Tasty, sumptuous, wide spread, tasty breakfast. Courteous staff. Personalised service. High quality food. Excellent service.

Nothing all was good

Rooms were clean. Food was good. Buffet had good variety. Aditi was helpful. There was magic show and sketching for kids in the evening so they were entertained. Overall experience was good! When the AC went off at night it was immediately addressed. The shuttle drivers were very kind and helpful. They warned us not to go to any shop outside as they would scam us. Buying tickets from the temple was the best option.

Too much power fluctuation on day 1. At night the AC turned off. The temple is quite far from the hotel so we have to wait for the shuttle. If it’s crowded the waiting time can be more. So plan accordingly atleast 15 to 20 min early. Towels shortage. Rooms can be little more spacious. Water can be little more hot.

Excellent location, Good Staff, very good breakfast and convenient to temple. Easy shuttle drop and pick up to shirdi temple throughout the day. Staff is smiling and polite always. Restaurant staff is very good 👍

Service tends to be bit slow at times. Staff can also explain about the temple rules a bit more in detail. We found out about many things only after reaching temple that could have easily been avoided if Staff could have explained.

Our stay in this Radisson property in Shirdi is really good in its warm welcoming vibe, and services is incredible. Special fallout to krish for making our family trip a great experience.

Really clean and well maintained keeping up with the radisson standards . The best part of the stay were the staff right from The moment we were picked up from the airport ( Bhagwan - driver through travel desk ) , the staff at the restaurant ( Aditi - she planned a suprise for my mom to celebrate her bday , she arranged for a cake and made her day special , apurba , biswajeet ) , the room service staff Satish who ensured our room was spic and span and our rooms were stocked up with water , tea supplies , fresh towels etc .. it has been a really comfortable stay with the best customer service .. not to forget the food at the restaurant ( breakfast buffet ) or ala crate lunch / dinner was delicious and healthy . Overall a fabulous experience and would highly recommend them

I would suggest that they keep checking on their common washroom that the tissues is stocked and the bathrooms are cleaned often

Staff was very attentive. I liked the concept of high tea in the garden. Breakfast spread was acceptable.the shuttle to Mandir is very useful. Aircon didn't work but was sorted immediately by staff when we complained.

I would have preferred a wider variety of Continental dishes and fresh fruits. Pool is small, so come with that expectation.

They should do proper changing room at swimming pool

Excellent Breakfast and the quality of food and service was exceptional. The staff were brilliant in all departments. They have a good GM Sathya. Front office was very helpful.

One of the clean properties i have stayed so far in Shirdi and clean food Decent and attentive staff members especially staff members like Adithi and Sunami in the restaurant and Mansi in the front desk

The breakfast was fine. The restaurant staff and the chef were good. He even came to meet us on our request

The dinner was a disaster.Esp the bissibelle rice which did not taste at all like the actual dish..It is a South Indian dish made by an Orissa chef. So was the junka. But the chef came an apologised amd gave us complimentary tricolor desert and some cookies. The worst experience was check in. When we reached at 2pm, room was not ready. We needed to rush for darshan A Mr Abhishek said he will give us a free upgrade and will transfer our luggage to the room by the time we are back. When we returned at 6pm, the luggage was as it is near a pillar in the centre of the lobby.There was an icebox and my meds too A second bad experience was a Mr Krish who I had spoken to the day prior to my arrival.He had said to contact him in case of any issue. Unfortunately neither on 15th or 16th he answered the phone to listen to our woes. . .

Breakfasts spread super duper. However the dinner we had can be better on the Ala Carte.

Late lunch we had on the arrival the Ala Carte we ordered could be better especially spice levels can be less please.

The lobby manager was excellent. The staff at reception was some what slow but the staff at restaurant was perfect and the food was exceptional. Need minor correction to score 100%. I will sincerely recommend the stay to my family and friends

Speed of front desk. when delay is there and you wait the guests to wait no welcome drink or water which is not expected from the otherwise exceptional hotel.

Complementary Breakfast has been excellent as usual since this is my 4th or 5th visit. The consistency in quality of food in breakfast has been maintained by the chef and team.

We had lunch on 10.08.2026 at 1.30 pm by ordering veg Kolhapuri, jira Aloo, wheat tandoori roti, dal khichdi, curd rice. The Dal khichdi and curd rice preparation was good with appropriate quantity. However, the quality and quantity of veg Kolhapuri, and size of tandoori roti needs improvement.

The breakfast was excellent. Infact we appreciate the staff who packed our breakfast on our first day when we decided to visit early hours to near by places...

Comfortable and pleasant stay

Distance from Mandir. Shuttle service was not that good.

Came here with with my mom and my daughter. Amazing hospitality. Everything was spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the food we ordered was good too. There leisure area had a pool table, carrom board and other facilities for every age. We shopped at their in house boutique too. Its expensive but great for the money we spent.

Very comfortable property. Excellent and attentive staff. Very responsive. I would like to particularly appreciate the duty manager for his professionalism and responsiveness. The property is clean, modern with a lovely lawn and very good sized bathroom and comfortable room. They have a shuttle service to baba temple which was prompt and efficient. Breakfast choice was more than adequate. We had lunch too which was fresh and tasty. Overall, I would 100% recommend this hotel while you are visiting Shirdi.

The weird smell at the lobby , in the corridor and the room passage had a horrible smell . No view from the room . Room felt small and claustrophobic.the tv remote wasn’t working . Also the wifi. Which they fixed after a while.

Location is absolutely peaceful. Vehicle drops at temple is highly appreciated. In general, the hotel is clean and neat. Housekeeping is well maintained. Reception and the hotel assistance is highly appreciated. Overall well maintained and organized place to stay. We recommend to friends and relatives this hotel
