Spotless. Everything went well and units are well equipped. The team took care I enter the apartment safely even when I arrived super late.

Great views from the balcony, good location, clean and modern flat.

As expected, some hiccups with entry arrangements. Bit worrying at the time and difficulty getting support on the phone.

Todo lo demás fue pésimo… la wifi de mi habitación no funcionaba y me tuvieron que dar la de otra habitación y claro era lenta, mala cobertura… El hotel no tiene recepción aunque comparte el mismo edificio con otro hotel, no te dan ningún servicio, ni ningún tipo de asistencia, lo que no entiendo para nada. Encima no puedes ni usar una zona de sofás que hay en la entrada si reservas con Werfy hotel ni puedes dejar tus maletas en conserjería. Todo muy desagradable, la verdad. No limpian las habitaciones ni en estancias de una semana como la mía, tienes que pagar extra, como si el hotel no fuera caro ya. Encima la llave es digital y a mí me dejó de funcionar en medio de mi estancia y estuve 4 horas sin poder acceder a mi habitación.

The corridor spelled like dampness, it was very unpleasant. Zero parking and even though they say it’s limited, $30 to park is crazy.

Das Appartement liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel einen Fußmarsch von Downtown entfernt. Auch die Altstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Grundausstattung für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt ist vorhanden. Das Bad ist modern und funktionell gestaltet. Das Bett ist nach deutschen Maßstäben nicht allzu breit, aber okay.

Die App zum Öffnen der Wohnungstür hat zwar letzten Endes gut funktioniert, aber es gab "Anlaufschwierigkeiten" technischer Natur. Die Ausstattung mit Lampen ist etwas sparsam, insbesondere im Schlafzimmer.

Nous avons pu être reloger au 13 ème étage car gros problème de nuisance au 5 ème. Nous avions quitté notre logement au terme de la première nuit alors que nous avions loué 3 nuits, booking et l'hôtel on fait le nécessaire au bout de quelques heures.

Problème de connexion avec la clé électronique ( à chaque fois que l'on à quitté la chambre il fallait réactiver le mobile avec le code identifiant. Un temps plus ou moins long pour une réponse uniquement par mail, car au téléphone il n'y a personne. Nous n'avons jamais pu entrer dans le parking de l'hôtel.

We loved the non-stop views in all directions from floor-to-ceiling windows and two balconies. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had everything nearby if we wanted to stay in for the evening. The location right off the Lachine Canal had pedestrian paths going north to Old Montreal or south to Le Petite Bourgogne.

The wifi had to be the very worst I have ever had to deal with. It was problematic, because I did have to do some remote work during my stay and it was totally unreliable. There were no blackout curtains and quite a bit of light pollution filtered in from the living area, which had no door or way to close off from the bedroom. We had to sleep with eye masks on.

Location is very good, a walk on the canal everyday or a stroll into the city.

This luxury apartment was below standard. The digital key experience was extremely difficult, initially after a long trip just getting it working, then trying to get another member of the party one, took two days. We actually requested a card access which was refused. Throughout our stay we dreaded the door access sometimes taking up to 2 minutes to get in. This was made even harder by no physical desk and phone response at times was difficult or unhelpful, either hanging up or not returning your call, it felt like the person had to read a script before replying. The standard of cleaning was poor and the quality of some of the facility wasn’t to the standard of luxury. For example poor quality towels the bedding especially the pillows. Provisions for a 10 day stay was poor to 2 dishwasher and washing pods. Finally a lack of instructions of how to use equipment, what it had, didn’t match the equipment such as the oven or even where to put the rubbish. We had to ask for missing kitchen items to be reinstated which, were provided quite promptly.

Parking is limited, need to reserve ahead of time. The check-in process is completely digital. they are separate from Hotel Grifftown even tho they're in the same location. Doesn't like uploading my photo ID to their platform and digital key, really not convenient. Towels are not clean.

The apartment itself was clean and conveniently located, but that does not make up for the negative parts of this place.

The biggest problem was the lack of transparency and clear instructions. Throughout our stay, we repeatedly encountered problems that WERFY should have explained upfront and were left figuring them out ourselves. We booked “WERFY Luxury Apart-Hotel,” but arrived at a building prominently identified as “Griffintown Hotel,” with no obvious explanation that WERFY was actually there. The Wi-Fi name provided was wrong and caused confusion. To make matters worse, it was unavailable a significant part of the time. Parking was another puzzle. The parking spot identification was not clearly explained as apparently meaning a specific spot on a specific floor, and unlike other prominently marked spaces, ours had faded numbering on the floor. We wasted considerable time driving through the underground garage looking for it. Even returning from the garage was confusing: the elevator took us down, but our fob would not take us back up. WERFY told us to use “the other building that shares the same parking space”—but as tourists, we did not even know what “the other building” meant. The representatives were responsive and polite, but provided little substantive resolution; larger issues appeared to simply get passed to management. That was the pattern: poor transparency, confusing instructions, and guests left solving problems themselves. Basic parts of a vacation stay should not feel like puzzles. Had these arrangements been transparent beforehand, I would not have booked here. I would not stay again or recommend it.

