The location of hotel was convenient . The in house mandir was good
The food was very average and was very expensive. The pool was green with algae and was dirty
The hotel ambience and the breakfast
The toilet facilities ,water floods into the other areas and the drainage system is not well maintained ,no shower head in one of the toilet .
The temple on the premises was the best part
Reception does not pick phone when you call from room. Room service was ok
breakfast
room was bad. not comfortable. no stand for clothes hanging in bathroom.
Peaceful
Spiritual feelings
The temple replica inside the hotel, chavdi, Gurusthan etc were really very nice.
The booking process online was not to my satisfaction We thought breakfast was included while booking the room but we were told it wasnt. OK, my mistake. But when we read the voucher on site, it was mentioned breakfast per person would be 450 plus taxes. But actually they charged us 570+ tax or something like that. When we told them about the difference, thay said you should have booked while checking in How do we know that? Nobody at the time of checkin asked us if we would like to book breakfast at 450. This left a bad taste. Otherwise, no complaints
Good and facilities are good
Very good
Great hospitality....
Nothing waste of money
Poor cleaning, power goes regularly, staff was rude
The property is nice. Resort is huge. The spiritual activities within the resort are great, soothing. The ambience of overall place is nice. Resort is safe. It's good for family and friends group who come to Shirdi with mindset of visiting a holy place.
The property despite of a huge infra is not maintained like a 5 star property. It doesn't look like a 5 star property. Bathrooms, furniture, room and reception decorum is quite poor. I used the parking to park my vehicle, its huge but very shabby. Overall cleanliness and refinement is much required. The breakfast is not matching to a 5 star grade at all. Total revamp is necessary. The trainee hospitality students should be trained. They are not like a 5 star staff. Property, it's size and plan is amazing.
The hotel is quite nice, a nice mix of modernity and spirituality. The room was big, comfortable. The breakfast spread was good also. For those spiritually inclined, there are several options for Aarti and puja within the hotel itself. Staff was friendly, but could be better.
The breakfast area is not very nice. It's dark and they dont even open the curtains to let the light in. The flooring also is ordinary and somehow it looks like a poor quality breakfast area. The reception staff could be more friendly. The girl (Alima?) said the hotel was sold out and the room would be on the 2nd floor. Then when we persisted, her boss gave us a nicer room on the 4th floor. Why did she lie?
You don’t wish to sit in the room, the energy you of the hotel is so pure.
Everything. Staff was very polite, my 2 years old son was sometimes out playing somewhere in the hotel and staff made sure that he is safe and well looked after.
Peaceful and serene atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff
Facilities in the room could be better
The Best part was the Sai temple and aarti inside. The lobby was good. The lawn was good
Rooms, bathroom, lenin
Buffet lunch was not proper. Needs lot of improvement in taste and also needs to be kept warm
I have been staying at this place since last 8 years. I treat this hotel like a temple.
This year, we had a very disappointing experience, primarily due to the condition of the hotel rooms. We had booked two rooms (327 and 328) for a two-night stay. Room 327: We found cockroaches in the room, and the floor was dirty and poorly maintained. Toilet doors are dirty and not cleaned including floors.. Room 328: The room allocated to my daughters was also unclean. The wash basin had leftover rice and food particles. We had to call the housekeeping staff to clean it. Due to the condition of Room 327, we were shifted to Room 229. However, the next morning, the air conditioner started leaking heavily from the ceiling, with water pouring into the room. I immediately called the reception and expressed my dissatisfaction. Although the maintenance team repaired the AC, this was the final straw. At that point, I decided to check out early. After returning from the temple, I informed the reception that I was leaving because I was extremely unhappy with the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality of the rooms. I drove to Nashik instead and spent the remainder of my trip at the Marriott. This is particularly disappointing because we have been visiting this hotel for the past eight years and have always considered it a special place due to its peaceful atmosphere, the Sai Temple, and the excellent service. Unfortunately, the poor housekeeping, aging rooms, and lack of proper maintenance have significantly affected the guest experience. The hotel urgently needs to renovate its rooms and improve cleanliness standards to maintain the trust of its long-standing guests.
Property is centrally located and accessible to Sai Baba Mandir. However Shuttle service provided by Hotel is excellent. Breakfast spread was good and yummy.
Quilts are very old and bobbling made an uncomfortable sleeping experience.
Sai Baba temple and aarti by Panditji
Property is old now and could be better maintained
Check in was smooth
Choices for Dinner were ok. Buffet Breakfast is not up to the standard.
It was a nice experience to stay at St Laurn. Specially meeting with Mr. Navin was excellent and hs is a Gem Person.
The ambience on ground floor is good
The cleanliness in rooms , upkeep of Toilets were shabby
Staff and restaurant were the best.
Towels were not cleaned properly or had stains on them.
Definitely the location, food and mandir inside.
Housekeeping not up to the mark. Maintenance of washroom, AC required.
Temples inside
The entire hotel requires renovation as we are staying here since 2017.
Very comfortable stay. Well maintained facility. Helpful and excellent staff.
Room, food, amenities
Dwarkamai inside the hotel is a divine feeling. Reception and lounge area is good ambience wise. The plants and garden around the rooms gives you peaceful and fresh feeling ✨️
Housekeeping is not up to the mark.

