Location and the room was incredibly cute

It’s my second time staying at this hotel and the experience was great. Very easy smooth check in and always very pleasant and friendly. Room is very nice clean and comfortable . I rebooked because of my first pleasant stay and I will be going there for as long as it stays like that.

A great hotel in downtown Montreal! It’s modern and pop, and the room and bathroom are really nice. For a three stars, you can see they put effort into the design of the room and the building. The room was clean and spacious—not extremely huge, but perfectly fine for two people and our luggages. Everything is pretty much within walking distance if you are a good walker. There are no breakfast options except for a few items at the lobby bar. However, you can easily walk out and try one of the many spots you can find within a 5-minute walk.

Tutto, hotel stupendo e la cortesia dello staff è da evidenziare. Sono stato accontentato per quanto riguarda una richiesta sulla camera.

Staff were polite and helpful, Location was super amazing, Room was decently decorated and was clean, housekeeping was frequent.

The Air Conditioning was not working properly, not just for 1 night , but for 3 nights, this was genuinely disappointing. We couldn't sleep properly, period!

Buena ubicación a 15 minutos de una parada de metro (Bonaventure) . Una de las chicas de recepción habla Español. Se puede dejar el coche delante unos minutos para bajar las maletas. Tienen parking en la parte de atrás del hotel se paga aparte en el párking sobre 30 $ día. Hay una panadería enfrente para desayunar (La bete pain) Recomendable moverse en metro.

Toda la zona es de aparcamiento de pago con tiempo limitado, fácil que lleves una multa.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera al 17* piano, abbastanza spaziosa, con ascensori molto rapidi. Ci sono parecchi locali e negozi accanto all’hotel, in particolare un ottimo supermercato che si chiama Avril. Macchina per il caffè Nespresso in camera e bollitore su richiesta (nella hall si trova un angolo con bustine di tè buonissime gratuite, davvero una bella idea). Aria condizionata regolabile in modo autonomo in camera. Cabina doccia ampia. Cambio degli asciugamani quotidiano con anche piccolo rassetto della stanza. L’ultimo giorno ci hanno tenuto i bagagli gratuitamente e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di usare il bagno al pianoterra.

Alla reception il personale è efficiente ma un po’ formale. La camera è stata sempre rifatta ma c’era un po’ di polvere in giro e una volta le tazze usate non sono state pulite. La presa per caricare il cellulare è solo da una parte del letto. Il principale problema di questa struttura è che si trova lontano dalla fermata della metropolitana, circa 15 minuti a piedi.

Nice if you want to wake up when the sun is rising, because they have no block out curtains, Be aware that it cost 30 dollars pr. Day for parking the car in there garage. Else it's a nice central hotel

Very clean, large room, great location , walking distance for all the attractions. The best of all is the hotel staff, supper friendly. They even come down to the garage to help me parking.

The hotel was clean and up-to-date and in a great location. The front desk staff was very helpful, especially with suggestions for places to eat and making a taxi arrangement. Grethel the cleaning lady was accommodating and efficient.

Lighting both at the front desk and in the rooms needs to be improved. The decor of the hotel is a dark, moody vibe which is Ok, but the dark colors absorb light making it sometimes less than ideal to function. It particularly pained us to see how the front desk staff sometimes struggled to read documents in the dim light. At least at the front desk this needs to be corrected. The rooms could also use better lighting.

Dark room very ultra modern , concrete and black carpet wasn’t sure if I was walking in to a sports gym or the bathroom, Bed has a square solid base that is a great way to break a toe if you’re not looking in the gloom ( black carpet , black bed ) to find the bathroom, we put our shoes on the corners as a soft buffer. The location feels like the back of no where, If you like boutique hotels and no views this is ok, but I would not pick this hotel again. Clean and does the job, but just not my kind of location or style .

We heard loud music till late at night and we weren’t able to tell: is it hotel guests or noise from the outside. And small annoying thing: shower door isn’t sealed good enough and you get a huge water puddle in the bathroom.

Good location, not far to walk to main area. Handy car park underneath hotel. Seemed a lively area but not in a bad way. Kettle provided on request.

We stayed for three nights, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to coffee shops and restaurants.