The apartment met all of my expectations. We had a small issue with the TV, but the staff responded very quickly and helped us resolve it without any problems. The apartment had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. The only minor downside was the lack of blinds or shades on the living room windows. This was especially noticeable in the morning, when we were having coffee on the sofa and the sunlight was shining directly into our eyes. Apart from that, the apartment was absolutely faultless. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.

Appartement spacieux avec une vue superbe de nuit (nous étions au 12 ème étage), équipement complet.

Les oreillers n’étaient pas propres, l’égouttoir était à remplacer car rouillé, on ne peut faire qu’une seule clé digitale ce qui est contraignant lorsqu’on loge à plusieurs . Beaucoup de difficultés pour se garer si on n’a pas réservé le parking de l’hôtel.

It was clean!

The bedroom with the queen bed did not have sufficient lighting. There were two nightstands and only one light was present. The room was very dark once nighttime hit. The only two rooms that had good lighting were the bathrooms and kitchen. A great deal of water ended up on the bathroom floor of the room with the king bed. The plastic panel of the shower is too short and there is no shower door. But I understand that you had to leave enough room for the person to climb out from the shower. The design is not good in general. For one evening, the stay was good!

Wi-Fi would not connect despite contacting tech support. Guy kept giving me same password and same error message came up: “This network is operating on Wi-Fi channels in use by several other nearby networks. Restarting your wireless router may allow it to automatically choose the best channel to use, and may resolve this problem.” Disappointing as it cost me opportunities to do work.

Alors que j'occupais ma chambre depuis une journée, ma clé digitale n'a plus fonctionné (elle ne se synchronisait pas). J'ai contacté à deux reprises la réception par téléphone (il n'y a pas de réception à l'accueil de cet hôtel!) où l'on m'a répondu qu'on m'envoyait un code. J'ai eu l'impression qu'on ne prenait pas vraiment en compte le fait que j'étais bloqué dans la rue. J'ai reçu, après un long moment d'attente, un message me demandant de désinstaller l'application Lynx et de la télécharger à nouveau. En vain! J'ai donc dû parcourir les étages pour trouver une femme de ménage avec une blouse marquée Werfy qui a contacté un responsable et m'a dit qu'avec son autorisation elle allait me fabriquer une carte d'accès à ma chambre. Je précise que je suis resté bloqué dehors sans accès à ma chambre pendant une heure et qu'ensuite, après que la femme de ménage m'ait ouvert la porte, j'ai dû attendre trois heures bloqué dans ma chambre avant qu'elle ne m'apporte cette carte. (Je remercie vivement cette employée Fatima RAMIREZ, qui m'a gentiment aidé et a tout fait pour régler mon problème!) Pour enfin jouir de ma liberté d'aller et de venir. Je précise que j'ai 64 ans, des problèmes de santé et de prostate et que je n'ai absolument pas apprécié cet incident et le fait de devoir attendre dans la rue... Sinon et alors que j'ai payé un prix élevé pour une prestation de cinq nuits, le ménage n'a jamais été effectué dans ma chambre!!! J'ai dû faire mon lit malgré mon dos fragile. Et les poubelles n'ont jamais été vidées... Je n'en reviens toujours pas. J'espère que vous envisagerez un geste commercial... The apartment was very nice, well equipped and clean. The staff was very responsive and we were lucky to get a parking spot in the garage downstairs.

As other reviews, I confirm that the check in process in quite overwhelming, too many procedures and messages, but the staff is ready to help in case. Maybe a bit too pricey for the location.

Para empezar no me gustó el hecho de tardar 1'5h en poder acceder a la habitación porque falló el sistema de llave digital,para el que hay que bajar previamente una app. Estuve en contacto intermitente con el personal responsable, pero tardaron muchísimo en que viniera alguien en persona a darme unas tarjetas para entrar. Por esta espera no llegué al espectáculo AURA que tenía contratado. Querían cobrar 100CA$ por hacer check in una hora antes y me retuvieron 250$ de fianza.

