Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The breakfast is good, the pool is nice and even has a ping pong table of which we enjoyed immensely, used it multiple times for several days even the day of departure cause we had time to kill. After being relocated to another room it was quite decent & pleasurable to say the least, cant wait to go back for sure 🙏
First room was a bit far all the way to the end, hotel wifi was unbearably tough to get also because of that couldnt watch tv movie or news, a little bit more attention to detail on cleanliness would suffice it.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026The Surprise of towels and flowers. It made our stay so much more romantic. Staff were very welcoming. Great location, good breakfast with a chance to get your own omelette made to your liking and also pancakes. Pool and many nice calm areas to just relax.

Breakfast, I was expecting to have a breakfast with a touch of Palawan in it. Also, please consider people who are vegitarian in your menu. Not many choices for them. Maybe you can ask during check in so you know what are your guests preferences in breakfast so you can consider. All in all I have a great stay with my family.

It could have been better if aside from the pancake ,they also offer sunny side up eggs

ive booked with booking.com. I was confused on the amount since i am a first time user of the booking app it was said that i got to enjoy a discount thus from 2700+ i bill will be 2400+ (to no avail) next time i will just avail of the PalaweÑo discount.

The Bedroom looks old . Smell a bit moldy. The shower area near the Pool ist dirty and in a very bad condition. You have a lot of Staff attending and bowing in front of the guest but very less cleaning Crew for toilet? or I never saw somebody cleaning the toilet. A regular hygiene check ist necessary.

The room is really old fashioned, with old furnitures. At the reception they helped is to book a transfer to the othet city. They told us, that the bus will pick us up between 10-11 am. Evetually they arrived at 12:30….

Reviewed Apr 23, 2025The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a lovely pool and lounge area. The breakfast had great variety and was very nice, they also served dinner there. It is a walking distance from the main shopping mall, and it is not very far from the airport.
The room was more basic than photos showed, but the pool, reception, dining area were all very nice. The bed was a little bit hard, and the air conditioning fan was very loud.

Could be more light in the room. Very noisy if you get room close to the swimming pool as it is open till 10pm. Could be more sunbeds as 4 sunbeds for that big swimming pool and hotels means it is almost impossible to get it.

The first room had no hot water so they moved us to another room this didn’t have a plug in the shower. The breakfast was ok. The pool area could do with some more loungers around. WiFi not good on the rooms

Outside my room, there was constant banging of hammers, and when I stepped out, the air was filled with the overwhelming smell of strong epoxy glue. Even the workers had towels around their noses to shield themselves from the fumes. It was such an unpleasant experience. What’s frustrating is that there were plenty of vacant rooms, yet they chose to disrupt my stay by fixing the hotel right where I was staying.

Room. I picked the room because it says garden view but end up at the back area, sadly. Maybe since its like at the end of the area, you can’t notice easily if the room needed a make up. We went back at night our room hadn’t MUR. But they did it immediately after i called. Thank you anyway.