There was only a USB charging cable and outlet on one side of the bed. It would have been more convenient if both sides had access to charging ports.

My fave Montreal hotel! Great location in proximity to Old Montreal , Griffintown, the Port, Lachine Canal, Atwater Market and the Notre Dame Street West area. Cool boutique style hotel with really well laid out rooms and comfy beds and linen. All staff are friendly and efficient. Easy checkin and checkout!

The location was pretty good. Griffintown doesn’t have a ton of nightlife options but there were quite a number of cafés and lots of big chain shopping. Since it’s a relatively newly gentrified neighborhood, perhaps local stores and more nightlife will come eventually. It is close to the old port so a quick walk will bring you to some nightlife. The hotel was clean, the staff was very polite and helpful, and the room was really comfortable.

The bathroom set up is really odd. There is no fan in the bathroom and the doors don’t really fully close so there is almost no privacy when someone is in there. The shower also has a translucent wall that is shared with the bedroom area so hopefully you are comfortable with whoever you are sharing the room with lol.

Didn’t have breakfast. The area does have some homeless by the canal. The restaurants in the area are pretty good. A little walk away is the university are.

We didn’t have a very good view. The bathroom needs more hooks and shelves for personal item.

Absence of a bar can be inconvenient but I was aware in advance and there are plenty of local hostelries.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The soap and lotions they use are incredible and smell great. They offer Nespresso and refill daily.

There's no safe. The bed was not a queen but a double bed. There's barely any storage despite having a lot of space. There's a small closet to hang items and a tiny drawer by the bed and barely enough for 2 people for 5 days. They only have 2 hooks in the bathroom and 2 hooks by the front door, maybe a few more so you can hang items. They also didn't tell us about a mandatory fire drill and sent a text 45 mins before it started. Then when we were asked to wait outside by the front desk girl with glasses, she didn't like where we were standing and told us to wait further away from the entrance (almost in the street) and was quite rude about it. However, there were plenty of people standing where we were. When I asked why we weren't notified the day before, she just told me she'd deal with it but nothing was ever done. It's a busy street so you'll hear traffic throughout the night

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und die Betten sehr bequem. Man konnte vom Hotel alles sehr gut fussläufig erreichen.

There was no hot water in the shower at 6.00am this morning! Not pleased. Mentioned it to desk staff member and he did say sorry about that. Poor lighting in the room.

Lumpy pillow, but bed very comfy

3 ascenseurs pour accéder aux étages. Chambre spacieuse. Salle d’eau un peu moins mais suffisant. La douche est grande. Jolie vue depuis le 16 eme étage. Lit et oreillers confortable. Une boulangerie avec un espace pour déjeuner se trouve à proximité. Un bon restaurant est à côté de l’hôtel. Climatisation silencieuse

La deco de la chambre est minimaliste. Un mur en béton qui n’est pas peint donne une ambiance un peu froide.

Nous avons réservé à cet hôtel puisqu'il était tout de même proche du Centre Bell où nous avions un spectacle. Lors du préenregistrement, on m'a offert de surclasser ma chambre pour une chambre en coin. Je ne tenais pas nécessairement à payer pour le surclassement puisque nous allions principalement pour dormir. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu la surprise de voir que notre chambre avait été surclassée quand même. Nous avions une belle chambre au 15e étage avec une magnifique vue sur Griffintown. Le personnel était courtois. Il y a un stationnement en dessous de l'hotel et deux restaurants, dont un à déjeuner au sein de la même bâtisse que l'hôtel. Nous n'avions donc pas besoin de sortir avec la voiture pour manger. Gros plus, le lit et les oreillers étaient confortables +++. Les hotels Alt sont les plus confortables parmi tous ceux que j'ai pu essayer, même plus que les Hilton et Delta de ce monde.

S'il faut trouver un commentaire négatif, le seul que je peux dire est que la douche serait plus pratique s'il y avait un pommeau à main en plus de celui au mur, mais sinon c'est le seul commentaire "négatif".

The property was very clean. The rooms were very nice. Bed was so comfortable and the shower had great pressure and lots of hot water. We were on the 11th floor and it was very quiet and had a nice view. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Would book here again.
