Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte perché avevamo l'aereo la mattina. Molto comodo e vicino all'aeroporto ma soprattutto hanno a disposizione una navetta gratuita per portarti al terminal. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

La navette pour venir de l'aéroport jusqu'à l'hôtel n'est pas claire. Le retour aucun problème, il y a des départs toute les 2h. Assez mal isolé.

Aggiungerei al menù pranzo/cena più scelte vegetariane e possibilmente non piccanti, parere soggettivo dovuto a mie problematiche alimentari perché comunque la scelta del menù è ampia

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The room itself was reasonably clean and the location near the airport was convenient. Unfortunately, these few positive points were overshadowed by several serious problems.
Communication with the hotel was practically nonexistent. Several days before my arrival I tried to arrange the airport pickup service, but the hotel repeatedly sent me a link that did not work. I had already provided my flight details and arrived at around 3:00 AM, but there was no pickup waiting for me. I therefore had to take an overpriced taxi to the hotel. Only after arriving did I learn that the airport transfer service operates only until 11:30 PM. This important restriction had not been made clear to me beforehand. After finally arriving exhausted in the middle of the night, my room key card did not work, so I had to return to reception to have it reprogrammed. The worst part was the complete absence of refrigerators. I specifically asked the hotel and was told that there are no refrigerators in any rooms in the entire hotel, regardless of which room category you book. I find this absolutely unacceptable for a hotel in Indonesia, where temperatures are constantly above 30°C. Even very cheap hotels usually provide at least a small refrigerator. Guests should be able to keep drinks, food or medication cool. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience and not what I would expect from an Ibis Styles hotel.

Tot l’hotel literalment fa pudor a tabac. La piscina està tancada. Vem estar hora i mitja esperant el shuttle gratis de l’aeroport i aquest no va arribar mai, tot i que vaig contactar amb l’hotel diverses vegades el dia anterior i durant el mateix dia i no em contestaven als missatges. Aixo si, em contestaven per dir-me quant valia el check out. Al final vaig haver d’agafar un grab i perdre molta estona, quan vaig arribar a l’hotel encara em volien cobrar mes del que m’havien dit pel late check out i quan els hi vaig dir el problema del shuttle no es van dignar ni a disculpar-se. Passada una hora em van enviar disculpes per whatsapp excusant-se que el shuttle es cada hora i mitja, quan ja ho sabia i tot i així no ens van passar a recollir. En general, ajuden ben poc

I booked a room to sleep for a few hours in between my flights. I couldn't do that, it was very noisy- there were some works going on in the hotel. I called the reception to complain three times. Only after the third time, the noise stopped. The facilities are rather poor, nothing like in the pictures.

The staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming. The toiletries provided were also quite limited. One issue we encountered was with the power socket next to the bed — it only works when the light at the entrance is switched on, so turning off the light also stops the charging. Overall, the stay was average, with the convenient location being one of the main positives.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Just spent 1 night here as it is next to the airport and I had an early morning flight. They have a free airport shuttle that leaves every 2 hours from 5 AM which is super convenient. Also their breakfast starts at 3 AM which really helped me as I had to leave early. Overall very good value for a simple airport business hotel. Do note there is not much around the area as its right off the highway that leads to the airport, just few other hotels in the same line. Not advisable for long stays as you will need to taxi into the city for most everything else. Their pool area and restaurant were quite decent and the in-room amenities quite good as well. For its price-point great value.
Nothing really, was what I expected for a good airport hotel with no additional frills. Check-in could have been a bit smoother but there were people holding the line and the staff to their credit were very courteous and patient.

Maintenance has never been carried out probably. Quite dirty, toilets are full of mould and AC is super old. We had to ask for a change of room as ours had stained bed sheets and dirty desks. And they brand themselves as a 3 star. It is barely a 2.

Das Restaurant ist zwar lecker aber wir mussten beide Male über eine Stunde warten trotz wenig Gästen, recht teuer für kleine Portionen, Pool war geschlossen und der Airport Shuttle fährt nur alle zwei Stunden und braucht doppelt so lange wie ein Taxi.

Got zero response from anyone when using the messaging system through booking, better to email them directly. A fridge on the room would have been good. I did see a cockroach in the food at the buffet.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026La ubicación. Si buscas un hotel cerca del aeropuerto para coger un avión, es perfecto. La atención y el personal fueron muy buenos, todos súper amables! Muy limpio y cómodo. En el restaurante hubo música en directo. El hotel cumple las expectativas que promete. Tiene servicio gratuito de traslado al aeropuerto, con un horario que te facilitan, lo cual es de agradecer. Muy buena calidad precio.
Como está en la zona del aeropuerto, no hay nada alrededor, pero esto ya lo sabes si lo escoges. Cerca sólo algún warung local y un pequeño supermercado. Para ir al hotel desde el aeropuerto tardamos unos 20 minutos porque hay que rodear un lago y la carretera es larga. Sin embargo, para ir al aeropuerto desde el hotel, sólo tardamos 6 minutos porque es línea recta.