The apartment is lovely, clean and in a great location. Depending on where you are heading, downtown can be reached in about 20–30 minutes. It is ideal for two people, but we stayed with our six-year-old daughter and the space was still fine for us. We also really enjoyed the view from the 7th floor. Apart from the check-in experience, we had a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, the digital check-in was very frustrating. The digital access did not work on my phone. I work in a technical service environment and am comfortable with technology, but even after following all the instructions, restarting my phone and reinstalling the app several times, we were still standing outside for an hour. I contacted support via WhatsApp and received further instructions and a new digital key, but nothing worked. Eventually, a staff member had to bring us a physical access card. By then, our six-year-old daughter was exhausted from travelling and urgently needed to use the bathroom. We were able to use a toilet at the reception downstairs, although the interaction there was unfortunately not particularly welcoming. The check-in experience left a negative first impression on an otherwise pleasant stay. When access relies entirely on a digital system, there should be a quick and simple backup solution available if it fails.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’appartement était magnifique, très confortable et parfaitement entretenu, avec une vue exceptionnelle qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le service était impeccable, le personnel très professionnel et attentionné. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

TV was difficult to adjust and even the staff took 30 minutes to fix the TV. Security , our room's door was left open when we were out. Nothing was missing.

The accommodation is in an excellent location, with a great view. The room was perfectly clean and very well equipped. The check-in process may seem a little complicated at first, but it is actually very easy and secure. The staff provide assistance remotely and are extremely polite, with very quick response times. We really enjoyed everything! L’hébergement est idéalement situé et offre une très belle vue. La chambre était parfaitement propre et très bien équipée. L’accès peut sembler un peu complexe au premier abord, mais il est en réalité très simple et sécurisé. Le personnel est disponible à distance, extrêmement courtois et répond très rapidement. Nous avons vraiment tout apprécié !

Finding the place and check-in very very cumbersome. It's in another hotel the name of which you're not given. And room access is with an app that is glitchy and has issues.

Very comfortable, the unit was well acconditoned and fully equiped. The unit that we rented had a washing machine + dryer and pods, ironing board, dishwasher.. perfect for any type of stay, no matter the duration. The staff was very attentive of our needs and after contacting them, they answered all our questions within the minute.

The only bad thing to mention would be the smell of cannabis at our arrival and lack of body wash soap, but, as soon as we noticed the staff they helped us immediately

en fait, non seulement il n’y a pas de panneau ou de nom de l’établissement sur l’immeuble mais il n’y a pas de personnel de l’hôtel à l’intérieur du bâtiment et l’immeuble est géré par un autre prestataire qui nous dit que sa compagnie est en conflit avec cet enseigne et n’a pas voulu nous renseigner. On a du se débrouiller seul pour accéder à notre logement

The property is clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything needed for both short- and long-term stays. The location is excellent, with restaurants, bars, and a Metro supermarket all within a short walk.

My only criticism is that the overall guest experience feels unnecessarily overcomplicated. The check-in process involves numerous multi-step instructions and relies heavily on technology. I’m a technology consultant and found it cumbersome, so I imagine it could be overwhelming for many guests. The same applies to simple tasks like using the microwave, which required following instructions beyond what should be a basic “heat and go” experience. The biggest inconvenience was the parking. After a six-hour drive, the last thing I expected was another lengthy set of instructions just to park, exit as a pedestrian, and re-enter. It was one of the most complicated parking experiences I’ve had. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t centralized. Not necessarily a criticism but more of an FYI for other guests.

Nous sommes restés devant la porte fermée pendant 1h40 car la clé électronique sur mon téléphone ne fonctionnait pas. Ils devraient revoir leur système d’accès à l’appartement et être plus réactifs.Plusieurs éléments abîmés , un support de distributeur de savon parterre et un pied de canapé cassé à notre arrivée et les lampes de la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas.

Location was great, room sizes were large and balcony view was spectacular. Modern facilities very pleasant stay.

We arrived in the late evening and the car park barrier was down, we couldn’t enter the car park. The hosts had listed other local car parks which we managed to park in with ease, just would have been nicer when transporting luggage to have been able to get into the on site car park.

Manque une borne électrique au parking et un accès direct à l hôtel depuis le parking : il faut passer par l immeuble d'à côté pour accéder à la chambre. Pas de rideau dans le salon, manque d'intimité.

The check-in process is labourious; phone in, wait for their sms, fill in the form, make a deposit, download the app, put in the code into the app, synch the digital key with the door..but that didn't work right away (uninstall the app, re-install the app, try again...). Sorry but these virtual hotels require too much patience on behalf of the guest.

The accommodation was very clean, and there were plenty of restaurants and nice places to walk nearby, which made my stay very convenient and enjoyable.

The ammenitirs including kitchen, 2 bedrooms., two bathrooms, soap fpr dishwasher amd laumdry was provided, livong room had pull out bed and darkening blinds, there is a balcony.

There is no bedroom door on the master room. The digital rooms keys had challengrs that were frustrating.

Great location, loved the set up felt like I had a true home base where I could cook and relax during my long stay in Montreal

No housekeeping at all during my stay, I think at least once a week would be great given the price you pay, additionally it would be nice for a shelf in the shower to store your products (like shampoo soap etc) and perhaps some additional hooks in the back of the bathroom door would be great.

Beautiful view, very clean, lots of space, great communication.