Food
We were greeted well by reception. Girl at reception took extra care to resolve our query of late check out. Very prompt service of darshan. Very helpful front desk Thanks
Sport center was very hot, can have better cooling during summers
Staff friendly
Still they can improve for the room touch up. Though they renovated the bath room but not of high quality, the touch up below the bath room sink not upto standard, the white cement patch up not clean.
The service part is worst
It’s close to the temple
It’s run down. Half the things don’t work. Ac not working properly. Food was terrible. Staff does not care about guests

Room not sparkling clean. AC not working properly. Musty smell in room. Washroom and toilet not clean. Overall unkempt feel.
VERY GOOD
NOTHING
Nothing specifically except the prayer places
Several things-food, staff pro-activeness, cooling, etc
De mensen zijn erg lief en behulpzaam. Reageren snel als ik iets vraag en doen het ook. Ook heel fijn was de shuttlebus van en naar baba tempel.
Nothing, the property is infested with mosquitoes.
The house keeping and room condition is bad. The mopping done in the room left behind smell and stickyness instead of cleaning the room. The AC was not working. The room is too small, the lounge chair is odlly placed. The decor is tacky.
Good

Rooms need major upgrades. AC didn't work in one of the rooms and they couldn't fix it. Sheets were stained. Really needs better upkeep.

Stealing, I came their put my car valet, and with feeling of safe my car will be parked and things in car will be safe. Staff steal my sun goggles. Pathetic never will visit this place. First time i am experience this in 5 rated hotel. No body ready to acknowledge? I can get new that's not issue but trust lost in holy place by your service.
Ambience Clean rooms Saieam aarti inside hotel Serenity Courteous staff
Nothing as such. Probably, Free Drop off vehicle drivers riding superfast & not wearing seatbelts.
The huge spacious layout and the small temples dotting the property. Focus is on Spirituality which is nice. Food at the Ananda restaurant was good. The complimentary pick up and drop was very efficient. We took multiple trips to the temple drop off point and service was excellent except for one particular driver who drove a Tata electric car on the night trip of Day 1 - July 23rd at 11 pm, who must have been an F1 driver previously. Take the car keys off his hands ASAP before he does some serious harm.
The room tariff is way too high for the quality of room and the cleanliness. The rooms smell and has poor ventilation. The rooms could have been much better with some love and care and refurbishment. The sofas are not cleaned and there is lot of dust accumulation. Bathroom ventilation is very poor. It could have been a much better property if the management puts more effort into its cleanliness. It is a lack of attention to detail that needs to be addressed. Breakfast was lousy. Very strict check out times. Had to pay 1000 rs extra for check out at 2 pm.
Very peaceful and spirtual
common areas and elevators could be better clean
Stay is good, hotel staff are amazing
