, the bed sheets had a slightly musty/old smell, which affected the comfort of our stay. Hopefully this can be improved with fresher linens and better ventilation. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

L’hôtel est sympa et il y a de nombreux équipements, piscine, salle de sport, spa et restaurant. Le petit-déjeuner offre un large choix et le personnel est accueillant et attentionné. C’est une très bonne option pour une étape ou un transfert entre 2 villes.

C’est un grand hôtel qui accueille des groupes scolaires. Une grande salle de réception se trouve au deuxième étage, où étaient également situées nos chambres (la nôtre, la première après la salle de réception). Malheureusement, nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à cet étage et l’expérience a été très désagréable. Lors de la première soirée, une fête avait lieu à notre étage : le bruit dans les couloirs a été incessant jusque tard dans la nuit, puis de nouveau dès l’aube. La deuxième soirée, bien qu’il n’y ait pas d’événement dans la salle, les nuisances sonores dans les couloirs ont continué toute la nuit. Il serait souhaitable de réserver cet étage aux groupes de jeunes et d’installer les autres clients dans des zones plus calmes de l’hôtel.

A very good stay at Hue, in a convenient location, just steps from the main shopping mall and a great selection of restaurants. The highlight was the stunning infinity pool, offering breathtaking sunset views, the perfect spot to unwind with one of their excellent cocktails. The room was nicely designed, comfortable, and well maintained, adding to the overall relaxing experience. A great choice for anyone looking for style, comfort, and a good location not far from the airport.

Schimmelspuren in Bad/Waschbecken. Sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und modriger Geruch im Zimmer. Sehr hellhörig zum Flur. Im Pool haben sich am Boden Fliesen gelöst - sowie tote Insekten im Wasser befunden.

El hotel tiene una terraza muy bonita para aprovecharla al atardecer, también tuvimos la oportunidad de pagar una sesión de masajes en el spa a muy buen precio. El desayuno es delicioso y variado y en general el personal fue muy amable, nos ayudaron a recibir el equipaje mientras andábamos de tour porque la aerolínea nos lo envió tarde.

Clean with great facilities, rooms very comfortable only stayed for one night but would have loved to stay longer. Room service was very efficient as well and the restaurant had plenty of choices to suit all taste buds

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpfull and welcoming, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We stayed here for two weeks. I traveled with my three children and they absolutely loved staying here. They especially enjoyed the pool and the playroom, which made the experience even more enjoyable for our whole family. They also have a gym, which was great bonus :) :) Overall, this was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would happily return.

The breakfast buffet was good and offered a nice variety. However, I have two children with gluten allergies, and this made the options more limited for them. We also noticed that the same utensils were sometimes used for both gluten-free and regular items, which made it difficult for my children to safely enjoy the food. As a result, they mostly had eggs and fruit. This is a relatively small detail, but worth being aware of for families with allergies. The prices at the restaurant and bar were slightly higher compared to other places. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room could have been better, as it was either too cold or too warm. The staff did try to fix this, which we appreciated, but unfortunately it didn’t fully improve. Around the pool area, there was occasionally a slight smell of urine. The surface appears to be grass rather than tiles, which may make it more challenging to keep the area as clean and fresh as expected. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would still recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Excellent hotel. Everything is well maintained, from the rooms to the pool facilities, to the kids indoor playground. Our family of 4 had a great time. The restaurant is very good and the staff are friendly. The location is excellent, near to the airport and right next door to a mall with a large supermarket.

Breakfast wasn't as good as it could be.
