Great location, comfortable stay and great value. Excellent staff and facilities.

La proximité avec tout. Très bien localisé. Les draps et serviettes étaient propres et sentaient le propre.

Besoin de rafraîchissement. La peinture est abîmée dans les chambres. Dans les escaliers pour monter aux étages, il y a des rénovations qui semblent inachevées et l’odeur est très désagréable.

I asked for shower wash and it was never added to my room and I had to have air turned on twice within my room

There were 2 long hairs on the toilet seat and one long hair in the bathroom sink that shouldn't have been there. For the rest everything was fine.

The location is central and easily accessible by public transport.

For the high price paid we did not receive breakfast. There were loud cities repairs all around the hotel. This was not indicated in the booking nor led to reduction in price or any sort of compensation. The double room had ONLY one chair and none was delivered after asking the staff for an additional chair.

The hall carpet was not up to date rather old and not very clean which lead to a smell in our room . Our shower hand held was broken and later we had no water after I was full of soap all over my body rinsed with tap water. For 1200.00 this place needs improvements on lighting in the halls and bed rooms , 1 chair only small rooms just no comforter in the over all atmosphere.

The room was smaller than expected and very expensive. After unpacking we found that the hot water was not working - which it seems reception was aware of but did not mention when checking in.

Hotel calme bien situé.

Les travaux sur toutes les rues entourant l'hôtel. Manque des barres de soutien dans la douche et la salle de bain, pour la sécurité des clients plus âgés.

Le séjour a été gâché par le système d'air climatisé, qui était extrèmement bruyant. Tellement bruyant qu'on ne pouvait le faire fonctionner la nuit, il nous empêchait de dormir. Nous devions donc endurer la chaleur. Personnellement je n'irai plus à cet établissement en période estivale.

Le sol de la chambre en apparence propre mais il suffit de marcher en chaussettes blanche dans la chambre pour les découvrir noires en quelques instants....

The location, close to the train station and subway

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. The floor where we were staying smelled strongly of dirt and was not pleasant. There was no elevator to reach the top floor, which was especially inconvenient because we had luggage and were traveling with elderly family members. The bathroom was clean on the first day, but it was not cleaned the following day. No hand towels or body towels were provided, and the shampoo and hand soap were never replenished. The toilet was also not working properly. We had a terrace, but it was very dirty and was never cleaned during our stay. The elevator serving the other floors was old and very small, which made it difficult to use with luggage. Overall, both the hotel and the rooms felt unclean. We had to contact the front desk directly several times because our concerns were not properly addressed by housekeeping. I would not recommend this hotel for families with children. You can hear a lot of noise from the hallways and outside the rooms, and considering the price we paid, we expected a much better experience.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds with a sofa bed for 3 adults and one big teenager. Checked in and discovered our room was at the very top floor with 3 king size beds in a huge room. Was upgraded at no extra cost. We were very comfortable.

Floor felt weird. Cleaning product leaves a residue. Not enough towels and toilet paper in a room that can accommodate at least 6 guests.

Ultimate location! About a minute or 2 walk to St Catherine st and 3-4 minute walk to the Bell Centre. Safe secure parking with a hotel discount on Rue Stanley also just a couple minutes away. Clean hotel, comfy beds. Other hotels in the area were a further distance at a higher price.

No free breakfast, but we weren't planning to eat anyway. Would have been perfect if it had a pool, but we knew these things going in, so no complaints.

No towels in the room and the bed was so close to the very noisy air conditioning unit. Had to squish along to get into bed and had to turn off the unit over night for the noise!

Great price and clean rooms was happy with our stay at Europa.

it was alright. bed was comfy. although hospitality was questionable. we asked for towels twice from room service, which is already odd there aren’t any provided in the first place, even hand towels. after waiting 40 minutes after our first call, we called again and were told “they’d come up if there were any clean towels” which is odd, a hotel should have clean towels ready. also didn’t love that there were no lights in the main room and only in the bathroom. the one lightbulb was burnt out. for almost $600 you expect more

Nous avons eu un gros problème avec le bruit dans la chambre à coté. J'ai tente de communiquer avec l'hotel à 3 reprises mais je suis toujours sans nouvelle. Il y a un du bruit, de la bagarre et des policier sont venu dans la chambre juste a coté de nous ainsi que dans le couloir, ca nous a empêché de dormir un bonne partie de la nuit. J'ai meme eu peur pour ma sécurité. Je ne recommande pas cette hotel puisqu'il ne vous prendrons pas en charge ou ne vous offrirons aucun dédommagement dans le cas ou ca va mal.

The location is central to everything and only 5 minutes from the bell centre. Facilities were clean, quiet, and check in/out were seamless.

The location was amazing! We were there for a concert and the hotel is a quick walk to the Bell Centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Couldn't ask for a better experience and hotel!

Small room but adequate for 1 night stay. Excellent location for city centre and public transport links. Staff friendly and helpful though unable to meet my request for milk and kettle in room to make tea.

Air conditioning didnt work and we were advised to 'open the windows and use the fan' even though the appartment is on a very busy road at a main junction. Remote contraol for TV was missing. Another one eventutally provided but then found out TV very few available channels. Internal work was unfinished with services boxes exposed in bathroom Overloaded electrical sockets with multiple extension leads NO elevator and had to haul 2 big and 2 small cases up and down 3 flights of stairs Main door lock was difficult to operate then it failed

The room was spacious with two queen sized beds and housekeeping was done every day.

Beautiful. Well kept. Very comfortable beds. The towels were luxurious.

But the floors were sticky and carpets needed to be cleaned

I liked the location. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. The housekeeper gave me more towels when I asked , but I had already showered. Nice coffee machine in lobby.

I only got one towel. I paid 224$ and had very small room where my knees almost touched the Shower stall when sitting on the toilet. The halls were dirty and needed vacuuming.

Guy from Panama at the front desk was so helpful and friendly! Definitely gave us a great welcome!

The stairs are very scary, should have more signs to indicate how to get to the rooms. Almost had a panic attack because we thought we were trapped.

Struttura da rimodernare un pò, che trasmette un senso di "usato". Camera confortevole, pulita. Letto comodo. Bagno ampio e pulito. La camera è stata rifatta tutti i giorni, compresi asciugamani nuovi.

Nella Hall c'era moquette sporca con un divano che presentava vistose macchie. Uno degli ascensori funzionava male, siamo rimasti chiusi dentro al piano terra (ci hanno aperto in meno di due minuti). Hotel che trasmette un senso di "usato".
